PENDIDIKAN TENTANG SISTEM EKONOMI KERAKYATAN DALAM HUKUM ADAT MINAHASA DENGAN METODE VALUE CLARIFICATION TECHNIQUE

Minahasa tribe is very famous for its variety of crops which are abundant and qualified. This is supported by the custom prevailing in the Minahasa region of the democratic economic system in building their economy by utilizing existing resources, called Mapalus. The value that exists in the system Mapalus eligible to serve one instruction for education today. Value Clarification Method Technique (VCT) is one of the appropriate methods to assist the implementation of the system Mapalus teaching to students. Therefore, this study aimed to describe what a democratic economic system used in common law of Minahasa, review the VCT as an educational method, and examines the application of VCT in Mapalus system itself. By using normative research methods - empirical, the authors found that Mapalus system is a system of continuous cooperation of the people, and by using the VCT method application in the education system can be done by combining a wide range of expertise, work together in the find and fix a problem, as well as giving confidence in the lower classes of society in the management of natural resources.Suku Minahasa sangat terkenal dengan berbagai hasil bumi yang berlimpah dan berkualitas. Hal ini didukung oleh adat yang berlaku di daerah Minahasa mengenai sistem ekonomi kerakyatan dalam membangun perekonomian mereka dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada, dinamakan Mapalus. Nilai nilai yang ada dalam sistem Mapalus ini memenuhi syarat untuk dijadikan salah satu pengajaran bagi dunia pendidikan saat ini. Metode Value Clarification Technique (VCT) merupakan salah satu metode yang tepat untuk membantu penerapan pengajaran dari sistem Mapalus kepada pelajar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menjelaskan sistem ekonomi kerakyatan apa yang digunakan dalam hukum adat Minahasa, mengkaji kembali VCT sebagai sebuah metode pendidikan, dan menelaah penerapan VCT dalam sistem Mapalus itu sendiri.
