Abstract
- Aquest projecte es centra en desenvolupar i implementar un mètode d'autenticació innovador basat en blockchain per a les comunicacions IoT (Internet of Things). L'objectiu és millorar la seguretat dins de les xarxes IoT mitjançant l'ús de la tecnologia blockchain per a una autenticació de dispositius robusta i fiable. La implementació mostra un enfocament pràctic per abordar els desafiaments de seguretat en els entorns IoT, oferint una solució escalable i eficient per garantir la integritat de les dades i la confiança en les comunicacions IoT.<br />This project is delivered as the Final Project of Computer Engineering Degree of the Barcelona School of Informatics. It is intended to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the mention in Information Technology. This project is focused on developing and implementing a novel blockchain-based authentication method for IoT (Internet of Things) communications. The objective is to enhance security within IoT networks by leveraging blockchain technology for robust and reliable device authentication. The implementation showcases a practical approach to addressing the security challenges in IoT environments, offering a scalable and efficient solution for ensuring data integrity and trust in IoT communications.
