MODERN AUTOMATED ENTERPRISE REPORTING SYSTEMS

Introduction. In today's world, where digital technologies are developing rapidly, electronic document management is becoming more and more common. Business entities exchange primary documents and submit reports to regulatory bodies with the help of modern document management programsIn this article, the author considered automated enterprise reporting systems as one of the components of electronic document flow. The regulatory and legal support for the preparation and submission of electronic reporting is considered. State-of-the-art software used by enterprises for automated reporting is defined. The main functional capabilities of the main software products for automated reporting are also considered, in particular the web service "Electronic Account of the Taxpayer", the programs "Single window for submitting electronic reporting" and "M.E.Doc"Results. Electronic document management is a high-tech and progressive approach to significantly increasing the efficiency of state and local self-government bodies. The absence of the need to manually reproduce documents, track the movement of paper documents within the organization, control the procedure for transferring confidential information significantly reduces labor costs. End-to-end automatic control of execution at all stages of work with documents dramatically increases the quality of work of executors, makes the terms of preparation of documents more predictable and manageable.
