Chronic obstructive diseases of the lungs associated with coronary disease against a background of hypothyroidism in elderly patients: trigger factors of forming polymorbidity pathology, ways of pharmaceutical correction

One of the most important causes of polymorbidity in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases combined with coronary disease of the hearts against a background of hypothyroidism is a deterioration of the rheologic blood properties, favouring the formation of the syndrome of hemorheologic insufficiency and the state of hypercoagulation against a background of inhibited, fibrinolysis with progressing tissue hypoxia and the formation of bronchial tree and myocardial remodelling.
