Abstract

One of the most important causes of polymorbidity in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases combined with coronary disease of the hearts against a background of hypothyroidism is a deterioration of the rheologic blood properties, favouring the formation of the syndrome of hemorheologic insufficiency and the state of hypercoagulation against a background of inhibited, fibrinolysis with progressing tissue hypoxia and the formation of bronchial tree and myocardial remodelling.
