Evaluation for Teaching.

This teacher rating scale was sent to principals of alumni. The first six variables concern personality; the next 10 are directly associated with teaching. A factor analysis is being made. No statistical test of validity was made due to lack of a criterion measure. However, rater bias and test unreliability lower validity. (See TM 001 300 for information on complete evaluation study.)
