This information bulletin is published by the Documentation and Educational Information Center in the Argentine province of Santa Fe. The bulletin reports on educational developments in the province and abroad, educational problems, statistics, legislation, documentation and information techniques, and information from international organizations. This issue contains a proposal for an approach to considering educational problems and reform, a report on the creation of a mechanism for educational study and improvement, a report on the Santa Fe educational system directed toward the 1967 International Conference on Public Instruction, the outline of a Latin American course on Documentation and Educational Information, and brief reports on the use of educational television in several foreign countries.
