- Twenty-two abstracts of papers presented at a symposium on the psychological development of gifted children comprise this document. Abstracts typically include the title of the paper; the author's name, title, institutional affiliation, location, telephone number, and electronic mail address; and a summary of the paper ranging from a short paragraph to a full page in length. The papers cover the following topics: development of talents, technology, and interest-motivated learning; the lives of gifted adults; E.
