ACE Parking Workplace Education.

This manual is designed for use in a four-session workshop to help new parking garage employees enhance their skills in the following areas: understanding the functions of parking employees, computing parking rates and filling out parking lot reconciliation forms, preparing miscellaneous parking lot forms and developing effective communication and listening skills, and providing high quality customer service. The manual contains separate sections for each workshop session. Included in each section are some or all of the following: session outline, transparency masters, instructional text, problem-solving exercises, diagrams, sample forms, and group discussion questions.
