A Conceptual Base for 'Second-Generation' Programs in Gerontological Social Work

Weaknesses of early social work education programs in gerontology and determinants of social workers' ambivalence are analyzed and a new curriculum framework is proposed that would be sensitive to intergenerational transactions and quality-of-life factors.
