Abstract
- Interviews of 57 women administrators in social welfare agencies, revealed variations in career paths, education, and experiences and concerns. Identified and defined three practice settings of the respondents: public, voluntary, and emergent agencies. Data from the study comparing characteristics of the respondents across the settings are presented. (Author/JAC)
