Abstract
- Article describes an evolving international effort using information age tools to monitor the status of children, and understand and improve their environments. Cross-cultural indicators include personal life skills, safety and physical status, and children's subculture. Social workers can contribute substantially to the design, collection, interpretation, and use of indicators in various arenas. (Author/MKA)
