This paper extends our previous method for COVID-19 diagnosis, proposing an enhanced solution for detecting COVID-19 from computed tomography (CT) images using a lean transfer learning-based model. To decrease model misclassifications, two key steps of image processing were employed. Firstly, the uppermost and lowermost slices were removed, preserving sixty percent of each patient's slices. Secondly, all slices underwent manual cropping to emphasize the lung areas. Subsequently, resized CT scans (224 × 224) were input into an Xception transfer learning model with a modified output. Both Xception's architecture and pretrained weights were leveraged in the method. A big and rigorously annotated database of CT images was used to verify the method. The number of patients/subjects in the dataset is more than 5000, and the number and shape of the slices in each CT scan varies greatly. Verification was made both on the validation partition and on the test partition of unseen images. Results on the COV19-CT database showcased not only improvement from our previous solution and the baseline but also comparable performance to the highest-achieving methods on the same dataset. Further validation studies could explore the scalability and adaptability of the developed methodologies across diverse healthcare settings and patient populations. With the emergence and vigorous development of 5G technology, there is a significant surge in network usage and traffic, resulting in heightened complexity within network and IT environments. This exponential increase in activity produces a plethora of events, making conventional systems inadequate for the efficient management of 5G networks. In comparison to 4G technology, 5G technology brings forth a host of new features, one of which is the network data analytics function (NWDAF). This function grants network operators the flexibility to either employ their own data analytics methodologies based on machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) into their networks. In this paper, we present a dataset named "NWDAF-NFPP" for network function performance time series prediction, collected from a laboratory at China Telecom. The dataset is carefully anonymized to ensure maximum realism and comprehensiveness, while safeguarding sensitive information. It encompasses eight categories of network functions, with data collected at five-minute intervals. The availability of this dataset provides valuable resources for researchers to conduct time series prediction research on network element performance. Following data collection, a total of six models were employed for network element performance prediction, encompassing both machine learning and deep learning approaches. This diverse set of models was carefully chosen to ensure comprehensive coverage of different techniques and algorithms. Through the comparison and analysis of these models, we aim to evaluate their predictive capabilities and identify the most effective approach for network element performance prediction. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a summary of the diagnosis and treatment experience formed by the working people in the long-term struggle against diseases, so it is very important to protect the intangible cultural heritage of TCM. How to extract valuable knowledge accurately and conveniently from the massive medical records of TCM is one of the important issues in the current research on the development of TCM. Due to the large amount of data of TCM medical records, many feature attributes, and diverse patterns, the existing classification technology has high computational complexity, low mining efficiency, and poor universality. Therefore, this paper proposed to quantify the medical records of TCM and obtained the main symptoms according to the improved hierarchical clustering feature selection algorithm. This paper also proposed a support vector machine (SVM) classification method using improved particle swarm algorithm to classify TCM information, which not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of TCM information classification but also discovers the potential dialectical and symptom patterns in diagnosis and treatment, so that the intangible cultural heritage protection of TCM can be developed sustainably. This paper showed that the information acquisition accuracy of the improved algorithm was very high. Before the improved algorithm was used, the accuracy of information mining for TCM was 67.90% at the highest and 65.53% at the lowest, but after using the improved algorithm, the accuracy rate of information mining for TCM was 88.02% at the highest and 82.45% at the lowest. Background and Objective. Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor that seriously threatens the health of women in my country and even around the world. The proliferation marker Ki-67 has been utilized to distinguish luminal B from luminal A tumors and is a reliable indicator of more aggressive breast cancer growth. If a reliable prediction method for breast cancer patients to avoid invasive damage can be found to predict Ki-67 before pathological examination, it will be very beneficial for doctors to formulate later treatment plans and provide more useful treatment options. Methodology. This paper proposes a tumor segmentation and prediction framework based on the combination of improved attention U-Net and SVM. The framework first improves on attention U-Net by introducing coefficients for learning multidimensional attention. Make the attention mechanism more aware of the main situation in the segmentation process. At the same time, the segmented breast MRI results and corresponding labels were input into the SVM classifier to accurately predict the expression of Ki-67. Results. The DSC, PPV, and sensitivity of our combined model are 0.94, 0.93, and 0.94, respectively, with better segmentation performance. And we compare with the segmentation frameworks of other papers and find that our combined model can make accurate segmentation of breast tumors. Conclusion. Our method can adapt to the variability of breast tumors and segment breast tumors accurately and efficiently. In this paper, the existing scenic spot recommendation algorithms ignore the implicit trust and trust transmission of users when dealing with user relationships, and the lack of historical browsing behavior data of users in new city scenes leads to an inaccurate recommendation. In this paper, a personalized scenic spot recommendation method combining user trust relationship and tag preference is proposed. Firstly, the trust degree is introduced when the recommendation quality is poor only considering the similarity of users. By mining the implicit trust relationship of users, the problem that the existing research cannot make recommendations when the direct trust is difficult to obtain is solved, and the data sparsity and cold start problems are effectively alleviated. Secondly, in the process of user interest analysis, the relationship between scenic spots and tags is extended to the relationship among users, scenic spots and tags, and users' interest preferences are decomposed into long-term preferences for different scenic spots tags, which effectively alleviates the problem of poor recommendation quality when users' historical tour records are lacking. The personalized tourism recommendation method proposed in this paper effectively integrates many features of social networks and effectively alleviates the problems of data sparseness and feature learning in tourism recommendation based on social networks by using vectorization and deep learning technology. With the development of deep learning theory and the decrease of the cost of acquiring massive data, the image semantic segmentation algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) is gradually replacing the conventional segmentation algorithm by its high accuracy segmentation performance. By increasing the amount of training data and stacking more convolutional layers to form Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), a neural network model with higher segmentation accuracy can be obtained, but it faces the problems of serious memory consumption and long latency. For some special application scenarios, such as augmented reality and mobile interaction, real-time processing cannot be performed. To improve the speed of semantic segmentation while obtaining the most accurate segmentation results as possible, this paper proposes a semantic segmentation algorithm based on lightweight convolutional neural networks. Taking the computational complexity and segmentation accuracy into account, the algorithm starts from the perspective of extracting high-level semantic features and introduces a position-attention mechanism with richer contextual information to model the relationship between different pixels, avoiding the convolutional local perceptual field to be too small. To recover clearer target boundaries, a channel attention mechanism is introduced in the decoding part of the model to mine more useful feature channel information and effectively improve the fusion of low-level features with high-level features. In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the implementation of compulsory education, the pressure on students' study and life has increased, and the phenomenon of psychological and behavioral problems has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the school has regarded students' mental health education as the top priority in teaching work. Effective expression classification can assist psychology researchers to study psychology and other disciplines and analyze children's psychological activities and mental states by classifying expressions, thereby reducing the occurrence of psychological behavior problems. Most of the current mainstream methods focus on the exploration of text explicit features and the optimization of representation models, and few works pay attention to deeper language expressions. Metaphors, as language expressions often used in daily life, are closely related to an individual's emotion, cognition, and psychological state. This paper studies children's smiling face recognition based on deep neural network. In order to obtain a better identification effect of mental health problems of children, this paper attempts to use multisource data, including consumption data, access control data, network logs, and grade data, and proposes a multisource data-based mental health problem identification algorithm. The main research focus is feature extraction, trying to use one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) to mine students' online patterns from online behavior sequences, calculate abnormal scores based on students' consumption data in the cafeteria, and describe the dietary differences among students. At the same time, this paper uses the students' psychological state data provided by the psychological center as a label to improve the deficiencies caused by the questionnaire. This paper uses the training set to train five common classification algorithms, evaluates them through the validation set, and selects the best classifier as our algorithm and uses it to identify students with mental health problems in the test set. Accurate recommendation of tourist attractions is conducive to improving users' travel efficiency and tourism experience. However, the choice of tourism feature factors and the difference of recommendation algorithm will affect the accuracy of scenic spot recommendation. Aiming at the problems of sparse data, insufficient tourism factors, and low recommendation accuracy in the existing tourism recommendation research, this paper puts forward a scenic spot recommendation method based on microblog data and machine learning by using the characteristics of personalized expression and strong current situation of microblog data and the intelligent prediction function of machine learning, so as to realize accurate and personalized scenic spot recommendation. This paper extracts rich tourism characteristic factors. Typical tourism recommendation algorithms choose tourism characteristic factors from scenic spots, tourists, and other aspects, without considering the travel time, tourism season, and other contextual information of tourists' destination, which can help understand users' tourism preferences from different angles. Aiming at the problem of sparse data and cold start of collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, this paper introduces deep learning algorithm and combines the proposed multifeature tourism factors to build dynamic scenic spot prediction models (random forest preferred attraction prediction (RFPAP) and neural networks preferred attraction prediction (NNPAP)). The experimental results show that RFPAP and NNPAP methods can overcome the problem of data sparsity and achieve 89.61% and 89.51% accuracy, respectively. The emergence of portable devices provides great convenience for image acquisition, but the image resolution is too low, which affects the identification and use of the image. Multiframe super-resolution algorithm makes a great contribution to extracting image features, but there is a problem with too much computation. Based on this, this paper proposes a low-resolution image fusion algorithm based on deep learning. Based on the introduction of extracting image features from low-resolution images, this paper proposes to fuse multiple low-resolution images, reduce the time of calculation error per frame, reduce the amount of calculation, extract feature information, and improve the alexnet network model to realize image extraction. The convolutional self-coding fusion network is used to realize image fusion and complete the reconstruction and fusion of low-resolution images. In the simulation analysis of the fusion algorithm, objective indexes such as network structure and loss function are selected to evaluate the effectiveness of the algorithm. Computer vision-based motion target detection and tracking, which is widely used in video surveillance, human-computer interaction, range interpretation, and other fields, is one of the current research hotspots in the field of computer vision. In engineering scenarios, the two are inseparable and need to work together to accomplish specific tasks. The related research is progressing rapidly, but there is still room for improving its timeliness, accuracy, and automation. In this paper, we summarize and classify some classical target detection methods, analyze the basic principles of convolutional neural networks, and analyze the classical detection algorithms based on region suggestion and deep regression networks. After that, we improve the SSD algorithm for the shortage of low-level feature convolution layers, which has insufficient feature extraction and leads to poor detection of small targets. For the motion target tracking problem, this paper studies the motion target tracking method based on support vector machine and proposes the tracking method of support vector regression and the corresponding online support vector regression solution method based on the analysis of support vector tracking method and structural support vector tracking method. In this paper, we propose a tracking method that fuses structural support vector machines and correlation filtering. The structure is based on the idea of Inception, which adds and replaces some feature convolution layers of the original network while maintaining the original lightweight backbone. The final experiments on the VOC data set demonstrate that the improved algorithm improves the average detection accuracy by 2.6% compared to the original algorithm and basically maintains the real-time speed as well. Experimental simulations on a subset of VOC data (human set) show a significant improvement in AP values and more effective and reliable detection tracking of moving targets. On the basis of the analysis of the evolution dynamics and the process of smart tourism service, this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of smart tourism service and reveals the evolution mechanism of smart tourism service based on the network platform. Based on the strategic main line of "advantages," it proposes the design ideas and overall framework of the smart tourism service model based on the network platform, including the smart tourism information interactive service model, the element collaborative service model, and the value cocreation service model. The comparison of recommendation results shows that the recommendation error of the genetically improved generalized regression neural network algorithm is reduced, and the recommendation accuracy is better than that of the unimproved generalized regression neural network algorithm. In the recommendation scenario of click-through rate recommendation, the existing recommendation models are difficult to meet the functions of memory and generalization at the same time and cannot fully mine and combine low-level features, and the model parameters of the deep learning model are difficult to learn under the high-dimensional sparse data set of the recommendation system. To solve the problem of generalization, this paper proposes a deep CTR recommendation model based on the gradient boosting tree and factorization machine. It can fully mine low-level feature information and automatically realize low-level feature combination, which can better learn model parameters on high-dimensional sparse data sets, and the recommendation results are no longer overgeneralized. This paper constructs a sports action recognition model based on deep learning (DL) and clustering extraction algorithm. For the input detection image frame, athletes' movements are detected through DL network, and then athletes' sports movements are fused. Moreover, it expands new knowledge and improves learning ability through automatic learning training set. The neural network (NN) is applied to the sample set containing images of nonathletes, and the negative training sample set is iteratively enhanced according to the generated false positives, and the results are optimized by clustering method. Simulation experiments show that compared with other algorithms, the clustering extraction algorithm in this paper has achieved superior performance in recognition rate and false alarm rate, and the recognition speed is faster. Irony recognition is an important research direction in text sentiment analysis, which contributes to discover ironic tone to judge text emotion correctly. The object of this paper is the application of deep learning to irony recognition, and the research aims to solve the problem that existing machine learning algorithms have difficulty in discriminating ironic tones. Aiming at the irony recognition of Chinese social comments, DC-BiGRU-CNN is proposed from the perspective of structural optimization rather than a text vectorization mechanism point of view, which is a dual-channel CNN combined with BiGRU, and incorporates attention mechanism and multigranularity convolutional neural network as the main framework. This paper first briefly discusses the difficulties of irony recognition and provides an overview of existing text sentiment analysis algorithms. With the improvement of living standards, more and more people are pursuing personalized routes. This paper uses personalized mining of interest points of ethnic minority tourism demand groups, extracts customer data features in social networks, and constructs data features of interesting topic factors, geographic location factors, and user access frequency factors, using LDA topic models and matrix decomposition models to perform feature vectorization processing on user sign-in records and build deep learning recommendation model (DLM). Using this model to compare with the traditional recommendation model and the recommendation model of a single data feature module, the experimental results show the following: (1) The fitting error of DLM recommendation results is significantly reduced, and its recommendation accuracy rate is 50% higher than that of traditional recommendation algorithms. The experimental results show that the DLM constructed in this paper has good learning and training performance, and the recommendation effect is good. (2) In this method, the performance of the DLM is significantly higher than other POI recommendation methods in terms of the accuracy or recall rate of the recommendation algorithm. Among them, the accuracy rates of the top five, top ten, and top twenty recommended POIs are increased by 9.9%, 7.4%, and 7%, respectively, and the recall rate is increased by 4.2%, 7.5%, and 14.4%, respectively. The model structure includes dense convolution layer blocks and series structure, so that the network can achieve a better balance between feature extraction and detail preservation of interferogram. This is helpful to improve the phase unwrapping accuracy and training efficiency of the network. The experimental results show that the algorithm has a good expansion effect on the interferogram with high signal-to-noise ratio. The synthesis algorithm makes full use of the advantages of the branch cutting method and the finite element method. The phase reliable region and unreliable region are determined, and the transmission of phase error from the unreliable region to reliable region is effectively avoided. The communication recognition of mobile phone core is a test of the development of machine vision. The size of mobile phone core is very small, so it is difficult to identify small defects. Based on the in-depth study of the algorithm, combined with the actual needs of core identification, this paper improves the algorithm and proposes an intelligent algorithm suitable for core identification. In addition, according to the actual needs of core wire recognition, this paper makes an intelligent analysis of the core wire recognition process. In addition, this paper improves the traditional communication image recognition algorithm and analyzes the data of the recognition algorithm according to the shape and image characteristics of the mobile phone core. Finally, after constructing the functional structure of the system model constructed in this paper, the system model is verified and analyzed, and on this basis, the performance of the improved core recognition algorithm proposed in this paper is verified and analyzed. Traditional sports aid systems analyze sports data via sensors and other types of equipment and can support athletes with retrospective analysis, but they require several sensors and have limited data. This paper examines a sports aid system that uses deep learning to recognize, review, and analyze behaviors through video acquisition and intelligent video sequence processing. This paper's primary research is as follows: (1) With an eye on the motion assistance system's application scenarios, the network topology and implementation details of the two-stage Faster R-CNN and the single-stage YOLOv3 target detection algorithms are investigated. Additionally, training procedures are used to enhance the algorithm's detection performance and training speed. (2) To address the issue of target detection techniques' low detection performance in complicated backgrounds, an improved scheme from Faster R-CNN is proposed. To begin, a new approach replaces the VGG-16 network in the previous algorithm with a ResNet-101 network. Second, an expansion plan for the dataset is provided. (3) To address the short duration of action video and the high correlation of image sequence data, we present an action recognition method based on LSTM. To begin, we will present a motion decomposition scheme and evaluation index based on the key transaction frame in order to simplify the motion analysis procedure. Second, the spatial features of the frame images are extracted using a convolutional neural network. Besides, the spatial and temporal aspects of the image sequence are fused using a two-layer bidirectional LSTM network. Ship radiated noise is an important information source of underwater acoustic targets, and it is of great significance to the identification and classification of ship targets. However, there are a lot of interference noises in the water, which leads to the reduction of the model recognition rate. Therefore, the recognition results of radiated noise targets are severely affected. This paper proposes a machine learning Dempster–Shafer (ML-DS) decision fusion method. The algorithm combines the recognition results of machine learning and deep learning. It uses evidence-based decision-making theory to realize feature fusion under different neural network classifiers and improve the accuracy of judgment. First, deep learning algorithms are used to classify two-dimensional spectrogram features and one-dimensional amplitude features extracted from CNN and LSTM networks. The machine learning algorithm SVM is used to classify the chromaticity characteristics of radiated noise. Then, according to the classification results of different classifiers, a basic probability assignment model (BPA) was designed to fuse the recognition results of the classifiers. Finally, according to the classification characteristics of machine learning and deep learning, combined with the decision-making of D-S evidence theory of different times, the decision-making fusion of radiated noise is realized. The results of the experiment show that the two fusions of deep learning combined with one fusion of machine learning can significantly improve the recognition results of low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) datasets. The lowest fusion recognition result can reach 76.01%, and the average fusion recognition rate can reach 94.92%. Compared with the traditional single feature recognition algorithm, the recognition accuracy is greatly improved. Compared with the traditional one-step fusion algorithm, it can effectively integrate the recognition results of heterogeneous data and heterogeneous networks. This paper proposes a deep learning-based method for mitosis detection in breast histopathology images. A main problem in mitosis detection is that most of the datasets only have weak labels, i.e., only the coordinates indicating the center of the mitosis region. This makes most of the existing powerful object detection methods hardly be used in mitosis detection. Aiming at solving this problem, this paper firstly applies a CNN-based algorithm to pixelwisely segment the mitosis regions, based on which bounding boxes of mitosis are generated as strong labels. Based on the generated bounding boxes, an object detection network is trained to accomplish mitosis detection. Rock classification is a significant branch of geology which can help understand the formation and evolution of the planet, search for mineral resources, and so on. In traditional methods, rock classification is usually done based on the experience of a professional. However, this method has problems such as low efficiency and susceptibility to subjective factors. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a simple, fast, and accurate rock classification model. This paper proposes a fine-grained image classification network combining image cutting method and SBV algorithm to improve the classification performance of a small number of fine-grained rock samples. The method uses image cutting to achieve data augmentation without adding additional datasets and uses image block voting scoring to obtain richer complementary information, thereby improving the accuracy of image classification. The advancement in technology is taking place with an accelerating pace across the globe. With the increasing expansion and technological advancement, a vast volume of text data are generated everyday, in the form of social media platform, websites, company data, healthcare data, and news. Indeed, it is a difficult task to extract intriguing patterns from the text data, such as opinions, summaries, and facts, having varying length. Because of the problems of the length of text data and the difficulty of feature value extraction in news, this paper proposes a news text classification method based on the combination of deep learning (DL) algorithms. In order to classify the text data, the earlier approaches use a single word vector to express text information and only the information of the relationship between words were considered, but the relationship between words and categories was ignored which indeed is an important factor for the classification of news text. This paper follows the idea of a customized algorithm which is the combination of DL algorithms such as CNN, LSTM, and MLP and proposes a customized DCLSTM-MLP model for the classification of news text data. The proposed model is expressed in parallel with word vector and word dispersion. The relationship among words is represented by the word vector as an input of the CNN module, and the relationship between words and categories is represented by a discrete vector as an input of the MLP module in order to realize comprehensive learning of spatial feature information, time-series feature information, and relationship between words and categories of news text. Background and Aims. Diagnosing pediatric intussusception from ultrasound images can be a difficult task in many primary care hospitals that lack experienced radiologists. To address this challenge, this study developed an artificial intelligence- (AI-) based system for automatic detection of "concentric circles" signs on ultrasound images, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of pediatric intussusception diagnosis. Methods. A total of 440 cases (373 pediatric intussusception and 67 normal cases) were retrospectively collected from Children's Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020. An improved Faster RCNN deep learning framework was used to detect "concentric circle" signs. Finally, independent validation set was used to evaluate the performance of the developed AI tool. Results. The data of pediatric intussusception were divided into a training set and validation set according to the ratio of 8 : 2, with training set (298 pediatric intussusception) and validation set (75 pediatric intussusception and 67 normal cases). In the "concentric circle" detection model, the detection rate, recall, specificity, and F 1 score assessed by the validation set were 92.8%, 95.0%, 92.2%, and 86.4%, respectively. Pediatric intussusception was classified by "concentric circle" signs, and the accuracy, recall, specificity, and F 1 score were 93.0%, 92.0%, 94.1%, and 93.2% on the validation set, respectively. Conclusion. The model established in this paper can realize the automatic detection of "concentric circle" signs in the ultrasound images of abdominal intussusception in children; the AI tool can improve the diagnosis speed of pediatric intussusception. The latest development of neuroscience has deepened the understanding of the information-processing mechanisms in the human brain and inspired a couple of sophisticated computational methods, such as deep learning, memory networks, and hierarchical temporal memory. This paper proposes recall network (RN), an intuitive and simple model, that initializes itself by constructing the network path derived from the correlation of features in the training dataset and then makes classification decisions by recalling the paths that are relevant to the features in the test set. The super-resolution (SR) reconstruction of a single image is an important image synthesis task especially for medical applications. This paper is studying the application of image segmentation for lung cancer images. This research work is utilizing the power of deep learning for resolution reconstruction for lung cancer-based images. At present, the neural networks utilized for image segmentation and classification are suffering from the loss of information where information passes through one layer to another deep layer. The commonly used loss functions include content-based reconstruction loss and generative confrontation network. The sparse coding single-image super-resolution reconstruction algorithm can easily lead to the phenomenon of incorrect geometric structure in the reconstructed image. In order to solve the problem of excessive smoothness and blurring of the reconstructed image edges caused by the introduction of this self-similarity constraint, a two-layer reconstruction framework based on a smooth layer and a texture layer is proposed for a medical application of lung cancer. This method uses a global nonzero gradient number constrained reconstruction model to reconstruct the smooth layer. The proposed sparse coding method is used to reconstruct high-resolution texture images. Finally, a global and local optimization models are used to further improve the quality of the reconstructed image. An adaptive multiscale remote sensing image super-division reconstruction network is designed. The selective core network and adaptive gating unit are integrated to extract and fuse features to obtain a preliminary reconstruction. Through the proposed dual-drive module, the feature prior drive loss and task drive loss are transmitted to the super-resolution network. In order to solve some problems of deep learning in image feature extraction and classification, this paper designs a modeling method of multifocus image segmentation algorithm based on deep learning. The acceleration effect of FPGA (field programmable gate array) on deep learning and weight sharing is analyzed. By introducing deep learning, the trouble of determining the weight coefficient is eliminated, and the energy function is simplified. Therefore, the relevant parameters of multifocus image segmentation can be easily set, and better results can be obtained. Colon and rectal cancers are the most common kinds of cancer globally. Colon cancer is more prevalent in men than in women. Early detection increases the likelihood of survival, and treatment significantly increases the likelihood of eradicating the disease. The Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) programme is an excellent source of domestic cancer statistics. SEER includes nearly 30% of the United States population, covering various races and geographic locations. The data are made public via the SEER website when a SEER limited-use data agreement form is submitted and approved. We investigate data from the SEER programme, specifically colon cancer statistics, in this study. Our objective is to create reliable colon cancer survival and conditional survival prediction algorithms. In this study, we have presented an overview of cancer diagnosis methods and the treatments used to cure cancer. Image text description is a multimodal data processing problem in the computer field, which involves the research tasks of computer vision and natural language processing. At present, the research focus of image text description task is mainly on the method based on deep learning. The work of this paper is mainly focused on the imprecise description of visual words and nonvisual words in the description of image description tasks in the image text description. An adaptive attention double-layer LSTM (long short-term memory) model based on coding-decoding is proposed. Compared with the algorithm based on the adaptive attention mechanism based on the coding-decoding framework, the evaluation index BLEU-1 is improved by 1.21%. The METEOR was 0.75% higher and CIDEr was 0.55%, while the indexes of BLEU-4 and ROUGE-L were not as good as those of the original model, but the index was not different. In the process of wireless communication, the transmission of signals will be subject to various kinds of interference, which will affect the quality of communication. Interference detection is an important part of improving the reliability of communication. When the interfering signal has the same frequency as the original communication signal, with traditional methods, it is difficult to extract feature parameters. Aiming at this special cofrequency interference signal, this paper proposes a time series signal prediction model based on deep learning and uses the difference between the predicted signal and the received signal as the eigenvalue to detect interference. In order to improve the detection rate, the eigenvalues predicted by LSTM and Bi-LSTM networks are subjected to windowing experiments. Texture fusion is the process of applying the style of one style image to another content image. It is an artistic creation and image editing technology. In recent years, the rapid development of deep learning has injected new power into the field of computer vision, and a large number of image style transfer algorithms based on deep learning have been proposed. At the same time, some current character conversion algorithms based on unsupervised learning also face the loss of the content and structure of the generated characters, and at the same time, they have not learned a good face deformation effect, resulting in poor image generation effects. Neural network algorithms and intelligent algorithms are hot topics in the field of deep learning. In this study, the neural network algorithm and intelligence are optimized, and it is used in simulation experiments to improve the target image recognition ability of the algorithm in the machine vision environment. First, this paper introduces the application of neural networks in the field of machine vision. Second, in the experiment, the improved VGG-16 convolutional neural network (CNN) model is applied to metal block defect detection. Experimental results show that the optimized network can classify metal block defects with the maximum accuracy of 99.28%. Gesture recognition utilizes deep learning network model to automatically extract deep features of data; however, traditional machine learning algorithms rely on manual feature extraction and poor model generalization ability. In this paper, a multimodal gesture recognition algorithm based on convolutional long-term memory network is proposed. First, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is employed to automatically extract the deeply hidden features of multimodal gesture data. Then, a time series model is constructed using a long short-term memory (LSTM) network to learn the long-term dependence of multimodal gesture features on the time series. On this basis, the classification of multimodal gestures is realized by the SoftMax classifier. Finally, the method is experimented and evaluated on two dynamic gesture datasets, VIVA and NVGesture. Experimental results indicate that the accuracy rates of the proposed method on the VIVA and NVGesture datasets are 92.55% and 87.38%, respectively, and its recognition accuracy and convergence performance are better than those of other comparison algorithms. Aiming at the problems of poor signal detection effect caused by many interference factors in large-scale MIMO technology scene, this paper proposes a 5G massive MIMO signal detection algorithm based on deep learning. Firstly, the MIMO system model based on neural network is constructed, and Deep Neural Network (DNN) detection is introduced into the receiver of the traditional MIMO system to obtain the information bits or codewords and channel state information transmitted by transmitters. Then, the end-to-end training method is adopted to make neural network learn the mapping relationship of information bits or codewords transmitted by system transceivers. Furthermore, DNN detector is improved based on Simplified Message Passing Detection (sMPD) algorithm, and the correction factor is updated continuously to optimize network parameters to realize the accurate detection and decoding of the MIMO system. The drones can be used to detect a group of people who are unmasked and do not maintain social distance. In this paper, a deep learning-enabled drone is designed for mask detection and social distance monitoring. A drone is one of the unmanned systems that can be automated. This drone automation system sends alerts to the people via speaker for maintaining the social distance. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most generally known neurodegenerative disorder, leading to a steady deterioration in cognitive ability. Deep learning models have shown outstanding performance in the diagnosis of AD, and these models do not need any handcrafted feature extraction over conventional machine learning algorithms. Since the 2012 AlexNet accomplishment, the convolutional neural network (CNN) has been progressively utilized by the medical community to assist practitioners to early diagnose AD. Facial expressions are an auxiliary embodiment of information conveyed in the communication between people. Facial expressions can not only convey the semantic information that people want to express but also convey the emotional state of the speaker at the same time. But for sports athletes in training and competitions, it is usually not convenient to communicate directly. This paper is based on deep learning and an improved HMM training algorithm to study the facial expression recognition of sports athletes. The sharing of English teaching resources has always been a concern. In order to further improve the value of different English teaching resources, this paper proposes a resource management system based on an improved collaborative recommendation algorithm. The proposed model can predict user behavior based on deep learning models of graph neural network (GNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN). The graph neural network can capture the hidden state of local user behavior and be used as a preprocessing step. Recurrent neural networks can capture time series information. Therefore, the model is constructed by combining GNN and RNN to obtain the advantages of both. In order to prove the effectiveness of the model, we used CNGrid's real user behavior dataset in the experiment and finally compared the results with other methods. The different deep learning-based models achieved a precision of up to 88% and outperformed other traditional models. Electric shovels are widely used in the mining industry to dig ore, and the teeth in shovels' bucket can be lost due to the tremendous pressure exerted by ore materials during operation. When the teeth fall off and enter the crusher with other ore materials, serious damages to crusher gears and other equipment happen, which causes millions of economic loss, because it is made of high-manganese steel. Thus, it is urgent to develop an efficient and automatic algorithm for detecting broken teeth. However, existing methods for detecting broken teeth have little effect and most research studies depended on sensor skills, which will be disturbed by closed cavity in shovel and not stable in practice. In this paper, we present an intelligent computer vision system for monitoring teeth condition and detecting missing teeth. Since the pixel-level algorithm is carried out, the amount of calculation should be reduced to improve the superiority of the algorithm. To release computational pressure of subsequent work, salient detection based on deep learning is proposed for extracting the key frame images from video flow taken by the camera installed on the shovel including the teeth we intend to analyze. Additionally, in order to more efficiently monitor teeth condition and detect missing teeth, semantic segmentation based on deep learning is processed to get the relative position of the teeth in the image. Once semantic segmentation is done, floating images containing the shape of teeth are obtained. Then, to detect missing teeth effectively, image registration is proposed. Finally, the result of image registration shows whether teeth are missing or not, and the system will immediately alert staff to check the shovel when teeth fall off. An adaptive clamping method (SGD-MS) based on the radius of curvature is designed to alleviate the local optimal oscillation problem in deep neural network, which combines the radius of curvature of the objective function and the gradient descent of the optimizer. The radius of curvature is considered as the threshold to separate the momentum term or the future gradient moving average term adaptively. In addition, on this basis, we propose an accelerated version (SGD-MA), which further improves the convergence speed by using the method of aggregated momentum. Experimental results on several datasets show that the proposed methods effectively alleviate the local optimal oscillation problem and greatly improve the convergence speed and accuracy. Purpose. In order to resolve the situation of high missed diagnosis rate and high misdiagnosis rate of the pathological analysis of the gastrointestinal endoscopic images by experts, we propose an automatic polyp detection algorithm based on Single Shot Multibox Detector (SSD). Method. In the paper, SSD is based on VGG-16, the fully connected layer is changed to a convolutional layer, and four convolutional layers with successively decreasing scales are added as a new network structure. In order to verify the practicability, it is not only compared with manual polyp detection but also with Mask R-CNN. Results. Multiple experimental results show that the mean Average Precision (mAP) of the SSD network is 95.74%, which is 12.4% higher than the manual detection and 5.7% higher than the Mask R-CNN. When detecting a single frame of image, the detection speed of SSD is 8.41 times that of manual detection. Conclusion. Based on the traditional pattern recognition algorithm and the target detection algorithm using deep learning, we select a variety of algorithms to identify and classify polyps to achieve efficient detection results. Summary: Parallel transmission lines are widely used in modern power systems due to their ability to increase power transmission and reliability of the power network. However, due to these networks' complexity, fault locating is a potential problem in these types of systems. The recognition of hand movements is an important method for human-computer interaction (HCI) technology, and it is widely used in virtual reality and other HCI areas. While many valuable efforts have been made, efficient ways to capture over 20 types of hand movements with high accuracy by one data glove are still lacking. This paper addresses a new classification framework for 52 hand movements. This classification framework includes the following two parts: the movement detection algorithm and the movement classification algorithm. The fine K-nearest neighbor (Fine KNN) is the core of the movement detection algorithm. The movement classification algorithm is composed of downsampling in data preparation and a new deep learning network named the DBDF network. Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) is the main part of the DBDF network. The results of experiments using the Ninapro DB1 dataset demonstrate that our work can classify more types of hand movements than related algorithms with a precision of 93.15%. With the rapid development of deep learning algorithms, it is gradually applied in UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) driving, visual recognition, target tracking, behavior recognition, and other fields. In the field of sports, many scientists put forward the research of target tracking and recognition technology based on deep learning algorithms for athletes' trajectory and behavior capture. Based on the target tracking algorithm, a regional proposal network RPN algorithm combined with the twin regional proposal network Siamese algorithm is proposed to study the tracking and recognition technology of athletes' behavior. Then, the adaptive updating network is used to track the behavior target of athletes, and the simulation model of behavior recognition is established. This algorithm is different from the traditional twin network algorithm. It can accurately take the athlete's behavior as the target candidate box in model training and reduce the interference of environment and other factors on model recognition. The results show that the Siamese-RPN algorithm can reduce the interference from the background and environment when tracking the athletes' target behavior trajectory. This algorithm can improve the training behavior recognition model, ignore the background interference elements of the behavior image, and improve the accuracy and overall performance of the model. Compared with the traditional twin network method for sports behavior recognition, the Siamese-RPN algorithm studied in this paper can perform offline operations and distinguish the interference factors of athletes' background environment. In real life, people's life gradually tends to be simple, so the convenience of online shopping makes more and more research begin to explore the convenience optimization of shopping, in which the fitting system is the research product. However, due to the immaturity of the virtual fitting system, there are a lot of problems, such as the expression of clothing color is not clear or deviation. In view of this, this paper proposes a 3D clothing color display model based on deep learning to support human modeling-driven. Firstly, the macro-micro adversarial network (MMAN) based on deep learning is used to analyze the original image, and then, the results are preprocessed. Finally, the 3D model with the original image color is constructed by using UV mapping. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the MMAN algorithm reaches 0.972, the established three-dimensional model is emotional enough, the expression of the clothing color is clear, and the difference between the color difference and the original image is within 0.01, and the subjective evaluation of volunteers is more than 90 points. The above results show that it is effective to use deep learning to build a 3D model with the original picture clothing color, which has great guiding significance for the research of character model modeling and simulation.
