Molten salt synthesis (MSS) represents an emerging green and environmentally friendly approach for engineering the structural and phase characteristics of multifunctional materials. In this study, we report the rapid synthesis of cobalt (Co)-based electrodes through MSS under 15 min with high yield. Our findings reveal that the selection of salt precursor significantly influences the crystal phase and morphology of the Co-based electrodes as well as the electrochemical properties. Hydroxide-based salts yielded layered NaxCoO2 with a thin hexagonal morphology, while nitrate-based salts resulted in spinel phase Co3O4 with octahedral structures. Our proposed mechanism highlights the critical role of ionic bonding in these phenomena. The electrochemical evaluation demonstrates that the layered NaxCoO2 electrodes exhibit a specific capacitance of 59 F g−1 (47.2 C g−1) at 1 A g−1 and excellent long-term capacity retention. On the other hand, spinel Co3O4 electrodes, when employed as oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalysts, exhibit an overpotential of 341 mV to drive a current density of 10 mA cm−2, which is comparable to Co3O4 prepared using other methods that required a significant amount of synthesis time. This study examines online propaganda against fifty-seven former employees of the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, KPK). This propaganda, which centered on false allegations that these employees were radical Muslims similar to the Taliban, was used as a pretext to fire them after they had failed a controversial compulsory civics test. Using Gramscian concepts of civil society and the political economy of communication, this study argues that the rise of computational propaganda in Indonesia reflects fundamental conflicts over state power and economic resources within the spheres of civil and political society. The campaign to portray KPK employees as Taliban members was the digital corollary of a political struggle among oligarchic elites over control of the anti-corruption agency as an instrument to advance their political aims. This article showcases how intra-oligarchic struggles have shaped the formation of public opinion about the KPK, a key aspect of reform, and examines their longstanding attempt to enforce oligarchic hegemony. The notary makes a deed in the form of a PPJB deed based on a power of attorney agreement, which means that a legal relationship exists between the giver and the recipient of the power of attorney based on an agreement. The authority of a Notary to make an Authentic Deed comes from the provisions of Article 15 paragraph (1) UUJN. In order to avoid violations that could lead to Notarial actions that could be charged by criminal articles, Notaries in making Authentic Deeds, especially PPJB deeds, must always pay attention to the applicable legal rules. The formulation of the problem in this research is that regarding the position of the PPJB deed, it is known that the object is still in dispute in court and the legal consequences of the PPJB. This thesis uses normative legal research methods (library) with qualitative analysis of secondary data to obtain conclusions about the position of the PPJB deed, it is known that the object is still in dispute in court and is invalid because the legal act of buying and selling through the PPJB does not meet the requirements. the validity of the agreement regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the material requirements in making a PPJB deed. A control strategy must be developed to maintain the product composition of the two- or more-mixed-flow reactor series. In this research, a two-mixing tank series (TMTS) was utilized in the laboratory to approach the two-mixed flow reactors' problems. Both tanks are designed to overflow so that the volume remains constant. The salt solution was directly fed to Tank 1, while the water was charged to both tanks as the mixing progressed. The output of Tank-1 flowed to Tank-2 through a rather long pipe, resulting in dead time in Tank-2. The Smith predictor was applied to overcome dead time. The PRC (process reaction curve) method was used to tune the PID (proportional-integral-derivative) parameters of Tank-1 and Tank-2. The novel composition controls, adaptive-PID (APID) and modified metaheuristic adaptive-PID (MMAPID), have been proposed and compared with conventional PID. The mathematical models were rigorously examined through XCOS simulations. The processing system is considered sensitive to changes in input disturbances since the process time constants of both tanks were quite low. The dead time of 0.5 minutes was found in Tank 2. The PID parameters produced by PRC experiments resulted in stable responses to changes in the disturbance system. As shown in the dynamic simulation study, both novel APID and MMAPID give almost the same results; their responses are faster than the conventional PID. Based on the integral absolute error (IAE) results, APID with scheduling PID parameters produced the smallest IAE and outperformed the conventional PID. The results of the study highlight APID and MMAPID potential in PID control applications for composition control in a TMTS. The combined APID-Smith and MMAPID-Smith were able to overcome the dead time well. The Noise music scene in Indonesia has grown its popularity in recent years, thanks to the movie Bising: Noise and Experimental Music in Indonesia (2014) about people who do Noise in Indonesia, Senyawa who plays everywhere, and the Jogja Noise Bombing Festival, which draws attention from Noise musicians and fans around the world who come to attend the annual festival. It is already acknowledged not only abroad, where it first gained its popularity, but also by several national media and music festivals who feature some Noise musicians in their programmes. From an unknown yet obscure genre, Noise music has been part of the independent music ecosystem in Indonesia. Nowadays, the Noise scenes in Indonesia are not limited to Java island, but include other islands such as Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Sumatra, Batam, and spaces in between. Studying the connections between the Noise activists in these islands through their network of touring, releasing an album together, or simply via Whatsapp group chat is interesting. This article aims at exploring the connections between Noise scenes in Indonesia. After studying the network directly through direct involvement and conducting interviews with some key figures in the scenes, we found some interesting facts such as the historical origin of its performers as well as infrastructures of the scenes (including but not limited to records labels, venues, communities, instrument builders, and festivals). In the development process of a construction project there are always problems that cause project delays, ranging from implementation time to problems that are beyond the project's capabilities. One of the developers building a luxury residential area in Semarang experienced delays in the construction process. This delay occurred because the contractor did not complete the house construction project according to the project time schedule stated in the contract document. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence project delays and analyze the role of project managers in anticipating delays that occur. The method used to obtain research data is observation and interviews with project managers, implementers and supervisors involved in development. Using the factor analysis method using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences) software, we found 5 factors that had the most influence on project delays, including financial factors, material factors, labor factors, equipment factors, and project supervision factors. The project manager's anticipatory actions are mapped to 3 factors, namely the financial factor ensuring the availability of sufficient financial capital to start the project, the material factor carrying out calculations related to the need for the materials used and bringing in the material before the stock of materials at the project location runs out, the labor factor selecting the workforce. work to carry out work in luxury housing projects with the experience they have and the competencies they have mastered. Inhibiting breast cancer stem cell (BCSC) signaling pathways is a strategic method for successfully treating breast cancer. Nobiletin (NOB) is a compound widely found in orange peel that exhibits a toxic effect on various types of cancer cells, and inhibits the signaling pathways that regulate the properties of BCSCs; however, the effects of NOB on BCSCs remain elusive. The purpose of this study was to determine the target genes of NOB for inhibiting BCSCs using in vitro three-dimensional breast cancer cell culture (mammospheres) and in silico approaches. We combined in vitro experiments to develop mammospheres and conducted cytotoxicity, next-generation sequencing, and bioinformatics analyses, such as gene ontology, the Reactome pathway enrichment, network topology, gene set enrichment analysis, hub genes selection, genetic alterations, prognostic value related to the mRNA expression, and mRNA and protein expression of potential NOB target genes that inhibit BCSCs. Here, we show that NOB inhibited BCSCs in mammospheres from MCF-7 cells. We also identified CDC6, CHEK1, BRCA1, UCHL5, TOP2A, MTMR4, and EXO1 as potential NOB targets inhibiting BCSCs. NOB decreased G0/G1, but increased the G2/M cell population. These findings showed that NOB is a potential therapeutic candidate for BCSCs treatment by regulating cell cycle. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aimed to observe the digestibility performance, digestive enzyme activity, and growth performance of the common carp using corn-steep liquor (CSL). The reference diet used commercial feed with 30% protein, and the test diet used CSL at 0% (CSL0), 10% (CSL10), 20% (CSL20), and 30% (CSL30). Common carp (9.38 ± 0.73 g) were stocked at 10 fish per aquarium. Feeding was performed until apparent satiation thrice daily for the 45-day maintenance period. The study used a completely randomized design with four treatments and four replications. The results showed that CSL contained 44.04% protein and an essential amino acid index of 0.80. The additional dose of CSL reduced feed pH and stomach pH compared to the control due to the lactic acid content. In addition, CSL elevated the activity of protease, amylase, and lipase enzymes in the digestive tract of common carp. By applying 20% dose in formulated diet, CSL could increase the total digestibility, ingredient digestibility, protein digestibility, lipid digestibility, and energy digestibility. The high feed digestibility value in the CSL20 treatment was due to the fish ability to utilize carbohydrates and fats as non-protein energy sources, thus producing higher final weight, daily growth rate, and feed conversion ratio. The results of this study indicate that CSL can be used as a source of plant protein for the common carp diet, whereas an administration of CSL at 20% in diet improves the digestibility performance, digestive enzyme activity, and growth performance of common carp. Cataract shares a major burden causing half of the world's visual impairment and blindness. Ultraviolet light exposure has been associated with a higher incidence of cataracts. UV irradiation causes damage to the ocular tissue through protein crosslinking, enzyme dysfunction, ion pump inhibition, genetic mutation, and cell membrane disruption. Irreversible damage causes apoptosis to the lens epithelial cells, which is the main motor of lens homeostasis. Disturbance to the lens homeostasis will result in the loss of lens transparency and the development of cataracts. Breast cancer, the most prevalent cancer in women globally, is characterized by a low survival rate. Euphorbia hirta is predicted to exhibit promising antibreast cancer properties. This study aimed to explore the active compounds present in the ethanol extract of E. hirta and elucidate their mechanism for countering breast cancer using computational and experimental methodologies. The active components of the E. hirta ethanol extract were determined using Liquid chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry. Furthermore, the identified active compounds were subjected to computational analysis involving drug-likeness screening, membrane permeability, bioactivity, toxicity assessment and protein target prediction using QSAR principles followed by molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations. In vitro experimental investigations included toxicity, rhodamine, apoptosis, cell migration and colony formation assays. These findings indicated that six compounds with drug-like properties and physicochemical features exhibited bioactivity relevant to breast cancer. These compounds, namely, quercetin, luteolin, gallic acid, gentisic acid, quinic acid and caffeic acid, target proteins associated with breast cancer progression, including EGFR, KDR, SRC, FASN, CDK4 and ERBB2. According to molecular docking and dynamics studies, these active compounds bind securely, potentially inhibiting their target protein activity. The ethanol extract of E. hirta was toxic and selective for T47D cells. The extract induced apoptosis and loss of mitochondrial membrane potential in T47D cells, restraining their migration and colony formation. The research findings demonstrate that the extract of E. hirta effectively antagonizes breast cancer by inducing apoptosis, suppressing cellular migration, and inhibiting cell colony formation through the targeted modulation of associated proteins. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on performance through knowledge sharing at RSPAU Indonesia. This research was conducted in RSPAU Indonesia, located in the Adi Sutjipto Air Base office complex in Yogyakarta. The population of this research is all operational members of medical, nursing and other health personnel of RSPAU in Indonesia who are based on experience. At the same time, they are on duty, so they can assess OCB and measure knowledge sharing and performance. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling, so the sample size was 167 samples of RSPAU Indonesia members from a population of 923. The data collection procedure in this research is to use a questionnaire, which will be analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research results show that voluntary Behavior is performed by members of an organization outside of specific tasks but contributes to the organization's overall effectiveness. The objectives of this study are: first, to identify the types of edible flowers which can be used in plating; second, to recognize the knowledge and cognition of the Hotel Management students at STP AMPTA Yogyakarta on the usage of edible plant garnishes for plating. This research is conducted in a qualitative descriptive statistical method. The population and the sample of this research are 30 students of STP AMPTA Yogyakarta majoring in Hotel Management. The sample was collected using a purposive sampling method with the criteria of STP AMPTA students in Hotel Management study program who were taking food processing practice 2 course or students who were in 3rd semester in 2022/2023 academic year, with the total of the respondent of 30 students. The methods of data collecting included in-depth interview, observation, documentation, and literature review. The in-depth interview was conducted with the lecturers (chef) in food processing practice class at STP AMPTA in regard to the types of edible flower used for garnishes. The method used in analysing the data is by describing or presenting the data that had been collected without intending to draw a conclusion that is generally applicable. The data collected is the students' knowledge and cognition of edible flowers. The result of the study found that the types of edible plant garnishes used in STP AMPTA Yogyakarta are edible leaf (red sorel, nasturtium, pea tendril) and edible flower (viola and pansy). Beside that, the knowledge and cognition indicator revealed the average of variative responses from positive to negative. The average positive responses indicated that they acknowledge the types of edible garnish plants and are confident in putting edible plant garnishes in their plating. Meanwhile, the average of negative responses implicated the students' lack of information and understanding of flavour and texture of edible plant garnishes they used. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper brings a new insight into understanding the influence of macrocapsules in packing systems, which can be useful in designing the inert structure of self-healing concrete. A variety of tubular macrocapsules, in terms of types and sizes, was used to assess the capsules' effect in the packing, together with various aggregate types and fractions. The voids ratios (U) of aggregate mixtures were evaluated experimentally and compared with the prediction via the particle packing model of Dewar. The packing of coarse particles was found to be considerably affected by the presence of macrocapsules, while no capsules' effect on the packing of fine particles was attained. A higher capsule dosage and capsule aspect ratio led to a higher voids ratio. In the formulation of the inert structure, the packing disturbance due to capsules can be minimised by increasing the content of fine aggregates over coarse aggregates. Dewar's model showed a good compatibility with experimental results in the absence of capsules. However, the model needed to be upgraded for the introduction of tubular macrocapsules. Accordingly, the effect of macrocapsules was extensively analysed and a 'U model' for capsules (with some limitations) was finally proposed, offering a high predicting accuracy. Urban forest is a form of green open space in the urban area. The use of information and communication technology based on smart tourism is an important factor in providing facilities for recreational areas. This research aims to formulate smart tourism-based development at Pesanggrahan Sangga Buana Urban Forest for recreation based on resources, management and preferences of visitors and the surrounding community. Data collection methods used were literature studies, field observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis used were qualitative, quantitative descriptive, and SWOT. Pesanggrahan Sangga Buana Urban Forest (PSBUF) has the potential to develop smart tourism-based facilities for recreation. Standard recreational facilities are available in the form of prayer rooms, toilets, gazebos, jogging tracks, parking lots, badminton courts and football fields. Urban forest management is carried out by Sangga Buana Environmental Farmers Group with supervision by the Parks and Urban Forest Service of Jakarta Special Capital Region. Sangga Buana Environmental Farmers Group strives to preserve the environment in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta area with facilities that do not disturb the surrounding ecosystem. The existence of jogging tracks and sports fields is still lacking. The biggest motivation for visiting the urban forest is to refresh the mind from daily boredom. Public facilities that are really needed are rubbish bins. Respondents need for smart tourism facilities in the form of Closed Circuit Television is the highest. Recommendations for the development of facilities are optimizing potential, maximizing management cooperation, increasing PSBUF promotions, and optimizing coordination between managers. The leading cause of mortality in patients with breast cancer is metastasis, and bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) signaling activation regulates metastasis in breast cancer. This study explored the genetic and epigenetic modification of BMP receptor genes associated with metastatic breast cancer cells using bioinformatics. The genetic and epigenetic alterations of BMP receptors (BMPR1A, BMPR1B, BMPR2, ACVR2A, ACVR1, ACVR2B, ACVR1B, HJV, and ENG) were examined using cBioportal and methSurv, respectively. mRNA expression was analyzed using TNM plot and bcgenex, and protein expression was studied using Human Protein Atlas. Prognostic value and ROC were investigated using Kaplan–Meier (KM) and ROC plot, respectively. Finally, mutant function was predicted using several databases, including PolyPhen-2, FATHMM, Mutation Assessor, and PredictSNP. Oncoprint analysis showed genetic alterations in BMPR1A (39%), BMPR1B (13%), BMPR2 (34%), ACVR2A (14%), ACVR1 (7%), ACVR2B (13), ACVR1B (35%), HJV (40%), and ENG (33%) across the patients with breast cancer in The Metastatic Breast Cancer Project. The mRNA and protein levels of BMPR2 were increased in metastatic breast tumor tissues compared with those in normal and breast tumor tissues. BMPR1A and BMPR2 showed the highest and lowest levels of epigenetic alterations among the BMP receptors, respectively. The patients with breast cancer who had low levels of BMPR2 had a better overall survival (OS) than those with high levels of BMPR2. Functional mutation prediction showed that mutants in BMPR2 (R272L, E274K, and L685F), ACVR2A (S127L), and ACVR1B (R484H), are deleterious, probably damaging, and possess a cancer phenotype. ROC plot revealed no BMP receptors correlated with endocrine therapy sensitivity. BMPR1B, BMPR2, and ACVR2A levels were significantly linked as moderate prediction of anti-HER2, BMPR2, and ACVR1B demonstrated moderate predictive potential for chemotherapy sensitivity. This study contributed in fully comprehending the significance of genetic and epigenetic alterations in BMP receptors and BMP signaling in metastatic breast cancer cells for the development of breast cancer treatment plans. ASEAN countries face significant environmental challenges contributing to climate change, biodiversity loss, deforestation, and soil degradation. Green banking can help redirect investments toward environmentally friendly activities and discourage deforestation by incentivizing sustainable financing and penalizing unsustainable practices. The article examines the potential benefits of green banking in promoting sustainable financing and discusses the challenges and opportunities for its implementation in ASEAN countries. This article was prepared using a simplified PRISMA method using selected literature and legal materials. The findings suggest that green banking can be vital in promoting sustainable financing and addressing deforestation in ASEAN countries. However, it requires a collaborative effort from stakeholders, including financial institutions, policymakers, and civil society. Two types of lap-spliced intermediate hoops were proposed to address the construction difficulty encountered for conventional intermediate hoops or stirrups used in the plastic hinge regions of beams of special moment-resisting frames. In the proposed type one hoops, a set of U-bars was lap-spliced to the other set of U-bars. The U-bar set was formed by multiple U-bars welded together by the longitudinal holding wires. Weldable steel wire reinforcement was used. In the proposed type two hoops, two three-dimensional stirrups were lap-spliced to form two intermediate hoops. The lap-splice length was based on the Class B tension lap splice of ACI 318. Three full-scale beam specimens, including two specimens with the proposed lap-spliced intermediate hoops and one control specimen with conventional intermediate stirrups, were tested using lateral cyclic loading. Test results showed that the specimens with the proposed lap-spliced intermediate hoops exhibited better drift capacities, energy dissipation ability, and moment strength than the control specimen. The proposed lap-spliced intermediate hoops were more effective in restraining the buckling of longitudinal bars than the conventional closed stirrups. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Kahayan River is located in Central Kalimantan Province which empties into Pulang Pisau Regency. The Kahayan River is the lifeblood of the community through the surrounding aquatic and forest ecosystems. Land use in Pulang Pisau District is dominated by palm oil and rubber as the main commodities. Oil palm plantations that have permits are covering an area of ± 138,076 Ha spread across 6 (six) Districts in Pulang Pisau Regency. Kahayan River is one of the media receiving wastewater from palm oil mills. The water quality status of the Kahayan River is lightly polluted with critical parameters being Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). It is necessary to know the contribution of the polluting load from the wastewater of palm oil mills and oil palm plantations to the carrying capacity of the pollution load of the Kahayan River. Analysis of the maximum polluting load of palm oil wastewater was carried out using the Qual2Kw modelling program. The Kahayan River experiences organic matter pollution characterized by high concentrations of BOD, TSS, and low levels of DO. Palm oil industry activities, both from mill effluent and plantation waste, contribute significantly to the pollution. The Qual2Kw model developed in this study can be used to evaluate the maximum amount of pollutant load that can be received by the Kahayan River and perform pollutant load reduction scenarios. Based on model validation, the simulation results show conformity with field conditions with an error rate (RMSPE) of 10%. The simulation results show that the capacity of the Kahayan River pollutant load (DTBP) for the BOD parameter has been exceeded, so that there is no allocation of the burden of palm oil industry wastewater pollutants that can enter the river. The scenario of reducing the burden of pollutants through reducing the concentration and discharge of palm oil mill wastewater and limiting the clearing of plantation land can only reduce the burden of pollutants by 38.46%, but is still above class II water quality standards. The investigation of thioxanthones involved molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, synthesis, and evaluation of their potential as anticancer agents. Molecular docking analyses indicated that 2,4‐dichloro‐1,3‐dihydroxythioxanthone and 2,4‐dibromo‐1,3‐dihydroxythioxanthone had lower binding energies and 4‐bromo‐1,3‐dihydroxythioxanthone had the similar binding energy compared to erlotinib. In 50 ns molecular dynamics simulation, 2,4‐dichloro‐1,3‐dihydroxythioxanthone and 2,4‐dibromo‐1,3‐dihydroxythioxanthone complex exhibited more stability than 4‐bromo‐1,3‐dihydroxythioxanthone and erlotinib, while it had similar stability with doxorubicin. These compounds comply the Lipinski's rule parameters and the minimum required parameters of ADMET. The evaluated anticancer activity of 2,4‐dichloro‐1,3‐dihydroxythioxanthone and 2,4‐dibromo‐1,3‐dihydroxythioxanthone revealed them inactive against cervical cancer (HeLa) and colorectal cancer (WiDr) with IC50 more than 100 μM, however was moderate activity toward breast cancer (T47D) and lung cancer (A549). The selectivity index (SI) values of those compounds (7.71–148.4) passed the parameter SI. Vernonia amygdalina Delile or bitter leaf, a traditional medicinal plant endemic to Africa, has shown anticancer properties by inhibiting the downstream signaling of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) in several cancer cells through the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathways. This study explored the potential target of Vemonia cardiac glycosides for the treatment of HER2+ breast cancer (CTG) using bioinformatics and in vitro experiments. The similarity ensemble technique Swiss TargetPrediction was used to predict protein targets of cardiac glycosides. DisGeNET and UALCAN were used to collect the regulatory genes of HER2+ breast cancer cells. We obtained 75 CTG sequences from the predicted target and regulatory genes of HER2+ breast cancer. Subsequent analysis of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment revealed that CTG was enriched for multiple pathways, such as PI3K-Akt signaling, breast cancer, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, and ErbB signaling pathways. Further bioinformatic analysis identified five CTG: ERBB2, ESR1, EGFR, PIK3CA, and PTPN11. The ethanolic extract and its ethyl acetate fraction of V. amigdalina were referred to as REF and EA, respectively. Cytotoxicity tests showed that EA exerted strong cytotoxicity on MCF-7/HER2 cells by inducing S-phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, modulating the mRNA expression of CTG: ERBB2, ESR1 , and proliferation and apoptosis markers, PCNA, CCND1 , BAX, BCL2 , and CASP7. Zinc (Zn) alloys, particularly those incorporating magnesium (Mg), have been explored as potential bioabsorbable metals. However, there is a continued need to enhance the corrosion characteristics of Zn-Mg alloys to fulfill the requirements for biodegradable implants. This work involves a corrosion behavior comparison between severe-plastic-deformation (SPD) processed cast Zn-Mg alloys and their hybrid counterparts, having equivalent nominal compositions. The SPD processing technique used was high-pressure torsion (HPT), and the corrosion behavior was studied as a function of the number of turns (1, 5, 15) for the Zn-3Mg (wt.%) alloy and hybrid and as a function of composition (Mg contents of 3, 10, 30 wt.%) for the hybrid after 15 turns. The results indicated that HPT led to multimodal grain size distributions of ultrafine Mg-rich grains containing MgZn2 and Mg2Zn11 nanoscale intermetallics in a matrix of coarser dislocation-free Zn-rich grains. A greater number of turns resulted in greater corrosion resistance because of the formation of the intermetallic phases. The HPT hybrid was more corrosion resistant than its alloy counterpart because it tended to form the intermetallics more readily than the alloy due to the inhomogeneous conditions of the materials before the HPT processing as well as the non-equilibrium conditions imposed during the HPT processing. Extra activities that are not directly related to the formal reward system in place are called OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Based on preliminary research, it is known that permanent foundation teachers (GTY) of PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bogor Regency have relatively low OCB. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to increasing OCB. The aim of this research is to make efforts to increase vocational school teachers' OCB by conducting research on the influence of knowledge management variables, self-efficacy adversity intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in efforts to increase vocational school teachers' OCB. Food processing is an effort to use food healthily and hygienically by using technology. Community members do not yet have optimal knowledge and skills in food processing and innovating. Regarding this matter, it is necessary to provide training and guidance to increase the value of benefits and health value for the community. This Community Service aims to provide training on optimizing product processing to residents of Abadjaya sub-district so that partners can utilize the materials around them more productive. This activity uses participatory action research (PAR) methods by involving community groups. PAR is carried out participatively in community groups with the aim of gaining practical knowledge for better life changes. The result of this service activity is the production of healthy and hygienic processed food. The capability evaluation carried out shows an increase in knowledge and ability to process food into product innovation. The public's response to food processing skills training was good and stated that the product was worthy of development, not only because the ingredients were easy to obtain, but also the process of making it was easy. This activity is expected to provide benefits to the community because it can process food into various beautiful cakes, as well as encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of partners to be more productive so as to improve the community's economy. Introduction: Congenital aniridia is a bilateral iris aplasia or hypoplasia associated with other ocular disorders. The purpose of this case report is to describe the clinical manifestation of congenital aniridia in two members of one family. Case Presentation: The first patient (mother) is a 43-year-old and the second patient (daughter) is a 12-yearold. Both patients complained of blurred vision since childhood. The visual acuity of the first patient was a positive light perception on the right eye (RE) and no light perception on the left eye (LE); the visual acuity of the second patient was 1/60 on the RE and 3/32 on the LE. Both patients had horizontal nystagmus and increased intraocular pressure (IOP) (N+1 palpation) in both eyes. Anterior segment abnormalities of both patients include aniridia with iris rudimentary and superiorly subluxated lens. The first patient also had LE corneal leukoma and RE cataract. The second patient also had right and left eye corneal conjunctivalization. Fundus examination showed no fundus reflex on the first patient and tigroid retina with foveal hypoplasia on the second patient. Eye ultrasounds of both patients showed vitreous opacity. Conclusions: Congenital aniridia primarily originates from a mutation in the paired box gene-6 (PAX6) and is associated with other ocular anomalies such as nystagmus, amblyopia, keratopathies, cataract, lens luxation, glaucoma, fovea, optic nerve hypoplasia. Patients in this case showed similar conditions between mother and daughter, however, the mother's condition was more advanced and more degenerated than the daughter's condition. Surabaya is a big city in Indonesia and is known as the city of heroes. Surabaya received the title of city of heroes because of the struggle to defend Indonesia's independence from colonialism, especially during the November 10, 1945 War. The history of this city of heroes must always be so that it can be inherited by future generations as a historical insight that has significant value. Surabaya is rich with historical sites that can be used as examples and take lessons from the historical approach that exists and is attached to the site itself. Modeling in this historical approach can be done through history edu-tourism. This study uses the ADDIE research and development method. The product designed in this research is history edu-tourism. Through tourism, the important historical values of the city of Surabaya can be transformed to the general public, either directly or indirectly in the context of strengthening nationalism. For example, in Surabaya there is the Bung Karno Birth House, the HOS Tjokroaminoto Boarding House, the Museum and the Tomb of dr. Soetomo, Museum W.R.
