The article presents the results of a survey ranking the best academic programs in international relations for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees. Ivy League schools, Stanford University, and the University of Chicago were among the top choices for undergraduate programs, with Georgetown University being favored by policymakers and think tank staff. East Coast schools, particularly Georgetown University, were preferred for master's programs. The top five Ph.D. programs were Harvard University, Princeton University, Stanford University, Columbia University, and the University of Chicago. The rankings have remained relatively stable, and policymakers and think tank staff value academic Ph.D. programs in Washington, D.C., and outside the United States more than U.S.-based scholars do. Prospective students are advised to consider program features rather than relying solely on reputational rankings. [Extracted from the article]
