The perovskite single crystals (PSC) produced by solution‐processed metallic ions doping have a thick p–n junction (greater than 10 µm). Meanwhile, to achieve high responsivity, the carrier drift length (µτE) has to be larger than the dimensions of the detector. If the p–n junction is quite thick, a high bias voltage is required. For the practical application of photodiode, it is imperative to find a means to generate a thin p–n junction. A productive technique is suggested for forming a thin p–n junction by diffusing metallic ions, resulting in a longer drift length of the carrier than the depletion width. Thinner p–n junction leads to reduced dark current density (0.5 µA cm−2), low trap density (5.71 × 108 cm−3), high mobility (417 cm2 V−1 s−1), and hence increased responsivity (77.69 A W−1) for 30 µW cm−2 UV illumination under a low applied voltage of −15 V. A quick response time with a rise/fall duration of 22 ms/30 ms under 0 V and long‐term stability for over 3 months in ambient airis achieved. To comprehend the performance with the thinner p–n junction‐based photodiodes, the results under UV–Vis illumination are examined and compared. The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has prompted closer cooperation in aquatic products trade between China and Vietnam. Studying the aquatic trade situation and export trade growth dynamics of China and Vietnam can help clarify the aquatic trade relationship between China and Vietnam and promote the sustainable development of bilateral aquatic trade cooperation. This paper analyzes the trade growth dynamics of aquatic products exported from China and Vietnam from 2002 to 2020 using the ternary marginal method. The trade growth pattern of aquatic products exported from China to Vietnam is "both quantity and price growth," and the trade growth pattern of aquatic products exported from Vietnam to China is "quantity growth mainly, extensive growth supplemented." The two countries have apparent differences in the growth dynamics of aquatic products export trade. Moreover, there is a higher complementarity when exporting Vietnam's aquatic products to China than China's aquatic products to Vietnam. Based on these, analyze the factors affecting the growth dynamics of Vietnam's aquatic products export to China: Vietnam's economic development level negatively affects the price index and quantity index of Vietnam's aquatic products exported to China, and Vietnam's aquatic product output affects the price index. China's trade freedom positively affects the price index and negatively affects the quantity index. Finally, this paper put forward suggestions to promote the sustainable development of bilateral aquatic products trade between China and Vietnam to facilitate the formulation of relevant policies between the two countries. This study was conducted to investigate the repair effect and mechanism of new platelet lysate film-forming spray (NPLFS) on rat skin burn wound model with a commonly used clinical dressing as the control. Forty-five SD rats were randomly divided into groups, including NPLFS treated (group A, n = 15), platelet-rich plasma (PRP) plaster group (group B, n = 15), and saline gauze cover group (group C, n = 15), fixed with 3M Tegaderm transparent film dressing. The healing rates on the 5th, 10th, 15th and 20th day, the histological hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining changes on the 10th and 20th day, and the expression of CD31 on the 7th and 21th day after injury were observed. On the day 15 of treatment, the wounds in groups A and B were significantly reduced, while the degree of reduction in group C was not significant. On the day 20 of treatment, the wounds in groups A and B were completely healed and appeared flat, while the wounds in group C were only partly healed. On day 10, the HE staining showed significant increase in neovascularization in groups A and B as compared to group C (n = 3). The CD31 expression on day 20 after treatment showed that the integrated option densities (IODs) for rats in group A (20.13 ± 1.50) and group B (21.15 ± 0.79) were significantly higher than in group C (15.39 ± 1.41, P < 0.01). This study was conducted in the purpose of investigating the effect of Tai Chi on drug craving for women with drug disorders. One hundred and twelve women were recruited from a drug rehabilitation center in China, and 47 and 48 were finally analyzed in the control group and exercise group, respectively. The exercise group underwent a 3-month Tai Chi training, whereas the control group experienced no exercise intervention during the same time period. The drug craving was measured by the visual analog scale. In data analysis, repeated-measures were utilized to test the differences between the control and exercise group over the course of the experiment time. The mean of the craving score significantly dropped from pre-test (control: mean = 5.38, SD = 3.04; exercise: mean = 4.68, SD = 2.93) to post-test (control: mean = 4.03, SD = 2.73; exercise: mean = 1.91, SD = 1.90) in both groups (control group: t = 3.84, df = 46, p < 0.001; exercise group: t = 5.941, df = 47, p < 0.001), with more decrease witnessed in the exercise group. Repeated-measures analysis with a Huynh–Feldt correction showed the significant effect of time (F = 27.383, p < 0.001) as well as the study group by time interaction (F = 3.52, p = 0.024). Low‐cost and efficient large‐scale triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) is considered as the new scheme for distributed mechanical conversion or renewable energy utilization. An extremely popular all‐inorganic lead‐free double perovskite Cs2AgBiBr6 (CABB) has emerged as extraordinary potential material in triboelectric semiconductors' substitution, overcoming high‐impedance limitations associated with organic‐polymer‐insulator based materials. In this study, assembled by the certified available positive frictional material CABB, TENG with sandwiched structure of ITO/compact‐TiO2/mesoporous‐TiO2/CABB – the poly‐tetra‐fluoroethylene/Al exhibits appropriate performance on environmental stability and output capacity for which structure can impede charges decay. Fabrication process comparison shows that as an inexpensive large‐scale functional films preparation method, sprayed CABB TENG with brilliant relative dielectric constant and work function difference possess more distinguished output characteristics. This is confirmed by higher open‐circuit voltage of 105 V, larger short‐current density of 2.45 mA m−2 at 0.25 Hz motion parameter, and more abundant output power density of 0.76 W m−2 under 10 Hz. Further study confirms that both higher frequency and larger contact‐area are conducive to total output power, while terminal charging speed is inversely or positively proportional with capacitance or mechanical frequency. The purposes of this paper were to evaluate the correlation between ultrasonic power spectrum and bone density and to extract the effectiveness of parameters from power spectrum for evaluating bone density. A total of 50 persons 24–72 years of age were recruited. All study participants underwent bone mineral density (BMD) measurements of the lumbar spine (vertebral levels L1–L4). The participants also underwent calcaneal measurements to determine ultrasonic power spectrum with central frequencies of 0.5 MHz. Three parameters from normalized power spectrum, called principle frequency (PF), frequency band (FB), and amplitude for principle frequency (APF), were chosen and be evaluated the correlation with the lumbar spine BMD. The correlation coefficient of PF, FB and APF with BMD was r = −0.48 ( p < 0.001), r = 0.48 ( p < 0.001), and r = −0.71 ( p < 0.001), respectively. The results showed that the correlation between APF and BMD was better than the correlation among PF, FB and BMD, and APF have a significant correlation with BMD. In conclusion, the correlations among the parameters of ultrasonic power spectrum and BMD are significant, and especially APF performs better than PF and FB in evaluating bone density of participants. These results suggest that ultrasonic power spectrum may contain substantial information not already contained in BUA and SOS. Introduction: We report a case of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) involving the breakpoint cluster region (BCR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRA) (BCR::PDGFRA) fusion gene, classified as a BCR::ABL1-like subtype. To our knowledge, this is the first such report. Case Presentation: The patient tested negative for BCR::ABL1 fusion. t(4;22)(q12;q11.2) was detected by karyotype analysis. BCR::PDGFRA transcripts were detected by RNA sequencing. Dasatinib combined with chemotherapy was ineffective. Furthermore, EZH2 mutation was detected. Imatinib, which led to complete remission, was administered; flow cytometry revealed that the minimal residual disease had dropped to 0.008%, and RT-qPCR revealed that BCR::PDGFRA/ABL1 dropped to 9.18 × 10−4. Conclusion: It is noteworthy that imatinib was more effective than dasatinib in our case, although the duration of remission was short. Our findings suggest that other therapies like allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may need to be combined to improve long-term survival in ALL cases with BCR::PDGFRA. An energy-saving control strategy for wheel loaders is proposed in this paper to address the issue of high energy consumption during their operation. The strategy is based on the intelligent identification of working stages, allowing for staged power matching and resulting in reduced energy consumption. Each work stage of the loader is identified by matching it to the main pump pressure waveform and actuator pilot pressure waveform. Using a sliding time window method, pressure waveforms from each working stage are subjected to feature extraction. A bidirectional long short-term memory neural network (BILSTM) algorithm is then used to establish an intelligent recognition model. Based on work stage identification, an energy-saving control strategy based on power matching is proposed for the shoveling stage of the loader, and the Grey Wolf optimization (GWO)-PID algorithm is utilized for control parameter tuning. Finally, the effectiveness of the energy-saving control strategy based on work stage identification is verified through experiments. The research results indicate that the BILSTM recognition model outperforms other models with a recognition accuracy of 96.1%. The optimal time window width is 0.6 s, and the proposed energy-saving control strategy achieves a fuel-saving rate of 6.81%. The ion migrations in lead halide perovskite (LHP)‐based devices are complex processes due to the generation of charges and migration multipaths. The migrating ions are generated mainly from element defects and dislocation defects, and transport along paths of element vacancies and grain boundaries. In this regard, it is of interest to investigate the different influences of the two defect types and paths. Herein, the current–voltage hysteresis and X‐ray photoelectron spectra of almost‐dislocation‐free LHP single crystals (LHPSCs) with different halide components are investigated. The ions cannot migrate in iodine‐based LHPSCs. A decrease in halide vacancy content in a bromine–chlorine‐based perovskite single crystal can effectively limit the ion migration. There is an association between drug use and psychological disorders. The correlation between drug craving and psychological symptoms has been studied during drug use and acute withdrawal. However, this correlation has not been researched during non-acute withdrawal. This study recruited 175 females who had long-term drug use history and their abstinent time was at least 30 days. Psychiatric symptoms were tested by Symptoms Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and Visual Analog Scale was utilized to present subjects' craving intensity. The craving intensity was positively associated with SCL-90 total score and its ten subscales, p < 0.01. SCL-90 total score, somatization, obsessive compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychotic symptoms, and additional items were negatively linked to abstinent time, p < 0.05. Moreover, with the increasing abstinent time, the correlation between craving severity and SCL-90 and its subscales was weakening. The craving was positively associated with psychiatric symptoms in non-acute withdrawal women. This association might weaken and the severity of some psychiatric symptoms may ameliorate over time. Women who have drug use disorders would benefit from psychiatric treatment to reduce drug craving and to subsequently decrease relapse rate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: The aim of this study was to estimate forced vital capacity (FVC) by analyzing incomplete forced expiratory flow–time (FEFT) curves using the new Luus–Jaakola (NLJ) optimization procedure. Methods: Complete FEFT curves from 90 subjects with and without respiratory disease were used to validate the method, and its application performance was evaluated by FEFT curves containing incomplete curves from nine obstructive patients. First, a lumped parameter model of the FEFT curve, taking FVC as one of the model parameters, is chosen. The 0–1 s, 0–1.5 s, …, 0–6 s curves chosen from the accepted FEFT curves are, respectively, taken as the local system observations. Then, the NLJ optimization procedure was used to get the estimate of FVC (FVCest) by estimating the model parameters. Finally, FVCest was compared with the measured FVC (FVCmea). Results: The difference between FVCest and FVCmea decreased with the lengths of observed curves increasing. When the lengths of observed curves reached 3 s, the mean difference (±SD) between FVCest and FVCmea was −11 ± 58 mL. Estimated FVC derived from the incomplete curves were close to FVC from accepted maneuvers. Conclusion: The method can be used to estimate FVC by analyzing an incomplete FEFT curve, providing the length of the curve is more than 3 s. Significance: This method can help the subjects who cannot complete the forced expiratory maneuver to provide a reliable estimate of FVC and also can be used to analyze the unacceptable spirometry because of early termination of exhalation. We have utilized CsPbBr 3 +PEO+PVP (Pero+polymer) composite film for efficient UV-photodetection. The polymers improve the surface coverage, surface passivation, UV-light absorption, stability, charge carrier lifetime, where the good ionic conduction of PEO, improves the carrier transportation in the Pero-polymer composite film to enhance detection. This composite film works well for 450 nm-550 nm photodetection and is excellent for UV-photodetection as compared to conventional perovskite film. However, the expansion of its implementation in optoelectronic devices is being hindered due to the poor surface coverage of its film, inefficient charge transportation, long-term instability, and requirements of complex fabrication techniques. Here, a facile solution-processed composite perovskite film composed of CsPbBr 3 polycrystals merged with polymers such as polyethylene oxide (PEO) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) has been introduced to act as a light absorber for efficient ultraviolet (UV) light detection. The as-used polymers in the composite film have improved the surface coverage, surface passivation, light absorption, stability, charge carrier lifetime due to the high UV-Absorption tendency of CsPbBr 3 and transport capability strengthened by the good ionic conduction of PEO, which results in an efficient UV-photodetection. Compared to the pristine CsPbBr 3 film-based PD, the CsPbBr 3 -polymer based PD has achieved a high photo-to-dark current ratio, responsivity and specific detectivity of up to 106, 55.71 AW−1 and 8.07 × 1013 Jones, respectively, at a very low bias voltage of 0.2 V using 365 nm light source. In view of the problem that the traditional working point determination method only considers the engine fuel consumption and does not consider the hydraulic pump efficiency and load fluctuation in the process of the working point stability control of an excavator engine, a simple and feasible, experimental data-driven, multi-stage determination method of excavator working point based on the comprehensive evaluation model is proposed. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation model of working point torque with weight parameters is established at different working stages under the rated speed in a phased way. The results show that this method can determine the working point torque at different working stages, and reduce engine fuel consumption and load fluctuation based on ensuring the efficiency of the hydraulic pump. The lowest engine fuel consumption can be reduced by 7.09%, and the lowest load fluctuation can be reduced by 17.8%. In addition, by modifying the weight parameters, we can emphasize the fuel consumption and load fluctuation of the engine according to their importance, to achieve the determination of working points under different requirements. The energy transfer efficiency and damage characteristics are the theoretical basis for the selection and optimization of hydraulic impact hammer tools. In this paper, quarter three-dimensional models of the piston-tool-rock system are established based on the continuum and discontinuum element method. The incident and reflected stress waves and rock damage characteristics obtained from the simulation model are in good agreement with experimental and theoretical results. The effects of piston impact velocity, tool shape, rock strength, confining pressure and repeated impacts on rock damage zone and energy transfer efficiency between tool and rock are analyzed. The force-penetration curves and penetration coefficients under different impact velocities, rock strength, and confining pressure conditions are obtained. The results illustrate that the energy transfer efficiency and penetration coefficient increase with the increase of rock strength, confining pressure and tip area of tool, but decrease with the increase of impact velocity. Based on the simulation results, a prediction formula for penetration force with consideration of the shape of the tool tip is proposed and the calculation accuracy is verified. The ever-growing threats of bacterial infection and chronic wound healing have provoked an urgent need for novel antibacterial wound dressings. In this study, we developed a wound dressing for the treatment of infected wounds, which can reduce the inflammatory period (through the use of gentamycin sulfate (GS)) and enhance the granulation stage (through the addition of platelet-rich plasma (PRP)). Herein, the sustained antimicrobial CMC/GMs@GS/PRP wound dressings were developed by using gelatin microspheres (GMs) loading GS and PRP, covalent bonding to carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC). The prepared dressings exhibited high water uptake capability, appropriate porosity, excellent mechanical properties, sustain release of PRP and GS. Meanwhile, the wound dressing showed good biocompatibility and excellent antibacterial ability against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Moreover, in vivo experiments further demonstrated that the prepared dressings could accelerate the healing process of E. coli and S. aureus -infected full-thickness wounds i n vivo, reepithelialization, collagen deposition and angiogenesis. In addition, the treatment of CMC/GMs@GS/PRP wound dressing could reduce bacterial count, inhibit pro-inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6), and enhance anti-inflammatory factors (TGF-β1). Perovskite single crystals (PSCs) can be used to fabricate high performance photoelectric detectors due to their superior optoelectronic characteristics. Generally, an external electric field needs to be applied in PSC-based detectors to improve their charge collection efficiency. However, the large external electric field increases the dark current, which will enlarge the noise current. To alleviate this drawback, an approach of fabricating a PSC-based heterojunction is proposed in this work, which contributes to reduced dark current in a relatively high reverse electric field. In this study, a heterojunction formed by epitaxially growing MAPbBr3 PSCs on Bi3+-doped MAPbCl3 PSCs is reported, and it shows relatively low trap density and higher built-in potential. The as-fabricated Au-MAPbBr3/Bi3+-doped MAPbCl3 PSC heterojunction-Au photodiode shows smaller dark current density, better long-term current stability and reduced noise level by approximately four orders compared to the Au–MAPbBr3 PSCs–Au photoconductor device under an external reverse voltage of 100 V (mean electric field of ∼31.5 V mm−1). Moreover, the pN heterojunction photodiode shows favorable X-ray detection performance, with a fast response time of 4.89 μs and high sensitivity of 1.72 × 103 μC Gyair−1 cm−2 for 50 kVp X-ray photons under a reverse electric field of 31.5 V mm−1. This work confirms that the epitaxial fabrication of PSC heterojunctions may be a promising strategy to enhance the performance of X-ray photodetectors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite is being extensively applied to optoelectronics. However, the complex fabrication techniques, long-term instability, inefficient charge transportation; poor surface coverage hinders the expansion of its applications. Herein, we report for the first time the in-situ synthesis of MACsPbBr 3 -perovskite crystals in polymer-matrix to act as a light absorber for efficient ultraviolet light detection. The devices fabricated with the MACsPbBr 3 -perovskite films showed a maximum photocurrent of 8.9 × 10−6, a dark current of 1.7 × 10−11 A, responsivity of 45.75 AW−1, detectivity of 1.05 × 1013 Jones and on/off ratio >105 at 0 V, under the illumination of 0.28 mW cm−2. The plasmonic enhancement was explored by fabricating PDs on (gold nanoparticles) AuNPs/ZnO structure, which exhibited photocurrent enhancement (10−5), ascribed to the huge localized electric field induced by the surface plasmon resonance, scattering, and reflectance from AuNPs and structured ZnO surface, and improved the responsivity (55.91 AW−1) and on/off ration (>106) by 1.12-fold and 10-fold. And the formed Schottky barrier between Pero and AuNPs/ZnO region could lead to the reduced dark current (10−13 A) and improved detectivity (7.91 × 1014 Jones). This study offers a different pathway for the designing of high-performance plasmonic PDs. We have utilized MACsPbBr 3 +PVDF+PVP (Pero+Polymer) composite film for efficient UV-photo detection. Also, we have employed the same composite film to investigate plasmonic enhanced photodetector. The addition of MA-Pero in the PVDF matrix not only improves the surface coverage but also reduces the dark current due to PVDF. MA-Pero+PVDF combined with Cs-Pero+PVP overall improves surface coverage, surface passivation, UV-light absorption, stability, and charge carrier lifetime. Preparing this composite film on the structured layer of AuNPs/ZnO improves not only absorption but the carrier transportation in the Pero-polymer composite film to enhance the detection and response of photodetector due to the additional effect of scatterings, reflectance, and electric field enhancement.
