Kelp is a traditional healthy food due to its high nutritional content; however, its relatively high contents of iodine and arsenic have raised concerns about its edible safety. This study explored the effects of different cooking treatments on the contents of iodine and arsenic in kelp, evaluated the bioaccessibility and bioavailability of iodine and arsenic in kelp using in vitro digestion, and compared the differences in the transport characteristics of iodine in kelp and KIO3 using a Caco-2 monolayer cell transport model. The results show that the content of target elements that reached systemic circulation could be reduced by cooking and gastrointestinal digestion. The highest reductions in iodine and arsenic were 94.4% and 74.7%, respectively, which were achieved by boiling for 10 min. The bioaccessibility and bioavailability of iodine and arsenic were significantly improved by a cooking treatment. However, the contents of iodine and arsenic decreased significantly, with the bioaccessibility of iodine reducing from 3188.2 μg/L to 317.0 μg/L and that of arsenic reducing from 32.5 μg/L to 18.1 μg/L in the gastric phase after boiling. The findings also show that the efficiency of iodine transport in kelp and KIO3 was positively correlated with the transport time and negatively correlated with the concentration of iodine. With the increase in the iodine concentration, the rate of iodine transport in kelp decreased from 63.93% to 3.14%, but that of KIO3 was stable at around 35%, which indicates that the absorption efficiency of iodine from kelp was limited, even when too much kelp was ingested. In conclusion, the edible safety of kelp is significantly improved after cooking. The risk of excessive iodine and arsenic intake caused by consuming kelp is extremely low, and as an effective iodine supplement source, kelp has higher edible safety compared with KIO3. Essential thrombocythemia (ET) and prefibrotic primary myelofibrosis (pre-PMF) are Philadelphia chromosome-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms. These conditions share overlapping clinical presentations; however, their prognoses differ significantly. Current morphological diagnostic methods lack reliability in subtype differentiation, underlining the need for improved diagnostics. The aim of this study was to investigate the multi-omics alterations in bone marrow biopsies of patients with ET and pre-PMF to improve our understanding of the nuanced diagnostic characteristics of both diseases. We performed proteomic analysis with 4D direct data-independent acquisition and microbiome analysis with 2bRAD-M sequencing technology to identify differential protein and microbe levels between untreated patients with ET and pre-PMF. Laboratory and multi-omics differences were observed between ET and pre-PMF, encompassing diverse pathways, such as lipid metabolism and immune response. The pre-PMF group showed an increased neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and decreased high-density lipoprotein and cholesterol levels. Protein analysis revealed significantly higher CXCR2, CXCR4, and MX1 levels in pre-PMF, while APOC3, APOA4, FABP4, C5, and CFB levels were elevated in ET, with diagnostic accuracy indicated by AUC values ranging from 0.786 to 0.881. Microbiome assessment identified increased levels of Mycobacterium, Xanthobacter, and L1I39 in pre-PMF, whereas Sphingomonas, Brevibacillus, and Pseudomonas_E were significantly decreased, with AUCs for these genera ranging from 0.833 to 0.929. Our study provides preliminary insights into the proteomic and microbiome variations in the bone marrow of patients with ET and pre-PMF, identifying specific proteins and bacterial genera that warrant further investigation as potential diagnostic indicators. This article discusses a rare case of Kabuki syndrome (KS) complicated by severe immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT). KS is a congenital disorder associated with mutations in the KMT2D or KDM6A genes. The presence of autoimmune disorders, such as ITP and AIT, in KS patients is rare. The article presents a case study of a 9-year-old boy with KS who had a novel pathogenic KMT2D mutation, delayed development, organ malformations, and severe ITP and AIT. Summary: Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an autoimmune disease characterized by antibody‐mediated platelet destruction and impaired platelet production. The mechanisms underlying ITP and biomarkers predicting the response of drug treatments are elusive. We performed a metabolomic profiling of bone marrow biopsy samples collected from ITP patients admission in a prospective study of the National Longitudinal Cohort of Hematological Diseases. Machine learning algorithms were conducted to discover novel biomarkers to predict ITP patient treatment responses. From the bone marrow biopsies of 91 ITP patients, we quantified a total of 4494 metabolites, including 1456 metabolites in the positive mode and 3038 metabolites in the negative mode. Metabolic patterns varied significantly between groups of newly diagnosed and chronic ITP, with a total of 876 differential metabolites involved in 181 unique metabolic pathways. Enrichment factors and p‐values revealed the top metabolically enriched pathways to be sphingolipid metabolism, the sphingolipid signalling pathway, ubiquinone and other terpenoid–quinone biosynthesis, thiamine metabolism, tryptophan metabolism and cofactors biosynthesis, the phospholipase D signalling pathway and the phosphatidylinositol signalling system. Based on patient responses to five treatment options, we screened several metabolites using the Boruta algorithm and ranked their importance using the random forest algorithm. Lipids and their metabolism, including long‐chain fatty acids, oxidized lipids, glycerophospholipids, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine biosynthesis, helped differentiate drug treatment responses. Platinum selenide (PtSe2), an emerging 2D material, has attracted extensive attention owing to its wide‐tunable bandgap and ultrahigh conductivity for potential applications in optoelectronic and energy devices. However, the preparation of atomically thin PtSe2 remains a big challenge due to its large formation energy. Herein, the robust synthesis of large‐area ultrathin PtSe2 microbelts via a step‐induced separation growth strategy on Au(001) substrate is demonstrated. Thanks to the high controllability of this approach, the continuous modulation of the thickness of PtSe2 microbelts from monolayer to bulk is realized and the sample coverage from ≈5% to ≈100% by coordinately tuning the growth temperature and time. Theory calculations indicate that the significant reduction of formation energy of PtSe2 nucleation at the Au steps, along with the high‐efficiency separation‐supply of Pt precursor, are responsible for the robust synthesis of PtSe2. Owing to the rich‐edges with abundant active sites and metallic conduction features of ultrathin PtSe2 microbelt, it can act as an excellent electrocatalyst, featured with a record high hydrogen evolution reaction efficiency (Tafel slope: 37 mV dec−1). This retrospective study was conducted in 27 patients with malignant transformation of mature cystic teratoma（MT-MCT）and 125 ovarian teratoma patients with torsion who underwent surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from 2008 to 2019. The incidence of MT-MCT in this study was 0.79%. The 3-year overall survival (OS) rate was 69.6 ± 9.6%. The 3-year progression-free survival (PFS) rate was 58.3 ± 9.6%. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis indicated that patients with squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) had significantly shorter OS compared with non-SCC patients. Older age (OR 1.076, 95% CI 1.041–1.111), higher platelet (PLT) level (OR 1.012, 95% CI 1.005–1.020) and lower neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) level (OR 0.794, 95% CI 0.647–0.915) were independent predictors of MT-MCT. The area under the curve (AUC) for the combined use of age, PLT count and NLR was 0.921 (95% confidence interval 0.877–0.964; p < 0.001), with a sensitivity of 92.6% and a specificity of 80.8%. Background: Diabetic foot ulcers often affect tendon tissue. Consequently, the infection may spread proximally along the tendon, leading to amputation or even the death of patients. Exposed, degenerated, and necrotic tendons are key factors affecting the healing of diabetic foot ulcers. The effective treatment of the tendon involvement may positively affect the prognosis. In clinical practice, treatment with Shengji ointment and bromelain induces islands of granulation tissue on the denatured tendon surface, which gradually grows and merges. Ideally, the exposed tendon is covered entirely by granulation tissue. This trial aims to assess the effect of a combined treatment regime of Shengji ointment, which has been shown to regenerate muscle tissue and pineapple protease in preventing the loss of function and amputation caused by tendon necrosis. This trial will provide high-quality evidence for the effectiveness of this combination in healing diabetic ulcers with tendon necrosis. Methods: The sample size will be 180 patients who will be randomly assigned 1:1 to a treatment group (90 patients) using Shengji ointment combined with bromelain and a control group (90 patients) using hydrocolloid dressing. Both groups will continue their conventional treatments, such as blood glucose and blood pressure medication, lipid regulation, antiplatelets, and others. The primary outcome will be the wound coverage with granulation tissue. Secondary outcomes will be the wound healing rate, amputation extent (where needed), time to granulation, and the Maryland Foot Score. Other efficacy outcomes will be the time to debridement of necrotic tendon tissue and granulation tissue score. Discussion: This study will treat patients with diabetic foot ulcers with exposed, degenerated, and necrotic tendons with Shengji ointment and bromelain. The trial aims to promote regeneration and healing, to preserve the limb and its function, and to develop a comprehensive and effective protocol that can be applied to promote the healing of exposed tendons in diabetic foot wounds. Van der Waals heterojunctions of two-dimensional atomic crystals are widely used to build functional devices due to their excellent optoelectronic properties, which are attracting more and more attention, and various methods have been developed to study their structure and properties. Here, density functional theory combined with the nonequilibrium Green's function technique has been used to calculate the transport properties of graphene/WS2 heterojunctions. It is observed that the formation of heterojunctions does not lead to the opening of the Dirac point of graphene. Instead, the respective band structures of both graphene and WS2 are preserved. Therefore, the heterojunction follows a unique Ohm's law at low bias voltages, despite the presence of a certain rotation angle between the two surfaces within the heterojunction. The transmission spectra, the density of states, and the transmission eigenstate are used to investigate the origin and mechanism of unique linear I–V characteristics. Retinal degeneration, characterized by the progressive loss of retinal neurons, is the leading cause of incurable visual impairment. Retinal progenitor cells (RPCs)‐based transplantation can facilitate sight restoration, but the clinical efficacy of this process is compromised by the imprecise neurogenic differentiation of RPCs and undermining function of transplanted cells surrounded by severely oxidative retinal lesions. Here, it is shown that ultrathin niobium carbide (Nb2C) MXene enables performance enhancement of RPCs for retinal regeneration. Nb2C MXene with moderate photothermal effect markedly improves retinal neuronal differentiation of RPCs by activating intracellular signaling, in addition to the highly effective RPC protection by scavenging free radicals concurrently, which has been solidly evidenced by the comprehensive biomedical assessments and theoretical calculations. A dramatically increased neuronal differentiation is observed upon subretinal transplantation of MXene‐assisted RPCs into the typical retinal degeneration 10 (rd10) mice, thereby contributing to the efficient restoration of retinal architecture and visual function. The dual‐intrinsic function of MXene synergistically aids RPC transplantation, which represents an intriguing paradigm in vision‐restoration research filed, and will broaden the multifunctionality horizon of nanomedicine. An extended PGaN structure is proposed and successfully adopted on a Schottky PGaN enhancement‐mode GaN high‐electron‐mobility transistor (HEMT) platform. The device features a drain saturation current of 256 mA mm−1, a threshold voltage of +1.8 V, and an ON resistance of 19.781 Ω mm. It is found that using the PGaN extension structure on both HEMTs and circle Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) efficiently reduces leakage current across a wide temperature range (from −55 °C to 150 °C). The current study involving 318 essential thrombocythemia (ET) patients with prior thrombosis was designed to identify risk factors that were predictive of recurrent thrombosis. The whole cohort was randomly split into derivation and validation cohorts. The random forest method, support vector machine with built-in recursive feature elimination model, and logistic multivariable analysis were performed in the derivation cohort, and cardiovascular risk factor (CVF) and RBC distribution width with standard deviation (RDW-SD) were finally selected as independent predictors. Subsequently we devise a 3-tiered model (low risk: 0 points; intermediate risk: 1-1.5 points; and high risk: 2.5 points) and it showed good discrimination in all cohorts. Moreover, the model was significantly correlated with rethrombosis-free survival (rTFS) (p = 0.0007 in the derivation cohort; p = 0.0019 in the validation cohort). In the whole cohort, cytoreductive therapy was more effective than antiplatelet agents alone for 10-year rTFS (p = 0.0336). No significant difference in 10-year rTFS was observed among interferon (IFN), hydroxyurea (HU), and IFN + HU therapy (p = 0.444). The present study helps identify individuals who need close monitoring and provides valuable risk signals for recurrence in ET patients with prior thrombosis. Highlights: Reliable biomarkers to accurately predict recurrence in essential thrombocythemia patients who have a previous thrombosis have been lacking thus far, and the prognostic significance remains to be carefully defined. Based on machine learning algorithm, we confirmed that CVF and RDW-SD ≥ 47 fL were independent predictors of recurrence, and both were associated with reduced rTFS. Approximately half of patients diagnosed with essential thrombocythemia (ET) are older adults (aged ≥ 60 years), but to date, little is known about the clinical and molecular characteristics of older patients diagnosed according to the 2016 World Health Organization criteria. We retrospectively collected clinical and molecular data from 282 older (≥ 60 years) and 621 younger ET patients (18–59 years) in China from March 1, 2012 to November 1, 2021 and summarized the clinical characteristics and treatment of these older ET patients. Compared to younger patients, older patients had a higher incidence of the JAK2V617F mutation (P = 0.001), a lower incidence of CALR mutations (P = 0.033) and a higher rate of epigenetic mutations (P < 0.001), TP53 mutations (P = 0.005), and RNA splicing mutations (P < 0.001). Older patients had not only a higher incidence of thrombosis but also a higher incidence of bleeding events. Furthermore, older patients had a significantly higher mortality rate after disease progression (P = 0.050) or after thrombotic events (P = 0.013). Risk factors for thrombosis or prognosis were significantly different between older patients and the entire ET cohort. In older patients, non-driver mutations contributed significantly to thrombotic complications and a poor prognosis, while the JAK2V617F mutation was a risk factor for overall survival but not for thrombotic events. The application of interferon in older ET patients was not inferior to that of hydroxyurea in terms of efficacy and safety. Older patients presented unique characteristics different from those of younger patients, which could provide new information for formulating more appropriate treatment and follow-up strategies. Classical molecular dynamics simulations have been performed to study the atomic structures and thermal expansion of coordination shells in solid and liquid Invar alloys. Analysis of atomic structures reveals that there is an attraction between Fe-Ni nearest pairs, and that structural order still exists in the liquid Invar alloy. Fe—Ni bonds are found to have the smallest thermal expansion in the solid Invar alloy among three types of bonds, which plays an important role in the Invar effect. We also discover that the thermal expansion coefficient will gradually get close to the macroscopic level as the coordination shell number increases in Invar alloys. It is until the 5th coordination shell in the solid state and the 4th coordination shell in the liquid state that the thermal expansions of the coordination shells can reach the macroscale value. The instability and failure of rock that has been frozen and thawed cause serious rock engineering accidents in cold regions. Exploring the precursor information of freeze–thaw rock failure is of great theoretical value and engineering significance. Real-time uniaxial compression acoustic thermal monitoring experiments were conducted on freeze–thaw sandstone, and non-contact rock fracture precursor warning indicators were proposed. According to the coupled analysis of acoustic–thermal monitoring information, a precursor information chain for freeze–thaw rocks was established in time and space, and the spatiotemporal evolution of damage and acoustic thermal effects of freeze–thaw sandstone under compressive load was studied. The freeze–thaw cycle enhances the sensitivity of acoustic–thermal precursor information. Significant synchronous changes in ring count often occur during the rapid expansion period of damage, which can provide an essential reference for the occurrence and intensification of damage. The sequence of precursor warning information during the process of freeze–thaw sandstone compression failure is in the order of thermal infrared temperature → acoustic emission ringing count → acoustic emission energy → infrared thermal image. Thermal infrared temperature and acoustic emission precursor information can help in prioritizing early warning of rock damage in terms of time. The development of covalent organic framework (COF) sonosensitizers with intrinsic sonodynamic effects is highly desirable. However, such COFs are generally constructed using small‐molecule photosensitizers. Herein, we report that the reticular chemistry‐based synthesis of COFs from two inert monomers yields a COF‐based sonosensitizer (TPE‐NN) with inherent sonodynamic activity. Subsequently, a nanoscale COF TPE‐NN is fabricated and embedded with copper (Cu)‐coordinated sites to obtain TPE‐NN‐Cu. Results show that Cu coordination can enhance the sonodynamic effect of TPE‐NN, whereas ultrasound (US) irradiation for sonodynamic therapy can augment the chemodynamic efficacy of TPE‐NN‐Cu. Consequently, TPE‐NN‐Cu upon US irradiation shows high‐performance anticancer effects based on mutually reinforced sono‐/chemo‐nanodynamic therapy. Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) represents a promising therapeutic modality for treating breast cancer, which relies on the generation of abundant reactive oxygen species (ROS) to induce oxidative stress damage. However, mutant breast cancers, especially triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC), have evolved to acquire specific antioxidant defense functions, significantly limiting the killing efficiency of SDT. Herein, the authors have engineered a distinct single copper atom‐doped titanium dioxide (Cu/TiO2) nanosonosensitizer with highly catalytic and sonosensitive activities for synergistic chemodynamic and sonodynamic treatment of TNBC. The single‐atom Cu is anchored on the most stable Ti vacancies of hollow TiO2 sonosensitizers, which not only substantially improved the catalytic activity of Cu‐mediated Fenton‐like reaction, but also considerably augmented the sonodynamic efficiency of TiO2 by facilitating the separation of electrons (e−) and holes (h+). Both the in vitro and in vivo studies demonstrate that the engineered single atom‐doped nanosonosensitizers effectively achieved the significantly inhibitory effect of TNBC, providing a therapeutic paradigm for non‐invasive and safe tumor elimination through the mutual process of sono/chemo‐nanodynamic therapy based on multifunctional single‐atom nanosonosensitizers. Purpose: The key point of eyelid margin reconstruction is to keep both the support function and aesthetic appearance. The eyelid's complex anatomical structures make eyelid margin reconstruction demanding. Eyelid margin defects are conventionally classified by their width relative to the eyelid width: small, medium, or large. In this study, we introduce a reconstruction method for small to medium defects. Patients and Methods: We conducted a single-center case series of patients from the practice of a single experienced plastic surgeon at a tertiary center. We included consecutive outpatients from 2014 to 2021. The inclusion criteria were (1) eyelid margin mass and (2) willingness to receive eyelid margin reconstruction by the reported method. The exclusion criteria were (1) eyelid margin mass involving most or all of the tarsus and (2) less than one year of follow-up. Patients were followed up face to face or online. Patients' demographics, clinical characteristics and outcomes, and satisfaction were collected. The clinical outcomes were assessed and scored by two plastic surgeons. Procedure: We reconstructed the anterior lamella with an advancement musculocutaneous flap and repaired the posterior lamella with a specially designed advancement tarsoconjunctival flap, of which a piece of tarsus was shaved and the corresponding remnant conjunctiva was bent forward to cover the tarsus edge to avoid ocular injury. Results: We included 24 patients (25 lesions). Almost all patients had eyelash discontinuity. One patient presented slight notching of the lower eyelid margin. The other patients reported no complications or recurrence. The average outcome score was 1.23± 0.69, indicating that our method was excellent. All patients were very satisfied with the surgery. The average follow-up time was 5.75 years. Conclusion: We report a reconstruction method for small to medium eyelid margin defects and a novel design for preventing ocular injury, which is an especially good option for transverse defects. This paper proposes a direct synthesis method for diplexer with wide fractional bandwidth (115.4%) of the second passband and a narrow isolation bandwidth (190 MHz) between the two passbands in the frequency domain and almost no tailings of the output signals in the time domain. This diplexer is designed for pulsed ground penetrating radar (GPR), which takes both the time domain and frequency domain responses into consideration. This method is able to synthesize diplexers with low insertion loss and high rejection in the frequency domain while avoiding tailing of the output signal in the time domain. Additionally, a T‐junction with alternated stepped impedance line (SIL) is proposed, this significantly reduces the length of the junction by 40% and at the same time widens the bandwidth of the second passband by 78.6%. As a design example, a diplexer operating at DC‐540 MHz and 730–2720 MHz is designed and fabricated, showing IL of 0.9 dB and rejection of 24 dB, while the width of the signal in the time domain is unchanged. Herein, we develop a copper nanodot integrating sonodynamic and catalytic effects within one active center, which responds to exogenous ultrasound (US) and endogenous H2O2 stimuli. US irradiation induces the valence conversion from CuII to CuI catalyzing H2O2 into ⋅OH for chemodynamic therapy. Meanwhile, valence transformation results in electron‐hole pairs separation, promoting ROS generation for sonodynamic therapy. Background: Uterine sarcomas are rare and aggressive gynaecologic malignancies, characterized by a relatively high recurrence rate and poor prognosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinicopathological features and explore the prognostic factors of these malignancies.Methods: This was a single-institution, retrospective study. We reviewed the medical records of 155 patients with pathologically confirmed uterine sarcomas including uterine leiomyosarcoma (ULMS), low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (LG-ESS), high-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (HG-ESS), undifferentiated uterine sarcoma (UUS) and adenosarcoma (AS) between 2006 and 2022. A total of 112 patients who underwent surgery between January 2006 and April 2019 were included in the survival analysis. The current study recorded the clinicopathological, treatment and outcome data to determine clinical characteristics and survival.Results: The most common histopathological type was ULMS (63/155, 40.64%), followed by LG-ESS (56/155, 36.13%) and HG-ESS (16/155, 10.32%). The mean age at diagnosis of all patients was 49.27±48.50 years and 32.90% (51/155) of patients were postmenopausal. Fifteen patients underwent fast-frozen sectioning, 63(54.78%) were diagnosed with malignancy, 29(25.22%) were highly suspected of malignancy that needed further clarification and 23(14.84%) were diagnosed with benign disease. A total of 124(80%) patients underwent total hysterectomy (TH) and salpingo-oophorectomy. Multivariate analyses showed that histological type and tumour size were independent prognostic factors both for overall survival (OS) (p<0.001 and P=0.017, respectively) and progression-free survival (PFS) (p<0.001 and P=0.018, respectively). Tumour stage was only significantly associated with PFS (P=0.002). Elevated preoperative NLR, PLR and postmenopausal status were significantly correlated with shorter PFS and OS in univariate analysis, but no statistically significant difference was found in multivariate analysis.Conclusions: In patients with uterine sarcoma, in comparison to LMS and LG-ESS, UUS and HG-ESS tend to present as more aggressive tumour with poorer outcomes. A parameter extraction method for the LC circuit of a dual-band bandpass filter (DB-BPF) based on the fully connected network is proposed in this article. The network learning process consists of two stages: 1) pretraining and 2) fine-tuning. The network after pretraining has the ability to output the inaccurate values of LC circuit parameters with the desired ${S}$ -parameters (obtained according to the filter design requirements) as input. The precise LC circuit parameters can be obtained from the network during the subsequent fine-tuning process. This parameter extraction method can be applied to LC circuits of various bandpass filters. In addition to the amplitude of S-parameter, the phase of S-parameter is also used as learning data for the pretraining network. Comparative experiments show that the most accurate LC circuit parameters can be predicted using the network trained with phase information compared with the network trained without phase information. Two 7-order narrowband and two 9-order wideband DB-BPFs with four transmission zeros at different center frequencies are designed to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method, and the experimental results show that the proposed method is valid and effective. In this letter, an enhancement-mode (E-mode) GaN p-channel field-effect transistors (p-FETs) with current density of −5.6 mA/mm and ${I} _{{\mathrm {ON}}}/{I} _{{\mathrm {OFF}}}$ ratio of 106 was demonstrated on a p-GaN/AlN/AlGaN/GaN heterostructure on Si substrate. A decent ohmic contact resistivity of $9.25 \times 10^{-5} \Omega \cdot {\mathrm {cm}}^{2}$ is achieved by capping the heterostructure with a 10-nm heavily Mg-doped p++-GaN epilayer. A two-step gate trench etching process, is implemented to overcome the decreased OFF-state blocking voltage associated with the surface p++-GaN layer. Atomic scale studies of the anchoring of catalytically active complexes to surfaces may provide valuable insights for the design of new catalytically active hybrid systems. In this work, the self-assembly of 1D, 2D and 3D structures of the complex fac-Re(bpy)(CO)3Cl (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine), a CO2 reduction catalyst, on the Ag(001) surface are studied by a combination of low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy and density functional theory calculations. Infrared and sum frequency generation spectroscopy confirm that the complex remains chemically intact under sublimation. Deposition of the complexes onto the silver surface at 300 K leads to strong local variations in the resulting surface coverage on the nanometer scale, indicating that in the initial phase of deposition a large fraction of the molecules is desorbing from the surface. Low coverage regions show a decoration of step edges aligned along the crystal's symmetry axes <110>. These crystallographic directions are found to be of major importance to the binding of the complexes to the surface. Moreover, the interaction between the molecules and the substrate promotes the restructuring of surface steps along these directions. Well-aligned and decorated steps are found to act as nucleation point for monolayer growth (2D) before 3D growth starts. Catalytically active complexes adsorbed to noble metal surfaces hold potential for CO2 utilisation. Here, the mechanism of growth of fac-Re(bpy)(CO)3Cl on Ag(001) is shown to begin at well-oriented surface steps, with surface restructuring promoting the growth of long-range ordered assemblies. In this paper, a novel design method for reconfigurable bandpass filter (BPF) with constant absolute bandwidth (ABW) based on neural network is proposed. A lumped‐element circuit is used to design the reconfigurable BPF, which consists five series LC tanks. Three series tanks can provide three transmission poles, while two parallel tanks can introduce two same transmission zeros (TZs). This method allows designing BPFs with tunable center frequency and constant ABW. A set of inductance and capacitance values for the center frequency and ABW requirements are optimized by using neural network. Then, optimize the capacitance values to adjust the center frequency with fixed inductance values by the three series tanks and the TZ by the parallel tanks. In order to verify this design method, three varactor diodes are employed to achieve the reconfigurable BPFs with the constant ABW under different work states. Experiments show that this method can optimize multiple LC circuit parameters of BPFs, which meet design requirements, with the same ABW and different center frequencies effectively and accurately [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
