We consider a decentralised assembly supply chain that consists of an assembler and multiple suppliers. The cooperation between the assembler and each supplier is organised under a pull contract, which indicates that the suppliers bear the overstock risk. One of the suppliers may suffer disruption and endogenously builds the reliability, and the assembler could provide the subsidy for this unreliable supplier to improve the reliability. We reveal that in addition to the assembler, a reliable supplier with a sufficiently high wholesale price also has incentives to jointly offer subsidy for the ex ante reliability improvement. The reliable supplier's participation in reliability improvement could benefit all the supply chain members. Furthermore, we examine a subsequent reliable supplier's incentives to offer subsidy based on the previous one's. It suggests that it is not necessary for a subsequent reliable supplier with a lower wholesale price than the previous one's to provide the subsidy. Higher reliability for the whole supply chain could be achieved if the previous reliable supplier with a higher wholesale price provides the subsidy. We finally examine the impact of multiple unreliable suppliers and show that a larger number of unreliable suppliers would discourage a reliable supplier's subsidy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Temperature is the principal driver of global atmospheric formaldehyde (HCHO) and its primary oxidation precursor biogenic volatile organic compounds (BVOCs). We revisit such a temperature (T‐) dependency globally, leveraging TROPOMI HCHO column data. We find substantial variations in the T‐dependency of biogenic HCHO across plant functional types (PFTs), with the highest over Broadleaf Evergreen Tropical Trees (doubling every 6.0 K ± 4.1 K) and lowest over Arctic C3 Grass (doubling every 30.8 K ± 9.6 K). The GEOS‐Chem model interprets HCHO columns' T‐dependency at the PFT level (r = 0.87), with a 16% discrepancy on average. The discrepancy can be explained by BVOC emissions T‐dependency for Broadleaf Evergreen Tropical Trees and Warm C4 Grass and can be attributed to the insensitivity of HCHO columns to BVOC emissions for other PFTs. Our findings underscore a potentially magnified variation of BVOC emissions by GEOS‐Chem and MEGAN therein, particularly in regions experiencing greater temperature variations. Plain Language Summary: We use remote sensing data from an up‐to‐date monitor to examine the temperature (T‐) dependency of biogenic formaldehyde (HCHO), a proxy of a series of volatile organic gases released by plants, in a global manner. We find that the effect of temperature on HCHO varies significantly between different types of plants, with tropical evergreen trees showing the most sensitivity to temperature and Arctic grasses showing the least. The GEOS‐Chem, a state‐of‐the‐art chemical transport model, interprets such temperature sensitivity among plants with nonnegligible discrepancies. The sensitivity of volatile organic gases released by plants to temperature explains the sensitivity of HCHO to temperature for some plants, such as tropical evergreen trees and warm‐season grasses. Background: Despite remarkable achievements in applying chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cells to treat hematological malignancies, they remain much less effective against solid tumors, facing several challenges affecting their clinical use. We previously showed that multichain DNAX-activating protein (DAP) CAR structures could enhance the safety and efficacy of CAR-T cells when used against solid tumors. In particular, mesothelin (MSLN)-targeted CAR-T cell therapy has therapeutic potential in MSLN-positive solid tumors, including ovarian cancer and mesothelioma. Methods: In vitro cell killing assays and xenograft model were utilized to determine the anti-tumor efficacy of MSLN targeting DAP-CAR-T cells and other CAR-T cells. ELISA and flow cytometry analysis were used to assess the cytokine secretion capacity and proliferation ability. Eight patients with MSLN expression were enrolled to evaluate the safety and efficacy of MSLN-DAP CAR-T cell therapy. Single-cell sequencing was performed to explore the dynamics of immune cells in patients during treatment and to identify the transcriptomic signatures associated with efficacy and toxicity. Results: We found that multichain DAP-CAR formed by combining a natural killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor truncator and DAP12 exhibited better cytotoxicity and tumor-killing capacity than other natural killer cell-activated receptors associated with DAP12, DAP10, or CD3Z. The safety and efficacy of MSLN-DAP CAR-T cell therapy in patients with ovarian cancer and mesothelioma were evaluated in a single-arm, open-label clinical trial (ChiCTR2100046544); two patients achieved partial response, while four patients had a stable disease status. Furthermore, single-cell sequencing analysis indicated that KT032 CAR-T cell infusion could recruit more immune cells and temporarily remodel the TME. Conclusions: Our study highlights the safety and therapeutic efficacy of multiple-chain DAP-CAR-T cell therapy targeting MSLN to treat patients with ovarian cancer and mesothelioma. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of near-bit apparent resistivity and its measurement range, this paper excites the underground transmitting antenna by a sinusoidal pulse-width modulated (SPWM) current excitation method, which can improve the response of the receiving antenna and circuit in the resistivity measurement system under the usual square wave excitation, thus improving the measurement accuracy of near-bit apparent resistivity. In this paper, the effect of square wave, SPWM wave and sine wave excitation on resistivity measurement was studied, and the modulation algorithm and hardware control are programmed by DSP (Digital Signal Processor), and the SPWM signal is output by full-bridge inverter circuit and tuned antenna. The indoor experimental results show that the near-bit apparent resistivity measurement method based on the SPWM wave pulse excitation can achieve the measurement in the range of formation equivalent resistor value of less than 600kΩ. There is a high trend matching between near-bit apparent resistivity LWD curve and RT resistivity curve of well completion electrical logging in field tests of formation resistivity less than 2000Ω·m, which proves that the method can improve the accuracy of near-bit apparent resistivity measurement. Glioma stem‐like cell (GSC) inhibition is a promising strategy for glioblastoma therapy. However, it is hampered by two main obstacles: first, delivery barriers, including the blood–brain barrier (BBB) and deep tumor‐penetrating obstacles, hinder sufficient drug accumulation in GSCs that often reside in hypoxic niches deep in glioblastoma; second, hypoxia and the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) limit the therapeutic responses of GSC inhibition strategies. An intercellular cell adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM‐1)‐expressing M1 macrophage‐derived small extracellular vesicles loaded with a complex of bovine serum albumin, MnO2, and the small‐molecule inhibitor PTC209 (IsEV‐BMP) is constructed to achieve sequential barrier‐breaking delivery and simultaneous TME modulation to boost GSC inhibition. ICAM‐1 facilitates endothelial transcytosis‐mediated BBB crossing, microglial transcytosis‐mediated deep tumor penetration, and internalization of IsEV‐BMPs in GSCs. Hypoxia alleviation inhibits the binding of hypoxia‐inducible factor 1α (HIF‐1α) to hypoxia‐responsive elements on the gene promoters of cancer stem cell‐related markers and CD47 in GSCs, thereby improving PTC209 sensitivity and immune phagocytosis of GSCs. IsEV‐BMP achieves simultaneous microglial polarity transition and immuno‐microenvironmental modulation during microglial transcytosis‐mediated deep tumor penetration. Electrocatalysis can synthesize kinds of valuable chemicals and plays vital role in developing clean and renewable energy storage and conversion devices. In the traditional electrocatalytic systems, researchers try to synthesize one type of valuable chemical at cathode or anode independently. Recently, electrocatalytic bipolar synthesis of valuable chemicals at both cathode and anode simultaneously becomes popular and attracts much attention. In this minireview, we summarize the latest processes on innovative strategies for electrocatalytic bipolar synthesis of various chemicals. We will discuss the findings according to the categories of the products, including bipolar hydrogen production, bipolar formate production and bipolar hydrogenation. And the associated catalysts optimization, reaction mechanism, and design principles are well introduced. Moreover, the challenges and prospects are highlighted for future developments. Potassium‐ion batteries (PIBs) have a significant cost advantage in resources, making their commercial application imminent. Presently, the cycling lifespan and energy density of PIBs lag behind those of lithium‐ion batteries, highlighting the crucial need for anode materials suitable for potassium storage. This paper used high‐pressure heat treatment and extraction methods to obtained toluene insoluble (TI) as a carbon matrix, followed by nickel and nitrogen co‐doping to synthesized anode materials (NiNTI). NiNTI is characterized by defect engineering such as thermal condensation polymerization and template doping, which destroys the flattening of the material, provides more active sites, forms more disordered carbon structures, generates a large number of defects and structural vacancies, and improves the electronic conductivity of NiNTI materials. In the NiNTI half‐cell configuration, operating at a current density of 0.1 A g−1, the reversible specific capacity reaches 364 mAh g−1, with an initial coulombic efficiency of 64.9%. Since the Tactical Games Model (TGM) was adopted and popularised by Oslin, Griffin, and Mitchell, research interest in this model has surged, increasing its application in teaching and research. However, much-existing research is fragmented and lacks a comprehensive review. This systematic review aims to fill that gap by thoroughly analysing the literature on TGM within the context of physical education, highlighting current trends and developments. We systematically searched four online databases, identifying 38 relevant articles for inclusion, which were then evaluated across eight domains following PRISMA guidelines. The analysis indicates a steady increase in TGM-focused research within physical education, particularly at the K-12 level. However, there is a notable absence of studies addressing higher education, as well as teachers and coaches. The review also found that the majority of TGM research is concentrated on team sports and invasion games, with limited exploration of other sports. The research objectives often centred on extrinsic factors, such as game performance, skill level, and physical activity (PA) level, as well as intrinsic factors, intrinsic motivation, stress, and enjoyment. The TGM has shown varying levels of success in improving these factors. Despite the recognised benefits of TGM in physical education, its impact on cognitive aspects and decision-making remains underexplored. This systematic review may serve as a valuable resource for educators and researchers, supporting the broader application of TGM across different areas of physical education and potentially leading to enhanced student outcomes. Objective: Isoscopoletin is one of the primary metabolites of natural product scoparone, which was reported to against tumor proliferation. The aim of this study was to explore the mechanism of isoscopoletin against hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: Transcriptomics was used to reveal the possible pathways of isoscopoletin against HCC in vitro. The potential targets of isoscopoletin against HCC through affecting glycolysis were analyzed by network pharmacology, then the potential binding abilities of isoscopoletin to glycolysis-related proteins were initially verified by high throughput virtual molecular docking. The affinities of isoscopoletin for glycolysis-related proteins were assayed using microscale thermophoresis (MST), which was reverse-validated by inhibiting the binding ability of isoscopoletin to GPD2. Glucose consumption and lactate production were examined to evaluate the effects of isoscopoletin on intracellular glycolysis, and the regulation of glycolysis-related targets by isoscopoletin was detected using RT-qPCR and ELISA kits. Results: The results of transcriptomics showed that the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were mainly enriched in glycolysis and other metabolic-related pathways. Network pharmacology and molecular docking revealed that GPD2, GPI, HSP90AA1 and PGK2 were the core targets in the glycolysis process of isoscopoletin against HCC. MST results showed that there was a strong affinity between isoscopoletin and GPD2, GPI, Hsp90α and PGK2. In vitro results showed that isoscopoletin inhibited glucose consumption and lactate production, while regulating the levels of glycolysis-related proteins. Conclusion: This study suggests that isoscopoletin may exist an anti-tumor effect by regulating the glycolysis-related proteins GPD2, GPI, Hsp90α and PGK2, inhibiting the glycolysis process in HCC cells, then blocking the energy supply of tumor cells. Objectives: The research aimed to provide the most recent and comprehensive analysis and evidence update comparing outcomes in neonatal encephalopathy (NE) based on different glycemia levels. Patients and methods: A comprehensive search of Cochrane, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, and Wanfang databases was conducted until September 2023. The purpose was to identify research that examined the effects of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, and normoglycemia on NE outcomes. The hyperglycemic, normoglycemic and hypoglycemic group were compared. Outcomes measured were mortality, abnormal MRI, hearing or visual unfavorable outcomes, neurodevelopmental delay, cerebral palsy, and all unfavorable outcomes. Results: Thirteen literatures comprising 2,427 participants (1,233 with normoglycemia, 835 with hyperglycemia, and 359 with hypoglycemia) were considered. Pooled analysis showed more overall adverse outcomes, higher mortality and worse hearing or visual outcomes in the hyperglycemic and hypoglycemic group compared to the normoglycemic group. There was no notable distinction found in abnormal MRI and cerebral palsy among all groups. The hypoglycemic group exhibited greater neurodevelopmental delay than normoglycemia. In this study, UiO-66-NH2 nanoparticles were synthesized via a hydrothermal method, using acetic acid and hydrochloric acid as modulators to optimize the specific surface area and pore width. Oxytetracycline (OTC) was chosen as the test compound to evaluate the adsorption efficiency of UiO-66-NH2.The material was thoroughly characterized under varying conditions, and the adsorption mechanism was systematically explored through adsorption kinetics, isotherms, and thermodynamic analyses. The results demonstrated that UiO-66-NH2 exhibited a high OTC adsorption capacity, achieving a maximum of 312.5 mg g−1 under optimal conditions. XRD, TGA, and BET analyses revealed that acetic acid and hydrochloric acid significantly improved the crystallinity and thermal stability of UiO-66-NH2, increasing the specific surface area from 8.023 m2 g−1 to 998.663 m2 g−1 and reducing the pore width from 18.783 nm to 2.129 nm. FTIR, XPS, adsorption kinetics, and isotherm studies indicated that the main forces driving OTC adsorption by CMC-Fe were hydrogen bonding, π–π stacking, weak electrostatic interactions, and pore filling. Cyclic adsorption experiments further demonstrated the excellent reusability of UiO-66-NH2. In summary, the use of acetic acid and hydrochloric acid significantly increased the specific surface area of UiO-66-NH2, exposing more adsorption sites and playing a critical role in pollutant removal. Background: The assembly of the rhizosphere community, even the diazotroph community, is mainly shaped by soil environmental factors (including soil climate and physiochemical characteristics) and plant selection. To better understand the driving forces on the active overall and nitrogen-fixing bacterial community compositions, we characterized the communities of tobacco rhizosphere soil collected from three sampling sites with a large geographic scale (> 600 km). Results: The results indicate that the diversity and community composition of the overall bacterial and diazotroph communities are obviously differed according to the sampling sites. Still, no significant difference is found between the communities in rootzone and rhizosphere samples. Climate variables including mean annual precipitation (MAP) and mean annual temperature (MAT), soil physiochemical characteristics including available nitrogen (AN), available potassium (AK) and pH are main factors that affect the bacterial and diazotroph community structures in the three sampling sites. Furthermore, MAP and MAT, AN and available phosphorus (AP), total nitrogen (TN) and organic carbon (OC), AK and electrical conductivity (EC) showed similar effects, but pH showed independent effect on the composition of the overall bacteria and diazotroph communities. However, the alpha diversity indices of active overall and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the rhizosphere are obviously higher than in the rootzone samples, and no significant differences are observed among different sampling sites. Proteobacteria is the predominant active phylum of all samples for overall and nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Escherichia-Shigella, Achromobacter, Streptomyces and Sphingomonas are the dominant active bacterial genera, and Bradyrhizobium, Skermanella and Extensimonas are dominant active nitrogen-fixing bacteria genera in rhizosphere. Furthermore, the high active abundance of Escherichia-Shigella but low abundance of Ralstonia in all three sampling sites indicate high root-knot nematode infection and low wilt disease endemic risk. Conclusion: These results indicate that soil environmental factors contribute more to the tobacco rhizosphere bacterial community assemblage, but the rhizosphere contributes more to the diversity of active overall bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the community. Gallium (Ga), a low‐melting‐point liquid metal with soft, metallic, and biocompatible properties, offers many possibilities. However, the potential of composites that integrate Ga with biomacromolecules, combining their biocompatibility, elasticity, and conductivity, has not been thoroughly explored, which is a gap for advancing these composites in various applications. In parallel and independently, protein self‐assembled l.,;3bhnanofibrils have attracted great interest as building blocks for functional biomaterials. Here, composites of Ga droplets and nanofibrils are presented, self‐assembled from plant proteins of soy protein isolate (SPI). It is evidenced that in these composites self‐assembled SPI nanofibrils can effectively reduce the oxidation of Ga droplets. It is observed that the composites of β‐sheet nanofibrils and Ga droplets offer mechanical properties similar to only fibrils‐based films. Films of 32 wt% Ga in SPI showed enhanced electrical conductivity and well‐structured nanofibrils with multifunctional potential in gas‐sensing and electronically controlled antibacterial applications. It is illustrated that the 32 wt% Ga in SPI composite offered the best sensing performance for a diatomic molecule, CO, and electro‐stimulation of this composite effectively reduced bacterial growth. This paper presents a new method of dynamic homogenization of periodic elastic media under harmonic antiplane deformation based on energy equivalence. The dynamic homogenization is based on two main steps, (1) determining the dispersion relation and the detailed local response in a representative volume element (RVE) by analyzing the propagation of Bloch waves and (2) using energy equivalence between the periodic and effective media to determine the effective properties. The method is first applied to a one-dimensional periodic medium, from which the analytical solutions of the effective material properties are obtained. The results are compared with that from the original periodic medium and an excellent agreement is observed. The dynamic homogenization method is then applied to general two-dimensional periodic media to determine the effective properties and to predict wave fields under typical loading conditions. Illustrative examples are presented and compared with the results from the multiple scattering model. The method has also been applied to multiscale modeling of complicated inhomogeneous media containing multiple groups of periodic inhomogeneities. By treating each group as a homogeneous material with effective properties determined by the current homogenization method, the wave field is obtained using the boundary element method. Two‐photon photodynamic therapy (TP‐PDT), which utilizes near‐infrared light to excite photosensitizer via two‐photon excitation (TPE), is a promising modality in the treatment of deeply seated tumors or thick tumors. However, the TPE domain is much smaller than the tumor volume, significantly limiting the therapeutical outcomes of TP‐PDT. Here, a light‐sheet TPE system is designed and constructed using a cylindrical lens for highly efficient TP‐PDT. The light‐sheet TPE performance is characterized and optimized via theoretical analysis and experimental studies in solution, phantom, and tumor. The optimized excitation system can reach a large TPE domain of 2.6 × 2.7 × 0.09 mm in the tumor, which is not achievable using conventional TPE methods, enabling TPE and subsequently generated reactive oxygen species to cover the whole tumor under line‐scanning. Outstanding TP‐PDT therapeutic performance of 70% tumor growth inhibition rate is achieved under line‐scanned light‐sheet TPE, making the proposed light‐sheet excited TP‐PDT a potential therapeutic tool for future translational research. Achieving high‐performance perovskite solar cells hinges on the precise management of interfacial properties. However, the current research predominantly concentrates on addressing individual interfaces, often overlooking the potential synergies between the upper and lower interfaces crucial for efficient carrier transfer. Herein, an effective interfacial strategy is introduced, which combines 2‐aminoterephthalic acid (2‐AA) pre‐processing with post‐processing techniques to prepare superior mixed tin‐lead perovskite films suitable for both single‐junction and all‐perovskite tandem solar cells. Incorporating 2‐AA at both the upper and lower interfaces of the perovskite films serves to regulate interfacial defects, alleviate interface residual stress, and improve film crystallinity. In addition, the 2‐AA molecule acts as an interface protective layer, anchoring tin and lead atoms, facilitating band energy alignment, and improving film and device stability. As a result, mixed tin‐lead perovskite solar cells achieved an improved open‐circuit voltage of 0.87 V and PCE of 21.57%. Furthermore, the integration of these optimized tin‐lead perovskite subcells into four‐terminal all‐perovskite tandem solar cells yielded an impressive efficiency of 27.46%. This work thus offers an effective strategy for comprehensive interfacial engineering and stress relief, paving the way for the production of high‐performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs). To address the noise issue in the measured vibration signals of spillway radial gate discharge, this paper utilizes the Multiverse Optimization Algorithm (MVO) to optimize the number of decomposition modes (K) and the penalty factor (α) in Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD). This approach ensures improved efficiency of VMD decomposition while maintaining accuracy. Subsequently, the obtained Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs) from VMD decomposition are classified based on Multi-scale Permutation Entropy (MPE). IMFs are divided into pure components and noisy components; the noisy components are processed with Wavelet Threshold Denoising (WTD), while the pure components are overlaid and reconstructed to obtain the denoised vibration signal of the gate. Comprehensive comparisons involving artificial signal simulations, gate flow-induced vibration model tests, and numerical simulations lead to the following conclusions: compared to other algorithms, the proposed combined denoising method (MVO-VMD-MPE-WTD) achieves the highest signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in both the frequency and time domains for artificial signals, while yielding the lowest mean square error (MSE). In the gate flow-induced vibration model tests, the method significantly reduces noise in the vibration signals and effectively preserves characteristic information. The error in preserving characteristic information across model tests and numerical simulations is kept below 1%. Furthermore, compared to other optimization algorithms, the MVO demonstrates higher computational efficiency. The parameter-optimized combined denoising method proposed in this study provides insights into denoising measured vibration signals of hydraulic spillway radial gates and other drainage structures, and it opens possibilities for exploring more efficient optimization algorithms for achieving online monitoring in the future. A two-dimensional (2D) piston electro-hydraulic pump has been proposed further to enhance the power density of the electro-hydraulic pump. The 2D piston pump, characterized by high power density and a slender shape, is embedded within the stator of the motor in a co-rotor configuration where the piston and the motor's rotor are in tandem. The intimate design of the hydraulic pump and the motor results in a coupling between the two, with intricate relationships and influences existing between the geometric parameters of the piston pump and the dimensions of the motor's rotor. Based on the operational requirements and structure of the 2D piston pump, a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) designed for use with a 2D piston electro-hydraulic pump is developed. This study examines the impact of the motor's stator iron core geometric parameters on both the electromagnetic and mechanical properties of a PMSM and completes the necessary performance validations. The optimization objectives of the motor are determined through an analysis of the influence of the key parameters of the rotor and stator on torque, torque ripple, and motor loss. A surrogate optimization model is constructed using a metamodel of optimal prognosis (MOP) to optimize the torque, torque ripple, and motor loss. Evolutionary genetic algorithms are utilized to achieve the multi-objective optimization design. A finite element simulation is used to compare the electromagnetic performance of the initial motor and optimal motor. Based on the optimal motor parameters, a 2.5 kW motor prototype is manufactured, and the experimental results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the motor design and optimization. In the off-grid photovoltaic DC microgrid, traditional droop control encounters challenges in effectively adjusting the droop coefficient in response to varying power fluctuation frequencies, which can be influenced by factors such as line impedance. This paper introduces a novel Multi-strategy Harris Hawk Optimization Algorithm (MHHO) that integrates variable universe fuzzy control theory with droop control to develop an adaptive variable universe fuzzy droop control strategy. The algorithm employs Fuch mapping to evenly distribute the initial population across the solution space and incorporates logarithmic spiral and improved adaptive weight strategies during both the exploration and exploitation phases, enhancing its ability to escape local optima. A comparative analysis against five classical meta-heuristic algorithms on the CEC2017 benchmarks demonstrates the superior performance of the proposed algorithm. Ultimately, the adaptive variable universe fuzzy droop control based on MHHO dynamically optimizes the droop coefficient to mitigate the negative impact of internal system factors and achieve a balanced power distribution between the battery and super-capacitor in the DC microgrid. Through MATLAB/Simulink simulations, it is demonstrated that the proposed adaptive variable universe fuzzy droop control strategy based on MHHO can limit the fluctuation range of bus voltage within ±0.75%, enhance the robustness and stability of the system, and optimize the charge and discharge performance of the energy storage unit. In recent years, remote sensing data have revealed considerable potential in unraveling crucial information regarding water balance dynamics due to their unique spatiotemporal distribution characteristics, thereby advancing multi-objective optimization algorithms in hydrological model parameter calibration. However, existing optimization frameworks based on the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) primarily focus on single-objective or multiple-objective (i.e., two or three objective functions), lacking an open, efficient, and flexible framework to integrate many-objective (i.e., four or more objective functions) optimization algorithms to satisfy the growing demands of complex hydrological systems. This study addresses this gap by designing and implementing a multi-objective optimization framework, Py-SWAT-U-NSGA-III, which integrates the Unified Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm III (U-NSGA-III). Built on the SWAT model, this framework supports a broad range of optimization problems, from single- to many-objective. Developed within a Python environment, the SWAT model modules are integrated with the Pymoo library to construct a U-NSGA-III algorithm-based optimization framework. This framework accommodates various calibration schemes, including multi-site, multi-variable, and multi-objective functions. Additionally, it incorporates sensitivity analysis and post-processing modules to shed insights into model behavior and evaluate optimization results. The framework supports multi-core parallel processing to enhance efficiency. The framework was tested in the Meijiang River Basin in southern China, using daily streamflow data and Penman–Monteith–Leuning Version 2 (PML-V2(China)) remote sensing evapotranspiration (ET) data for sensitivity analysis and parallel efficiency evaluation. Three case studies demonstrated its effectiveness in optimizing complex hydrological models, with multi-core processing achieving a speedup of up to 8.95 despite I/O bottlenecks. Scoliodon is a genus of small placental sharks living in offshore waters. For a long time, the genus was considered a monotypic genus until a valid species, Scoliodon macrorhynchos, was confirmed in 2010. However, S. muelleri in the same study was not widely recognized because of the lack of evidence. In this study, we obtained the complete mitochondrial genome of the genus Scoliodon from Ranong, Thailand, and tentatively named it Scoliodon sp. By comparing the complete mitochondrial genome with those of two other Scoliodon species and conducting phylogenetic and divergence time analyses, we determined that Scoliodon sp. diverged from the other species. These findings indicate the potential for a new cryptic species (Scoliodon sp.) in the Scoliodon genus. This conclusion was further supported by a subsequent analysis of the published S. laticaudus control region sequences from previous studies. Finally, based on these conclusions, we used machine learning to derive a new identification method for the cryptic species. Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have garnered immense attention in recent years due to their outstanding optoelectronic properties and cost-effective fabrication methods, establishing them as promising candidates for next-generation photovoltaic technologies. Among the diverse strategies aimed at enhancing the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of PSCs, the incorporation of plasmonic nanoparticles has emerged as a pioneering approach. This review summarizes the latest research advancements in the utilization of plasmonic nanoparticles to enhance the performance of PSCs. We delve into the fundamental principles of plasmonic resonance and its interaction with perovskite materials, highlighting how localized surface plasmons can effectively broaden light absorption, facilitate hot-electron transfer (HET), and optimize charge separation dynamics. Recent strategies, including the design of tailored metal nanoparticles (MNPs), gratings, and hybrid plasmonic–photonic architectures, are critically evaluated for their efficacy in enhancing light trapping, increasing photocurrent, and mitigating charge recombination. Additionally, this review addresses the challenges associated with the integration of plasmonic elements into PSCs, including issues of scalability, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness. Finally, the review provides insights into future research directions aimed at advancing the field, thereby paving the way for next-generation, high-performance perovskite-based photovoltaic technologies. Vanadium redox flow batteries (VRFBs) have emerged as a promising energy storage solution for stabilizing power grids integrated with renewable energy sources. In this study, we synthesized and evaluated a series of zeolitic imidazolate framework-67 (ZIF-67) derivatives as electrode materials for VRFBs, aiming to enhance electrochemical performance. Four materials—Co/NC-700, Co/NC-800, Co3O4-350, and Co3O4-450—were prepared through thermal decomposition under different conditions and coated onto graphite felt (GF) electrodes. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analyses confirmed the structural integrity and distribution of the active materials. Electrochemical evaluations revealed that electrodes with ZIF-67-derived coatings exhibited significantly lower charge transfer resistance (Rct) and higher energy efficiency (EE) compared to uncoated GF electrodes. Co/NC-800//GF delivered the highest energy efficiency and discharge capacity among the tested configurations, maintaining stable performance over 100 charge–discharge cycles. The Gamma-ray Transient Monitor (GTM) is an all-sky monitor onboard the Distant Retrograde Orbit-A (DRO-A) satellite with the scientific objective of detecting gamma-ray transients ranging from 20 keV to 1 MeV. The GTM was equipped with five Gamma-ray Transient Probe (GTP) detector modules utilizing a NaI(Tl) scintillator coupled with a SiPM array. To reduce the SiPM noise, GTP uses a dedicated dual-channel coincident readout design. In this work, we first studied the impact of different coincidence times on the detection efficiency and ultimately selected a 0.5 µs time coincidence window for offline data processing. To test the performance of the GTPs and validate the Monte-Carlo-simulated energy response, we conducted comprehensive ground calibration tests using the Hard X-ray Calibration Facility (HXCF) and radioactive sources, including the energy response, detection efficiency, spatial response, bias-voltage response, and temperature dependence. We extensively present the ground calibration results and validate the design and mass model of the GTP detector, thus providing the foundation for in-flight observations and scientific data analysis. Purpose: Patients with osteoporosis are at risk of fractures, which can lead to immobility and reduced quality of life. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for preventing fractures, but many patients are not diagnosed until after a fracture has occurred. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of 10 osteoporosis screening tools (OSTs) in rural communities of Taiwan. In this prospective study, a total of 567 senior citizens from rural communities underwent bone mineral density (BMD) measurement using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and ten OSTs were administered. Discrimination analysis was performed using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC). Primary outcomes included area under curve (AUC) value, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV). The DXA examination revealed that 63.0% of females and 22.4% of males had osteoporosis. Among females, Osteoporosis Index of Risk (OSIRIS) and Osteoporosis Self-Assessment Tool for Asians (OSTA) presented the best AUC value with 0.71 (0.66–0.76) and 0.70 (0.66–0.75), respectively. Among males, BWC had the best AUC value of 0.77 (0.67–0.86), followed by OSTA, Simple Calculated Osteoporosis Risk Estimation (SCORE), and OSIRIS. OSTA and OSIRIS showed acceptable performance in both genders. The specificity of Fracture Risk Assessment Tool (FRAX-H), SCORE, National Osteoporosis Foundation Score, OSIRIS, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment Instrument, Age, Bulk, One or Never Estrogen (ABONE), and Body weight criteria increased in both genders after applying the optimum cut-off. Considering it high AUC and simplicity of use, OSTA appeared to be the recommended tool for seniors of both genders among the ten OSTs. This study provides a viable reference for future development of OSTs in Taiwan. Associations between air pollution and the acute exacerbations (AEs) of COPD have been established primarily in time-series studies in which exposure and health data were at the aggregate level, limiting the identification of susceptible populations. Are air pollutants associated with the onset of AEs of COPD in China? Who is more susceptible to the effects of air pollutants? Data regarding AEs of COPD were obtained from the Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Registry (ACURE) study, and air pollution data were assigned to individuals based on their residential address. We adopted a time-stratified case-crossover study design combined with conditional logistic regression models to estimate the associations between six air pollutants and AEs of COPD. Stratified analyses were performed by individual characteristics, disease severity, COPD types, and the season of exacerbations. A total of 5,746 patients were included. At a 2-day lag, for each interquartile range increase in fine particulate matter and inhalable particulate matter concentrations, ORs for AEs of COPD were 1.054 (95% CI, 1.012-1.097) and 1.050 (95% CI, 1.009-1.092), respectively. The associations were more pronounced in participants who were younger than 65 years, who had experienced at least one severe AE of COPD in the past year, who had received a diagnosis of COPD between 20 and 50 years of age, and who had experienced AEs of COPD in the cool seasons. By contrast, significant associations for nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and carbon monoxide lost significance when excluding patients collected before 2020 or with greater distance from the monitoring station, and no significant association was observed for ozone. This study provides robust evidence that short-term exposure to fine particulate matter and inhalable particulate matter was associated with higher odds of AEs of COPD onset. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness and safety of botulinum toxin (BTX) injections for managing motor disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). An electronic search was conducted based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Data from available randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing BTX injections for motor disorders in PD patients were extracted for meta‐analysis. Ultimately, 215 patients from eight RCTs were enrolled. Pooled analyses indicated that BTX was more effective than placebo in improving tremor (standardized mean difference [SMD] = 0.96, 95% CI [0.34, 1.58], p < 0.01), whereas no notable differences were observed between BTX and placebo regarding freezing of gait (SMD = 0.66, 95% CI [−0.26, 1.58], p = 0.162), United Parkinson's Disease Rate Scale (UPDRS) III score (SMD = −0.20, 95% CI [−1.17, 0.76], p = 0.68) and clinical global impression (CGI) score (SMD = 0.84, 95% CI [−0.74, 2.42], p = 0.298). Adverse events related to BTX injections were comparable to placebo (OR = 1.74, 95% CI [0.59, 5.14], p = 0.32). The current evidence suggests that BTX is effective and safe in treating PD tremor but fails to provide therapeutic benefits for freezing of gait and motor functional scores in PD patients. Furthermore, the limited number of included studies and heterogeneity in BTX intervention protocols suggest more research is needed, with additional standardized RCTs, to better understand and optimize BTX injections for motor disorders in PD. This study investigates lead provenance and circulation patterns in Han Dynasty (202BC-220AD) China through the analysis of lead glazed pottery. Four objects were studied using a combination of typological study, elemental chemistry and lead isotope ratio analysis. The results for each object were compared with databases of ‘lead mining districts’ (lead deposits) and ‘lead usage districts’ (lead-containing artifacts unearthed in different spatial and temporal ranges) to assess the lead sources used for each sample and offers a spatial-temporal range of the use of these lead resources. Three distinct groups of lead and their possible circulating spatial-temporal scales are identified across six samples in this study. A possible change in lead supply networks between the Western Han Dynasty (202BC-9AD) and the Eastern Han Dynasty (25AD-220AD) is proposed. This study also highlights the probable changes in the movement of lead resources from the Western Han Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty (618AD-690AD), suggesting improvements in long-distance transport capabilities, and the development of economic divisions and exchange connections in ancient Chinese society. Our findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the economic and political dynamics during the Han Dynasty and emphasize the significance of lead isotope analysis of glazed pottery in exploring resource movement. The problem of wastewater pollution in the production of monosodium glutamate (MSG) is becoming more and more serious. A novel type of chemically modified Salix psammophila powder charcoal (SPPCAM) was synthesized to address the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) in MSG wastewater. SPPCAM was prepared by carbonization method, in which inorganic ammonium molybdate (AM) was used as modifier and Salix psammophila powder (SPP) was used as raw material. Under optimal treatment conditions, maximum removal rates (removal capacities) of 45.9% (3313.2 mg·L−1) for COD and 29.4% (23.2 mg·L−1) for NH3-N in MSG wastewater were achieved. The treatment results significantly outperforming the unmodified Salix psammophila powder charcoal (SPPC), which only achieved removal rates (removal capacities) of 10.6% (763.9 mg·L−1) for COD and 12.9% (10 mg·L−1) for NH3-N. SPPC and SPPCAM before and after preparation were analysed by FT-IR and XRD, and Mo ions in the form of Mo2C within SPPCAM were successfully loaded. SEM, EDS-Mapping, BET, and other methods were used to analyse SPPCAM before and after MSG wastewater treatment, demonstrating that SPPCAM effectively treated organic pollutants in monosodium glutamate wastewater. Construction of advanced carbon material is critical for the development of high-performance lithium–sulfur batteries. In this work, we report Rhizopus hyphae biomass carbon (RHBC) as a host material for the sulfur cathode of lithium–sulfur batteries. The porous structure of the RHBC is optimized through hydrothermal activation using KOH solution. The introduction of RHBC into the cathode not only enhances the electronic conductivity of the sulfur cathode, but also substantially improves the capacity of the active materials. Additionally, the RHBC can effectively relieve the volume expansion problem of the sulfur conversion reaction and maintain structural stability, leading to improved lifetime and capacity. Accordingly, the KOH-activated RHBC/S cathode presents initial discharge specific capacity of 748 mAh/g at current density of 0.1 C. Objective: Customized nonabsorbable membranes are widely used in severe alveolar bone defects and provide sufficient and precise regenerated bone tissue for subsequent dental implant placement. Although 3D-printed polyetheretherketone (PEEK) meshes have confirmed successful use in clinical cases, the performance of a PEEK mesh is not satisfactory. Compared with PEEK, polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) has better mechanical and processing properties. However, whether PEKK is suitable for making customized membranes remains unclear. The objectives of this study were (1) to evaluate the printing precision, surface characteristics, mechanical characteristics and biocompatibility of the PEKK mesh and (2) to compare the properties of the PEKK and PEEK meshes. Materials and methods: Both PEKK and PEEK meshes were designed and manufactured via additive manufacturing technology combined with computer-aided design (CAD). The printing precision was evaluated with a high-resolution extraoral scanner. The surface characteristics were evaluated with a contact angle system and three-dimensional optical microscopy. The mechanical characteristics were evaluated via three-point bending tests and tensile tests. The biocompatibility was evaluated with a CCK-8 assay, live/dead viability assay and qRT-PCT. Results: Compared with the PEEK mesh, the PEKK mesh exhibited better control in terms of the thickness and aperture area. Both the PEKK mesh and the PEEK mesh had a hydrophobic surface, but the PEKK mesh had a smoother surface. Compared with the PEEK mesh, the PEKK mesh has better compression and tensile properties. Both the PEKK mesh and the PEEK mesh had good biocompatibility. The proliferation of cells on the PEKK mesh was slightly lower than that on the PEEK mesh. Conclusions: Compared with PEEK mesh, PEKK mesh has greater printing accuracy, smoother surfaces, better mechanical properties and similar biocompatibility and is expected to be used in the production of customized barrier membranes for the augmentation of severe bone defects. To ensure the stability of the mesh for clinical application, it is best to control the aperture diameter of the PEKK mesh to less than 2 mm with a thickness of 0.2 μm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We herein report five coordination polymers (CPs) and two supramolecular cages based on [MS4Cux]x−2 (M = W, Mo, x = 1, 2, ... 6) units and N-containing ligands, 9,10-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)anthracene (dia), 1,6-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyrene (dip), and 1,1′,1′′-(benzene-1,3,5-triyltris(methylene))tris(1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octan-1-ium) bromide (bmd), and 1,1′,1′′-((2,4,6-trimethylbenzene-1,3,5-triyl)tris(methylene))tris(1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octan-1-ium) (mbmd). Compounds 1 and 2 both contain the penta-nuclear [(WS4)Cu4]2+ cluster unit. The four Cu+ atoms were arranged in a distorted tetrahedron and rectangle around the (WS4)2− core in 1 and 2, respectively, affording a 3-connected unit in 1 and a 2-connected unit in 2. Compounds 3, 4 and 5 were built with the tri-topic organic ligand bmd; 3 and 4 contain penta-nuclear [WS4Cu4]2+ units, and 5 contains the hexa-nuclear [MoS4Cu5]3+ unit. However the connectives of the cluster units in 3, 4 and 5 and the final helical chain structures were similar. Compound 6 contains a tetra-nuclear [WS4Cu3I3]2− unit and positively charged mbmd ligand. The mbmd ligand was in a cis-conformation leading to a supramolecular cage, which accommodated an I− anion as guest. Compound 7 is isostructural to 6 but contains a [WS4Cu3Cl3]2− cluster unit, mbmd ligand and a Br− free anion. This work demonstrates that the number and arrangement of Cu+ around the (MS4)2− core can be varied with the synthesis conditions, affording heterothiometallic [(MS4)Cux]x−2 cluster units of versatile geometries and connectivities for building CPs. Carotenoids are vital organic pigments that determine the color of flowers, roots, and fruits in plants, imparting them yellow, orange, and red hues. This study comprehensively analyzes carotenoid accumulation in different tissues of the Brassica rapa mutant "YB1", which exhibits altered flower and root colors. Integrating physiological and biochemical assessments, transcriptome profiling, and quantitative metabolomics, we examined carotenoid accumulation in the flowers, roots, stems, and seeds of YB1 throughout its growth and development. The results indicated that carotenoids continued to accumulate in the roots and stems of YBI, especially in its cortex, throughout plant growth and development; however, the carotenoid levels in the petals decreased with progression of the flowering stage. In total, 54 carotenoid compounds were identified across tissues, with 30 being unique metabolites. Their levels correlated with the expression pattern of 22 differentially expressed genes related to carotenoid biosynthesis and degradation. Tissue-specific genes, including CCD8 and NCED in flowers and ZEP in the roots and stems, were identified as key regulators of color variations in different plant parts. Additionally, we identified genes in the seeds that regulated the conversion of carotenoids to abscisic acid. In conclusion, this study offers valuable insights into the regulation of carotenoid metabolism in B. rapa, which can guide the selection and breeding of carotenoid-rich varieties. Non‐radiative recombination, caused by trap states, significantly hampers the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The emerging porous organic polymers (POPs) show promise as a platform for designing novel defect passivation agents due to their rigid and porous structure. However, the POPs reported so far lack either sufficient stability or clear sites of interactions with the defects. Herein, two chlorine‐functionalized, fully conjugated porous aromatic frameworks (PAFs) were constructed via a decarbonylation reaction. The chlorinated PAFs feature unique long‐range conjugated networks bearing multiple chlorine atoms, significantly improving the photovoltaic performance and stability of doped solar cells. Combined experimental and theoretical analyses confirmed the strong passivation effects of conjugated structure to the defect through Cl sites. Specifically, PAF‐159, bearing a triphenylamine moiety, demonstrated stronger Cl−Pb bonding and higher passivation efficiency due to the presence of π* anti‐bonding orbitals, which elevate the HOMO energy level and facilitate Cl−Pb charge transfer. Consequently, we obtained high‐performance PAF‐159‐doped devices with advanced PCE (24.3 %), good storage stability (retaining 86 % after 3000 hours), and good long‐term operational stability (retaining 92 % after 350 hours). This study provides an in-depth simulation of the capillary underfill (CUF) process for flip-chip packages using Moldex3D, offering a comprehensive analysis that integrates material properties, process parameters, and structural factors within a unified framework. The material properties explored include viscosity and reaction kinetics, while the process parameters focus on controllable factors such as resin temperature, mold temperature, dispensing start time, dispensing weight, and dispensing end time. Structural parameters like bump pitch and gap height are also studied. The study further validates its findings with experiments conducted on a high bump count of 1530, showing that the experiment and simulation results are consistent. Key findings reveal that a larger die pitch accelerates the filling process, the incorporation of edge channels enhances filling efficiency, and optimizing the dispensing path improves flow uniformity. Adjusting the dispensing weight and intervals can mitigate edge effects and tongue spreading. Regarding material properties, higher surface tension and lower contact angle significantly increase filling speed, though they have a minimal impact on the overall flow pattern during the underfill filling process. Specifically, PAF‐159, bearing a triphenylamine moiety, demonstrated stronger Cl−Pb bonding and higher passivation efficiency due to the presence of π* anti‐bonding orbitals, which elevate the HOMO energy level and facilitate Cl−Pb charge transfer. Consequently, we obtained high‐performance PAF‐159‐doped devices with advanced PCE (24.3 %), good storage stability (retaining 86 % after 3000 hours), and good long‐term operational stability (retaining 92 % after 350 hours). Hyperspectral image (HSI) data has a wide range of valuable spectral information for numerous tasks. HSI data encounters challenges such as small training samples, scarcity, and redundant information. Researchers have introduced various research works to address these challenges. Convolution Neural Network (CNN) has gained significant success in the field of HSI classification. CNN's primary focus is to extract low-level features from HSI data, and it has a limited ability to detect long-range dependencies due to the confined filter size. In contrast, vision transformers exhibit great success in the HSI classification field due to the use of attention mechanisms to learn the long-range dependencies. As mentioned earlier, the primary issue with these models is that they require sufficient labeled training data. To address this challenge, we proposed a spectral-spatial feature extractor group attention transformer that consists of a multiscale feature extractor to extract low-level or shallow features. For high-level semantic feature extraction, we proposed a group attention mechanism. Our proposed model is evaluated using four publicly available HSI datasets, which are Indian Pines, Pavia University, Salinas, and the KSC dataset. Our proposed approach achieved the best classification results in terms of overall accuracy (OA), average accuracy (AA), and Kappa coefficient. Resorcinol‐formaldehyde (RF) resin represents a promising visible‐light responding photocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) toward H2O2 production. However, its photocatalytic ORR activity toward H2O2 generation is still unsatisfied for practical application. Herein, 3‐hydroxythiophenol‐formaldehyde (3‐HTPF) resin microspheres synthesized through polycondensation reaction between 3‐HTP and formaldehyde at room temperature and subsequent hydrothermal treatment exhibit enhanced photocatalytic ORR activity is reported. The experimental results show that the partial substitution of hydroxy group (─OH) by sulfhydryl one (─SH) through using 3‐HTP to replace resorcinol could slow the rates of nucleation and growth of the resin particles and lead to strongly π‐stacked architecture in 3‐HTPF. The introduction of ─SH group can also improve adsorption ability of 3‐HTPF to O2 molecules and enhance ORR catalytic activity of the photocatalysts. Stronger built‐in electric field, better adsorption ability to O2 molecules, and increased surface catalytic activity collectively boost photocatalytic activity of 3‐HTPF microspheres. As a result, H2O2 production rate of 2010 µm h−1 is achieved over 3‐HTPF microspheres at 273 K, which is 3.4 times larger than that obtained using RF submicrospheres (591 µm h−1). The rational substituent group modulation provides a new strategy for designing polymeric photocatalysts at the molecular level toward high‐efficiency artificial photosynthesis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
