The large-sized Tarangaole uranium deposit and its neighboring Daying and Nalinggou deposits, located in the northeastern margin of the Ordos Basin, constitutes a major uranium resource base in northern China. In order to further clarify the sedimentary material source, uranium source and regional sediment–tectonic setting of the uranium-fed clastic rocks (i.e., Zhiluo Formation(J2z)) in the district, this paper carried out whole-rock geochemistry, heavy minerals composition and in situ U-Pb dating of detrital zircons for sandstones from the lower section of the Zhiluo Formation. The results have shown that the average chemical differentiation index (CIA) for the host rocks is 73.16 and the chemical weathering degree is moderate. Heavy minerals are mainly composed of ilmenite, garnet, chlorpyrite, zircon, pyrite, apatite, hematite, etc. The U-Pb dating of detrital zircon generally indicates three age peaks, i.e., 260~Ma, 1850~Ma and 2450~Ma, respectively. In conclusion, the source rocks may have been formed at active continental margins, e.g., in a continental margin arc environment. The sedimentary materials mainly come from khondalite series, TTGs, granulite, and mafic–ultramafic intrusive rocks distributed among the Daqing–Ula Mountains and adjacent areas, etc. The Late Paleozoic U-rich intermediate and acidic magmatic rocks spreading over the eastern part of the Ula–Daqing and Wolf mountains have provided the main uranium sources for the formation of major U deposits in the northern Ordos Basin. Six lactone derivatives, including four α‐pyrones derivatives (1–4), two α‐furanone derivatives (5 and 6), were isolated from the Dendrobium pendulum. Structural elucidation of these undescribed lactone derivatives were accomplished on the basis of detailed nuclear magnetic resonance analysis, and the absolute configurations of compounds 1–4 were confirmed by electronic circular dichroism (ECD) techniques. Two new sesquiterpenoids, dendroaduoid A (1) and dendroaduol (2), together with four known sesquiterpenoids were isolated from the stems of Dendrobium aduncum. Their structures were identified by HR‐ESI‐MS and NMR experiments, and the complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for two new sesquiterpenoids were obtained by the aid of HSQC, HMBC, 1H‐1H COSY, NOESY, and ECD techniques. The cytotoxic effects of the isolated compounds on four tumor cell lines (HCT‐116, HepG2, A549, and SW1990) were evaluated using MTT assay. Circ-Memo1 has been proved to be upregulated in ischemia–reperfusion induced acute injury of kidney tissues. However, the potential role of circ-Memo1 in cerebral hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury is still unclear. Blood samples were collected from 25 ischemic stroke patients and 25 healthy controls. To construct the H/R model, human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMVECs) were cultured under the hypoxic condition, followed by reoxygenation. Cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay. Flow cytometry was carried out to examine cell apoptosis. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured by MDA and SOD assay kits, respectively. The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dual-luciferase reporter gene detection was employed to verify the binding relationships between circ-Memo1, miR-17-5p, and SOS1. Circ-Memo1 and SOS1 expressions were increased, and miR-17-5p expression was reduced in ischemic stroke patients. Circ-Memo1 silencing promoted cell viability, inhibited the activation of ERK/NF-κB signaling pathway, reduced oxidative stress and inflammatory response, and inhibited cell apoptosis. Moreover, miR-17-5p functioned as the sponge of circ-Memo1, and SOS1 was identified as the target of miR-17-5p. The protective effect of circ-Memo1 knockdown on cell injury after H/R treatment was weakened by miR-17-5p inhibition. Knockdown of circ-Memo1 alleviated H/R injury of HBMVEC cells by regulating the miR-17-5p/SOS1 axis, indicating that circ-Memo1 might be a potential treatment target for cerebral H/R injury. The potency of fermentation broth is one of the key parameters reflect the yield and quality of fermentation products of chlortetracycline (CTC). But so far, there is no instrument available on-line detection of CTC potency. All the tests are done by manual off-line testing, it takes several hours to sample and analyze the results from a fermentation tank (the production process usually has dozens of small, large fermenters). The use of analytical results to control the amount of operation will lead to severe lag. This paper combines self-organizing feature map (SOM) neural network with accurate classification of data and least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) algorithm with strong described the nonlinear characteristics. The SOM–LSSVM global modeling method of forecasting CTC fermentation potency is establish in this paper. According to the characteristics of nonlinear CTC fermentation process, just-in-time learning-recursive least squares support vector regression (JITL–RLSSVR) is used to perform local real-time modeling and 10-folding cross validation, and a hybrid soft sensor modeling method (JITL–RLSSVR + SOM–LSSVM) for online prediction of CTC fermentation potency is proposed in this paper. This paper systematically studies high-current-induced effects, hot-carrier effects, and self-heating effects in flexible low-temperature polycrystalline-silicon thin-film transistors fabricated on polyimide. By utilizing I – V and various-frequency C – V measurements, the exact location of defects generated by the self-heating effects can be clarified. The degradation mechanism is found to originate from asymmetric negative-bias temperature instability. After clarifying this mechanism, the self-heating effects were shown to be alleviated by manipulating the fabrication of the buffer layer, thereby improving heat dissipation capabilities. In this paper, the truncated Painlevé analysis and the consistent tanh expansion method are developed for the modified Boussinesq system, and new exact solutions such as the single-soliton, the two-soliton, the rational solutions, and the explicit interaction solutions among a soliton and the cnoidal periodic waves are obtained. The oxidation of sulfides to their corresponding sulfoxides or sulfones has been achieved using a low-cost poly(amidoamine) with a first-generation coupled phosphomolybdate hybrid as the catalyst and aqueous hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. The reusability of the catalyst was revealed in extensive experiments. The practice of this method in the preparation of a smart drug Modafinil has proved its good applicability.
