为了快速检测食用植物油中的16种多环芳烃（PAHs)，以氨基化多壁碳纳米管（NH2-MWCNTs）作为样品前处理的吸附剂，采用分散固相萃取（d-SPE）/气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）同时测定食用植物油中的16种PAHs。通过单因素实验对样品前处理条件（吸附剂用量、吸附时间、洗脱剂类型及用量、洗脱时间）进行了优化，对所建立的方法进行了方法学考察，并与已有检测方法进行了对比分析，同时采用所建立的方法对实际样品进行了测定。结果表明：样品前处理最优条件为吸附剂用量15 mg(样品食用植物油质量1.0 g)、吸附时间1 min、洗脱剂甲苯、洗脱剂用量500 μL、洗脱时间5 min；16种PAHs在1～200 μg/kg范围内线性关系良好，方法的检出限在0.05～043 μg/kg之间，定量限在0.17～1.42 μg/kg，加标回收率和相对标准偏差分别为70.67%～10183%和1.34%～9.32%；与已有前处理方法相比，d-SPE高效、简便，且最大程度地减少了有机溶剂的消耗；6种市售食用植物油中苯并\[a\]芘含量均小于2 μg/kg。综上，所建立的方法适用于食用植物油中16种PAHs的测定。To rapidly detect 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in edible vegetable oil, the aminated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (NH2-MWCNTs) were used as adsorbents for sample pretreatment, and the dispersion solid phase extraction (d-SPE) with GC-MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 16 PAHs in edible vegetable oil samples. The sample pretreatment conditions (the adsorbent dosage, adsorption time, the type and amount of eluent, elution time) were optimized by single factor experiments, and the methodology of the established detection method was investigated and compared with existing methods. Meanwhile, actual samples were detected using the established method. The results showed that the optimal conditions for sample pretreatment were as follows: adsorbent dosage 15 mg (for 1.0 g edible vegetable oil sample), adsorption time 1 min, toluene as the eluent, eluent dosage 500 μL, elution time 5 min. The 16 PAHs showed good linear relationship in the range of 1-200 μg/kg, and the detection limits of the method ranged from 0.05 μg/kg to 0.43 μg/kg, with quantitative limits between 0.17 μg/kg and 1.42 μg/kg. The spiked recovery rate and relative standard deviation were 70.67%-101.83% and 1.34%-9.32%, respectively. Compared to existing pretreament methods, d-SPE is efficient, simple and minimizes the consumption of organic solvents. The content of benzo \[a\] pyrene in 6 commercial edible vegetable oils was less than 2 μg/kg. In summary, the established method is suitable for the determination of 16 PAHs in edible vegetable oil.

目的本研究旨在改进生殖男科领域现有的精液处理方法，特别是针对双层密度梯度法中的300 ×g 20 min处理条件，以提高受精结局。方法收集2020年7月和9月以及2022年3月和5月在中山大学附属第六医院生殖医学中心进行辅助生殖助孕的1 623例患者的精液标本进行实验。预实验中，比较四种不同的双层密度梯度方法（200 ×g 10 min、200 ×g 20 min、300 ×g 10 min和300 ×g 20 min）处理后标本的精子DNA碎片率和回收率。然后，筛选出一种最优的方法作为新方法，并与目前在用的旧方法（300 ×g 20 min双层梯度法）进行对比，检验受精率是否有统计学差异。在新方法的基础上，进一步优化为单层密度梯度法，并与双层密度梯度法进行对比，检验是否存在统计学差异。实验过程中严格控制温度、离心速度和离心时间，同时记录每组样本的数量和处理条件。结果在保证足够的精子回收率的基础上，发现四种双层密度梯度法中300 ×g 10 min的精子DNA碎片率低于300 ×g 20 min。因此，选择300 ×g 10 min作为新方法进行试验。结果表明，新方法300 ×g 10 min的总受精率、二核体（2pn）受精率均高于300 ×g 20 min，且差异有统计学意义（Pg 10 min的卵裂率也略高于300 ×g 20 min，但差异没有统计学意义（P>0.05）。单层密度梯度法的总受精率、2pn受精率均高于双层密度梯度法，但差异没有统计学意义（P>0.05）；单层密度梯度法的卵裂率高于双层密度梯度法，囊胚形成率低于双层密度梯度法，且差异均有统计学意义（Pg 20 min双层梯度法，300 ×g 10 min双层梯度法成功提高了总受精率、2pn受精率、卵裂率，缩短了精液优化处理的时间；而单层密度梯度法虽提高了卵裂率、节约了试剂成本和操作时间，但其囊胚形成率却出现了下降的情况。这些发现为生殖男科领域的精液处理方法提供了有益的指导和启示。

针对电动汽车这一新型储能资源大规模接入后电力市场多主体竞争格局，提出一种计及需求响应潜力的电动汽车聚合商多主体日前投标策略。以实现削峰填谷、保障电网安全稳定运行等为目标，促使电网与聚合商等多方市场主体可持续发展，探索其未来商业模式。首先，根据电动汽车用户出行特性进行电动汽车集群分类，考虑出行时间、到达时间及荷电状态等因素，模拟集群内用户随机充放电选择。结合聚合商整体充电功率上限值与电能波动区间值等主要因素，基于历史数据评估聚合商需求响应潜力。然后，考虑多个聚合商投标问题，建立日前市场投标模型，以测算电动汽车聚合商日前市场效益。为探寻多元竞争格局下最优日前市场投标策略，以日前投标净利润最大为目标函数，考虑电量、功率上限及电池容量等约束条件，利用Gurobi对优化问题进行求解。最后，通过湖北省武汉市某区实际负荷算例验证了所提策略的先进性及可行性。

Diabetic gastroparesis is a common complication in diabetic patients. It is manifested as recurrent nausea, vomiting, early saturation and abdominal fullness. The main pathophysiology is a condition that slows down the emptying of the stomach. In recent years, the external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis has been widely used in clinical practice, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients. By searching the relevant literature, this paper briefly listed external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and looked forward to the future development direction of new nursing technology. Objective To explore the status quo of ICU nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice of physical restraints use in general hospitals in Guangxi, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical training and quality control. Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select ICU nurses from Grade III and Grade II hospitals in Guangxi, including 2 Grade III hospitals and 3 Grade II hospitals, with a total of 201 ICU nurses. The knowledge, attitude and practice status of nurses on physical restraints use were investigated by using a physical restraints knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The total score and scores of knowledge dimension, attitude dimension, and behavior dimension were (135. 08±18. 07), (68. 70±9. 49), (20. 73±4. 82), (45. 66±8. 95), respectively, indicating a low-to-medium level awareness of physical restraints among ICU nurses in general hospitals in Guangxi. There were statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of ICU nurses with different hospital levels, ICU working years, and ICU specialist qualifications (P＜0. 05). Conclusion ICU nurses in Guangxi have a more positive attitude towards physical restraint, and their knowledge and behavior level need to be strengthened urgently. ICU managers should improve the physical restraint training mechanism, types and teams of ICU nurses, strengthen relevant knowledge and skills training according to the different characteristics of nurses, build positive attitudes and emotions through enhanced knowledge, promote behavioral changes, and improve the development of physical restraint specialization. (目的 探讨广西壮族自治区ICU护士身体约束知信行现状, 为临床开展相关的培训及质控提供理论依据。方法 采用简单随机抽样法, 选取广西壮族自治区三级甲等、二级甲等共5所医院的ICU护士共201名作为研究对象, 采用“ICU护士实施身体约束知信行评估量表”调查护士对患者实施身体约束的知识、态度和行为现状, 并分析影响因素。结果 广西壮族自治区ICU护士身体约束知信行总分、知识维度、态度维度、行为维度得分分别为(135. 08±18. 07)分、(68. 70±4. 82)分、(45. 66±8. 95)分, 整体上为中等偏低水平。不同医院等级、ICU工作年限、有无ICU专科资质的ICU护士身体约束知信行水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 广西壮族自治区ICU护士身体约束态度较为积极, 知识及行为水平亟待加强。ICU管理者应健全ICU护士身体约束培训机制、种类和队伍, 根据护士的不同特征强化相关知识与技能培训, 通过增强知识建立积极态度和情感, 促使行为改变, 促进身体约束专科化发展。)

Oculomotor nerve palsy is a nerve condition that affects patient’s vision and quality of life. This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with mild oculomotor nerve paralysis treated with plum-blossom needle tapping therapy. Based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs in Traditional Chinese Medicine, plum-blossom needle technique therapy, as well as daily life support, dietary care, medication, and emotional nursing interventions, can effectively improve symptoms such as ptosis, strabismus, and limited eye movement in the patient. 数据中台将一个机构（企业、事业或政府部门）的数据作为战略资产进行管理，是从数据收集到处理应用的一套管理机制，以期提高数据质量，实现广泛的数据共享，最终实现数据价值最大化。给出数据中台的定义，提出数据中台参考技术框架，并分别对物理管理、逻辑管理、数据资产管理、数据服务和信息安全管理的组成和技术进行了展开讨论。最后以华谱系统建设为例，介绍面向家谱大数据、结合HAO智能模型的数据中台实现——华谱数据中台。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities in improving the blood pressure control rate in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients in nursing clinics. Methods From July 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021, a total of 316 cases of young and middle-aged hypertensive patients were collected. According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into control group and QCC group. Patients in the control group were given routine health education, and patients in the QCC group were given QCC activities on the basis of routine health education. A checklist for monitoring blood pressure was developed and factors influencing the successful blood pressure were analyzed. Countermeasures were carried out to improve quality of nursing interventions on hypertension. The two groups were intervened for 6 months, and the blood pressure control rate of the two groups was observed. Results Unreasonable lifestyle and lack of health education from nurses were the main risk factors for the blood pressure failure among young and middle-aged hypertension patients. The blood pressure control rate in the QCC group was higher than that in the control group(68. 35%, vs. 32. 91%, P＜0. 01). Conclusion QCC activities could improve the blood pressure control rate in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients. (目的 探讨高血压护理门诊中运用品管圈活动改善中青年高血压患者血压达标率的效果。方法 选取2020年7月—2021年1月高血压护理门诊中青年高血压患者316例, 根据随机数字表法随机分为常规组(n=158)和品管圈组(n=158)。常规组给予常规健康宣教, 品管圈组在常规组的基础上开展品管圈活动, 制定高血压患者血压达标情况督查表, 对影响达标的因素进行分析, 进而针对性制定对策以改进相关护理措施。两组分别干预6个月, 比较患者血压达标率情况。结果 生活方式不合理和护士健康宣教缺乏是中青年高血压患者血压不达标的主要危险因素。品管圈组患者血压达标率优于常规组(68. 35%vs. 32. 91%, P＜0. 01)。结论 开展品管圈活动能有效提高中青年高血压患者的血压达标率。)

This chapter presents recommendations for the management of populations at high risk for cerebrovascular disease, including control of non-interventionable and interventionable vascular risk factors, the use of aspirin in the primary prevention of ischaemic stroke, and the risk assessment of first-time stroke.

Objective To search and evaluate the evidence of postoperative pain management in spinal surgery so as to promote the standardized management of postoperative pain in patients with spinal surgery. Methods According to the "6S" evidence model, evidence of management of postoperative pain in spinal surgery were systematically searched from BMJ Best Practice, UpToDate, Cochrane library, Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI), National Guideline Clearinghouse(NGC), National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence(NICE), Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN), Guidelines International Network(GIN), Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario(RNAO), China Medical Network, PubMed, Web of science, Embase, EBSCO, Chinese Biomedical Medicine(CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), WanFang Data. Results A total of 10 articles were selected, including 1 clinical decisions, 2 evidence summary, 5 guidelines, 1expert opinion, 1 expert consensus, best evidences were summarized from the 5 aspects of pain evaluation, intervention, monitoring, education and organization. Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence of postoperative pain management in spinal surgery, which provided evidence for clinical application. In the process of evidence transformation, standards should be formulated to regulate the pain management behavior of medical staff in combination with clinical practice, so as to reduce postoperative pain in patients with spinal surgery and improve the quality of nursing (目的 检索并评价脊柱外科术后疼痛管理的相关证据, 以促进脊柱外科术后患者疼痛的规范化管理。方法 按照“6S”证据模型, 系统检索BMJ Best Practice、UpToDate、Cochrane library、Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)、美国指南网、英国国家临床医学研究所指南网、苏格兰院际间指南网、国际网络指南网、加拿大安大略省注册护士协会网站、中国医脉通指南网、PubMed、Web of science、Embase、Ebsco、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库中关于脊柱外科术后疼痛评估管理的相关证据。结果 共纳入文献10篇, 包括临床决策1篇, 证据总结2篇, 指南5篇, 专家意见1篇, 专家共识1篇, 从疼痛评估、干预、监测、教育以及组织5个方面汇总最佳证据。结论 脊柱外科术后疼痛管理的证据总结可为临床应用提供循证依据, 在证据转化过程中应结合临床实际制定标准规范医护人员的疼痛管理行为, 降低脊柱外科术后患者疼痛, 提高护理质量。)

摘要：旨在为提高油莎豆的贮藏稳定性，采用微波对油莎豆进行预处理，研究了冷藏（4 ℃）和常温（20~31 ℃）贮藏条件下油莎豆水分含量、脂肪酶活性及其油脂酸值和过氧化值的变化规律，同时测定了油莎豆油的脂肪酸组成和脂质伴随物含量。结果表明：在常温贮藏或冷藏过程中，油莎豆的水分含量、脂肪酶活性及油莎豆油的酸值、过氧化值均呈一定增长趋势，微波预处理显著降低了油莎豆的水分含量、脂肪酶活性和油莎豆油的酸值；常温贮藏和冷藏120 d后，704 W 处理270 s制备的油莎豆油的酸值（KOH）小于4 mg/100 g，显著低于未经微波预处理的油莎豆油，满足国标（GB 2716—2018）的要求；微波预处理对油莎豆油脂肪酸组成无显著影响，但能提高油莎豆油中生育酚和总酚的含量，其分别在400 W处理270 s、704 W处理210 s时达到最高，为41.70 mg/100 g和10.21 mg/100 g；经微波预处理后，油莎豆油植物甾醇含量总体较空白组有所降低，但保留率在73.05%以上。综上，微波预处理对油莎豆的安全贮藏及其油脂中脂质伴随物的溶出有积极作用。In order to improve the storage stability of tiger nut, the tiger nut was pretreated by microwave and stored at low temperature (4 ℃) and room temperature (20-31 ℃), and the indicators′ change including moisture content and lipase activity of tiger nut, and acid value and peroxide value of its oil were studied. Meanwhile, the fatty acid composition and lipid concomitant content of tiger nut oil were investigated. The results showed that during the storage at room temperature or low temperature, the moisture content, lipase activity of tiger nut and acid value, peroxide value of its oil showed an increasing trend, and microwave pretreatment could significantly reduce the moisture content and lipase activity of tiger nut, and acid value of tiger nut oil. After storage for 120 d at low or room temperature, the acid value of oil from tiger nut treated with the microwave power of 704 W for 270 s was less than 4 mgKOH/100 g, which was significantly lower than the control group, still met the requirements of the national standard (GB 2716-2018). The microwave pretreatment couldn′t affect the fatty acid composition of tiger nut oil, however, rendered the content of tocopherol and total phenol of tiger nut oil to a higher level, reaching their highest at 400 W for 270 s and 704 W for 210 s, respectively, which were 41.70 mg/100 g and 10.21 mg/100 g. After microwave pretreatment, the sterol content of the tiger nut oil was lower than the control group, but the sterol retention rate was above 73.05%. In a word, microwave pretreatment positively impacts the storage safety and the dissolution of lipid concomitant of tiger nut oil.

利用理论模式GCITEM，在国际地磁参考场（IGRF）下，模拟了地磁平静条件下的电离层发电机主导的中低纬电离层电势分布，研究了太阳活动、季节、世界时和低层大气潮汐对电离层电势的调节作用。结果表明，各种条件下中低纬电势全局分布基本一致，都具有两个正电势峰值（源）和一个负电荷峰值（汇）；电势分布存在明显的季节和世界时差异；中低纬电离层电势峰值差随着太阳活动的增强明显增加，并在一定太阳活动高值后趋于饱和；周日迁移潮主要影响赤道地区，导致电势峰值差增加，而半周日迁移潮主要影响中纬度地区，导致电势峰值差减小。

This paper summarized the nursing management of the nasogastric enteral nutrition for a patient with endotracheal intubation for acute respiratory failure complicated with severe pneumonia. Nursing interventions such as endotracheal intubation, nursing of enteral nutrition and prevention of aspiration and other issues were carried out to control infection, improve the patient’s pneumonia situation and reduce the occurrence of complications. (本文总结1例急性呼吸衰竭气管插管合并重症肺炎患者鼻饲肠内营养液的护理干预措施, 主要从气管插管、肠内营养的护理以及预防误吸等方面进行干预, 旨在控制感染, 改善患者肺炎症状, 减少并发症的发生。)

为了解决风味（原香和烤香）油茶籽油掺伪浸出油茶籽油的定性判别问题，设计高、低两个掺伪梯度，基于挥发性成分构建并对比分析了定性判别风味油茶籽油掺伪浸出油茶籽油的主成分分析（PCA）模型和逻辑回归模型。结果表明：逻辑回归模型定性判别风味油茶籽油掺伪浸出油茶籽油的能力较强，优于PCA模型；高掺伪梯度下定性判别原香和烤香油茶籽油掺伪浸出油茶籽油，PCA模型的最低检出限分别为20%和60%，而逻辑回归模型的最低检出限均为10%；低掺伪梯度下定性判别原香和烤香油茶籽油掺伪浸出油茶籽油，PCA模型的判别不准确，而逻辑回归模型的最低检出限均为4%。逻辑回归模型能很好地定性判别风味油茶籽油掺伪浸出油茶籽油。 Based on volatile components, principal component analysis (PCA) and logistic regression (LR)models were constructed and compared to solve the problem of qualitative identification of flavor (original/roasted) oil-tea camellia seed oil adulterated with leaching oil-tea camellia seed oil under high and low adulteration gradients.The results showed that LR model had a good ability to qualitatively identify the flavor oil-tea camellia seed oil adulterated with leaching oil-tea camellia seed oil, which was better than that of PCA model. Under the high adulteration gradient, the detection limit of the PCA model for original/roasted oil-tea camellia seed oil adulterated with leaching oil-tea camellia seed oil was 20%/60%, and the detection limit of the LS model was 10%/10%, respectively. Under the low adulteration gradient, the detection limit of LR model for original/roasted oil-tea camellia seed oil adulterated with leaching oil-tea camellia seed oil was 4%/4%, but the discriminative ability of the PCA model was not accurate.The LR model can qualitatively identify flavor oil-tea camellia seed oil adulterated with leaching oil-tea camellia seed oil.

The adhesive drug delivery device has been design to prevent the leakage of irrigation drugs and improve the patient comfort. 目的比较单精子冷冻和常规冷冻对显微取精患者的胚胎培养及妊娠影响。方法回顾性分析自2018年1月至2021年12月于中山大学附属第六医院生殖医学研究中心行显微镜取精术患者的临床资料，行单精子冷冻共39例307枚成熟卵子为单精子冷冻组，通过SPSS统计软件倾向性评分匹配女方基本助孕信息1：1匹配选择对照组，为常规冷冻组，共410枚成熟卵子，分析单精子冷冻与常规冷冻两组的受精、胚胎培养及移植后妊娠情况。结果单精子冷冻组和常规冷冻组的年龄、体质量指数（BMI）、不孕年限、基础基础卵泡刺激素（FSH）、基础黄体生成素（LH）、基础雌二醇（E2）、抗苗勒管激素（AMH）、窦卵泡计数（AFC）、获卵数、移植胚胎数等一般资料的比较，差异均差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组的受精率、可利用胚胎率、优质胚胎率比较分别为65.8% vs. 60.49%、67.82% vs. 58.87%、70.80% vs. 75.34%，差异均无统计学意义；两组的临床妊娠率为45.45% vs. 70.0%，有统计学差异（P=0.049）。结论显微取精患者若获取精子极少，为增加每颗精子利用机会以及保证后续助孕精子解冻后获取精子，单精子冷冻可为有效选择，但临床妊娠率下降，因例数限制，对后续妊娠的影响还需增加例数再观察分析。

为解决油茶籽油掺伪其他植物油的定性鉴别问题，在油茶籽油中分别掺入大豆油、花生油、葵花籽油、棉籽油、葡萄籽油、菜籽油、棕榈油和米糠油，设置高和低两种不同掺伪梯度，基于14个特征性脂肪酸和甘油三酯指标，运用Python语言构建并对比分析了二分类决策树模型、多分类决策树模型和多层感知机人工神经网络(MLP-ANN)模型用于油茶籽油掺伪定性鉴别的效果。结果表明：高和低掺伪梯度下，二分类决策树模型对油茶籽油掺伪其他植物油的定性鉴别的准确率均达到0.95以上；多分类决策树模型的精确率和准确率在高掺伪梯度下均达到了0.95，但在低掺伪梯度下仅为0.90；在高和低掺伪梯度下，MLP-ANN模型对油茶籽油掺伪定性鉴别的平均精确率均达到0.98，准确率分别达到0.97和0.98。相比于决策树模型，MLP-ANN模型能很好地实现油茶籽油掺伪定性鉴别。 In order to solve the qualitative identification problem of adulterated oil-tea camellia seed oil with other vegetable oils, soybean oil, peanut oil, sunflower seed oil, cottonseed oil, grape seed oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil and rice bran oil were mixed into oil-tea camellia seed oil respectively, two different adulteration gradients of high and low were set up, and based on characteristic fatty acid and triglyceride indicators, the effects of the binary decision tree model, multi-classification decision tree model and multilayer perceptron artificial neural network (MLP-ANN) model for qualitative identification of adulterated oil-tea camellia seed oil were compared and analysed using Python language. The results showed that the accuracy of the binary decision tree model for qualitative identification of oil-tea camellia seed oil adulterated with other vegetable oils under high and low adulteration gradients was above 0.95. The accuracy and precision of the multi-classification decision tree model reached 0.95 at high adulteration gradient, but only 0.90 at low adulteration gradient. Under high and low adulteration gradients, the average precision of MLP-ANN model for qualitative identification of adulterated oil-tea camellia seed oil reached 0.98, and the accuracy reached 0.97 and 0.98 respectively. Compared with the decision tree model, the MLP-ANN model can well realize the qualitative identification of adulterated oil-tea camellia seed oil.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of cardiac arrest and to establish the logistic regression model. Methods Totally 238 patients with mechanical ventilation in a tertiary hospital were selected from September, 2019 to January, 2020. Multiple indicators of cardiac arrest group (n=72) and non-cardiac arrest group (n=166) were compared. Logistic regression was used to establish a risk prediction model, and the model power and its accuracy were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic. Results The study finally included arrhythmia, hypoxemia, acid-base imbalance, septic shock, history of cardiac arrest, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome to construct the risk prediction model. This model’s area under curve of receiver operating characteristic was 0. 909. When the best predicted probability was 0. 343, the sensitivity and specificity of the logistic model were 0. 819 and 0. 855, respectively. Conclusion The risk prediction model has satisfactory prediction effects and can be used to predict the risk of cardiac arrest in patients with mechanical ventilation, providing the reference for management and preventative treatment for high-risk cardiac arrest patients. Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing interventions for elderly patients undergoing interventional therapy for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities. Methods Totally 100 elderly patients undergoing interventional therapy for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. All patients received routine care during the treatment, and those in the observation group received Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing interventions. The effect of intervention on symptoms and vascular function improvement were measured. The patient satisfaction was evaluated by a self-made questionnaire. Results The Symptom Integral Score in both groups decreased after intervention, and Symptom Integral Score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). T Ankle-brachial Index and artery blood flow velocity were observed. Improvement in both Ankle-brachial Index and artery blood flow velocity were observed in both groups compared to baseline, and better outcomes were observed in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). The patient satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Implementation of TCM nursing interventions could effectively relieve the symptoms of numbness and pain, and improve the recovery of vascular function. It is worth promoting in clinical practice. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type II respiratory failure treated by sequential non-invasive positive pressure ventilation via nasal high-flow oxygen therapy. Nursing interventions were carried out in the following ways: non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, medication nursing, enteral nutrition support, pipeline maintenance, skin care and psychological nursing and other issues. Efforts were made to improve the respiratory failure status and various vital signs, control of carbon dioxide retention and reduce the occurrence of complications. By providing patients with a constant, adjustable, high-speed breathing gas mixture formed from air and oxygen, it was aimed to crush the gas left in the nasal cavity, oral cavity and pharynx, and significantly reduce the amount of carbon dioxide inhaled during the next inhalation. The application of sequential treatment with transnasal high-flow oxygen therapy has achieved positive therapeutic results in patients with hypoxic respiratory failure. 目的探讨微小RNA（miR）-96-5p通过靶向叉头状转录因子O1（FOXO1）基因对子宫内膜癌细胞增殖和侵袭的影响。方法qRT-PCR检测正常组织和子宫内膜癌组织中miR-96-5p和FOXO1 mRNA的表达，Western blot法检测FOXO1蛋白表达。分析miR-96-5p及FOXO1表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系。转染pcDNA、pcDNA-FOXO1、inhibitor NC、miR-96-5p inhibitor、miR-96-5p mimic、miR-96-5p + FOXO1到子宫内膜癌Ishikawa细胞，分别记为pcDNA组、FOXO1组、inhibitor NC组、miR-96-5p inhibitor组、miR-96-5p组、miR-96-5p + FOXO1组，对照组不进行转染。取稳定转染的各组细胞，CCK-8和Transwell小室检测细胞活力和侵袭能力，Western blot检测细胞周期蛋白D1（Cyclin D1）、活化多聚ADP核糖聚合酶（cleaved PARP）、p21及波形蛋白的表达水平。TargetScan网站预测miR-96-5p与FOXO1的靶向关系，双荧光素酶报告基因检测细胞荧光素酶活性。Ishikawa细胞分为mimic NC组、miR-96-5p组、inhibitor NC组、miR-96-5p inhibitor 组，qRT-PCR检测各转染组miR-96-5p和FOXO1 mRNA的表达，Western blot法检测FOXO1 蛋白表达。结果子宫内膜癌组织中miR-96-5p的相对表达量较正常组织上调，相反，FOXO1 mRNA和蛋白相对表达量下调（PP=0.034，P=0.010），与年龄和是否绝经无明显相关性（P=0.370，P=0.166）； FOXO1低表达与病理分级和临床分期呈负相关（P=0.023，P=0.007），与年龄和是否绝经无明显相关性（P=0.344，P=0.144）。过表达FOXO1或抑制miR-96-5p表达后，Ishikawa细胞活力明显降低（PPPPPPPP

目的研究促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂（GnRH-ant）方案中应用加尼瑞克1、加尼瑞克2与西曲瑞克抑制内源性黄体生成素（LH）峰的差异及对临床妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析中山大学附属第三医院生殖医学中心2019年10月-2020年12月应用GnRH-ant方案行体外受精/卵胞质内单精子注射（IVF/ICSI）助孕患者共1 434个周期，根据使用拮抗剂药物不同分为3组。1组：加尼瑞克1组（461周期），2组：加尼瑞克2组（741周期），3组：西曲瑞克组（232周期），分析比较3组患者基本资料、促排卵过程及临床妊娠结局。结果3组患者年龄、体质量指数、抗缪勒管激素等一般资料无差异；3组患者获卵数、扳机日LH>10 U/L所占比例、中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）发生率、成熟卵子数、新鲜胚胎移植临床妊娠率及活产率差异均无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。加尼瑞克1组早期流产率显著高于加尼瑞克2组（21.5% vs. 9.7%，P < 0.05）。结论3种拮抗剂在GnRH-ant方案中扳机日早发LH峰发生率、中重度OHSS发生率、临床妊娠率及活产率相似，但新鲜移植周期加尼瑞克1组早期流产率升高，其不良妊娠结局风险可能增加。

为阐明浸出油茶籽油精炼前后化学成分和抑菌活性的变化规律,采用甲醇对不同精炼阶段油茶籽油进行萃取，通过打孔法研究了不同精炼阶段的油茶籽油及其甲醇萃取液和甲醇萃取余相的抑菌活性，采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)对精炼前后油茶籽油甲醇萃取液化学成分进行了定性分析，以SIMCA 16.1软件进行主成分分析（PCA）、正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析（OPLS-DA）、变量重要性投影分析（VIP）和t检验，寻找显著变化的差异性成分。结果表明，不同精炼阶段的油茶籽油及其甲醇萃取液具有较好的抑菌作用，且甲醇萃取液的抑菌活性优于相应油茶籽油，而甲醇萃取余相没有抑菌活性，此外，油茶籽油及其甲醇萃取液抑菌活性随着精炼程度的加深呈减弱的趋势。浸出油茶籽油甲醇萃取液中鉴定出47个化学成分，包括油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸和以3-对香豆酰基奎宁酸为主的酚类成分，其中油酸、亚油酸、儿茶素类化合物、绿原酸、葛根素、α-生育酚和胡萝卜素等20个成分在精炼后明显降低或者消失。油茶籽油精炼前后化学成分变化明显，抑菌活性也显著降低，根据成分分析结果和抑菌活性考察推测油茶籽油中的抑菌活性物质可能是儿茶素衍生物、绿原酸、葛根素、胡萝卜素、α-生育酚和3-对香豆酰基奎宁酸等成分。 [WTBZ〗In order to elucidate the change rule of chemical components and antibacterial activity of solvent extracted oil-tea camellia seed oil before andafter refining, methanol was used to extract the oil-tea camellia seed oil prepared with different refining processes. The punch method was used to analyze the antibacterial activity of oil-tea camellia seed oil prepared with different refining processes, its methanol extract and methanol extraction raffinate. Ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) was used for the qualitative analysis of chemical components in the methanol extract of oil-tea camellia seed oil before and after refining．SIMCA 16.1 software was used for principal component analysis(PCA), orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA), variable importance projection analysis(VIP) and t-test to identify the components with significant changes. The results showed that the oil-tea camellia seed oil and its methanol extracts of different refining stages had good antibacterial effects, and the antibacterial activity of the methanol extract was better than that of oil-tea camellia seed oil, while the methanol extraction raffinate had no antibacterial activity. In addition, the antibacterial activity of oil-tea camellia seed oil and its methanol extract tended to weaken as the degree of refining deepening. A total of 47 chemical components were characterized in the methanol extract of solvent extracted oil-tea camellia seed oil, including unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid and phenols mainly 3-p-coumaroyl quinic acid. A total of 20 components like the oleic acid and linoleic acid, catechin compounds, chlorogenic acid, puerarin, α-tocopherol and carotene decreased significantly or disappeared after refining. The research found that there were significant differences in the chemical components of oil-tea camellia seed oil before and after refining, and its antibacterial activity was also obviously diminished. It is speculated that catechin derivatives, chlorogenic acid, puerarin, carotene, α-tocopherol and 3-p-coumaroyl quinic acid might be the antibacterial active substances of oil-tea camellia seed oil according to the results of the components analysis and the examination of the antibacterial activity.

近年来，机器学习等人工智能技术被应用于蛋白质工程，其在蛋白质结构、功能预测、催化活性等研究中具有独特优势。在未知蛋白质结构的情况下，将蛋白质序列和功能特性与机器学习相结合，基于序列-活性关系（innovative sequence-activity relationship，ISAR）算法，将蛋白质氨基酸序列数字化，用快速傅里叶变换（fast four transform，FFT）进行预处理，再进行偏最小二乘回归建模，可在数据集较少情况下拟合得到最佳模型。通过机器学习对紫色球杆菌视紫红质（gloeobacter violaceus rhodopsin，GR）的突变体蛋白质氨基酸序列与光谱最大吸收波长进行建模，获得了最佳模型。用最佳索引LEVM760106建模得到的确定系数R2为0.944，均方误差E为11.64。用小波变换进行的预处理，其R2虽也约为0.944，但E大于11.64，不及FFT进行的预处理。方法较好地解决了蛋白质序列与功能特性之间的数学建模问题，在蛋白质工程中可为预测更优的突变体提供支持。

为了确定酶解法制备家蝇蛹多肽（PHP）的工艺条件，并初步评价PHP的促伤口愈合活性，以家蝇（Musca domestica L.）蛹为原料，采用蛋白酶酶解法制备PHP，通过单因素实验优化酶解法制备PHP的工艺条件，并在细胞水平上评价PHP的促伤口愈合活性。结果表明，10种蛋白酶酶解法制备的PHP中，胃蛋白酶酶解法制备的PHP得率最高，其次是风味蛋白酶酶解法制备的PHP（PHF）。另外，PHF的多肽含量及水解度均最高。单因素实验结果表明，制备PHF的最佳条件为酶解温度60 ℃、加酶量8 000 U/g、酶解时间4 h，在此条件下制得的PHF得率最高、水解最完全。细胞实验结果显示，不同蛋白酶酶解法制备的PHP具有不同程度促进HaCaT细胞增殖及迁移的作用。其中，PHF（分子质量主要分布在500~1 300 Da之间）促伤口愈合活性最佳。同时，PHF可显著促进RAW264.7细胞转化生长因子TGF-β1及炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6的表达。综上，风味蛋白酶酶解法是一种制备高得率、高多肽含量及高水解度的PHP的方法，PHF具有促进伤口愈合的潜力。In order to determine the process conditions for preparing peptides from housefly pupa (PHP) using enzymolysis method and evaluate the wound healing-promoting activity of PHP, PHP were prepared with enzymolysis methods using pupa of Musca domestica L. as the raw material. The single factor experiment was designed to optimize the preparation process of PHP and the wound healing-promoting activity of PHP was studied at the cellular level. The results showed that among the PHP prepared with ten proteases, the yield of PHP prepared with pepsin was the highest, followed by flavourzyme hydrolysis (the peptide was referred to as PHF). In addition, PHF showed the highest peptides content and degree of hydrolysis. The results of single factor experiment displayed that PHF presented the highest yield and degree of hydrolysis under the conditions of temperature 60 ℃, enzyme dosage 8 000 U/g, and time 4 h. Besides, PHP prepared with different proteases had different degrees of promoting proliferation and migration of HaCaT cells, among them, PHF (molecular weight mainly distributed between 500 Da and 1 300 Da) exhibited the best wound healing-promoting activity. Meantime, PHF significantly promoted the expression of transforming growth factor TGF-β1 and inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6 in RAW264.7 cells. In conclusion, the enzymolysis method with flavourzyme contributes to prepare PHP with high-yield, high-peptides content, and high-degree of hydrolysis, and PHF has the potential to promote wound healing.

Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is a kind of cerebrovascular disease. Headache due to RCVS is relatively common in RCVS patients, and the pathogenesis is not yet clear. In this paper, headache due to RCVS may be related to vascular dystonia and endothelial dysfunction, and early identification of the disease on the basis of clinical manifestations and differential diagnosis is conductive to the prognosis of the disease. 可逆性脑血管收缩综合征（reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome，RCVS）是一种脑血管疾病，霹雳性头痛是其最主要的临床表现。缘于RCVS的头痛发病机制尚未明确。本文介绍了缘于RCVS的头痛可能与血管张力失调和内皮功能障碍有关，同时从临床表现和鉴别诊断方面进行疾病的早期识别，从而早期干预以利于疾病的预后转归。 缘于RCVS的头痛的发病机制与血管张力失调和内皮功能障碍有关，难点在于对霹雳性头痛的识别诊断，探讨其发病机制和掌握鉴别诊断，有利于疾病的早诊早治。

Objective To investigate the practice effect of PDCA cycle in improving the qualified rate of standard processing for precision instruments. Methods Totally 4870 pieces of precision instruments processed through a routine management procedure were included as the control group, another 4372 pieces of precision instruments processed through a PDCA cycle were included as the study group. The qualified rate of standard processing was calculated and compared between groups. Results The qualified rate of standard processing was 99. 02%(4329/4372) in the study group, which was higher than 91. 97%(4479/4870)in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The PDCA cycle is effective to improve the qualified rate of standard processing for precision instruments. It is of great significance for improving surgical nursing quality, ensuring patient safety, prolonging service life of instruments and making full use of medical resources. This paper summarized the nursing measures of a patient with grade 2 phlebitis treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains. The nursing assessment, application method and cautions of collapse stains, composition of Chinese herbs, dietary guidance and psychological intervention were reviewed. Through the active intervention of the external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the level of phlebitis decreased, pain was relieved, and good results were achieved. 基于模块化多电平换流器的高压直流输电技术迅速发展，直流侧短路故障电流的限制与开断困难等问题已然成为研究热点。故障限流技术能够快速限制短路电流的峰值与上升率，为直流断路器的快速隔离提供有利条件。在现有混合式直流断路器基础上，提出2种快速限流的技术方案：新型直流故障限制器与直流断路器配合方案、结合限流电路的混合直流断路器方案。通过限流电感实现故障初期对故障电流上升率的抑制、限流电阻和电容在故障过程中快速投入以及电感限流回路与电容放电回路引入，使得故障电流峰值降低，直流断路器中避雷器的耗能压力继而减小，最终实现直流侧故障电流的快速清除。最后，利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证方案的可行性。研究结果表明，所提2种方案能够大幅度减小故障电流峰值、降低避雷器耗能以及实现直流断路器安全可靠分断。

为有效提高食用植物油中麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚、香兰素、甲基香兰素和乙基香兰素的检测效率，建立同时测定食用植物油中麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚、香兰素、甲基香兰素和乙基香兰素的液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。样品经乙腈提取，正己烷脱脂后，采用甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱，质谱电喷雾离子源在正离子模式下进行多反应监测扫描，对5种香料进行定量测定。结果表明，5种香料质量浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0998, 方法检出限为2.3~19.5 μg/kg，定量限为7.7~65.0 μg/kg，回收率在85.0%~107.8%之间,相对标准偏差均小于50%。该方法操作简便、定性定量准确、灵敏度高，适用于食用植物油中麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚、香兰素、甲基香兰素和乙基香兰素的同时测定，可有效提高检测效率。 In order to effectively improve detection efficiency of maltol, ethyl maltol, vanillin, methyl vanillin and ethyl vanillin in edible vegetable oil, a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method was established for the simultaneous determination of maltol, ethyl maltol, vanillin, methyl vanillin and ethyl vanillin in edible vegetable oil.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and defatted by n-hexane,then methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution, electrospray ionization was used to conduct multiple reaction monitoring scanning under positive ion mode, and 5 kinds of spices were quantitatively determined. The results showed that the linear relationships were good between the mass fraction of spices and peak areas, and the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.998,the detection limits were 2.3-19.5 μg/kg, the quantitation limits were 7.7-65.0 μg/kg,the recovery rate were 85.0%-107.8%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5.0%.The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of maltol, ethyl maltol, vanillin, methyl vanillin and ethyl vanillin in edible vegetable oil, which can improve the detection efficiency effectively.

Objective To investigate the job burnout of nursing students in the late stage of internship, and provide theoretical basis and guidance for prevention of job burnout among nursing students. Methods A questionnaire survey using Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey(MBI-GS) was conducted to 150 nursing students and 75 nurses. Results A moderate burnout level was found in dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization among nursing students, and low burnout was found in dimension of personal achievement. Higher score of depersonalization dimension and lower score of personal achievement dimension were reported in nursing students compared with those in nurses, with significant difference (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Targeted interventions should be carried out to relieve the burnout of nursing students and improve the quality of nursing practice. Objective To understand the female college students' cognition of breast cancer knowledge, and provide scientific basis for health education in colleges and universities in the future. Methods Based on the existing questionnaire, female college students were taken as the research objects, The questionnaire was distributed randomly and the survey was conducted online. Results Totally 550 questionnaires were distributed and 500 were valid, with effective recovery rate of 90. 91%. There was a relatively low awareness rate of breast cancer knowledge among female college students. Female college students majored in Medical science were more knowledgeable in prevention of breast cancer compared with those who were not majored in Medical science. Conclusion Female college students have a low cognition level of breast cancer, it is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out relevant publicity and education, especially for non-medical professional students and low-grade professional students, to improve the self-health awareness of female college students, actively take correct preventive measures to reduce the incidence of breast cancer (目的 了解在校女大学生对乳腺癌相关知识的认知情况, 以为高校今后开展乳腺癌疾病健康教育提供科学依据。方法 自行设计调查问卷, 通过“问卷网”在线问卷调查平台对多所大学的在校女大学生进行线上问卷调查。结果 共发放问卷550份, 回收有效问卷500份, 有效回收率90. 91%。在校女大学生的乳腺癌相关知识掌握率偏低, 医学专业的女大学生乳腺癌预防相关知识的整体掌握情况优于非医学专业的女大学生。结论 在校女大学生的乳腺癌相关知识掌握情况不容乐观。高校应加强相关宣传教育, 尤其针对非医学专业的女大学生要开展更深入的宣教, 从而提高在校女大学生的自我保健意识, 采取正确的预防措施, 降低乳腺癌的发病率。)

Objective To investigate the pregnant women's fear of childbirth and its influencing factors, and analyze the relationship between fear of childbirth and social support. Methods A convenient sample of 101 pregnant women were recruited and investigated by using a self-made general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of Childbirth Attitudes Questionnaire (CAQ) and Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS). Results The dimension score of fetal health was higher than other three dimension of CAQ. There was a significant difference in CAQ score between pregnant women with different employment status(P＜0. 01). There was no correlation between social support level and fear of childbirth among pregnant women. Conclusion Findings of the study showed a high awareness of fetal health among pregnant women, and employment status is a potential influencing factor of attitude toward childbirth. Targeted interventions are required to improve the social support of women. (目的 调查孕妇对分娩的恐惧感以及个体因素对其影响程度, 分析孕妇分娩恐惧与社会支持的相关性。方法 采用方便抽样选取住院的101名孕妇为研究对象, 收集孕妇一般资料和产科相关资料, 和使用分娩恐惧量表(CAQ)调查孕妇对分娩的恐惧感, 使用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)调查孕妇社会支持程度。结果 CAQ量表4个维度中胎儿健康维度得分较高。不同职业的孕妇中文版CAQ总分差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。社会支持与孕妇分娩恐惧之间缺乏相关性。结论 孕妇对胎儿健康的关注度高于其本身, 孕妇的职业状况影响孕妇对分娩的恐惧感。应制定针对性干预措施提升孕妇社会支持。)

This paper reviewed nursing management for a patient with erysipelas infection leads to sepsis combined with multiple organ dysfunction syndromes. A comprehensive treatment including anti-infective therapy, diuretic treatment, cardiac medication and circulation function treatment and related nursing management was carried out. Targeted nursing strategies including non-invasive ventilation nursing, medication care and fluid-management, fever nursing, catheter maintenance, skin care were carried out to ensure the therapeutic efficacy and symptom relieving. This paper summarized the practice and experience of shift rotation in the general ward, CCU and catheterization unit of cardiology. Objective To explore the relationship between fall risk and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitution of inpatients, and provide reference for reducing the occurrence of fall risk among inpatients. Methods The TCM constitution classification and determination scale was used to evaluate the physique types of patients with high risk falls in hospital, to investigate the risk of falls in hospital and the physical condition of TCM, and to analyze the correlation between fall risk and TCM physique by single factor and multiple stepwise regression. Objective To explore the role of grid management mode in nursing information management, and to provide reference for nursing information management mechanism. Methods The nursing units were divided into large, medium and small grids, and the viewpoints and methods based on the grid management theory were established to form a plane and deep network management method with clear division of labor and appropriate coordination. To compare the application efficacy of grid management between two different period: May 2018 to May 2019 as before-intervention period, May 2019 to May 2020 as after-intervention period. The primary outcomes were implementation condition of medical orders, nursing inspection conditions, Jingyi-512 training efficacy and patient satisfaction. Results The rates of standardized implementation of medical orders, nursing inspection, Jingyi-512 training and patient satisfaction was greatly improved after intervention compared with those before intervention (P＜0. 05). 目的探索人卵泡液中神经营养因子4（NT-4）及卵丘颗粒细胞中TrkB受体的表达与卵子发育潜能的关系。方法收集2020年5月至2020年11月在中山大学附属第六医院生殖中心，因男方因素行卵胞浆内单精子注射（ICSI）治疗的63例患者的卵泡液和卵丘颗粒细胞，用ELISA检测卵泡液中NT-4水平，实时荧光定量PCR检测卵丘颗粒细胞中TrkB受体两种不同亚型TrkB-fl和TrkB-t1的表达水平，分析与卵子成熟、受精和胚胎发育的关系。结果卵泡液中NT-4水平与正常受精数（rs=0.250， P=0.048）、可利用胚胎数（rs=0.320， P=0.011）、优质胚胎数（rs=0.327， P=0.009）和优质囊胚数（rs=0.303， P=0.029）呈正相关。卵丘颗粒细胞中TrkB-t1在高囊胚形成率组（≥60%）和高优质囊胚率组（≥50%）中的表达均较低［0.86 （0.60， 1.85） vs. 2.29 （1.09， 3.44） ， P=0.008； 0.84（0.64， 1.45） vs. 1.73 （0.96， 3.14） ， P=0.031］。多重线性回归分析结果示优质胚胎数受获卵数（P=0.001）、卵泡液中NT-4水平（P=0.005）和卵丘颗粒细胞TrkB-t1表达水平（P=0.049）影响。结论人卵泡液中NT-4水平与ICSI患者卵子发育潜能正相关，其可能在卵子发育过程中发挥着重要作用。卵丘颗粒细胞中TrkB-t1的高表达与卵子发育潜能受损有关。

Objective To involve and evaluate the ideological and political education in the basic nursing course, improve the moral sentiments, occupational emotion, sense of value of nursing students and improve the quality of nursing talents training. Methods The ideological and political education, focusing on patriotism, sensation of life and humanistic feelings, was integrated into the basic nursing course. The ideological and political education was carried out by varies of methods such as students’ speech and sharing, teachers’ guidance and inspiration, case teaching, encouraged by advance models. Results After a semester course with ideological and political education, students’ ideological awareness, occupational values, professional quality had been improved. Conclusion The ideological and political education in the basic nursing course help to improve the ideological awareness, occupational values, professional quality of nursing students. (目的 在基础护理学课程教学中融入思政教育、开展课程思政, 探讨课程思政在本门课程中的实践效果, 培养护生的道德情操、职业情感、价值观, 提高护理人才培养质量。方法 在2018级护理专业2个班中开展基础护理学课程思政。通过 “家国情怀”、“生命情怀”、“人文情怀”三大主题教育, 与教学融合, 通过学生演讲与分享、教师引导与启发、案例教育、事迹感染等方法, 在理论、实训教学中贯穿课程思政。通过问卷调查、书写反思日记、访谈、护理行为观察法评价育人效果。结果 在一学期课程思政结束后, 学生思想觉悟、职业价值观、职业素养有了明显的提升, 对课程思政给予了充分的肯定和较高的评价。结论 基础护理学课程思政可提高护生的思想道德情操、职业情感、职业素养, 提升学生的视角, 发挥显著的育人效果。)
