DC. Public libraries. - Abstract
Citizen laboratories are an instrument that enables the direct participation of citizens in their community by facilitating collaboration between people through dialogue processes and experimentation and co-creation projects at different levels. The public library has found in the citizen laboratories a new way to connect with its territory, using its potential as a meeting and interaction space and as an agent of change. The objective of this work is to offer an approximation to what these initiatives are, how they work and what impact they have. To this end, professional practice has been analyzed, exploring three models (methodological approach) and two programs (experiential approach) of citizen laboratories in the context of the public library. Among the findings of the study, it stands out that there is no single methodology for these initiatives, but there are replicable models, while the analysis of the programs provides clues about the way in which they activate the social capital of the community. Finally, it is concluded that these laboratories are an effective formula for encouraging local participation and that they contribute to the redefinition and revaluation of the current public library, making them a practice to be included in the toolbox of library innovation.

The implementation of information literacy activities and programs occupies a central place in libraries in order to provide information and training on available services and resources, to promote the development of skills in the use and management of information and to strengthen the link with the user community. The return to post-pandemic presence in educational institutions was faced with the challenge of adopting the hybrid format with the design of didactic proposals according to user’ s needs and expectations. Likewise, the latest advances in artificial intelligence applied to research and learning present a new challenge and the need to strengthen the collaborative alliance with teachers and researchers to think of creative proposals together. The case of the Central Library of the National University of San Martín will be presented, which in recent years has built different in-person, virtual and hybrid spaces for information literacy.

In 2017 the Episcopal Public Library of the Seminary of Barcelona (hereinafter BPEB) commissioned the restoration of one of its handwritten books, Manuscript 150, the copy of Bernat Desclot's Chronicles, one of the four great medieval chronicles of Catalan literature. This Chronicle of the Last Counts of Barcelona, originally written very probably in the second half of the 13th century, tells the story that goes from Ramón Berenguer IV and Petronila de Aragón to Pedro el Grande, who died in 1285; in fact the latter is the main protagonist of much of this Chronicle. The specimen preserved in the BPEB, however, is later, probably written in the fourteenth century, with a later addition of the eighteenth century probably due to a loss of the original leaves. The article consists of two parts; the first analyses, from the bibliographical point of view, the Chronicle and carries out a general historical contextualisation of the work in order to then relate and locate the copies that exist today in different national libraries. This first part also describes the content and the characteristics and bibliographical peculiarities of the copy that is kept by the BPEB. Finally, a brief historical outline is attempted from the time of its arrival at the Library to the present day. It also describes the context of its restoration as well as the obtaining of the necessary funds to be able to carry it out. The second part of the article treats the monograph from a material perspective, makes an organoleptic description and exposes the results of the relevant physical-chemical analyses to determine the nature of materials such as inks or paper. Finally, it sets out the conclusions reached on the basis of the above points and describes the conservation-restoration process that took place in 2017. Las Crónica de los últimos condes de Barcelona is a handwritten book bound in parchment that has a peculiarity: the first nine folios are handwritten on parchment and the second half on paper. This is an interesting book, since centuries of history have modified its original appearance until it became what we are conserving today.

Through the following text we intend to provide some practical advice to carry out the complex task of moving a library. These recommendations arise from the experiences lived towards the end of 2018, during the transfer, due to building remodeling, of the 25,000 documents that make up the bibliographic collection of the library of the FASTA University (Fraternity of St. Thomas Aquinas groups) of Mar del Plata. Our intention is to share with the library community all the data collected, materials used, images recorded and forms designed throughout the whole process of the move, so that they may be useful at the time of starting a similar task. The move was divided into four stages, where all the actions that integrate them have had the fundamental purpose of preserving the collection and promptly resuming the usual services. These stages are: 1) the planning and calculation of the materials; 2) cleaning of the books and shelves; 3) the packing of documents, furniture and equipment; 4) relocation of the collections. In addition, we have included a section on the occupational health and safety of all the personnel involved in and responsible for the various tasks involved in the move. The recommendations and precautions that were taken into account when handling the tools and the bibliographic collections are developed throughout all the stages of the move. Finally, we share the graphic images and digital publications that we used to disseminate and inform the entire educational community about the important changes in the services during the move, through the different channels of the library and the institution.

Covid-19 started a process of digital acceleration that has continued unstoppable as it has also been identified as one of the keys to getting out of the current economic and social crisis. Within this framework, the Spanish government has published the Charter of Digital Rights that aims at anticipating future conflict scenarios resulting from the new digital context. By sharing the main aspects of the digital divide with the principles established in the Charter, the social risks of an accelerated digital transformation are analysed. It is determined that the digital gaps of access, use and appropriation can limit people's access to certain rights, some of them fundamental.

The global and competitive environment in which higher education is currently immersed also affects Spanish higher music conservatories. They, like the universities, compete to attract and retain students and faculty, using different strategies to stand out and influence the choice process. Social networks are one of the strategies used for the positioning and differentiation of higher music conservatories, becoming the appropriate channel for: a) to show society the activities and value provided by conservatories; b) to communicate with students; and c) to involve teachers and students in the creation of the corporate image through interaction with the centre. The main objective of this paper is to analyse the communication strategy used by Spanish music conservatories in social networks. For this, the uses and contents of the social networks of the 36 public and private Spanish higher conservatories of music during the month of February 2022 have been analyzed through a descriptive and analytical research. We used as a reference the models proposed by Pérez-Bonaventura, Tárrega and Vilajosana (2021), Brito, Laaser and Toloza (2012) and Paniagua-Rojano and Gómez-Calderón (2012) for the analysis of the use of social networks in the Spanish and Catalan universities, adapted to Spanish and Catalan universities, adapted to the specificity and characteristics of conservatories. The results reveal an unequal presence of conservatoires in social networks, being its majority use the promotion of their activities for the educational community and with few incentives for participation. The reduced number of interactions generated seems to show the lack of a clear and differentiated strategic planning.

Taking as reference the classification of values made by Riegl for monuments and by Brandi for works of art in order to be able to evaluate them as heritage objects within the methodology used by Conservation-Restoration, an analytical crossing is made with the contributions made by Schellenberg and Wyffells from the Archival discipline; the first by formulating the notions of primary and secondary values, the second from the theoretical approach of the "Document Life Cycle". This analysis makes it possible to show the symbiotic relationship between the two disciplines, materialized in the valuation or identification of attribute values as a substantial part of the methodological component used by the two specialties when establishing the relevance of the objects of their field of study to decide regarding the final destination of the same.

Library catalogs in any medium have always been the means par excellence of accessibility to the collection of said institutions and a possible way for the necessary control of authorities determined by the scientific-technical production of their authors, currently favored by the systems of search and retrieval of information provided by new technologies. This work presents solutions to the normalization problems that currently have some entries in the Library “Prof. Dr. José Arce ”from the School of Dentistry, University of Buenos Aires (hereinafter, UBA) in some personal names of dental authors, focusing more precisely on the sources of information necessary and used to help detect their correct normalization within the control of authorities, in order to boost technical services in Argentine libraries specialized in the subject and contribute to the necessary National Bibliographic Control through cooperation.

The classification tools and the controlled vocabularies have a long intervention in the scientific literature of biases and criticisms about their endemic problems in relation to the treatment of the contents referring to non-heteronormative affective-sexual panoramas. Queer and gender theory have made their great contributions in involving functional, social and democratic solutions within the information processing that help the user to interact with the catalog by training suitable, open and prepared professionals for this task. Achieving the aforementioned would imply getting rid of a hegemony in the cataloging / classification to successfully reach the institutional catalog and the correct approach to the reference, participating in an interaction / reflection of the users with the professionals, showing and teaching the accessibility of the information from an inclusive perspective. The present proposal is carried out through an analysis of the relevant literature, paying special attention to the resources that come from the critical perspective of Social Library and considering two main main approaches: first, to point out the existing methods of historical stigmatization in the treatment of the information that comes from the indexing processes and the second refers to possible tools to use to exercise good library practices, thus guaranteeing the recognition of all relevant discourse in relation to the representativeness and accessibility of the GLTTIBQ community.

Our work tries to share and account for the planning and systematization in social networks that we have been carrying out in Mar del Plata's FASTA University Library during the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. We have used a 5-stage work scheme: 1) Definition of objectives and priorities; 2) Generation of worksheet; 3) Scheduling; 4) Image search and template creation and 5) Publication. Regarding the projected published content, the following: ephemeris, dissemination of services, conservation tips, search tips, humor, phrases, interaction. Planning allows us to maintain a constant presence on social networks and at the same time simplify the dissemination process, guarantee a variety of quality publications and optimize time. However, we understand that it is not a closed recipe but a continuous development.

This paper reviews, using a descriptive approach, the characteristics of analysis and description of the ancient photography available on Wikimedia Commons. Six collections have been selected, provided by GLAM institutions. On a selection of 60 images, it is checked if they have been described following the Dublin Core, ISAD (G) or Europeana Data Model metadata schemas. The results obtained allow to affirm that description standards and metadata schemas are not applied. The development of semantic labeling in Wikimedia Commons may be an approach that offers a solution to these deficiencies.

In this article we propose a different, more historicist point of view, offering some brushstrokes on the types of paper that were used during the beginnings of photography, describing the main factories, brands and types of paper, and also the different roles played by the paper in its association with photography. We will study the paper as primary, secondary and tertiary support of photography, as well as the different formats in paper and cardboard used in this medium during its first decades of existence.

With the title La transformación de espacios librtecarios bajo el paradigma de la digitalización (The transformation of library spaces under the paradigm of digitalization), this paper's main objective is to establish four transversal aspects to be taken into account in any transformation and modification of the physical spaces of libraries, of any type of library. The paper starts from the observation of the paradox that the greater the digitization, and therefore the less need for physical spaces, the opposite is happening: namely, that the physical spaces of libraries are used more and more. Secondly, three theories are presented (some might even seem like a future trend) about the use and compartmentalization of physical library spaces. Finally, thirdly, these four transversal and global aspects are raised, which should always be kept in mind when facing a spatial transformation in any library; these points would be: light, comfort, circulation and people.

This work reviews the characteristics and features that semantic wikis should offer. To do this, it defines an ideal theoretical model, from which a functionalities analysis matrix is developed. This matrix applies to three applications widely regarded as semantic wikis. The results show that, although they are capable of implementing basic semantic web structures, there are differences in their approaches and performance. Improved processing of ontologies and other vocabularies, and linked data integration are developments needed in future versions of the tools.

On May 1, 2020, Sarah Elizabeth Lewis wondered, from the New York Times’ pages, where were the pictures of people dying from COVID-19, the images of the real victims of the pandemic (Lewis, 2020). She claimed to see images able to arise empathic responses from the audience. She defended the transformative potential of this kind of photography, as it is widely demonstrated by the legacy that some photojournalists have left behind us since they began to witness conflicts, wars, and natural disasters. However, the publication of sick, dying, or deceased people’s images in the media has become an increasingly exceptional fact, especially, when it comes to our dead or dying people. During the firsts weeks of the coronavirus crisis, the media, news agencies and freelance photographers have been trying to find situations and capture images capable of showing the exceptionality of this pandemic, as only photography knows to do it: in a synthetic, universal way, incorporating all those elements that transform a singular image into an iconic one. Photographs that over the years become a symbol of a moment, of an event, or a conflict. On June 3, David Ramos, photographer for the Getty Images agency, went to the Hospital del Mar, in Barcelona, to catch the moment when the medical team accompanied Mr. Isidre Correa, a COVID-19 patient who had been in suffering for more than 50 days in the ICU, to see the sea. The image went around the world immediately. Why did that photograph work? What visual elements does it contain that make it so exceptional? This communication analyses the persistence of visual tropes related to the photographic narration of catastrophes as well as their iconographic updates.

The COVID-19 crisis has generated a scenario of exceptional dimensions, due to the amount of data that is shared, and its global dimension. Much of this information —especially visual—, is transmitted through social networks. How will this collective heritage be preserved? What institutions, organizations and media are betting on citizen stories? This communication presents initiatives carried out in Spain to collect and preserve citizen information about the pandemic. Studies about the level of satisfaction of library users in regard to the services offered by libraries have been carried out for decades. Nevertheless, the library bus is a service that has not yet been studied profusely. This mobile service caters for the reading, study, and information access needs of population centres which, due to different reasons, do not have a permanent library service. With the aim of examining the profile of the users of this service, together with its impact and the users’ level of satisfaction, we propose a methodology of analysis which is able to capture the users’ perception of the quality of the library bus service. Importantly, our methodology is applicable to any geographical area. Accordingly, the goals of the present study are the following: (1) to identify and describe the characteristics of the library bus users in a specific region and time period; (2) to formulate proposals of intervention and improvement through the identification of the users’ needs and demands according to the results of the users’ study. The proposed methodology was defined on the grounds of three elements. First, a bibliographic revision about the state of the arts, which was based on two aspects: the current vision of the library bus service and the theoretical or normative models, such as the one by the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) and the Association of Mobile Library Professionals (ACLEBIM, for its initials in Spanish). Second, we applied quantitative data analysis techniques for the collection of social and demographic data, together with statistics on the use of libraries at the local, regional, and national level. Finally, qualitative methods were employed to obtain specific information, namely a user survey (interview with the personnel in charge of the service, selection of the data collection technique, sample selection, etc.). The result was a survey. The questionnaire was selected as the method for data collection and the survey was implemented through open and closed questions which were presented and formulated to guide the user throughout the process. Future work might see how this methodology is applied to a practical case, specifically to the quality analysis of a library bus service in the Region of Murcia, a service that has been active in this Spanish autonomous community for more than forty years.

We study the audiovisual archives on the Internet of Spanish autonomous a la carta televisions, based on twenty-six indicators grouped into five sections (general aspects, content, query system, results page and audiovisual characteristics). The twelve regional televisions belonging to the FORTA are analyzed and the current results are compared with those collected in 2012 in a previous work by the authors. As main conclusions, it can be pointed out that the 'a la carte' services of the Spanish autonomous televisions still have a medium level of development, since of the 58 points that the televisions can reach in the total of indicators, the analyzed archives get between 27 and 38 points. Among its weaknesses, it can be noted that they simply offer a simple search, without filter options or results management. These deficiencies have become a cyclical problem of ‘a la carte services’: seven years ago the televisions analyzed presented these same weaknesses and only in one case an improvement has been observed.

Proposal of a professional profile of the librarian/information scientist specialized in health sciences. In 2017 BiblioMadsalud held a working day from which emerged the proposal to create a permanent Working Group, #BiblioRHRH, whose main objective is the development of a professional profile for the need to adequately define the functions and skills of our profession, identifying areas of application in continuous changing. The most common problem in our field is that the figure of the health sciences librarian is not well defined. It means that jobs and competitive applications do not correspond to the specific professional librarian competencies and, therefore, with the skills, knowledge and mastery of the tools required to offer complete and high quality profesional librarian services. We take the document Professional Profiles of the Consejo de Cooperación Bibliotecaria as a reference and we’re working on the Health Sciences 3 Librarian profile elaboration, given that the publication allows the possibility of creating more specific and updated profiles. The aim of this paper is to present the Health Sciences Librarian profile elaborated by the BiblioMadSalud #BiblioRRHH Working Group.

BC. Information in society. - Abstract
A critical analysis was proposed of the different experiences of indigenous libraries in Argentina, forming a state of the art of what happens with library care in communities that have descendants of indigenous populations. The Indigenous Library concept was examined from an interdisciplinary approach, linking the incidence of bilingual indigenous radio stations, oral collections and the valuation of memory in the strengthening of cultural identity. Finally, a series of reflections was proposed in relation to the paradigms present in Indigenous Librarianship, the cases that have represented cultural resistance from the appropriation of written culture, and the libraries that have discontinued their services.

This paper reviews the study and use of the Wikipedia category system in the scientific research, adopting a systematic literature review approach, but considering the qualitative review of the content of a set of selected papers. Several types of work are identified, depending on the intrinsic study of the category system, or its use as a tool for the analysis of other documentary corpus other than Wikipedia. We conclude that the system of categories offers a valid classification scheme for different approaches and studies on the organization of knowledge in multiple contexts.

Nowadays public libraries assume new challenges related with two of their functions: to provide access to information and digital literacy and to be a social space of its community. The aim of this paper was to analyze how Spanish public librarians perceive the social function and the digital inclusion function of their institutions, how they assume these missions and the competences that they consider most relevant for the implementation of these services. A qualitative methodology was applied, consisting in three focus groups with library staff of the Region of Murcia, taking into account for the classification of participants the number of inhabitants of the population in which they work as librarians. The analysis of the librarians' discourse reflected a mostly positive position towards these functions, although they described problems as insufficient training, the need of enough resources, and greater collaboration with other agents involved. To overcome these difficulties they highlighted the need for support from the Regional Library System through the Library Coordination Unit and the Regional Library.

The main focus of this paper is to provide a review of the scientific production in Information Literacy and mobile technologies (Mobile Information Literacy) between 2006 and 2017, quantifying from the altmetric perspectives. The altmetrics imply a complementary approach that can shed light on specific aspects which are not easy to be addressed by more traditional scientific approaches, neither bibliometric nor conceptual. That is why, the altmetrics include relevant features, like visualization, document downloads, quotes, recommendations and markers. These aspects can contribute to explain the impact and relevance of the scientific literatura from a wider perspective. A analysis of most altmetric impact documents was carried out to manifest the main research trends in the subdomain of the Infomation Science. After we had carried out our altmetric review, we concluded that this perspective, applied to the IL and the mobile technologies have become a growing trend that is reaching a significant relevance, in addition to the traditional bibliometric analysis, and that covers, in a context of mobile learning and relation, which are in a unstoppable procces of spiral growing, new and very significant dimensions in the approach to the impact and significance of the scientific production.

As part of the 50th anniversary of EINA Centre Universitari de Disseny i Art de Barcelona, the History and Design Studies Research Group (GRHED) and the EINA Archive have produced a chronology that summarises the fifty years of the institution's history, from its foundation at the height of Francoism to the present day. It is an informational project, but one that, without neglecting academic rigour, aims to place EINA in the historical-social and cultural setting of the last five decades. The first part of the chronology, corresponding to the period between 1953 and 1980, places the background, the founding and the early years of the school in the context of a Francoist Spain that, more than a decade after the end of the Civil War and the initial severe repression, has relaxed slightly, favouring a more propitious scenario for the arrival of new educational experiences whose principles incorporate the ideas of progress and modernisation of society. Another of its main characteristics is the fact of having been undertaken from the perspective of the digital humanities. The digital humanities are an area of research, teaching and creation in which the studies of the different disciplines related to human culture and computer science converge, tackling projects such as the design and implementation of collections and digital repertories, the analysis and visualisation of large volumes of cultural data, and digital publishing in new formats of academic production in the humanities. The aim of the paper is to place the EINA chronology project in the context of the digital humanities, addressing aspects that range from the conception of the initial proposal to its final design.

Learning management systems are redefining the meaning of higher education. Its development has allowed reproducing the experience of learning without having to go to the classroom. So that the digital library doesn't lose visibility to the college community, it must be actively integrated into the distance educational projects. This conference describes a digital reference service for searching textual learning objects, whose direct users are the teachers. The selected objects are included in the subjects’ bibliographies, which are later accessed by the students from the learning management system. To do so, the reference service must select relevant documents in coordination with the teachers, and provide digital access, observing copyright. Furthermore, as one of the attributes of learning objects is reutilization, their metadata must be described in order to retrieve them later for other subjects. This process will avoid duplication of effort and add value to the found objects.

Scientific journals are the main medium for the dissemination of research results and are the fundamental pillar of scientific communication because, in addition, they are a record of the intellectual and cultural work of countries, regions and the world. Technology has changed the workflow of researchers and editorial teams, allowing the possibility of managing the entire production of a scientific journal online. This change in format offers the possibility of applying the protocols and requirements established by the main indexes, repertoires and databases for the indexing of scientific journals. Currently, the OJS (Open Journal System) software developed by the Public Knowledge Project, allows the administration and publication of scientific journals, managing all stages of journal production, from submitting an article to its subsequent indexing and publication. It is an open source software so it can be modified according to the interests of the scientific journal, it establishes the different roles within the editing process such as that of manager, editor, proofreaders, reviewers, readers, authors, subscription managers, among others, and also, offers the possibility of modifying its interface according to the theme of the magazine, creating friendly environments for both authors and readers. The objective of this work is to analyze the contribution of the OJS software for the management of the scientific journals of the National University of Salta, establishing new ways to communicate and disseminate scientific production digitally. The work methodology will consist of tracking the scientific journals produced at the National University of Salta that are using this digital platform and from there, determine which contributions / contributions this software provided in each case.

Describes the process that resulted in the development of an elective course "Search, access and management of scientific information" dictated by the Central Library of the School of Agronomy of the University of Buenos Aires. The information literacy program maintained by the Library for 12 years trained almost 4800 students and teachers. The program began as a "Training Program in the development of skills to access agronomic information" in 2006, based on the standards of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) of the American Library Association. (ACRL, 2008). This standard, replaced in 2016 by the "Framework for information literacy for higher education" (ACRL, 2016), has opened a new panorama in information literacy. In 2013, began a period of evaluation of the program, which has taken in consideration changes in the curricula of the careers that are offered in the School of Agriculture, the advances produced in distance learning, and new needs raised by students and teachers. The development of a distance learning optional course given by library staff, was the result of this process. The course has been offered for two years. The contents, the applied methodology and the digital educational materials developed with the support of the Distance Education Center of the School are presented here.

Due to the speed and magnitude of the changes in the technological information field, resilience is important for the services provided in that area. It implies the ability to reinvent strategies and service models as circumstances change. It can occur at different levels: personal, group, community, organizational, etc. For this reason it is a relevant concept for libraries that are run by a single person, as well as for the largest units and information networks in which several people work, or for the organization in which a library is inserted. Resilience is closely related to the ethos of service; it allows to act appropriately in the face of opportunities as well as in the face of challenges, including crises and unexpected disruptions. It has maturity levels, related to different capacities: in the short term, maintain the usual services; change and adapt in the medium term; over longer periods, shape the internal environment and even influence the transformation of the external one. It is more a capacity or a process than a stable characteristic; there are fundamental elements that support it, such as situational awareness, the management of key vulnerabilities and the emotional consequences of changes, shared fundamental values, the ability to learn and adapt, the availability of resources, etc. It manifests itself in times of changes, challenges or crises, but there are ways to prepare to promote it. Norms that address this problem have been recently published, among which ISO 22316: 2017 stands out. The concept of resilience can also be misunderstood or instrumentalized for improper purposes, such as systematically denying the provision of necessary elements or pretending to justify precarious working conditions, so it is very important to study carefully the processes that supposedly involve it.

BiblioEstructura of BiblioMadSalud was proposed as a work-group to develop a structure, organization and performance of health libraries to be acknowledged by Community of Madrid administration. Start of your work with an internal analysis which result was presented at BiblioSalud 2019, XVI Jornada Nacional de Información y Documentación en Ciencias de la Salud with the title “Institutional status of health science libraries in the public hospitals of the community of Madrid”. In this work we propose to carry out an external analysis with the objective of knowing the legal structure in which the Health Sciences Libraries are framed within the institutions at the national level. Methods: A telephone survey is made to the coordinators of the Virtual Libraries of the 17 Autonomous Communities of Spain. with 4 questions, 2 basic and other two conditioned to the previous answers. Result: This study shows that only three Autonomous Communities have organized and regulated a system that establishes the mode of operation, structure and organization of their Health Sciences Libraries of their Public Hospitals. In the rest of the Communities, in the best of cases, there is a Virtual Library that acts as a working link between the rest of the libraries in your Community and coordinates some functions and services. Conclusions: It is essential to carry out a consensus work in which a legal document is formalized, supervised and approved by the Autonomous Administration, which defines the organization, structure and functioning of the Health Sciences Libraries in Public Hospitals, which It would provide stability to the system and a reference to the workers of the system.

At the beginning of 2003, Bibliosalut was inaugurated in the Balearic Islands, becoming one of the first autonomous virtual libraries in the field of health sciences created in Spain during the first decade of the 21st century. After more than fifteen years, the evolution of the autonomous model of library management configured in that region has been analysed. It has developed from the coordination of 9 libraries, mostly hospitals, to the management of a virtual and unique scientific library for all the professionals of the public health system of the Balearic Islands. An extraordinary change for these health professionals, and even more so in an archipelago, which has meant the democratization of access to relevant scientific information. The virtual library is today an essential tool for health care, education and research. A potential panorama for the “twenties” is also envisioned, as being full of opportunities, mainly revolving around the open science and information and communications technology, where the need for us to reinvent ourselves as professionals of information and documentation, and thus create new resources and services to meet the new needs of the health professionals, will be critical. Finally, the importance of continuing to invest in interlibrary cooperation, and especially with other regional virtual libraries, needs to be firmly emphasized.
