To study the QoS quality of service parameters, the Saaty hierarchy analysis method was applied and, on its basis, the membership function was determined. A system of linguistic rules has been compiled for fuzzy analysis. The fuzzy-set approach is implemented by the Mamdani fuzzy model in the Matlab package.

The article analyzes 16 rejected books of the XVII century. The purpose of the study is to identify and study the results of phonetic processes reflected in the Russian language of the XVII century on the material of monuments of business writing. The novelty of the research is determined by the fact that the monuments of the South Great Russian dialect of the XVII century of business content, which have not yet been considered in this linguistic aspect, have been selected for analysis. When studying the monuments of writing, such methods as descriptive were used, because the phonetic processes of the epoch after the fall of reduced vowels, reflected in the Old Russian language, are characterized, as well as statistical, since examples are accompanied by an indication of the frequency of their use. As a result of the conducted research, 168 examples with various phonetic changes were identified in the rejection books of the XVII century

Quality of Service (QoS) is always defined end-to-end in a heterogeneous network. Today, the NGN concept has a strong impact on almost every sector and industry. The article discusses the capabilities and features of NGN, shows the evolution from the public telephone network and from the public mobile network to the NGN. The features of the functional distributed architecture of the SSN are analyzed, the architectures of such protocols as IMS, SIP and Diameter are investigated using various QoS mechanisms.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the physiological state periodontium in different age groups. State characteristics are given support-retaining structures of teeth of various anatomical groups, age-related morphological and functional changes in various structures of the periodontium. Findings from Clinical Studies on Mobility teeth of various anatomical groups allow us to express an opinion about the presence of age- elated features in the state of the periodontium without pronounced manifestations of the destructive-inflammatory process, and also allows more qualitatively select the number of abutment teeth in bridge and clasp prosthetics.

The purpose of the conducted research work was to study the complaints and their reasons within 30 days after wearing the dentures after orthopaedic treatment with full removable dentures of 254 people having secondary full adentia. For that purpose recording of patients into daily note books after wearing dentures through 1 days, 1-5 days and 5-30rd days and their examination had been agreed on the voluntary principle. The mostly quoted complaints of patients throughout the treatment-big denture mass, insufficient functionality, difficulty in speaking and chewing,and the complaints like irritation of mucous membrane continued mostly in the second and third age group. Complaint of not having the desired aesthetic appearance had been found in the first age group.

Laboratory smelting of experimental grades of steel of type 13Cr with various contents of nickel, molybdenum and niobium was carried out. The rational chemical composition of the steel and the heat treatment mode were selected, which ensure obtaining mechanical properties corresponding to the strength group X80 13Cr. Проведена лабораторная выплавка экспериментальных марок стали типа 13Cr с различным содержанием никеля, молибдена и ниобия. Выбраны рациональный химический состав стали и режим термической обработки, обеспечивающие получение механических свойств, соответствующих группе прочности X80 13Cr.

The Russian consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis has been prepared on the initiative of the Russian Pancreatology Club to clarify and consolidate the opinions of Russian specialists (gastroenterologists, surgeons, and pediatricians) on the most significant problems of diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis. This article continues a series of publications explaining the most significant interdisciplinary consensus statements and deals with enzyme replacement therapy.

The fifth cranial nerve is the common denominator for many headaches and facial pain pathologies currently known. Projecting from the trigeminal ganglion, in a bipolar manner, it connects to the brainstem and supplies various parts of the head and face with sensory innervation. In this review, we describe the neuroanatomical structures and pathways implicated in the sensation of the trigeminal system. Furthermore, we present the current understanding of several primary headaches, painful neuropathies and their pharmacological treatments. We hope that this overview can elucidate the complex field of headache pathologies, and their link to the trigeminal nerve, to a broader field of young scientists.
