Oculocutaneous albinism (OCA) could be either non-syndromic or syndromic. There are significant challenges in clinically recognizing and differentiating Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome (HPS) from non-syndromic OCA.In a prospective consecutive case series, 63 patients (less than 18 years old) with a molecular genetic diagnosis of albinism (exceptA total of 63 patients were evaluated. Forty-five patients had non-syndromic OCA (11 OCA1B, 24 OCA2, 9 OCA4, and 1 OCA6), 5 patients had OA and 13 patients had HPS. All 3 BLOC-related HPS categories were seen (1 with BLOC1, 7 with BLOC-2 and 5 with BLOC-3 related HPS). All patients with OA were hyperopic, had darker fundus pigmentation, but had poor foveal development. All HPS patients had lighter fundus pigmentation. The degree of fundus pigmentation correlated positively with the iris pigmentation and also with the foveal development only in OCA2.Careful observation of the phenotype by comparison of the skin, hair, iris colour, with the degree of fundus pigmentation and foveal development may help clinically differentiate HPS from OCA patients of Chinese ethnicity even in the absence of any bleeding tendency.

Inducing durable and effective immunity against severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) via vaccination is essential to combat the current pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). It has been noticed that the strength of anti-COVID-19 vaccination-induced immunity fades over time, which calls for an additional vaccination regime, as known as booster immunization, to restore immunity among previously vaccinated populations. Here we report a pilot open-label trial of a third dose of BBIBP-CorV, an inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (Vero cell), on 136 participants aged between 18 to 63 years. Safety and immunogenicity in terms of neutralizing antibody titers and cytokine/chemokine responses were analyzed as the main endpoint until day 28. While systemic reactogenicity was either absent or mild, SARS-CoV-2-specific neutralizing antibody titers rapidly arose in all participants within 4 weeks, surpassing the peak antibody titers elicited by the initial two-dose immunization regime. Broad increases of cellular immunity-associated cytokines and chemokines were also detected in the majority of participants after the third vaccination. Furthermore, in an exploratory study, a newly developed recombinant protein vaccine, NVSI-06-08 (CHO Cells), was found to be safe and even more effective than BBIBP-CorV in eliciting humoral immune responses in BBIBP-CorV-primed individuals. Together, these results indicate that a third immunization schedule with either homologous or heterologous vaccine showed favorable safety profiles and restored potent SARS-CoV-2-specific immunity, providing support for further trials of booster vaccination in larger populations. Given the great advancements in soft computing and data science, artificial neural network (ANN) has been explored and applied to handle complicated problems in the field of pavement engineering. This study conducted a state-of-the-art review for surveying the recent progress of ANN application at different stages of pavement engineering, including pavement design, construction, inspection and monitoring, and maintenance. This study focused on the papers published over the last three decades, especially the studies conducted since 2013. Through literature retrieval, a total of 683 papers in this field were identified, among which 143 papers were selected for an in-depth review. The ANN architectures used in these studies mainly included multi-layer perceptron neural network (MLPNN), convolutional neural network (CNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN) for processing one-dimensional data, two-dimensional data and time-series data. CNN-based pavement health inspection and monitoring attracted the largest research interest due to its potential to replace human labor. While ANN has been proved to be an effective tool for pavement material design, cost analysis, defect detection and maintenance planning, it is facing huge challenges in terms of data collection, parameter optimization, model transferability and low-cost data annotation. More attention should be paid to bring multidisciplinary techniques into pavement engineering to tackle existing challenges and widen future opportunities.

hnRNP E1 (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein E1) is an important RNA-binding protein (RBPs) that plays a vital role in tumor development. Human papillomavirus 16 (HPV16) contains numerous sites that can bind to RNA/DNA and may be modified by multiple RBPs, which contribute to HPV gene expression and HPV-associated cancer development. However, the effects of hnRNP E1 on HPV16 oncogenes in the development of cervical lesions remain unclear. A total of 816 participants with different grades of cervical lesions were enrolled in a community-based cohort established in Shanxi Province, China. The Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) databases were used to analyze the association between hnRNP E1 mRNA expression and cervical lesions. Cells with up_ and down_regulated hnRNP E1 were established. hnRNP E1 functions were evaluated using cell counting kit-8, flow cytometry analyses, and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing. Our results showed that hnRNP E1 expression was linearly dependent on the severity of the cervical lesions. Low expression of HPV16 E2, high expression of E6, and a low ratio of E2 to E6 could increase the risk of cervical lesions. hnRNP E1 expression was correlated with HPV16 oncogene expression. hnRNP E1-relevant genes were involved in the dopaminergic synapses, Wnt signaling pathway, gnRH secretion, and mTOR signaling pathway. hnRNP E1 significantly inhibited cell proliferation, induced apoptosis, arrested the cell cycle at the G0/G1 stage, and decreased HPV16 E6 expression. Our results indicate that hnRNP E1 could downregulate HPV16 E6 oncogene expression and inhibit cervical cancerization, which sheds new light on preventing the carcinogenicity of HPV across a range of diseases by regulating RNA-binding proteins.

Objective To study the effects of different concentrated sulfuric acid etching durations on the shear bond strength between polyether-ketone-ketone (PEKK) and dentin, providing a scientific basis for the clinical bonding procedures of PEKK prosthesis. Methods Forty-four PEKK specimens were prepared and randomly divided into four groups: group A was the control group, which was only polished with abrasive papers, group B, group C and group D were experimental groups, which were etched by 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 5 s, 30 s and 60 s, respectively. In addition, one sample was randomly selected from each group, and the profile was prepared by a slow cutting machine. The surface morphology of the profile was observed under SEM. After the four groups of specimens and dentin were bonded by resin, they were soaked in distilled water at 37 ℃ for 24 h. After the shear bonding strengths were measured, the fracture interfaces of the specimens were examined by the scanning electron microscopy and stereomicroscopy, and failure models of bonding were analyzed. Results After acid etching treatments, the cross-sectional images in group B presented uniform spongy shapes, while the cross-sectional images in group C and group D showed destructive pore structures. The shear bond strengths of group B (16.84 ± 1.84) MPa, group C (12.33 ± 1.22) MPa and group D (6.44 ± 1.18) MPa were higher than that of group A (3.99 ± 1.06) MPa (P < 0.05). The highest shear bond strength was observed in group B (16.84 ± 1.84) MPa. Conclusion The surface treatment of 98% sulfuric acid etching for 5 s manifested the best bond strength between PEKK and dentin.

This paper presents an algorithm for lane line detection based on convolutional neural network. The algorithm adopts the structural mode of encoder and decoder, in which the encoder part uses VGG16 combined with cavity convolution as the basic network to extract the features of lane lines, and the cavity convolution can expand the receptive field. Through experimental comparison, the full connection layer of the network is discarded, the last maximum pooling layer of the VGG16 network is removed, and the processing of the last three convolutional layers is replaced by empty convolution, which can better balance the detection rate and accuracy. The decoder part USES the index function of the maximum pooling layer to carry out up-sampling of the encoder in an anti-pooling way to achieve semantic segmentation, and combines with the instance segmentation, and finally realizes the detection of lane lines through fitting. The test results show that the algorithm has a good balance in speed and accuracy and good robustness.

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of tracheobronchial foreign body (FB) cases in a pediatric Chinese population.MethodsThe clinical data of pediatric patients aged 0–18 years old diagnosed with a tracheobronchial FB in the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between September 2018 and August 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAmong 1,328 included cases, 92.09% of patients were P < 0.05). The most common FB type was nuts (81.17%). FBs were more frequently located in the right bronchus, and 64 (4.82%) cases involved multiple FBs. FBs were expelled by coughing in only 4.07% of cases. For the other cases, FB removal by first bronchoscopy in our hospital was successful and complete in 96.86% of cases. 1.51% of patients had hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and the location of FBs was a possible risk factor for HIE (P < 0.05).ConclusionsTracheobronchial FBs occurred most commonly in children

Due to advancements in research, the concept of oral health literacy (OHL) has become rich in connotations, with over 250 definitions present in the literature and government and organizational reports. The diversity of OHL definitions and connotations not only produces conflicting results but also limits the production of accurate OHL measurement and assessment tools while simultaneously hindering the construction of health literacy intervention policies. To clarify the connotations of OHL and establish a scientific basis for evaluation, we conducted a systematic review, searching and analyzing the literature related to the conceptual connotations of OHL. Additionally, we extracted basic, methodological, and OHL conceptual connotation information from the literature. With reference to the review framework, we classified the conceptual connotations of OHL into antecedents of OHL, the core of OHL, mediators, and outcomes of OHL. The comprehensive conceptual connotations of OHL were obtained through a systematic review and concept mapping based on the related literature. Our analysis revealed that the antecedents of OHL can be classified in two categories: personal factors and external factors. The core conceptual connotations of OHL include three core dimensions (with 16 subdimensions): (1) basic skills—literacy, reading comprehension, numeracy, hearing, oral expression, communication, and knowledge; (2) information-related abilities—information acquisition, information understanding, information communication, information evaluation, information utilization, and information decision-making; and (3) oral health maintenance abilities—interpersonal skills, self-regulation, and goal achievement. The mediator of these connotations is oral health behaviors, with oral health being the result of OHL. This study further clarifies the conceptual connotations of OHL, serving as a reference for future OHL-related studies.

Wild Chinese prickly ash resources provide a valuable genetic resource for Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim improvement and breeding. The Qinling Mountains was an abundant source for wild Chinese prickly ash. In this study, the phenolic and flavonoid compounds of wild germplasm resources from different altitudes and six cultivated varieties were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chromatograms of them were essentially consistent, although their chemical composition contents were greatly different. The thirty samples were divided into three categories through the hierarchical clustering analysis. Catechin, hyperoside and quercitrin were considered to be key compounds for the quality evaluation, and by contrast, the wild samples with an altitude of 2300±50 m (Group IV) had the highest content of key compounds, and presented stronger antioxidant activity and antibacterial ability, indicating that these wild samples could be identified as the excellent breeding resources. This is the first time to evaluate the quality of wild Chinese prickly ash at different altitudes in Qinling Mountains. These excellent wild germplasm resources provided substantial potential accessions for use directly in Chinese prickly ash breeding programs.

The Rapid Earthquake Disaster Assessment System in the area of “one Belt And one Road” (REDASBAR) is developed specially for the emergency extraction and assessment of seismic damage information based on satellite and airborne RS images as well as the ground-based seismic network monitoring and field damage survey, and for the support of emergency command and rescue decision-making. The system is characterized by the synthetical analysis of seismic damage information with space-air-ground based observation data by up-to-date methods. The paper introduces the system database, main functions and integrated platform, as well as the primary application cases.

Climate affects Chinese prickly ash peel color directly through temperature and illumination and indirectly influences it through its effect on flavonoid compounds. In this study, a comprehensive evaluation strategy based on high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) technology and a structural equation model was applied to evaluate the effects of climate factors and flavonoids on Chinese prickly ash peel color. There were obvious geographical variations of peel color and flavonoid compounds with an obvious east–west distribution trend which were divided into high-altitude type and low-altitude type. Through path analysis, the wind speed, temperature and annual sunshine duration were found to be the key environmental factors affecting the flavonoids content and peel color, and their direct effects were higher than their indirect effect. Based on HPLC-MS technology and a structural equation model, correlation models of climatic factors and flavonoids with peel color were established, and the factors that had greater weight on pericarp color were obtained. Our results provide experimental evidence that climate factors affect the peel color by affecting flavonoid biosynthesis and accumulation, reveal the geographical variation of peel color and flavonoid component contents in Chinese prickly ash peel, establish a quantization color method for rapid evaluation of peel quality, expand on the influence of climatic factors on flavonoids content and peel coloration and promote agricultural practice in areas with similar climatic conditions.

In this study, a water-soluble bacterial cellulose sulfate (BCS) was prepared with sulfur trioxide pyridine complex (SO3· Py) in a lithium chloride (LiCl)/dimethylacetamide (DMAc) homogeneous solution system using bacterial cellulose (BC). The structural study showed that the value for the degrees of substitution of BCS was 1.23. After modification, the C-6 hydroxyl group of BC was completely substituted and the C-2 and C-3 hydroxyl groups were partially substituted. In an aqueous solution, the BCS existed as a linear polymer with irregular coil conformation, which was consistent with the findings observed using atomic force microscopy. The steady-state shear flow and dynamic viscoelasticity were systematically determined over a range of BCS concentrations (1 %–4 %, w/v) and temperature (5 °C–50 °C). Steady-state flow experiments revealed that BCS exhibited shear thinning behavior, which increased with an increase in concentration and a decrease in temperature. These observations were quantitatively demonstrated using the cross model. Moreover, based on the dynamical viscoelastic properties, we confirmed that BCS was a temperature-sensitive and weak elastic gel, which was somewhere between a dilute solution and an elastic gel. Therefore, considering the special synthetic strategy and rheological behavior, BCS might be used as a renewable material in the field of biological tissue engineering, especially in the manufacture of injectable hydrogels, cell scaffolds, and as a drug carrier.

Although obesity is one of the strongest risk factors for esophageal adenocarcinoma, the molecular mechanisms underlying this association remain unclear. We recently identified four esophageal adenocarcinoma-specific master regulator transcription factors (MRTF) ELF3, KLF5, GATA6, and EHF. In this study, gene-set enrichment analysis of both esophageal adenocarcinoma patient samples and cell line models unbiasedly underscores fatty acid synthesis as the central pathway downstream of three MRTFs (ELF3, KLF5, GATA6). Further characterizations unexpectedly identified a transcriptional feedback loop between MRTF and fatty acid synthesis, which mutually activated each other through the nuclear receptor, PPARG. MRTFs cooperatively promoted PPARG transcription by directly regulating its promoter and a distal esophageal adenocarcinoma-specific enhancer, leading to PPARG overexpression in esophageal adenocarcinoma. PPARG was also elevated in Barrett's esophagus, a recognized precursor to esophageal adenocarcinoma, implying that PPARG might play a role in the intestinal metaplasia of esophageal squamous epithelium. Upregulation of PPARG increased de novo synthesis of fatty acids, phospholipids, and sphingolipids as revealed by mass spectrometry-based lipidomics. Moreover, ChIP-seq, 4C-seq, and a high-fat diet murine model together characterized a novel, noncanonical, and cancer-specific function of PPARG in esophageal adenocarcinoma. PPARG directly regulated the ELF3 super-enhancer, subsequently activating the transcription of other MRTFs through an interconnected regulatory circuitry. Together, elucidation of this novel transcriptional feedback loop of MRTF/PPARG/fatty acid synthesis advances our understanding of the mechanistic foundation for epigenomic dysregulation and metabolic alterations in esophageal adenocarcinoma. More importantly, this work identifies a potential avenue for prevention and early intervention of esophageal adenocarcinoma by blocking this feedback loop. SIGNIFICANCE: These findings elucidate a transcriptional feedback loop linking epigenomic dysregulation and metabolic alterations in esophageal adenocarcinoma, indicating that blocking this feedback loop could be a potential therapeutic strategy in high-risk individuals.

The lack of antibacterial properties limits the application of bacterial cellulose hydrogels in wound dressings. To overcome this deficiency, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were introduced as antibacterial agents into a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/bacterial cellulose (BC) solution. A freeze-thaw method promoted formation of PVA/BC/Ag hydrogels and improved their mechanical properties. The physicochemical and biological properties of this hydrogel were systematically characterized. Those results showed the hydrogels contained a porous three-dimensional reticulum structure and had high mechanical properties. Also, the hydrogels possessed outstanding antibacterial properties and good biocompatibilities. More importantly, it effectively repaired wound defects in mice models and wound healing reached 97.89% within 15 days, and far exceeded other groups and indicated its potential for use in wound treatment applications.

In this work, an innovative composite hydrogel composed of curdlan (CD)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogels with a 3-d network structure was successfully prepared by freeze-thaw processing. The presence of interactions, changes in crystallinity, and thermal behaviour were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and thermogravimetry (TGA and DTG), respectively. The morphology of the hydrogels was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). With the increase of PVA concentration, the composite hydrogel had a greater mechanical strength while remaining remarkably ductile as evinced by tensile test results. PVA content affects the swelling and water retention of CD/PVA hydrogels. The results of CCK-8 assay showed that CD/PVA hydrogels have no cytotoxic effect on the mouse fibroblast L929 cells. The AO/EB double-staining experiment further proved that the cells in the composite hydrogels had good cytocompatibility. The porous biohydrogels developed in the present work can provide an ideal cell growth environment as a scaffold. CD/PVA hydrogels highlight the value of this system for cell adhesion and proliferation, and further soft tissue engineering application.

In order to quickly deal with a large number of multi-source small-size remote sensing images produced by such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) remote sensing, to meet the requirement of high performance parallel processing for earthquake emergency response. Based on analysis of various parallel processing technology of remote sensing images, OpenMP and multithreading technology are comprehensively used to parallelize the image processing algorithms at coarse and fine-grained levels. Combining with the advantages of network multicast technology, the parallel processing system for multi-source small-size remote sensing images is designed and implemented. The system has a strong expansibility in dealing with the types of the images, processing algorithms and the number of processing nodes. After the experiment on a cluster consisting of two computers, it is proved that the system has high CPU utilization and data throughput efficiency, which can provide platform support for earthquake urgent processing.

Highlights • The limonene, β-myrcene and (E)-ocimene were the main volatile substances. • The content of volatile substances was closely related to the growth location. • The aroma of Chinese prickly ash in western region was citrus and floral. • Samples in the central and eastern regions was heavier spicy flavor. • It revealed the influence of climatic factors on the volatile substances., In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of volatile compounds of Chinese prickly ash peels with different climate conditions and their correlation. The data revealed that the contents of limonene and linalool in peels from southwest and northwest regions were higher, and the aroma was stronger, while the contents of β-myrcene and (E)-ocimene in them from north, east and central China were higher, and the spicy flavor was heavier. Hierarchical cluster analysis demonstrated that the classification had geographical continuity. Through the correlation analysis and path analysis, it was found that the contents of volatile compounds were closely related to the climatic factors. The influence of wind speed and annual average temperature on volatile substances was greater than that of annual average precipitation and annual sunshine duration. This enriched the effect of climatic factors on the accumulation of volatile substances, and promoted the agriculture practices in area having similar climate conditions.

Automated pavement distress detection based on 2D images is facing various challenges. To efficiently complete the crack and pothole segmentation in a practical environment, an automated pixel-level pavement distress detection framework integrating stereo vision and deep learning is developed in this study. Based on the multi-view stereo imaging system, multi-feature pavement image datasets containing color images, depth images and color-depth overlapped images are established, providing a new perspective for deep learning. To alleviate computational burden, a modified U-net deep learning architecture introducing depthwise separable convolution is proposed for crack and pothole segmentation. These methods are tested in asphalt roads with different circumstances. The results show that the 3D pavement image achieves millimeter-level accuracy. The enhanced 3D crack segmentation model outperforms other models in terms of segmentation accuracy and inference speed. After obtaining the high-resolution pothole segmentation map, the automated pothole volume measurement is realized with high accuracy.

High-altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) is a life-threatening disease occurs in hypobaric hypoxia (HH) environment, which could be treated by Dexamethasone, but might cause side-effects. Potentilla anserina L polysaccharide (PAP) holds promising physiological and pharmacological properties which could be beneficial for HAPE treatment. In our study, the anti-hypoxia effect of PAP was firstly investigated through anti-normobaric hypoxia test and anti-acute hypoxia test. Then we established a model of HAPE and measured the lung water content, pathological changes and MDA, NO, SOD, GSH concentrations in lung tissues. We also evaluated the protein and mRNA levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, VEGF, NF-κB and HIF-1α) by ELISA kits, RT-PCR and Western blotting. As expected, PAP could dramatically reduce the lung water content, alleviate lung tissue injury, and inhibit MDA and NO production, it also promote SOD activity and GSH expression. In addition, it has been found that PAP blocked the NF-κB and HIF-1α signaling pathway activation, inhibited the generation of downstream pro-inflammatory cytokines. Therefore, PAP provides great potential in HAPE treatment mainly through suppression of oxidative stress and inflammatory suppression.

A mixed-mode reversed phase/positively charged repulsion stationary phase C8PN composed of octyl and amino group has been developed for separation of intact protein. Before the separation of proteins, a set of probe compounds were employed to evaluate the chromatographic properties of C8PN, demonstrating typical reversed phase/positively charged repulsion interaction on this stationary phase as estimated. Then the new C8PN stationary phase was used to separate a standard protein mixture on the reversed phase mode. Compared with a commercial C4 stationary phase, it showed different selectivity for some proteins. In order to better understand the properties of C8PN, the effect of acetonitrile content was investigated based on retention equation. Higher values of the equation parameters on C8PN demonstrated that the protein retentions were more sensitive to the change of acetonitrile content. Besides, the influences of buffer salt additives on the protein retentions were also studied. The retention factors of the proteins got larger with the increase of buffer salt concentration, which confirmed the positively charged repulsion interaction on the column. Finally, the C8PN was further applied to separate oxidized- and reduced- forms of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone. Our study indicated the advantages and application potential of mixed-mode reversed phase/positively charged repulsion stationary phase for intact protein separation.

Dendrobium hybrids orchid are popular throughout the world. They have various floral color and pigmentation patterns that are mainly caused by anthocyanins. It is well established that anthocyanin biosynthesis is regulated by the interplay between MYB and bHLH transcription factors (TF) in most plants. In this study, we identified one R2R3-MYB gene, DhMYB2, and one bHLH gene, DhbHLH1, from a Dendrobium hybrid. Their expression profiles were related to anthocyanin pigmentation in Dendrobium petals. Transient over-expression of these two TF genes showed that both DhMYB2 and DhbHLH1 resulted in anthocyanin production in white petals. The interaction between the two TFs was observed in vitro. In different Dendrobium hybrids petals with various pigmentations, DhMYB2 and DhbHLH1 were co-expressed with DhDFR and DhANS, which are regarded as potential regulatory targets of the two TFs. In flowers with distinct purple lips but white or yellow petals/sepals, the expression of DhbHLH1 was only related to anthocyanin accumulation in the lips. Taken together, DhMYB2 interacted with DhbHLH1 to regulate anthocyanin production in Dendrobium hybrid petals. DhbHLH1 was also responsible for the distinct anthocyanin pigmentation in lip tissues. The functional characterization of DhMYB2 and DhbHLH1 will improve understanding of anthocyanin biosynthesis modulation in Dendrobium orchids.

In this study, we built and tested a theoretical model to determine how ethical leadership affects team creativity among teams composed of different characteristics. Following social learning theory and an antecedent–benefit–cost framework, we conducted analyses of multisource data from 50 team supervisors and 186 employees, which revealed an inverted U-shaped relationship between ethical leadership and team creativity. The teams exhibited more creativity when there was a moderate level of ethical leadership than when there were very low or very high levels. Moreover, from an interactional perspective, we found that team faultlines significantly moderated the curvilinear relationship between ethical leadership and team creativity such that the inverted U-shaped relationship was more significant among teams with weak team faultlines. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

The superplastic tensile tests of TC6 alloy were conducted in the temperature range of 800-900℃ by using the maximum m value superplasticity deformation (Max m SPD) method and the constant strain rate deformation method at the strain rate range of 0.0001-0.1 s-1. The stress-strain curve of the tensile tests was obtained and the microstructure near the fracture were analyzed by metallographic microscope. The result shows that the superplasticity of TC6 alloy is excellent, and the elongation increases first and then decreases with the increase of strain rate or temperature. When the temperature is 850℃ and strain rate is 0.001 s-1 at constant stain rate tensile tests, the elongation reaches up to 993%. However, the elongation using Max m SPD method at 850℃ is 1353%. It is shown that the material can achieve better superplasticity by using Max m SPD tensile compared to constant stain rate tensile under the same temperature. The superplastic deformation of TC6 alloy can enhance the dynamic recrystallization behavior significantly, the dynamic recrystallization behavior is promoted when strain rate and temperature are increased.
