Drivers have always been confronted with real-time parking difficulties when driving on urban roads, especially in crowded downtown or beauty spots. On the other hand, privacy leakage risks on users’ private parking preferences and the sensitive data of parking lots have triggered increasing worries. Some literatures endeavor to improve parking service qualities through multi-consideration parking decision optimization on edge sides or cloud computing based on outsourced data storage. And some other literatures propose a number of privacy-preserving methods, such as cryptography and authentication, but these privacy strategies are at the expense of other qualities of parking services, especially the real-time performance. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy skyline parking recommendation scheme for real-time parking recommendation based on roadside traffic facilities. Linguistic parking information instead of raw parking-related data is used in fuzzy skyline fusion. We evaluated our solution with real-world data sets collected from parking facilities in Wulin downtown, Hangzhou city, China. The evaluation results show that our approaches achieve an average accuracy of parking recommendation over 91%, low communication cost, and quick response time with privacy protection.

Pernicious placenta previa induces severe hemorrhage during cesarean section. Abdominal aorta balloon occlusion (AABO) is considered as an effective operation for patients with pernicious placenta previa. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical application of abdominal aortic balloon occlusion in the placenta previa and cesarean section by systematic review and meta-analysis. MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WAN-FANG DATA and CQVIP were searched from inception to Jan. 15th, 2019. Operative time, intraoperative blood loss volume, postoperative hospitalization duration, intraoperative blood transfusion volume, hysterectomy rate, lower extremity thrombosis rate, ICU admission rate, adverse reaction rate, neonatal birth weight, Apgar 1-min and 5-min scores were regarded as the endpoints. Randomized controlled trials (RCT) were used for meta-analysis. Fourteen articles were retrieved from total 650 articles, and the results of meta-analysis showed that application of intraoperative AABO had the ability to reduce the operative time (WMD = − 16.581, 95% CI − 26.690 to − 6.472; P = 0.001), the intraoperative blood loss volume (WMD = − 1202.69, 95% CI − 1732.25 to − 673.12; P

Objective To analyze the differences of the morbidity, clinicopathologic features and prognosis of Uygur lung cancer patients in Xinjiang. Methods We collected the clinical data of 558 Uygur lung cancer patients treated in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 1st, 2005 to December 31st, 2014. Comparative analysis and follow-up visit were conducted on TNM stage, pathological type, driver gene, etc.. Results The male/female ratio was 1.37:1. Lung adenocarcinoma was dominating among the female and urban patients, while squamous carcinoma and small cell lung cancer mostly occurred in the male and rural patients and those with smoking history. Small cell lung cancer patients had the lowest 3-year survival rate, and lung adenocarcinoma patients had the highest 3-year survival rate; 21.8%(65/298) of these patients had EGFR gene mutation and mainly were nonsmoking, adenocarcinoma and female patients; 6.9% (11/159) had EML4-AL gene fusion, and mostly expressed in the adenocarcinoma patients, nonsmoking patients or the patients with smoking history but without EGFR gene mutation. The difference in overall survival (OS) between the patients with EGFR gene mutation in stage Ⅳ and the EGFR wild-type patients was not significant statistically (P=0.597). The difference in overall survival (OS) between the patients with EML4-ALK gene fusion in stage Ⅳ and the patients without EML4-ALK gene fusion was not significant statistically (P=0.941). Conclusion Uygur lung cancer patients have relevant characteristics in clinical features, pathological type, epidemiological distribution and driver gene. Pathological type and TNM stage are independent factors influencing the prognosis of Uygur NSCLC patients.

Approaches of optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction, electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and mechanical property testing have been used to study the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6.1Zn-0.7Zr alloys before and after equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) investigated in detail using. The study demonstrates that the microstructure comprises of fine-grained equiaxed dynamic recrystallization. The size of various grains is in the range 2.3-5.2 μm along the boundaries of unrecrystallized grains after 6 passes of ECAP. Meanwhile, the Mg-Zn and Mg-Zn-Zr compounds gradually crush into fine dispersed particles and the dislocation density increases. With increase of pass the average (0001) basal slip Schmid factor gradually increases to 0.41. The strength and ductility have improved with increasing of ECAP pass. Notably, after 6 passes, due to decrease of grain size and the strengthening effects of fragmentized secondary phase particles, the ultimate tensile strength increases to 260 MPa, and the elongation at break exceeds 28.6%.

In this study, pure aluminum particles were successfully consolidated to fully dense bulk material by back pressure equal channel angular pressing (BE-ECAP) at room temperature, the evolutions of microstructure and densification mechanism were systematically investigated using an FEI-TECNAI G20 transmission electron microscope (TEM) operating at 200kV, FEI field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and hardness testing. The results indicated that the strong bulk materials from particles were successfully produced. After 4 BE-ECAP passes, the present samples show finer grains with the average grain size of ~10μm, the density of the sample was considerably higher compared to those of the materials that had undergone ECAP without back pressure, and was approach to the theoretical density of pure Al. This was related to the combination of hydrostatic pressure, shear deformation and strain accumulation. The mechanisms of grain refinement was the dislocation generated inside grains moves towards the grain boundary continuously, and accumulates, tangles annihilates at the grain boundaries, which resulting in the grains continuously fragmented and refined.

Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is one of the most common kidney cancers; epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is associated with carcinoma invasion and metastasis. There have been several studies about the molecular regulation of EMT, but the relationship between histone demethylase and EMT is little known. Here, we reported KDM6B has high expression level in ccRCC and is positively correlated with poor ccRCC prognosis. KDM6B, also known as JMJD3, is a histone demethylase, can remove repressive histone H3K27me3 marks from chromatin, thereby activating gene expression. We found that the knockdown of KDM6B could inhibit ccRCC tumorigenesis in vitro; furthermore, KDM6B could induce EMT in ccRCC cells by activating the expression of master transcription factor SLUG. ChIP assays revealed that KDM6B stimulated SLUG expression by demethylate histone H3K27me3. The knockdown of KDM6B strongly inhibited ccRCC cell invasion in vitro, while the overexpression of KDM6B shown the opposite trend. Meanwhile, our analysis of the ccRCC tissue found that KDM6B expression was significantly corresponded with lymph node metastasis. Together, our data provide a novel epigenetic mechanism regulating tumor cell invasion and EMT, and provide a biomolecule for ccRCC diagnosis and prognosis.

Continuous extruding/ extending forming process for A20/7 alloy in semisolid state was proposed through installing extending die at the outlet of shearing-cooling-rolling (SCR) machine. A series of experiments to produce flat bar of A 2017 alloy were carried out. The forming process, metal flow behavior in die and microstructure and mechanical property of products were investigated. It is shown that if the pouring temperature of melt was higher, the die was filled with semi-solid slurry with low solid fraction and periodical cracks would occur on the product surface; If its pouring temperature was lower or the preheating temperature of die was lower, semisolid slurry would solidify rapidly and block the die after entering the cavity. The analysis of mass flow trace shows that the semi-solid slurry moves forward layer by layer and fills the die extending caviiy in radiation manner and the velocity of mass flow in the central area of extending cavity and exit of mould is the maximum, and then decreases gradually from the center to both sides of die wall. By increasing the die extending angle, the velocity of mass flow becomes more homogeneous. Under rational process control and die design, the A2017 flat bar with transverse section of 10 × 50 mm and with good surface and fine equiaxed grains can be obtained by continuous extruding/ extending forming process. The product’s tensile strength and elongation are 420.5 MPa and 14.2%, respectively.

The superalloy is generally produced in ingot casting mode, which generally brings a lower productivity rates, high costs and some casting defects. In this paper, the billets of Incoloy800HT superalloy are fabricated in a vertical pilot continuous caster with different frequency electromagnetic field, which is respectively applied on the mould zone and secondary cooling zone of continuous caster, and their effects were investigated at different process parameters. The research results show that electromagnetic stirring (EMS) can effectively restrain the dendrites growth and increase the ratio of equiaxed grains, and reduce the shrinkage porosity and segregation in the central of billets. The surface quality of billets also have a greatly improved as applied a high frequency electromagnetic field on the mould. The electromagnetic fields become the key techniques to control the internal and external quality of Incoloy800HT billets. Moreover, the mechanism of electromagnetic fields is analyzed based on the examination of billets.
