Untuk mewujudkan suasana tersebut, Kota Surabaya meluncurkan Program Bisnis Masyarakat Kelas Menengah Transformasi Digital/UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi ke semua sektor usaha. Harapannya, warga akan mendapat pendampingan pemasaran produk berbasis digital. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas usaha dan hasil produk, Metode yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan sampel diseluruh warga RT 05 Kelurahan Putat Jaya Kecamatan Sawahan sebagai bagian dari warga Pemkot Surabaya, mereka berpartisipasi aktif dalam UMKM ini untuk mewujudkan kelurahan yang berpromosi ekonomi secara online. Menjadikan Kelurahan yang kreatif dan inovatif yang mampu berkembang secara kreatif dan memberi wadah untuk berusaha, berkreasi dan berinovasi bagi warga. Hasilnya berupa program pelatihan mengemas produk yang akan dijual ke masyarakat meliputi UMKM Jaya rumput laut, macam-macam kue jagung kering dan basah yang diproduksi warga RT 05 gang IIA Putat Jaya, yang meliputi 23 jenis usaha yang dikerjakan di rumah dengan marketing online.

3. Influence of Tool Rotation and Surface Roughness on the Shear Strength of Nylon 6 - SS 304 Dissimilar Joint Resulted by Friction Lap Welding

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of variations in tool rotation and surface roughness towards shear strength on the newly developed friction lap welding (FLW) for dissimilar joints between stainless steel (SS) 304 and Nylon 6 plates. Under constant welding traverse speed at 30 mm/min, the variation of tool rotation used were 1100 and 2200 rpm and surface roughness of 0.32; 1.25; and 1.88 μm initially obtained from different surface modification methods. The shear test was conducted at FLW dissimilar joint based on AWS D8.9-97 standard. The results showed that the shear stress increased along with the higher tool rotation and at the greater surface roughness. The highest shear strength value was found at the tool rotation of 2200 rpm and surface roughness of 1.88 μm with 9.447 MPa. The tool rotation may produce a higher heat input as well as an effect on the value of nylon hardness. On the other hand, rougher SS surfaces provide a larger area for the interfacial adhesive bond between nylon and metal; therefore, they can act as an interlocking site when the shear loading was applied. These phenomena were also confirmed by fracture morphology and microscopic image analysis.

- Abstract
The goal of this research is to audit and compare the innovation management capabilities of the two organizations using the audit tools proposed by Tidd and Bessant (Managing Innovation: Integrating Technological, Market and Organizational Change, 5th ed. Wiley, West Essex, 2014) which consists of from five dimensions: Strategy, Innovation Process, Learning, Innovative Organization, and Linkages. The sample was selected from each organization from the High Suggestion Department (HSD) and the Low Suggestion Department (LSD). Audit questionnaires were distributed to respondents. The results obtained from this study were processed and analyzed. Comparisons were made between the two organizations in terms of their innovation management capabilities. In addition, comparisons were made between HSD and LSD in each organization. Of the five tested dimensions of Audit has a high score; Therefore, it can be concluded that the organizations in this study have a higher innovation management capability. In addition, every organization must keep the various components of innovation management in balance to maintain them.

The machinability information of Zr-based bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) are recently limited but essential to provide technological recommendation for the fabrication of the medical devices due to the material’s metastable nature. This study aims to investigate the material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness under different current and pulse-on time of newly developed Ni- and Cu-free Zr-based BMG using sinking-electrical discharge machining (EDM). By using weightloss calculation, surface roughness test and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation on the workpiece after machining, both MRR and surface roughness were obtained to be increased up to 0.594 mm3/min and 5.50 μm, respectively, when the higher current was applied. On the other hand, the longer pulse-on time shifted the Ra into the higher value but lower the MRR value to only 0.183 mm3/min at 150 μs. Contrary, the surface hardness value was enhanced by both higher current and pulse-on time applied during machining indicating different level of structural change after high-temperature spark exposure on the BMG surface. These phenomena are strongly related to the surface evaporation which characterize the formation of crater and recast layer in various thicknesses and morphologies as well as the crystallization under the different discharge energy and exposure time.

7. Investigation on the shear strength of Nylon 6 – SS 304 FLW joint under traverse speed and hole row distance variation

In this study, Nylon 6 and SS AISI 304 were joined using friction lap welding (FLW) by filling the pre-hole in SS AISI 304 plate. The shear property and fracture morphology were analyzed using both experimental and numerical approaches. The pre-hole prepared SS AISI 304 plate was placed at the top of the Nylon 6 plate and constantly clamped together during the FLW process under traverse speeds of 10, 30, 50 mm/min with hole row distances of 20 and 24 mm. Afterward, the shear strength test was conducted using the MTS based on AWS D8.9-97 standard. The macroscopic fracture surface images were also provided to confirm the shear test result. The heat input is strongly determined by the shear properties of the joint, where the higher traverse speed shifts the shear strength to the lower level. On the other hand, hole row distance indicates the distance between each row to the respective heat source; therefore, the closer distance induces higher shear strength. This heat input showed a remarkable effect on determining the shear strength of the FLW joint, along with the stress concentration generated around nylon pins during shear loading, as confirmed by the simulation results. These phenomena are further demonstrated by the fracture and peel surface of the FLW joint, where the joint formed by higher heat input showed a larger brittle fracture area at the pin and deeper cleavage because of material loss moving to SS plate top surface. The shear strength value was inversely proportional to ductility.

This study aimed to analyse the usage of Eggshell as mixture material of bentonite in metal casting process which used dried sand moulding. Eggshell variations in this study were 4%, 7%, 10% eggshell, and additional 3% of bentonite on each sample. This study used pre-experimental method and included to One-Shot Case Study model. The highest strength was found on the sample 3 ES 10%. Tensile strength of dried sand moulding reach up to 0.09 kg/cm 2 , the compressive strength of dried sand moulding reached up to 3.11 kg/cm 2 , and the shear strength of dried sand moulding reached up to 1.13 kg/cm 2 . Based on the test result indicated that permeability of sand moulding by heat treatment at 110oC for 60 minutes at sample of 3 ES 10% was at 178.3 ml / min.

This research aimed to analyse whether or not eggshell could be a potential addition to sand mould composition as a binding material together with bentonite. Different amounts of eggshell material, i.e. 4%, 7%, 10% and 3%, were added to each sample. This study was a type of pre-experimental design called the one-shot case study. Among all sand moulds under study, sample 3 10% ES in dry conditions had the highest tensile, compressive and shear strengths of 0.09 Kg/cm 2 , 3.11 Kg/cm 2 and 1.13 Kg/cm 2 , respectively. The results of the permeability test with heat treatment at 110˚C for 60 minutes showed that sample 3 10% ES had a permeability value of 178.3 ml/min.

The economic crisis hit the world which had a direct impact to worsen economic conditions in Indonesia. Economic conditions from 1997 to 1998, only MSMEs were able to survive. One form of MSMEs in rural areas is tempe business. Tempe is one of the original foods from Indonesia, which comes from fermented soybeans. Tempe is a daily food consumed by almost all Indonesian people. Tempe is a food that is consumed almost every day by people in the Pilangkenceng sub-district. Most are consumed as side dishes and are also used as souvenirs (tempe chips). Community service activities include holding meetings, conducting FGDs, handing over tools and monitoring. The results of this assistance include 2 aspects, namely management aspects and production aspects. Conclusion The Community Partnership Program needs to be done as the role of lecturers to improve the community Community Partnership Program is able to increase the amount of production and competitiveness of Partners.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh self–discipline dan pengeta-huan teori pemesinan secara langsung dan melalui hasil belajar praktikum pemesinan terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja siswa SMK. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dengan sampel sebanyak 86 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan jalur dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tidak ada berpengaruh lang-sung self–discipline terhadap hasil belajar praktikum pemesinan tetapi ada pengaruh langsung terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja; (2) ada berpengaruh langsung pe-ngetahuan teori pemesinan terhadap hasil belajar praktikum pemesinan dan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja; dan (3) tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung self–discipline dan pengetahuan teori pemesinan, melalui hasil belajar praktikum pemesinan, terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja.

Wilayah Tirtoyudo merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang terletak diwilayah Kabupaten Malang dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai petani kopi. Kopi yang dihasilkan memiliki banyak jenisnya. Hasil produksi kopi dari masyarakat masih banyak yang dijual ke pengepul kopi dalam bentuk biji kopi. Secara tidak langsung masyarakat tidak melakukan pengolahan sendiri dari hasil perkebunan kopinya. Berkembangnya wabah Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) di sejumlah wilayah di Indonesia, menjadi permasalahan akhir-akhir ini dikalangan para petani kopi. Hasil dari perkebunan hampir 90 persen biji kopi yang sudah kering milik petani tidak laku di jual. Hal ini mempengaruhi kualitas biji kopi hyang tidak di olah secara langsung. Dengan berkembangnya wabah Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) di wilayah Indonesia juga sedikit banyak mempengaruhi tingkat perekonomian para petani kopi. This study aims to develop a new approach in doing evaluation of irrigation system in terms of getting accurate data at a reasonable cost in an essay and fast manner. The research was done at Gumbasa Irrigation District in Sigi, Central of Sulawesi, Indonesia on May-June 2015. The workflow consists of: (i) preparation; (ii) flight planning; (iii) automated flight; (iv) data processing. Data analysis was done by comparison between Red Green Blue (RGB) method and Near Infra Red Green Blue (NirGB) method. The results show that the use of micro-UAV provide an efficient way to collect data needed to manage a very large irrigation system. The RGB image can be effectively used to identify crop’s condition on an irrigation area, which is needed to plan irrigation efficiently. The NirGB image can be effectively used to assess tertiary and secondary level of irrigation canal such as leakage.

The problem in this study is "There are still many students who have not completed the Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes of class VIII in the odd semester of SMP Negeri 1 Punggur 2018/2019 Academic Year". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Model Visual Based Learning Problem on Integrated Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Odd Semesters of State Middle School 1 Punggur Academic Year 2018/2019. Then the hypothesis in this study is as follows: "There is a positive influence on the use of the Model Problem Based Learning Helps Visual Images of Integrated Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Odd Semesters of State Junior High School 1 Punggur 2018/2019 Academic Year". The design used in this study was an experiment. Experimental research methods can be interpreted as research methods that will be used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. The experimental method used was quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. Because in this design it cannot control the external variables that affect the implementation of the experiment. Based on the results of these studies, the hypothesis is accepted, because the value of tcount> t table can be seen in the list of G, on the list of significant 5% which is 4.30> 1.70. Thus the results of the calculation in this study by using visual aided problem based learning model were 43%. Students who were declared complete with KKM (70) after treatment were 28 students or 82.35% and students who were declared incomplete were 6 students or 17.65%. Thus it shows that the Visual Image-Assisted Problem Based Learning Model has a positive influence on the Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes of class VIII Odd Semesters of State Middle School 1 Punggur Academic Year 2018/2019. Latar belakang pemilihan penelitian karena KB Aisyiyah berada di lokasi yang mayoritas penduduknya berfaham Nahdlotul Ulama dan bersuku Madura. Hubungan orang tua dan anaknya sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar anak, tentu saja pada tahap awal orang tua harus memperhatikan minat anaknya dan sesuai dengan bakat yang dimiliki anaknya. Karena Orang tua memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap pendidikan anaknya maka motivasi orang tua dalam memilih sekolah bagi anaknya pada usia dini menjadi salah satu penentu di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1).mengetahui bagaimana alasan orang tua memilih sekolah untuk anak usia dini di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah 30 Surabaya. 2). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi orang tua terhadap pemilihan sekolah untuk anak usia dini di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah 30 Surabaya. Metodologi Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desain case study. Tekhnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa alasan orang tua termotivasi memilih sekolah untuk anak usia dini di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah 30 Surabaya adalah karena dekat dengan rumah, untuk penanaman agama sejak usia dini, dan memperoleh pendidikan terbaik dengan biaya yang terjangkau.

17. Analisis Sifat Mekanik dan Permeabilitas Pasir Cetak Menggunakan Bahan Campuran Kaolin Pada Sand Casting

- Abstract
Sand Casting atau cetakan pasir merupakan suatu cetakan yang umum digunakan pada teknik pengecoran logam. Kaolin merupakan masa batuan yang tersusun dari material lempung berwarna putih atau krem. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh campuran kaolin terhadap sifat mekanik dan permeabilitas pada kondisi pasir basah dan kering. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah experimental dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Bahan campuran kaolin dibuat bervariasi sebesar 1% ,4%, 7%, 10%, dan 13%. Temuan penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu: (1) kekautan tarik tertinggi terdapat pada variasi kaolin 13% yaitu sebesar 0,07 Kg/cm2, (2) kekuatan tekan tertinggi terdapat pada variasi kaolin 13% sebesar 3,11 Kg/cm2, (4) kekuatan geser tertinggi terdapat pada vaiasi kaolin 7% sebesar 0,46Kg/cm2, (5) permeabilitas tertinggi terdapat pada variasi kaolin 10% sebesar 230 ml/menit, (6) variasi 1% dan 4% tidak dapat digunakan karena pada saat pembuatan spesimen atau sampel terjadi ambrol atau hancur.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil kinerja dari rangkaian elektroplating sederhana dengan menggunakan nikel sebagai logam pelapis dan spesimen baja karbon menengah sebagai logam yang dilapisi. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan hasil analisis dari beberapa perlakuan elektroplating yang menggunakan temperatur larutan 64-66 oC, lama pencelupan 10, 15, dan 20 menit berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka yang ada. Hasil elektroplating dengan waktu pencelupan 10, 15, dan 20 menit diperoleh data rata-rata ketebalan lapisan sebesar 5,30; 7,93; dan 10,87 µm, semakin lama waktu pencelupan yang digunakan maka tebal lapisan logam nikel pada baja karbon menengah meningkat rata-rata penambahan lapisan sebesar 2,79 µm. Pada hasil elektroplating terdapat beberapa cacat lapisan seperti peeling, rough deposite dan pitting.

Penerapan metode bercerita melalui media wayang kardus berbasis cerita rakyat untuk mencegah terjadinya degradasi moral pada anak usia dini, sekaligus mengenalkan nilai moral dalam cerita rakyat, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Analis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif. Media ini merupakan teknologi pembelajaran yang diangkat dari kesenian tradisional dan telah diinovasi ke dalam dunia anak dengan bahan, bentuk karakter, warna menarik dan berbeda dari tokoh wayang sesungguhnya. Sederhananya penelitian ini akan menjawab pertanyaan berikut, bagaimana wayang kardus berbasis cerita rakyat nusantara menjadi sebuah media terhadap metode pengembangan bahan ajar nilai moral bagi anak usia dini.Konsep pembentukan kepribadian melalui nilai afektif dalam pengembangan moral, menggunakan indikator untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kemampuan anak usia dini dalam memahami nilai afektif yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat nusantara. Wayang kardus berbasis cerita rakyat dapat mengenalkan sekaligus menanamkan nilai agama moral dalam pembelajaran di usia dini, untuk mencegah degradasi moral sejak usia dini.

Information organic content is important in monitoring and managing the environment as well as doing agricultural production activities. This research tried to map soil organic content in Malang using remote sensing technology. The research uses 6 bands of data captured by Landsat TM (Thematic Mapper) satellite (band 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7). The research focuses on pixels having Normalized Difference Soil Index (NDSI) more than 0.3. Ground-truth data were collected by analysing organic content of soil samples using Black-Walkey method. The result of analysis shows that digital number of original satellite image can be used to predict soil organic matter content. The implementation of regression equation in predicting soil organic content shows that 63.18% of research area contains of organic in a moderate category.

Dialogue, conflict, and context are paramount in the drama text. The research of these three things can reveal the meaning, aesthetics, and ideology that blend in the drama text. Drama text research has not obtained comprehensive results if it has not revealed all three. The purpose of this research is to find the dialogue model, conflict, and context in drama text by Arifin C. Noer. The approach used in this research is the critical discourse of Teun A. Van Dijk. Data are analyzed in three dimensions, namely text, social cognition, and social context through macro structures, superstructures, and microstructures. The global macro structure is reflected in the synopsis, the superstructure is seen from its builder elements, and the microstructure contains the use of language. The results of the microstructure research found that the dialogue can be configured in several models, i.e. by topic, principles of cooperation, principles of politeness, speech acts, and speech series. The conflict was created with a model of pragmatic, socio-psychology, and ideological principles use. The context model is the use of physical, epistemic, linguistic, and social context. The results of this research contribute to the increased appreciation of drama and reference texts in its teaching.

Full day school merupakan sistem sekolah sehari penuh yang dimana dalam sistem pembelajaran di sekolah ini untuk mempermudah para orang tua memonitori anak dalam perkembangan pendidikannya. Full day school ini orang tua merasa aman, setiap lingkup bermainnya hanya sekitar pada lingkungan sekolahnya. Sistem full day school juga melatih anak dalam perkembangan sosialnya antara lain melatih dalam kemandirian, tanggung jawab, serta kedisiplinan. Guru juga berperan aktif dalam pembentukan perkembangan yang ada dalam anak usia dini, karena sebagian besar waktu mereka berada di sekolah, selain guru orang tua juga ikut serta dan berperan penuh dalam membentuk perkembangan sosial anak. Tujuan peneliti ini untuk mengetahui perubahan perkembangan sosial yang ditimbulkan pada sistem full day school. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang mana menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah beberapa anak didik beserta guru kelas kelompok B di TK Lasiyam Kota Surabaya. Pengamatan yang dilakukan lebih terhadap perkembangan sosial yang ada pada full day school, dalam sistem pendidikan full day school anak mengalami perkembangan sosial yang signifikan terutama pada kemandirian, kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawabnya, yang didukung pada stimulus yang diberikan pada lingkungan sekolah, sehingga anak memiliki perkembangan sosial yang baik.

Proses pengelasan jika tidak diperhitungkan sebelumnya dapat mengakibatkan bahaya-bahaya yang tidak diinginkan bagi pekerja las, contohnya kebakaran, peledakan, keretakan, dan bahaya yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah bahaya yang mengganggu alat pernapasan. Bahaya tersebut berasal dari asap dan radiasi sinar las. Meskipun demikian, pedoman untuk bekerja secara aman sesuai dengan prosedur kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja seringkali diabaikan, terutama oleh pekerja las di sektor informal dengan skala kecil. Oleh karena itu sangat wajar jika seringkali ditemukan tenaga kerja di bengkel pengelasan yang bekerja dengan tingkat keamanan yang sangat minim. Keadaan tersebut menyebabkan perlunya diadakan pelatihan guna meningkatkan pemahaman bahaya proses pengelasan serta keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja las di sektor informal.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sudut distorsi dan kekuatan tarik serta hubungan keduanya hasil pengelasan SMAW dengan variasi pola gerak elektroda. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1)sudut distorsi dengan pola gerak elektroda melingkar sebesar 1,6o, (2)pola gerak elektroda zig-zag 1,4o, (3)pola gerak elektroda C 2,8o. (4)pada spesimen raw material diperoleh kekuatan tarik sebesar 19,36 kgf/mm2. (5)Nilai kekuatan tarik pada pola gerak elektroda melingkar 21,714 kgf/mm2, (6)pola gerak elektroda zig-zag 22,528 kgf/mm2, (7)pola gerak elektroda C 23,134 kgf/mm2.

The objective of this experiment was to get deliming agents having function s bleaching agent in pickle process, but it also keeps the quality of the pickles and waste water remaining good. Deliming process is conducted on the preparation of pickles. Five deliming agents were used on the experiment, they were ZA 2% (I), NH 4 Cl2% (II), NaHSO 3 2% (III), a combination of ZA 1 % and NH 4 Cl 0,5% (IV), and a combination of ZA 1 % and NH 4 Cl 1% (V). The quality of the pickles were then evaluated on the shade and the acceptance of panelists. In order to ascertain wheter or not the process be related as environmentally friendly one, the waste water quality were also evaluated. The results showed that NH 4 Cl 2% was the best deliming agent as well as a bleaching agent. Keywords : deliming agent, bleaching agent, pickle. Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh agensia penghilang kapur yang juga berfungsi sebagai agensia pemutih dalam pembuatan kulit pikel, namun mutu kulit pikel dan mutu limbahnya tetap baik. Proses penghilangan kapur merupakan salah satu proses persiapan dalam pembuatan kulit pikel. Pada percobaan ini digunakan lima macam agensia penghilang kapur yang sekaligus berfungsi sebagai agensia pemutih masing-masing yaitu ZA 2% (I), NH 4 Cl 2 (II), NaHSO 3 2 % (III), campuran ZA 1 % dan NH 4 Cl 0,5 % (IV), serta campuran ZA I % dan NH 4 Cl 1 % (V). Kulit pikel yang dihasilkan kemudian dievaluasi berdasar mutu, warna dan tingkat penerimaan penelisnya. Selain itu untuk mengetahui apakah proses digunakan dapat bersifat ramah lingkungan atau tidak, maka kualitas limbah cairnya pun dievaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan NH 4 Cl 2% merupakan agensia penghilang kapur sekaigus berfungsi sebagai agensia pemutih yang paling baik. The experiment was carried out to determinated the effect of soil tillage and Roundup’s herbicide concentration to press down the growth of “teki’s rhizome”. This research was conducted from Agustus up to October 1996. This research applied Complitely Randomized Design with two factors comprising three repetitions. Faktor I was the duration of submersion, comprising with raised bed and without raised bed; and factor II was concentration of Roundup’s herbicide, comprising 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, and 1.5 I per 300 I. For the differential test of treatment, it was apllied Duncan test 5%. The main parameters that observed were: mounth, dry weight, mount of tuber, and tuber dry weight of rizhome. Even though, the complementary parameters were relatively growth rate, net assimilation rate, leaf weight ratio, root weight ratio, and tuber weight ratio. The soil tillage and Roundup herbicide concentration influenced to all parameter observation significantly.
