This paper establishes an evaluation system based on the low-carbon intensive land use in Jinan city from 2010 to 2017 and uses a multi-attribute approach named grey fuzzy integral to build the evaluation model. In this model, based on the Mobius transformation coefficient of subjective and objective weights of index factors and the interaction degree between index factors, 2-additive fuzzy measures can be obtained; therefore, evaluation of low-carbon and intensive land use in Jinan city is processed by combining the grey correlation degree and Choquet fuzzy integral. The results show that in the study period, land input intensity, land use degree, land output benefit and land sustainability in Jinan city all show a good upward trend, but the low-carbon land use level of has been in a declining state. Although there is a good development trend of low-carbon and intensive land use in Jinan, the state is not stable. A Low-carbon and intensive land use pattern will not be achieved completely overnight, and it is bound to be a dynamic game process.

We present new LA-ICP-MS detrital zircon U-Pb age and trace element data of the Late Mesozoic sedimentary sequences from the western Shandong and Tanlu fault zone, with the aim to constrain the depositional ages and sedimentary sources. The samples from the western Shandong have similar U-Pb age spectra, which can be divided into three major age groups, peaking age at circa 2,475–2,540 Ma, 1820–1870 Ma and 257–285 Ma, with minor Mesoproterozoic, Neoproterozoic and Paleozoic detrital zircon grains. The sample JN recovered from the Tanlu fault zone has an overwhelming majority of the Early Cretaceous detrital zircons with the age peak at circa 125 Ma, whereas the Archean and Paleoproterozoic detrital zircons are subordinate. The weighted average age of the youngest zircons show that the Santai Formation probably had begun deposition at circa 158 Ma and terminated deposition at circa 150 Ma, and the Tianjialou Formation of the Dasheng Group had begun deposition at circa 122 Ma. Our study indicates that the activity of the dinosaurs might occur during the Late Jurassic rather than the Cretaceous in the Shandong province. In addition, most detrital zircons of the studied samples are characterized by the high Th/U ratios and left-inclined REE patterns, revealing a magmatic origin. Morphologically, most detrital zircon grains characterized by angular to sub-rounded shapes indicate a middle-short distance transport from the source regions, whereas minor detrital zircon grains show rounded shapes, indicating a long-distance transport or multiphase recycling. According to detrital age populations in this study, combined with previously published data, we conclude that depositional provenances of the Santai Formation were mainly derived from the western Shandong and Jiao-Liao Belt, and minor detritus were derived from the northern part of the North China Craton and Xing-Meng orogenic belt. The sediments deposited in the Tanlu fault zone were mainly derived from the volcanic and subvolcanic rocks of the Qingshan period in the eastern Shandong, and subordinate depositional sources were from the Jiao-Liao and the basement uplift of the western Shandong, with minor supplier being derived from the Yinshan-Yanshan orogenic belt. The detrital provenance of the Santai Formation indicates that extension of the eastern NCC occurred during the Late Jurassic. The Neoproterozoic detrital zircons play a minor role in the studied strata, indicating that the large sinistral movement of the Tanlu fault zone might have occurred at the Early-Middle Jurassic and formed a paleogeographic separation of the western Shandong and eastern Shandong (Sulu orogenic belt).

Liver cryptococcosis is exceedingly rare and sometimes difficult to diagnose through conventional assays.Case Presentation: The present study reports a rare case of liver cryptococcosis characterized by increased serum carbohydrate antigen 19– 9 (CA19-9) level and intrahepatic multiple nodules without other symptoms in an immunocompetent woman. Her cancer family history and imaging examinations initially suspected metastatic liver malignancy. But no sign of the malignant tumor was found after endoscopy, 18-fluorine fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography, and liver biopsy. The histopathology of the liver biopsy specimen indicated chronic inflammatory granuloma and then infectious diseases were suspected. However, traditional microbiologic testing failed to identify any potential pathogen. Eventually, metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) was applied to identify the definite diagnosis of liver cryptococcosis by acquiring the genome sequence of C. neoformans. Fortunately, after 6-month diagnostic anti-fungal therapy of fluconazole, the liver nodules effectively faded away and the serum CA19-9 level gradually regressed to the normal range.Conclusion: We identified a rare case of hepatic cryptococcosis by mNGS in an immunocompetent patient. When conventional methods have difficulties in the diagnosis of a specific pathogen, mNGS has the advantage of early and accurate identification of potential pathogens from the specimen.Keywords: liver nodule, Cryptococcus neoformans, diagnosis, metagenomic next-generation sequencing

In this study, we assessed the effect of bacterial and endogenous enzymes on the proteolysis of smoked horse sausage. Commercial starter culture (Staphylococcus xylosus + Lactobacillus sakei) was used in smoked horse sausage. Cathepsin B + L and cathepsin B activities, microbiological growth, pH, and water activity (aw) were measured. Based on PCR-DGGE fingerprint analyses, the starter culture inhibited endogenous bacterial growth. During ripening, the residual activity of cathepsin B + L and cathepsin B was higher in batch C (control) than in batch S (containing starter cultures). The starter and endogenous enzymes promote the degradation of sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar proteins; however, the degradation of these proteins was higher in batch S than in batch C. Therefore, bacterial enzymes played a major role in the degradation of proteins during the ripening of smoked horse sausage.

Analysis and research that is aiming at the many risks of the internal energy-saving service projects in the grid enterprises is underway., the risk assessment model is established, the main risk identification of each risk model is made by method of expert scoring, and the weight of each risk index is calculated by AHP. In view of the typical cases of the implementation of energy-saving projects in power grids currently, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of the project to determine whether the project is feasible. Put forward the prevention and control measures and suggestions on the implementation of energy-saving projects in power grid enterprises. On the one hand, it can provide reference that is system construction, internal control mechanism construction, project risk control mechanism, etc for the implementation of grid energy-saving service projects. On the other hand, it proposes the evaluation mode for energy-saving service projects in grid enterprises, which may become a new type intermediary business.

Aimed at the question of how to evaluate the coal quality, east Shenhua produced sales at shenhua group coal quality index data as the research object, using TOPSIS and AHP and combined two methods, through constructing the relative deviation matrix to determine the index weight, and gives the comprehensive sequencing of various kinds of coal.Structure deviation matrix to determine index weight not only effectively eliminate the dimensional, make the indicators are comparable, and make due to on the basis of rational scheme to build, to achieve the optimal.On the standardiZation and normaliZation of data put forward the improvement plan, gives the computing method of interval attribute data, improving the application range of the model.

This paper is concerned with the problem of fixed time consensus of multi-agent systems. First, for the multi-agent systems, a classical continuous fixed time consensus protocol is constructed with appropriate criteria. Then, in order to make all nodes synchronize to any desired state, fixed time pinning control problem also be considered. Finally, simulations are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

Referred to in the fault diagnosis of power grid mainly refers to the transmission network and transmission network bears an important task of power transmission, power plant and terminal user ties, is one of the most important parts of the power system. Long term exposure to natural environment in the transmission network, and wide coverage, complex structure, due to natural disasters or operational failures and other factors, the failure is inevitable. The dependence of modern society on the electric energy is increasing, and the short time of transmission network fault can cause great loss. When the power grid is in a fault, the fault recorder can be transmitted to the dispatching center through the public telephone network or other channels. The rich recording information provides the basis for the further diagnosis.
