In developing countries, a large proportion of patients with scoliosis present late, especially the underprivilege, so the curves had become rigid and severe. There is still no consensus about the surgical management of the severe and rigid scoliosis and some literatures suggested that combined anterior and posterior or single-stage posterior-only instrumentation are generally required for the correction of these deformities. We presented three cases of severe rigid scoliosis treated surgically in our center with two staged operation (anterior surgery and posterior instrumentation). A retrospective review was undertaken of patients with severe scoliosis who had undergone two-staged operation in Orthopaedics and Traumatology Department of Prof Ngoerah General Hospital Bali during the period between January 2018 and February 2020. The data was obtained from the hospital’s medical records and archives in our department, included sex, age, the severity and reducibility of the Cobb angle, maturity rate, treatment, length of stay, complications found, and the Scoliosis Research Society: 30 Questionnaire (SRS-30) score before and three months after the surgery. During the period of between January 2018 and February 2020, there were three cases of severe rigid scoliosis who underwent two-staged operation. The two staged operation performed were anterior surgery (soft tissue release, corpectomy, and anterior fusion), and posterior instrumentation (facetetectomy, rotation, stabilization, and fusion). There were one case of intra-operative hypovolemic shock and anemia that could be corrected succesfully. All three patients showed no complaint and the clinical examination showed improvements of the deformity post operatively. There were also improvement of the total SRS-30 score of all three patients after the two staged procedures performed (mean = 4.4) compared to pre-operative score (mean = 3.4). The two-staged operation including anterior surgery and posterior instrumentation is still a safe and effective way in treatment of severe rigid scoliosis.

Montong Baan Village is one of 14 villages in Sikur District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This village is a division of East Suradadi Village, established on November 3, 1938. Most of the people in this village work as crops (tomatoes and chilies) farmers. However, the lack of awareness related to the processing of agricultural products makes the community only depend on the livelihoods of farmers, whereas if the agricultural products are processed, they can make a product with high selling value. Therefore, the purpose of the University of Mataram Thematic Desapreneur Community Service Program for the period December 2022 - February 2023 is to help people create businesses by utilizing tomatoes through outreach and training in making tomato sauce. The stages carried out during the training were mixing ingredients, cooking, packaging, and marketing. The results obtained from this tomato sauce making training are that the people in Montong Baan Village can produce tomato sauce products that have been packaged and labeled and are ready to be marketed. Apart from that, the training on making tomato sauce in Montong Baan Village will certainly open up business opportunities and improve the economy for the community.

The abundance of fish catches in Indonesia is excellent potential. Still, if the abundant results cannot be adequately managed and are just wasted, it will eventually lead to bad things. This problem was also found in Seraya village, Karangasem, Bali, where large fish yields and the fish processing process were still constrained by weather and environmental conditions causing the expected results to not be achieved. To overcome this, a photovoltaic (PV) system-based fish dryer was developed that can assist the fish drying process. Utilization of this system is also supported by good solar energy potential. The system can generate 402.78 Wh of electrical energy per day, covering 104.89% of the electrical energy demand of the fish dryer. The results of statistical tests using the Mann-Whitney test for fish weight and unpaired t-test for fish moisture content showed no significant results (p0.05). This value states that there is no difference in the results of drying fish with the PV system and the traditional method. From this, we can conclude that fish drying using a solar power system works similarly to conventional fish drying methods.

The identification of child development milestones, specifically cognitive abilities, requires parental/caregiver awareness and knowledge. With the existence of multiple cognitive abilities such as attention and focus, memory, language, psychomotor skills, logic, reasoning, decision-making, problem-solving, social/emotional, there are multiple indicators to measure children's cognitive abilities. Pediatricians are the most knowledgeable and trusted authority to routinely screen and monitor the development of healthy children. Therefore, it is crucial that parents understand their children's developmental milestones so if they encounter anomalies, they can immediately consult with the professionals. This review compiles recently published research and current knowledge to examine potential key indicators of cognitive development in infants and children that can be utilized by parents and communities in an easily understood manner.

The interaction of micronutrients and macronutrients has been shown to have a significant impact on children's cognitive development. Furthermore, proper nutrition helps a child's immune system avoid infection and disease, which can impair nutrient absorption and lead to deficiency. Microbiotas in the gut play critical roles in body physiology, including nutrient absorption, infection resistance and immune system development. Furthermore, it is known that the gut microbiota influences immune cell maturation. Finally, these three factors are thought to influence neurogenesis and cognitive development. A virtual meeting was held with five invited experts to gain a better understanding of the relationship between nutritional factors, the immune system and cognitive development.

The concept of the gut (microbiota)-brain axis, which influences the development and function of the gastrointestinal, immune, neuroendocrine, and metabolic systems, is gaining popularity. Recent animal studies have demonstrated that the gut (microbiota)-brain axis also plays a role in establishing cognitive function. It is known that a disruption in the environment's microbiota balance can increase disease susceptibility in children. Historically, it has been hypothesized that neurodevelopmental disorders are the results of a disruption in children’s health. However, it is becoming clear that the gut microbiota and the central nervous system communicate in both directions, which could explain how microbiota affects cognitive function. Dietary factors also play important role in the central nervous system via the gut (microbiota)-brain axis, demonstrating the importance of nutrition in optimizing cognitive function. This narrative review of recently published studies and current knowledge aims to elucidate the relationship between the gut (microbiota)-brain axis and cognitive function, as well as the variables that may influence it.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari eksistensi filsafat komunikasi dalam kemajuan zaman seperti perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat pada era digital. Selain itu memiliki tujuan yang lebih mendalami terkait penerapan filsafat komunikasi dalam keseharianya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research (penelitian kajian kepustakaan) atau disebut content analysis (analisis isi). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis kritis dan interpretasi atas berbagai hasil penelusuran dari sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder. Sehingga menghasilkan pemahaman dan konsep yang baru dalam filsafat komunikasi sesuai perkembangan zaman dan terjakanya etika berkomunikasi yang diperlukan saat ini.

Science learning for early childhood is very important to develop children's curiosity and understanding of the world around them. Through science learning, children can develop logical thinking skills, observation, and experimentation. The focus of this service is to integrate science learning with STEAM through simple science practices. The purpose of this service is to integrate science grounding with the STEAM Approach and the importance of science learning obtained for early childhood with simple science learning practices. The method used in this service is the counselling method and the simple science practice method. The results of this service are 1). Implement Holistic Learning, 2). Exploring the development of 21st Century Skills, 3) Increasing children's interest in learning science, 4). Active and Fun Learning, 5) Developing Creativity and Innovation in learning.

Historically, the occurrence of dam-break cases has been proven to cause significant loss of life and economical damage. Apart from the catastrophic nature of dam-breaks, the absence of a robust disaster prevention system exacerbates the disasters that occur. This study proposes an Early Warning System (EWS) to mitigate the impact of dam-break disasters. However, predicting the occurrence of such disasters is challenging, specifically in areas like Indonesia, where comprehensive data recording is lacking. While it may be difficult to predict the occurrence of a sunny day break, the storm-induced break is more predictable. Therefore, this study proposes a simple yet effective macro-based EWS for Earth-Filled Dam-Break Cases using a macro approach based on the Evacuation Clearance Time (ECT). By comparing the ECT value with the arrival time of the floods from the affected areas, additional evacuation time can be obtained, which will be used to determine the EWS. The proposed EWS for Cengklik Dam is given in three levels of warning indicated by the reservoir water level at +141.36 m, +141.40 m, and +141.45 m. With the proposed EWS, the results show that 100% of people are expected to reach the evacuation point safely. The case study shows that the proposed EWS can significantly reduce the risk impact of the dam-break events.

Keseimbangan adalah kemampuan untuk mempertahankan dan motif adalah seperti wujud yaitu kesatuan terkecil dalam betuk musik yang terdiri dari tiga nada atau lebih, motif yang mengandung ritme yang jelas biasa disebut “motif ritmis” dan motif yang mengandung loncatan melodi yang nyata disebut “motif melodi”. Kenong adalah instrumen berpencon Kempul merupakan instrumen berpecon atau bermoncol tergolong Gong tanpa hiasan. Motif pukulan kenong dan kempul pada gamelan kekelentingan memiliki keseimbangan. Dimana keseimbangan ini teletak pada unsur musik yang berada pada motif tersebut. Musik memiliki delapan unsur diantaranya Melodi, motif pukulan kenong dan kempul ini menghasilkan sebuah melodi, karena motif ini memiliki tinggi rendahnya bunyi atau suara ketika dipukul dan menghasilkan panjang pendeknya sebuah nada. Irama, cara untuk merasakan sebuat ritme pada pukulan kenong dan kempul adalah dengan mendengarkan motif pukulan kenong kempul tersebut secara berulang-ulang dan secara tidak langsung badan dan kepala tanpa disengaja ikut bergerak. Birama yang digunakan dalam motif pukulan ini adalah empat per empat (4/4). Tangga nada yang digunakan dalam motif pukulan instrumen kenong dan kempul adalah tangga nada pentatonik yang berlaraskan pelog panca nada (lima nada). Harmoni motif pukulan kenong dan kempul terdapat pada dua buah nada yang dipukul bersamaan (ngepat), kempul (Nding) dan kenong (Ndung). Tempo, motif menggunakan tempo cepat, karena ciri khas dari motif pukulan kenong dan kempul adalah kecepatan. Dinamika, segi visual instrumen kenong lebih kecil dari instrumen kempul, sebaliknya volume suara yang dihasilkan oleh instrumen kenong lebih nyaring dari instrumen kempul. Timbre pada motif pukualan kenong dan kempul terletak pada hasil getaran dan suara dari kedua instrumen tersebut. Dari delapan unsur musik ini secara tidak langsung menjadikan motif pukulan kenong dan kempul pada gamelan kekelentingan bisa dikatakan mempunyai keseimbangan. Kenong is an instrument with a cone. Kempul is an instrument with a peck or a snout, which is classified as an unadorned gong. The motif of kenong and kempul strokes in the kelentingan gamelan has a balance. Where this balance lies in the musical element that is in the motif. Music has eight elements including Melody, the kenong and kempul motifs produce a melody, because this motif has a high and low sound or sound when struck and produces a short length of a note. Rhythm, the way to feel a rhythm in the kenong and kempul punches is to listen to the motif of the kenong kempul beat repeatedly and indirectly the body and head move unintentionally. The bar used in this stroke motif is four quarters (4/4). The scales used in the kenong and kempul instrument stroke motifs are pentatonic scales that are aligned with the five-tone pelog. The harmony of the kenong and kempul motifs is found in two tones that are struck together (ngepat), kempul (Nding) and kenong (Ndung). Tempo, the motif uses a fast tempo, because the hallmark of the kenong and kempul motifs is speed. In dynamics, the visual aspect of the kenong instrument is smaller than that of the kempul instrument, on the other hand the volume of sound produced by the kenong instrument is louder than the kempul instrument. The timbre of the pukualan kenong and kempul motifs lies in the vibrations and sounds of the two instruments. Of the eight elements of this music indirectly make the motifs of kenong and kempul strokes in the kekelentingan gamelan can be said to have balance.

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkonfirmasi pengaruh kualitas audit, auditor tenure, KAP tenure, Nature of Industry bagi kecurangan laporan keuangan perusahaan papan utama selama tiga tahun penelitian, kepada tiga puluh tujuh perusahaan dengan total seratus dua belas sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dalam cara pengumpulannya. peneliti menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan secara simultan kualitas audit, auditor tenure, KAP tenure dan Nature of Industry berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan namun secara parsial kualitas audit, KAP tenure, dan Nature of Industry berpengaruh signifikan bagi kecurangan laporan keuangan sedangkan auditor tenure tidak berpengaruh bagi kecurangan laporan keuangan.

Pandemic Covid-19 yang telah melada dunia telah memberikan permasalahan dampak di berbagai kehidupan. Mulai dari kesehatan, sosial, hingga perekonomian. Penurunan pendapatan masyarat sangat berimbas pada sektor UMKM untuk dapat tumbuh, maka daripada itu tim dari Politeknik Negeri Jember mengadakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berada pada UMKM Agroindustri tempe yang terletak di Desa Kemuninglor Kecamatan Arjasa Kabupaten Jember. Kegiatan kali ini membantu mitra dalam rangka peningkatan pendapatan akibat Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia. Maka daripada itu kegiatan ini berfokus pada pengenalan, penerapan dan pelaksanaan digital marketing. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mitra dapat menerapkan dan melaksanakan digital marketing sehingga berdampak pada naiknya pendapatan mitra, perubahan jalur distribusi dan jarak pemasaran yang semakin jauh dari lokasi mitra berproduksi.

Optimized corporate performance assumes that financial and non-financial performance can be achieved through effective collaboration between leaders and employees. This study analyzes the mediation of employee engagement on the connection between dark side leadership and leader-member exchange on corporate performance in Indonesia. This study used a mixed methods approach by distributing questionnaires to 1,013 respondents consisting of supervisors and managers and conducting intensive interviews with 20 respondents with more than 25 years of work experience to strengthen the perception of answers. The paper uses multiple linear regression analysis. The regression results show that dark side leadership (β = –0.228, ρ = 0.000) and leader-member exchange (β = 0.424, ρ = 0.000) affect employee engagement. Next, leader-member exchange (β = 0.176, ρ = 0.008) and employee engagement (β = 0.391, ρ = 0.000) affect corporate performance, while dark side leadership has no effect (β = 0.020, ρ = 0.400). Finally, employee engagement mediates the effect of dark side leadership and leader-member exchange on corporate performance. This finding indicates that the comfort level of employees at work will decrease if a leader demonstrates a dark side behavior that can affect his/her performance, which later impacts corporate performance. Furthermore, the novelty contribution of dark side leadership measurements on the cultural and emotional dimensions can impact employee turnover intention. This study offers implications for practitioners to conduct selective assessments at the beginning of leader recruitment and control internal leader assessments to create effective organizational behavior. Introduction: Chronic knee pain is the leading cause of functional limitations in the older age group and accounts for many visits to health care providers. This degenerative condition is progressive with functional impairment and a severe decrease in quality of life. Pain management with Adductor Canal Block (ACB) and Genicular Nerve Block (GNB) can be an alternative treatment option for chronic knee pain. This study aims to analyze the difference between clinical & laboratory outcomes of the ACB and GNB groups. Material & Methods: An experimental study with consecutive sampling was conducted on 34 patients with chronic knee pain divided into 2 groups of ACB and GNB procedures. The parameters measured were VAS score, pain-free duration, range of motion, and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels. Results: Predominance of chronic knee pain patients found in older women. This study intends to assess the impact of adopting green accounting and environmental performance on sustainable development, with CSR disclosure acting as a moderator. The population of the study consists of the palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Malaysia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2021 period. Purposive sampling was utilized as a sampling method to select 45 businesses. Partial least squares analysis was performed to examine the data. The results showed that the implementation of green accounting (β = 0.231; p < 0.05) and environmental performance (β = 0.285; p < 0.05) affect the sustainable development of palm oil companies. Then, CSR disclosure strengthens the effect between the implementation of green accounting (β = 0.293; p < 0.05) and environmental performance (β = 0.150; p < 0.05) on the sustainable development of palm oil companies. This study helps companies that properly implement corporate social responsibility or care about environmental safety become the best investment opportunities. It also serves as the material for investors and potential investors to help them make the best decisions about companies that employ green accounting in corporate reporting.

This study aims to be able to reveal various phenomena that arise regarding the implementation of primordialism, the factors that influence the resilience of Hindu ritual primordialism and analyze the implications of ritual primordialism for Balinese ethnic Hindus in Lombok, according to the traditions, customs and culture of Balinese Hindus in implementing religious rituals or ceremonies. Social dynamics and technological developments have an influence, both directly and indirectly, on attitudes, values, and patterns of behavior, as well as the perspective of each individual in a community as part of the larger society. Likewise with the Balinese Hindu community in Lombok. The influence of ideology that comes from sampradaya which offers all new and different things and is considered to have more value, than what has been believed so far, can lead to changes in the thinking or ideology of each individual. So it is necessary to study the ritual primordialism of Balinese Hindus in Lombok. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type with data sources in the form of non-participant observations, structured interviews and documents. The location of the temple was determined purposefully. The data is then classified, reduced, and interpreted, then the results of the analysis are presented in a narrative manner. The results obtained in this study are firstly the implementation of ritual primordialism for Balinese Hindus still applying customs, culture and traditions, regarding the series of ceremonies and ceremonies used, by applying the yadnya level as a form of ritual adaptation. Second, Hindu ritual primordialism has strengths in the form of social interaction and acculturation of Balinese and Sasak ethnic cultures, as well as community economic turnover. The three ethnic Balinese Hindus still have high primordial resistance, which has implications for the maintenance of ritual traditions and the existence of temples in Lombok based on religious emotions, belief systems, rite systems and religious ritual equipment, and religious groups and their systems that are still maintained.

Population growth in Indonesia is a concern to prevent population growth. The elderly community is targeted because the number of elderly people can bring Indonesia into the era of the Ageing Population. This study discusses solutions to deal with the increasing elderly population in the next few years by providing decent housing and improving the quality of life of the elderly. By using a qualitative method which is realized in the form of a design, it is hoped that it can be a solution to the existing problems. Of course, by not forgetting several factors that must be considered in maintaining and improving the quality of life of the elderly. Masyarakat lansia menjadi sasaran dikarenakan jumlah masyarakat lansia dapat membawa negara Indonesia memasuki era Ageing Population. Dalam penelitian ini membahas solusi untuk menghadapi pertambahan penduduk lansia dalam beberapa tahun kedepan dengan memberikan hunian yang layak serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk desain diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Tentu saja dengan tidak melupakan beberapa faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup para masyarakat lansia.

Kegiatan berwisata tidak lepas dari segala bentuk aktivitas wisatawan, baik itu manfaat dan juga sekaligus konsekuensi yang di hadapi oleh destinasi wisata. Keberadaan wisatawan khususnya mancanegara dengan masalah kesehatan mental merupakan suatu fenomena nyata yang terjadi di Bali. Keadaan tersebut tentu layak dikaji untuk melihat, apa saja faktor yang berperan dan menjadi penyebab serta pandangan pemangku kepentingan terhadap fenomena tersebut. Dengan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam bersama para informan yang terdiri dari pakar kesehatan jiwa, tokoh masyarakat, pengelola fasilitas wisata dan tokoh intelektual yang dipilih secara purposive dan didukung beberapa sumber informasi cetak maupun digital sebagai bahan trianggulasi. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya aspek genetik dan organik yang berperan penting mengakibatkan fenomena gangguan kesehatan mental bagi wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Bali yang ditinjau dari faktor internal. Kemudian adanya perubahan kondisi lingkungan fisik, sosial ekonomi serta munculnya guncangan budaya dari sisi eksternal. Maka muncul suatu hipotesa yang diharapkan dapat membuka ruang pemikiran para pemangku kepentingan, bahwa terdapat realita wisatawan mancanegara dengan masalah kesehatan mental di balik eforia kesuksesan pariwisata Bali.

Analisis data menghasilkan sistem baru yang diimplementasikan secara bertahap meliputi pembuatan website e-commerce, perancangan layout website e-commerce, pemasukan data website e-commerce, dan presentasi temuan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menge­ta­hui kinerja keuangan PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. Meng­gu­na­kan metode EVA dan MVA. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Variabel ope­ra­sional pe­ne­­­litian ini adalah kinerja keuangan dengan indikator pe­ngukur EVA dan MVA. Data yang digu­na­kan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan informasi me­ngenai harga saham PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. Periode 2016-2020 diperoleh melalui website www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian menun­juk­kan bahwa kinerja keuangan de­ngan meng­gunakan metode EVA tahun 2016-2020 menghasilkan nilai EVA positif, pada pengu­ku­ran ki­ner­­ja keuangan dengan menggunakan metode MVA me­nghasilkan nilai positif.

The skills of prospective teachers and elementary school teachers in operating digital-based technology are still very low. It has been proven that there are still many teachers who have not used digital applications in the learning process, outreach to parents regarding school programs, and school activities. This service aims to provide digital training related to making flyers as a medium for socialization and learning in elementary schools for prospective teachers and elementary school teachers. The service was carried out using the training method which was attended by 353 PGSD students and elementary school teachers. The training was carried out offline and online. As a result of the training, participants gave positive attention to the training they attended. This is evidenced by more than 50% of the participants filling out the questionnaire with a score of 4. This means that participants who were previously unfamiliar with technology have become knowledgeable. Nonetheless, there were deficiencies in the implementation of the training. Training should be carried out 100% offline with ideal participant capacity, Ketrampilan calon guru dan guru SD dalam pengoprasian teknologi berbasis digital masih sangat rendah. Terbukti masih banyak guru yang belum menggunakan aplikasi digital dalam proses pembelajaran, sosialisasi ke wali murid terkait program sekolah, serta kegiatan sekolah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan digital terkait pembuatan flyer sebagai media sosialisasi dan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar bagi calon guru dan guru SD. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa PGSD dan guru SD berjumlah 353. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara luring dan daring. Hasi pelatihan, peserta memberikan atensi positif terhadap pelatihan yang diikuti. Hal ini dibuktikan dari 50% lebih peserta mengisi angket dengan skor 4. Artinya, peserta yang sebelumnya awam terkait teknologi menjadi paham. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kekurangan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan. Pelatihan seharusnya dilaksanakan secara luring 100% dengan kapasistas peserta yang ideal.

Di Indonesia, kemiskinan dan kesulitan akses pendidikan menyebabkan sebagian anak dititipkan di panti asuhan. Anak-anak di panti asuhan memiliki keterbatasan akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan kuratif, terlebih lagi pelayanan promotif dan preventif. Kondisi lingkungan di panti asuhan juga meningkatkan risiko terjadinya gangguan kesehatan dan penyebaran penyakit yang dapat mengganggu tumbuh kembang dan proses belajar anak. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka Hari Bakti Dokter Indonesia ke-114, Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) Mataram melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) di salah satu panti asuhan di Kota Mataram berupa pemeriksaan kesehatan umum dan terarah seperti pemeriksaan mata (tajam pengelihatan, refraksi, pemeriksaan mata anterior dan posterior), telinga-hidung-tenggorok (THT), kulit, dan gizi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di panti Patmos di Kota Mataram dan melibatkan 12 dokter umum dan spesialis dari berbagai bidang, mahasiswa kedokteran, dan refraksionis. Sebanyak 46 anak dan remaja berusia 9 – 19 tahun mengikuti kegiatan ini. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, tujuh anak tergolong underweight, dua berisiko overweight, delapan terdeteksi anemia, 26 memiliki keluhan kulit yang 12 di antaranya disebabkan oleh infeksi jamur kulit; delapan orang terdeteksi mengalami kelainan refraksi, sementara satu anak terdeteksi mengalami tuli konduksi. Penatalaksanaan yang diberikan berupa pemberian obat, suplemen tambah darah, kacamata, dan rujukan ke RS. Kegiatan PKM ini berhasil mendeteksi masalah kesehatan yang dapat mengganggu tumbuh kembang serta proses belajar anak seperti masalah gizi, pengelihatan, dan pendengaran. Kerja sama berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk menggalakkan upaya kesehatan promotif dan preventif di panti asuhan.

This research is based on the lack of understanding of third grade elementary school students about cultural diversity material because teachers tend to use conventional media, in the form of pictures from textbooks or LKS only. This study aimed to develop Inshot-based RAGA learning media. This research method used research and development (R&D) with ADDIE model. The research steps include: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis techniques for observation and interview data while statistical analysis was used to calculate the percentage of results from validation, practicality, and effectiveness in the form of numbers. The results of media expert validation obtained an average score of 95.6% in the very feasible category, and material experts obtain an average score of 96.75% with a very valid category, results of media practicality with a score of 92.75% in very practical category and for scores from student responses 94.5% in very decent category, then the effectiveness data seen from the results of pre-test with a score of 67% and post-test with a score of 83%. Based on the analysis of results it can be concluded that RAGA learning media based on Inshot on cultural diversity material for Civics class III SDN Musirlor 2 has succeeded in increasing student understanding and student learning outcomes.

Language development is the child's ability to process vocabulary, give opinions, and socialise with others. Language development factors are very important for early childhood because using good and correct language can make it easier for children to communicate with others. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of children's language development through the storytelling method. The problem that occurs is the lack of children's confidence to communicate and interact with the school environment, as well as a lack of understanding related to knowledge in the field of stimulating children. This research uses a qualitative approach where the results are collected through observation, interviews, observations, and documentation. Where the observation step carried out in this study went directly to the field to make direct observations, observing the process of children's language development by telling stories. The results of the research on children's language development at Paud Kumara Cita developed well by using the storytelling method even though there was one child who still could not communicate well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan potensi susu sapi dan menangani permasalahan terkait pemanfaatan susu sapi di Desa Pagersari, Kecamatan Ngantang, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini ditujukan guna membantu masyarakat Desa Pagersari diharapkan bisa mendapat keuntungan lebih dari penjualan hasil ternak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partisipatory Rural Appraisal dengan variabel kondisi fisik binaan, kondisi komoditas unggulan, dan arahan rencana pengembangan non fisik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kelembagaan, analisis BEP, analisis LQ, analisis komoditas unggulan, analisis SWOT, dan analisis alternatif proyek. Hasil analisis LQ menunjukkan LQ tertinggi pada komoditas susu sebagai komoditas unggulan dengan nilai 1.59, namun nilai analisis BEP menunjukkan bahwa hasil komoditas hanya berada pada nilai yang tidak memberikan keuntungan dan kerugian dengan penjualan di angka 3.895 liter/tahun. Berdasarkan hasil rencana analisis proyek maka direkomendasikan program berupa menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya rencana pengembangan berupa pengoptimalan distribusi komoditas, pengadaan sosialisasi pengelolaan limbah ternak, pengadaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang inovasi dari pengolahan susu sapi perah, dan pengadaan sosialisasi pencegahan dan penanganan penyakit pada hewan ternak dalam rangka meningkatkan ketahanan perternak di Desa Pagersari, Kecamatan Ngantang, Kabupaten Malang.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between communication, training, educational background and the adoption of accrual accounting. It also examines whether organizational culture moderates the relationship between these factors and the adoption of accrual accounting. The census sampling method was utilized to choose 44 finance division staff for this investigation. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS version 3.0 was employed in this paper for data analysis. In addition, a systematic questionnaire was issued to the heads of financial divisions and administrative staff in Riau city, Indonesia, in order to collect relevant data. The findings of this study revealed that the adoption of accrual accounting is influenced by communication and training, while educational background has insignificant effect. Furthermore, the interaction between training and communication in accrual accounting adoption is moderated by organizational culture. Meanwhile, organizational culture does not moderate the relationship between educational background toward the adoption of accrual accounting. Therefore, this study assists local governments in providing feedback on the implementation of various government accounting policies. Moreover, it offers information on local government coordination and solutions for accrual-based accounting systems adoption, which can be utilized as a reference for the public and local government in creating and fully adopting relevant policies. Finally, it can be used to establish and improve administrative structures in the public sector.

Membaca dan memahami Al-Qur‟an adalah suatu keharusan karena Al-Qur‟an merupakan sumber utama bagi umat Islam dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari- hari. Kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur‟an masih belum maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari siswa yang belum paham tentang hukum bacaan dalam ilmu tajwid dan masih lemah dalam pelafasan huruf sehingga masih ada siswa yang belum benar dalam menerapkan hukum bacaan ilmu tajwid ketika membaca Al-Qur‟an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode tahsin yang digunakan oleh guru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif karena data-data yang diperoleh berupa data-data numerik dan pengolahan datanya dengan menggunakan statistik, dibantu dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di MTs Al- Ikhwan, dengan sampel sebanyak satu kelas yaitu kelas VIII A. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh pelajaran tajwid terhadap kemampuan membaca Al- quran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhwan ditunjukkan dari hasil output SPSS dapat diketahui bahwa Sig (2-tailed) = 0.985 ini berarti pada taraf signifikan α = 0.05 diterima dan terdapat pengaruh antara variable X dan Y.

BACKGROUND: Performing total hip arthroplasty (THA) or total hip replacement (THR) in hip ankylosis is not a simple procedure. CASE PRESENTATION: We presented a complicated case of a patient with flexion contracture and ankylosis of hip joint due to neglected avascular necrosis of femoral head treated with THR on one thigh, and periprosthetic fracture on the other which was also treated with THR later. One year after the surgery, the both hips function was improved and the patient was able to walk without assistive device. CONCLUSION: Total hip replacement is a modality that could be considered for the treatment of advanced AVNFH and ankylosis of hip joint, with femoral periprosthetic fracture as one of its potential complications.

The history of the Cengkareng area, which has the image of a plantation area and green space, should be a comfortable, productive, healthy and sustainable area that is experiencing degradation. The plantations and green spaces in this area have changed their function into dense and unhealthy industrial buildings. Therefore, the Cengkareng area currently has a high stress level problem due to the absence of tourist attractions and green spaces. In this case, new attractors are needed in this area, which can revive the image of healthy and comfortable plantation areas and green spaces and provide lessons on how to cultivate a plant. By using the urban acupuncture method in finding problem points that must be healed in the Cengkareng area to restore the image of the area. The design of Agro Edu-Tourism Cengkareng is proposed to be an acupoint to restore the image of the area with agro-tourism and reduce stress levels so as to create a healthier area. With the existence of Agro Edu-Wisata with the application of the landscape urbanism method that emphasizes performance rather than pure aesthetics, it is hoped that it will have a major impact on the Cengkareng community. Perkebunan dan ruang hijau pada kawasan ini mengalami perubahan fungsi menjadi bangunan-bangunan industrial yang padat dan kurang sehat. Oleh karena itu, kawasan Cengkareng saat ini mempunyai masalah tingkat stress yang tinggi karena tidak adanya tempat wisata dan ruang hijau. Dalam hal ini membutuhkan adanya attractor baru pada Kawasan ini, dimana dapat menghidupkan kembali citra Kawasan perkebunan dan ruang hijau yang sehat dan nyaman serta memberikan pelajaran cara membudidayakan suatu tanaman. Dengan menggunakan metode urban akupuntur dalam menemukan titik-titik masalah yang harus disembuhkan pada Kawasan Cengkareng untuk mengembalikan citra Kawasan. Perancangan Agro Edu-Wisata Cengkareng diusulkan menjadi titik akupuntur untuk mengembalikan citra kawasan dengan agrowisata dan mengurangi tingkat stress sehingga menciptakan Kawasan yang lebih sehat. Dengan adanya Agro Edu-Wisata dengan penerapan metode landscape urbanism yang menekankan kinerja dari pada estetika murni, diharapkan dapat berdampak besar bagi masyarakat Cengkareng.

The phenomenon of degradation does not only occur in humans, but can also occur in an area. Degradation both functionally and morally occurred in the Lokasari THR area, Taman Sari District, West Jakarta. The degradation that occurs is that the area that was once known as the center of cultural entertainment in Batavia is now inversely becoming an area that is rarely touched and contains nightlife so it is considered dangerous. The aim of the project is to deal with existing degradation by turning Lokasari back into a positive cultural entertainment area and providing a place for local people to gather. It is hoped that the project will also be useful as a city magnet, a place for recreation from daily activities, and again to experience the beautiful memories they once had in the Lokasari THR area. This research uses borrowed design methods to get space programs and typology design methods to get the shape of the mass composition. From the existing background, the Lok(Art-H)sari Cultural Center is now present and is intended to revive cultural elements in the Lokasari area. The project will be a place where people can also gather, interact, and have fun. The cultural center will bring back various programs that have become Lokasari's memories by including additions and adding a touch of modern adjustments to give an interesting impression. The memory of the culture that is very attached to the area is used as a "magnet" to revive the interaction of the community and make it an inclusive entertainment center so that it can be enjoyed by all groups of people. Degradasi baik secara fungsi dan moral terjadi di Kawasan THR Lokasari, Kecamatan Taman Sari, Jakarta Barat. Degradasi yang terjadi ialah kawasan yang dulunya dikenal sebagai pusat hiburan kebudayaan di Batavia, kini berbanding terbalik menjadi kawasan yang jarang terjamah dan berisi hiburan malam sehingga dianggap berbahaya. Tujuan dari proyek adalah untuk menghadapi degradasi yang ada dengan mengembalikan Lokasari menjadi kawasan hiburan kebudayaan yang positif dan menyediakan tempat bagi masyarakat sekitar untuk berkumpul. Diharapkan proyek juga bermanfaat sebagai magnet kota, tempat berekreasi dari aktivitas sehari-hari, dan kembali merasakan memori indah yang pernah mereka miliki pada kawasan THR Lokasari. Penelitian menggunakan metode desain meminjam untuk mendapatkan program ruang serta metode desain tipologi untuk mendapatkan bentuk dari gubahan massa. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang ada, Pusat Kebudayaan Lok(Art-H)sari kini hadir dan dimaksudkan untuk menghidupkan kembali unsur kebudayaan di kawasan Lokasari. Proyek akan menjadi tempat di mana masyarakat juga dapat berkumpul, berinteraksi, dan berekreasi. Pusat kebudayaan akan mengangkat kembali berbagai program yang pernah menjadi kenangan Lokasari dengan disertakan penambahan dan memasukkan sentuhan penyesuaian masa kini agar memberi kesan menarik. Kenangan akan budaya yang sangat melekat dengan kawasan digunakan sebagai “magnet” untuk menghidupkan interaksi para masyarakat dan menjadikan pusat hiburan yang inklusif sehingga dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh golongan masyarakat.

Continuous infrastructure and economic development cause land values in satellite cities to increase. This encourages stakeholders to re-examine whether the function of buildings on these potential lands is still relevant or has been abandoned. The same case occurred in the Pamulang Square area, Pamulang, South Tangerang. In the past, the trade center was successful and gained popularity among developers. However, now its prestige is fading after the shifting trend of retail consumers. Seeing this area that is almost dead makes this area suitable as a target for urban acupuncture. The idea is how to create a new 'shopping center' that could revive this area while providing benefits to all parties.The design process begins by finding out the history and development of shopping centers from time to time. The design method used is narrative architecture, where the project will describe the transition from a trade center to an entertainment center. In addition, film and collage methods are used to unite two contrasting entities. The result is an entertainment center that prioritizes the visitor experience to increase traffic to this area. The narrative in this project starts from the form of an adapted trade center to apply the latest technology, which is then continued with an outdoor gathering area with food and beverage stalls, as well as a retail area combined with interactive activities. Using an omnichannel retailing concept that combines technology and brick-mortar provides a new experience in response to a decline in shopping trips. It is hoped that by adopting these ideas, the area around Pamulang Square can revive and continue to provide benefits for traders and visitors. Hal ini mendorong para pemegang kepentingan untuk melihat kembali, apakah fungsi bangunan di lahan-lahan potensial ini masih relevan atau sudah ditinggalkan. Kasus yang sama terjadi pada area Pamulang Square, Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Jika dahulu trade center berjaya, namun kini pamornya semakin meredup seiring bergesernya tren konsumen ritel. Melihat area ini yang sudah hampir mati, menjadikan area ini cocok menjadi target akupunktur kota. Gagasan yang disampaikan adalah bagaimana menciptakan ‘shopping center’ baru yang mampu menghidupkan kembali area ini sekaligus memberikan keuntungan kepada semua pihak. Perancangan dimulai dengan mencari tahu sejarah dan perkembangan pusat perbelanjaan dari masa ke masa. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah narasi, dimana proyek akan menjelaskan transisi dari trade center konvensional, menjadi sebuah entertainment center. Selain itu juga dengan metode film dan kolase untuk menyatukan 2 entitas yang kontras. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah pusat hiburan yang mengutamakan pengalaman pengunjung untuk meningkatkan arus ke area ini. Narasi dalam proyek ini dimulai dari bentuk trade center yang disesuaikan dengan menerapkan teknologi terbaru, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan area berkumpul outdoor dengan kios-kios makanan dan minuman, serta terdapat area ritel yang digabungkan dengan kegiatan-kegiatan interaktif. Menggunakan konsep omnichannel retailing yang menggabungkan antara teknologi dengan toko offline sehingga memberikan pengalaman maksimal sebagai respon atas menurunnya aktivitas berbelanja. Diharapkan dengan mengadopsi usulan-usulan tersebut, area sekitar Pamulang Square dapat hidup kembali dan tetap memberikan manfaat bagi pedagang maupun pengunjung.

Jakarta, as the capital and center of activity, faces a number of urban challenges, including a growing population, increased housing and employment needs, rising urban land prices, congestion, limited green open space, and environmental degradation. Since population growth is not proportional to the government's ability to meet housing needs, slum settlements have emerged. Good urban planning needs to be balanced with sustainable planning. One of the solutions that can be implemented is urban planning that optimizes land and cities that are accessible by pedestrians. Increasing the quality of settlements can improve the quality of life and the quality of the city itself. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Vertical housing is one of the solutions in dealing with the lack of land for settlements along with green space. Arrangement of slum settlements at appropriate points in urban areas is expected to significantly reduce the number of slums in a city. Furthermore, housing is a strategic location to begin educating people on healthy living. Tingginya pertumbuhan penduduk tidak sebanding dengan kemampuan pemerintah dalam menyediakan kebutuhan hunian, hal ini menyebabkan munculnya permukiman yang kumuh. Penataan kota yang baik perlu diseimbangkan dengan perencanaan yang berkelanjutan. Penataan perkotaan yang mengoptimalkan lahan dan kota yang dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki adalah salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan. Dengan meningkatnya kualitas permukiman dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kualitas dari kota itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan pada penulisan ini ialah metode penulisan kualitatif. Hunian vertikal menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menangani kurangnya lahan bagi permukiman dan juga ruang hijau. Penataan permukiman kumuh pada titik-titik yang tepat di perkotaan diharapkan dapat mengurangi angka kekumuhan suatu kota dengan signifikan. Dan juga hunian merupakan tempat yang strategis untuk mulai menyadarkan masyarakat dalam hidup sehat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Entertainment, Interaction, Customization, Trendiness, dan E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) terhadap Brand Image pada Program Studi Bisnis Digital Politeknik Negeri Bali. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini adalah 230 responden siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kec. Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa hanya variabel Interaction yang terbukti negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Brand Image, hal ini dapat terjadi karena nilai t-statistik dan nilai-p yang diperoleh berada di bawah 1,96 dan di atas taraf signifikansi = 0,05. Bahwa semakin baik Interaction maka semakin rendah Brand Image. Kemudian variabel Entertainment, Customization, Trendiness, dan E-WOM menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap merek. gambar. Oleh karena itu, semakin tinggi Entertainment, Customization, Trendiness, dan E-WOM maka semakin tinggi pula Brand Image pada program studi Bisnis Digital Politeknik Negeri Bali.

Pendahuluan: Kota Demak merupakan salah satu kota besar yang sedang melakukan pembangun di segala bidang, kepadatan lalu lintas di Jalan Sultan Fatah, depan Pasar Bintoro Demak, Kecamatan Demak, Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah ini muncul karena adanya aktivitas pasar. Untuk menjamin agar jalan dapat memberikan pelayanan sebagaimana yang diharapkan, maka diusahakan peningkatan-peningkatan jalan itu. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui besar hambatan samping pada ruas Jl. Sultan Fatah, untuk mencari kapasitas dan derajat kejenuhan di ruas Jl. Sultan Fatah, menganalisis Kapasitas dan Kebutuhan (demand) ruang parkir di Pasar Bintoro Demak. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer atau data yang dicari secara langsung dilapangan melalui survei. Waktu survei dilakukan selama 6 hari, yaitu hari Senin - Sabtu mulai dari tanggal 8-13 November 2021. Hasil: Dalam pengelolaan data yang dilakukan setelah survai lokasi dan pengumpulan data, data diolah untuk mengetahui karakteristik jalan meliputi: volume lalu lintas, kapasitas jalan, kecepatan arus lalulintas, derajat kejenuhan, kelas hambatan samping, kecepatan sesaat. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan di penelitian ini yaitu: 1.) Pada ruas jalan Sultan Fatah dengan hambatan samping yang sebesar 316 bobot kejadian sedang (M). 2.) Berdasarkan pengamatan yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai derajat kejenuhannya melebihi batas derajat kejenuhan ideal, dari hasil pengamatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komposisi volume parkir lebih didominasi oleh Sepeda motor

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan monitoring orang yang menjadi DPO dengan cara mentraining citra wajah dan digunakan salah satu metode deep neural networks yaitu Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) sebagai pengenalan wajah secara real-time yang sudah terbukti akurat dalam mengenali citra wajah. Metode ini memerlukan bantuan library OpenCV untuk deteksi banyak wajah dan perangkat Webcam dengan resolu0si full HD dan library Keras untuk proses training data. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian jarak yang di dapatkan dalam sistem guna memperoleh hasil pendeteksian atau mengenali wajah buronan yang sudah di dapatkan dari citra wajah yang sudah capturing dan cropping wajah. Percobaan yang dilakukan oleh orang relawan munggunakan model hasil pelatihan data dari metode CNN yang menunjukkan bahwa intensitas cahaya rendah dan terlalu tinggi berpengaruh dalam proses mengenali wajah. Aplikasi pendeteksi wajah hanya akan mendeteksi wajah apabila jarak kurang dari 7 meter. Pada percobaan menggunakan 3 citra wajah yang sudah di training dan di uji keakuratan wajah yang terdeteksi selama 5 menit didapatkan hasil keakuratan benar 77 % dan salah 22 %. Dari total 101 citra yang terdeteksi yang artinya adalah percobaan sudah menunjukkan kecocokan yang baik dan akurat.

This research aims to describe and examine the obstacles and obstacles to the life process of religious moderation in Hindu learning in high school education in Mataram City. The city of Mataram consists of a reasonably plural community life, including the lives of people who adhere to diverse religions, with most Muslims. Tolerance among religious believers is capital in building hope for the development of a harmonious life in the community. Hindu learning in high schools becomes a habituation in building the foundation of moderate religious life. However, its integration in learning has obstacles that will undoubtedly hinder the acceleration of the development of religious moderation among students as a national resource. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and document studies. Based on the results of the study and analysis of the data, there are obstacles and obstacles in the form of not optimal learning in the learning process of religious moderation in Hindu religious education. This is because the material on religious moderation has not been directly written. However, in essence, it is contained in materials such as yajna values, catur asrama, upaveda, catur Warna, Vedic as a source of Hindu law and dasa Yama and nyama brata as a teaching of self-control in Hinduism. It is hoped that through this study, Hindu students at the high school level can understand and implement religious moderation learning in building a harmonious and tolerant life when entering society. This study can also be a reference library for relevant research in the future.

Merapi Volcano is one of the active volcanoes in Indonesia, which is located in the Central Java and Yogyakarta Province. The eruption of Merapi Volcano is a threat to people living on the slopes of Merapi, especially on its denselypopulated southern flank. The purpose of this study was to build a webGIS to support volcanic hazard mitigation regarding Merapi Volcano and evaluate the webGIS system for determining the community’s perception. This research was the first to produce a product that is used by government agencies related to volcanic disaster mitigation. webGIS development was carried out using an open source platform. System evaluation was carried out using usability testing. The samples were obtained using systematic the random sampling method of respondents who lived in the villages on the southern flank of Merapi volcano. webGIS was built using LeafletJS and QGIS, combined with spatial data about the evacuation locations, health facilities, evacuation routes, government offices, educational facilities and worship facilities, with a basemap obtained from Openstreet Map and Google Satellite. WebGIS was equipped with a database query feature to make it easier for users to find geographical information. The usability testing results showed that as many as 83% of the respondents were very satisfied with the appearance and information of webGIS, while as many as 82% were very satisfied with the navigation offered via the webGIS display.

The aims of research to describe the sloka-sloka in Slokantara supporting the strengthening of character education, and character education are built as part of the harmonization of strengthening religious moderation. Religion is an attempt to build peace, but acts of intolerance and radicalism are denial and misappropriation of the essence of the religious process. This is important to reaffirm religious teachings, especially in the book of Slokantara, to strengthen character, support moderate religious behaviour, and build peace in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research with a literature study approach and data analysis techniques in the form of document analysis of relevant libraries, especially the analysis of the Slokantara book. Based on the results of the interpretation of the book of Slokantara, it can be explained that there are values that are relevant and related to the concept of character education as formulated in national education. The moral values in it become a reinforcement to increase understanding of moderate behaviour for Hindus, to build harmonization between religious people. Character in the educational process is built on values, norms and morality, which are strengthened through the teachings contained in the scriptures. The study of ethical values in the book of Slokantara can be a foundation for strengthening character and aims to increase understanding of the importance of moderate behaviour to build a harmonious life between religious people. In addition, this study is expected to be a literature reference for relevant studies and research, especially studies on character education and religious moderation.

Research conducted on Grab in the city of Bandung was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of sales promotions and tariffs on consumer loyalty. The independent variables in this study are sales promotions and tariffs. While the dependent variable used is consumer loyalty. The research method used in this research is a verification method to find out the relationship between two variables and to do the test using IBM Statistics 25 SPSS. The population in this study are people who live in the city of Bandung and use the Grab application. In this study, the sampling method used is the nonprobability sampling method. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, which means that the sample was taken because of certain considerations. The criteria that must be owned to determine the sample for this study are having an account in the Grab application, domiciled in the city of Bandung and having used online transportation services from Grab at least once. The number of samples in this study was determined using multiple regression data analysis techniques with an error rate of 5%, the sample in this study was determined by 100 people.

This article aims to provide an understanding of the legal arrangements for the transfer of consumer change forms by business actors and examine the responsibility of business actors for the transfer of consumer change forms that can result in losses to consumers. The writing of this article uses a normative legal research method through a statutory approach, conceptual approach, case approach and use primary and secondary legal materials. The characteristics of this research are categorized as descriptive research. The results of the study show that the regulation regarding the transfer of consumer change is regulated in Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law no. 23 of 1999 and Law no. 7 of 2011 which basically stipulates that rupiah currency is a legal tender in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia so that consumer change must be in the form of rupiah currency without being transferred in any form. This will certainly cause deviations in terms of legal rules because consumers feel disadvantaged and violated their rights. Therefore, a legal review is needed based on related regulations, especially regarding the responsibility of business actors for the transfer of consumer change.

The research aimed to know the impact of electronic delivery orders and logistics digitalization on the import document activities mediated by logistics service quality in the national shipping lines, especially the members of Regional Container Lines. Several logistics companies in Indonesia have now begun to utilize digital technology supported by the national logistics ecosystem platform to advance logistics activities, to assist logistics processes in all sectors, including the industrial sector. Shipping, especially by sea shipping. One of the research problems, among others, is that the TSJ/T3 terminal still uses manual delivery orders. The research used the path analysis method and Sobel test with a random sample of 102 PT Bhum Mulia Prima customers. The result of the study showed that electronic delivery orders and logistics digitalization partially contribute to the import document activities through logistics service quality. Furthermore, logistics service quality as the intervening variable strengthened the contribution of an electronic delivery order to the import document activities. Testing is also needed by comparing digital systems between the shipping companies that still do not use manual documents and those that have used online processes in import activities.
