The development of industrial Internet technology enterprises plays an important supporting role in green water and green mountains, as a forestry industry with both economic value and ecological value. at present, it is facing a good opportunity for development. However, industrial Internet technology enterprises are faced with many risks, such as long investment cycle, low comparative income, and their ecological value is easy to be ignored. Based on FCFF model and LINEST function, this paper studies the enterprise value evaluation and ecological development. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the economic value of industrial Internet technology enterprises is greatly affected by non-financial factors; (2) the excess income of industrial Internet technology enterprises is affected by ecological improvement. (3) under the background of green finance, the comprehensive operation ability of enterprises can be effectively improved through internal control of enterprises, formulation of government laws and supervision of social enterprises. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for China to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the value of industrial Internet technology enterprises.

Asymmetric ratchet surfaces are used to manipulate drops, which have received extensive attention due to their wide potential applications. In this study, using aluminum sheets as substrates, some hydrophobic ratchet surfaces with different geometric parameters were prepared. The dynamic behavior of drops in the initial movement stage on the tilted surfaces was captured by a high-speed camera. Compared with the behavior on the flat tilted aluminum sheet, the velocity and acceleration of the drop on the tilted ratchet surfaces exhibit non-linear characteristics. The forces acting on the drop were analyzed, and a theoretical model was proposed to elucidate the dynamic behavior, which was in agreement with the experimental results. Moreover, by changing the tilt angle of the substrate, the geometric parameters of ratchets and the size of the drops, the factors that affect the drop movement were investigated.

Sustainable biomass resources are favored by researchers on account of their biodegradability and biocompatibility, which is a replacement for non-renewable fossil fuels. The development of low-carbon, green, and high-value bio-based adhesives are the inevitable trend of the industry development. However, the main factors limiting their application are poor water resistance and low bonding performance. Herein, the crosslinking network was constructed based on the reaction between the epoxy groups of trimethylolpropane glycidyl ether (TMPEG) and the amino groups of the synthesized aminated cellulose (AC) to form an interlocking bond. Biomass-based adhesives are considered to be the preferred alternative to formaldehyde-type wood adhesives due to their wide range of sources, low cost, and sustainability. Herein, an environmentally friendly Schiff base cross-linked compact three-dimensional network structure bio-adhesive (DAC-PEI-U) derived from polyethyleneimine (PEI), urea, and cellulose was successfully prepared, verifying by detailed FTIR, NMR, and XPS analysis. Schiff base bridging between aldehyde groups in dialdehyde cellulose (DAC) and amino groups in polyurea (PEIU) not only constructed crosslinking networks but also endowed adhesives with good adhesion property. The dry bond strength of DAC-PEI-U adhesive reached 2.71 MPa, and the wet shear strength was 1.51 MPa (hot water) and 1.34 MPa (boiling water), respectively. It not only improves the water resistance and bonding process, but also displays simple synthesis and low cost. The improved performance of DAC-PEI-U adhesive is attributed to the generation of hyperbranched cross-linking structure in the adhesive system, which results in increased cross-linking density and promotes the formation of dense cross-sections in the curing adhesive. This work paves a solid way for developing cellulose-based wood adhesives with wet bonding properties, thus holding great potential as an alternative to formaldehyde-type adhesives in wood-based panel and indoor panel bonding industries.

Background: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is currently rampant worldwide, resulting in unpredictable harm to humans. High blood levels of cytokines and chemokines have been marked in patients with COVID-19 infection, leading to cytokine storm syndrome. Cytokine storms are violent inflammatory immune responses that reveal the devastating effect of immune dysregulation and the critical role of an effective host immune response. Methods: Scientometric analysis summarizes the literature on cytokine storms in recent decades and provides a valuable and timely approach to tracking the development of new trends. This re-view summarizes the pathogenesis and treatment of diseases associated with cytokine storms com-prehensively based on scientometric analysis. Results: Field distribution, knowledge structure, and research topic evolution correlated with cyto-kine storms are revealed, and the occurrence, development, and treatment of disease relevant to cy-tokine storms are illustrated. Conclusion: Cytokine storms can be induced by pathogens and iatrogenic causes and can also occur in the context of autoimmune diseases and monogenic diseases as well. These reveal the multidisci-plinary nature of cytokine storms and remind the complexity of the pathophysiological features, clinical presentation, and management. Overall, this scientometric study provides a macroscopic presentation and further direction for researchers who focus on cytokine storms.

Wearable electronics with development trends such as miniaturization, multifunction, and smart integration have become an important part of the Internet of Things (IoT) and have penetrated various sectors of modern society. To meet the increasing demands of wearable electronics in terms of deformability and conformability, many efforts have been devoted to overcoming the nonstretchable and poor conformal properties of traditional functional materials and endowing devices with outstanding mechanical properties. One of the promising approaches is composite engineering in which traditional functional materials are incorporated into the various polymer matrices to develop different kinds of functional composites and construct different functions of stretchable electronics. Herein, we focus on the approach of composite engineering and the polymer matrix of silicone rubber (SR), and we summarize the state-of-the-art details of silicone rubber-based conductive composites (SRCCs), including a summary of their conductivity mechanisms and synthesis methods and SRCC applications for stretchable electronics. For conductivity mechanisms, two conductivity mechanisms of SRCC are emphasized: percolation theory and the quantum tunneling mechanism. For synthesis methods of SRCCs, four typical approaches to synthesize different kinds of SRCCs are investigated: mixing/blending, infiltration, ion implantation, and in situ formation. For SRCC applications, different functions of stretchable electronics based on SRCCs for interconnecting, sensing, powering, actuating, and transmitting are summarized, including stretchable interconnects, sensors, nanogenerators, antennas, and transistors. These functions reveal the feasibility of constructing a stretchable all-in-one self-powered microsystem based on SRCC-based stretchable electronics. As a prospect, this microsystem is expected to integrate the functional sensing modulus, the energy harvesting modulus, and the process and response modulus together to sense and respond to environmental stimulations and human physiological signals.

The performance of urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin and its formaldehyde emission is a natural contradiction. High molar ratio UF resin performance is very good, but its formaldehyde release is high; low molar ratio UF resin formaldehyde release is reduced, but the resin itself performance becomes very bad. In order to solve this traditional problem, an excellent strategy of UF resin modified by hyperbranched polyurea is proposed. In this work, hyperbranched polyurea (UPA6N) is first synthesized by a simple method without any solvent. UPA6N is then added into industrial UF resin in different proportions as additives to manufacture particleboard and test its related properties. UF resin with a low molar ratio has a crystalline lamellar structure, and UF-UPA6N resin has an amorphous structure and rough surface. The results show that internal bonding strength increased by 58.5%, modulus of rupture increased by 24.4%, 24 h thickness swelling rate (%) decreased by 54.4%, and formaldehyde emission decreased by 34.6% compared with the unmodified UF particleboard. This may be ascribed to the polycondensation between UF and UPA6N, while UF-UPA6N resin forms more dense three-dimensional network structures. Finally, the application of UF-UPA6N resin adhesives to bond particleboard significantly improves the adhesive strength and water resistance and reduces formaldehyde emission, suggesting that the adhesive can be used as a green and eco-friendly adhesive resource for the wood industry.

Traumatic optic neuropathy (TON) is a condition that causes massive loss of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) and their axonal fibers, leading to visual insufficiency. Several intrinsic and external factors can limit the regenerative ability of RGC after TON, subsequently resulting in RGC death. Hence, it is important to investigate a potential drug that can protect RGC after TON and enhance its regenerative capacity. Herein, we investigated whether Huperzine A (HupA), extracted from a Chinese herb, has neuroprotective effects and may enhance neuronal regeneration following the optic nerve crush (ONC) model. We compared the three modes of drug delivery and found that intravitreal injection of HupA could promote RGC survival and axonal regeneration after ONC. Mechanistically, HupA exerted its neuroprotective and axonal regenerative effects through the mTOR pathway; these effects could be blocked by rapamycin. To sum up, our findings suggest a promising application of HupA in the clinical treatment of traumatic optic nerve.

Objective To investigate the effects of ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block (ESPB) on acute and chronic post-surgical pain in patients underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods A total of 94 patients, who underwent elective unilateral video-assisted thoracoscopic lobotomy from August 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into general anesthesia group (group A, n = 46) and ESPB combined with general anesthesia group (group B, n = 48) by computer. Patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) was performed in both groups after operation. The numerical rating scale(NRS) of rest and cough pain at post anesthesia care unit(PACU), 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 and 48 h after operation, frequency of PCIA in 24 h after operation, frequency of rescue analgesia, patient satisfaction, adverse reactions and complications were recorded in the two groups. Incidence of chronic pain at 3 months and 6 months after operation, the effect of daily life and rating of chronic pain management measures were recorded in the two groups. Results Compared with group A, rest and cough NRS score at 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 and 48 h after surgery, frequency of PCIA use at 24 h after surgery, frequency of rescue analgesia were significantly decreased in group B (P P > 0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative chronic pain between the 2 groups(P > 0.05);The effect of postoperative chronic pain on daily life and pain management measures in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P P Conclusion Ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block can significantly reduce acute post-surgical pain, can not reduce the incidence of chronic post-surgical pain, but can significantly reduce the severity of chronic pain in patients underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy. The study was aimed at investigating the effects of walnut oligopeptides (WOPs) on alcohol-induced acute liver injury and its underlying mechanisms. Male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned to six groups: normal control, alcohol control, whey protein (440 mg/kg.bw), and three WOPs (220 mg/kg.bw, 440 mg/kg.bw, 880 mg/kg.bw) groups. After 30 days of gavage, ethanol with a volume fraction of 50%, administered at a dose of 7 g/kg.bw., caused acute liver injury. A righting reflex experiment and a blood ethanol concentration evaluation were then performed. Serum biochemical parameters, inflammatory cytokines, liver alcohol metabolism enzymes, oxidative stress biomarkers, liver nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB p65), and cytochrome P4502E1 expression were determined. The results revealed that the intervention of 440 mg/kg and 880 mg/kg WOPs could alleviate the degree of intoxication, decrease blood ethanol concentration, alleviate alcohol-induced hepatic steatosis, enhance the activity of hepatic ethanol metabolizing enzymes and antioxidant capacity, reduce lipid oxidation products and pro-inflammatory factor contents, and inhibit the expression of NF-κBp65 in the livers of rats. The outcomes of the study suggest that WOPs have beneficial effects on liver damage caused by acute ethanol binge drinking, with the high-dose WOPs (880 mg/kg.bw) exerting the most pronounced hepatoprotective effect.

Objective To investigate the relationship between oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) findings and short-term adverse pregnancy outcomes among women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods We retrospectively collected 387 cases of pregnant womenwith gestational diabetes mellitus from 2020 to 2021 at the Maternity & Child Care Center of Dezhou and analyzed laboratory results. According to OGTT values, patients were divided into three groups, and pregnancy outcomes were analyzed; these included gestational weight gain, gestational hypertension, cesarean section, preterm birth, dead fetus, fetal distress, fetal growth restriction, congenital disabilities, macrosomia, and low birth weight. In group 1, 277 patients had abnormal OGTT values, and short-term adverse outcomes were studied. Results Three abnormal OGTT points were accompanied by significant gestational weight gain, gestational hypertension incidence, and low birth weight incidence; the risks of cesarean section and preterm birth increased. Abnormal fasting plasma glucose was associated with gestational hypertension. Conclusion OGTT findings can be used to alert clinicians to short-term adverse outcomes in mothers and infants. Clinicians should be aware of abnormal OGTT findings.

Supplemental Methods and Materials

Distant metastasis remains the predominant mode of treatment failure in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Unfortunately, the molecular events underlying NPC metastasis remain poorly understood. Secreted frizzled-related protein 1 (SFRP1) plays an important role in tumorigenesis and progression. However, little is known about the function and mechanism of SFRP1 in NPC. Immunohistochemistry was used to determine SFRP1 expression levels in patients with NPC. SFRP1 function was evaluated using MTT, colony formation, wound-healing, Transwell assays, and in vivo models. The methylation level of SFRP1 in NPC cells was examined using bisulfate pyrosequencing; the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway genes were studied using Western blotting. Compared with patients with high SFRP1 expression, patients with low SFRP1 expression had worse overall survival [HR, 2.32; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.36–3.94; P = 0.002], disease-free survival (HR, 1.98; 95% CI, 1.23–3.18; P = 0.005), and distant metastasis-free survival (HR, 2.07; 95% CI, 1.19–3.59; P = 0.009). Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that SFRP1 was an independent prognostic factor. Furthermore, SFRP1 was significantly downregulated in NPC cell lines. SFRP1 overexpression suppressed NPC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in vitro and lung colonization in vivo. SFRP1 expression was restored after treatment with a demethylation agent, and the SFRP1 promoter region was hypermethylated in NPC cells. β-Catenin, c-Myc, and cyclin D1 were downregulated after SFRP1 restoration, which suggested that SFRP1 suppressed growth and metastasis by inhibiting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in NPC. The aim of this study was to clarify the anti-fatigue effect of peanut oligopeptides (POPs) in mice and to investigate its possible underlying mechanism. A total of 150 male ICR mice were randomly assigned into five groups: control, whey protein (0.50 g/kg·bw), and three peanut peptide groups (0.25, 0.50, and 1.00 g/kg·bw). All the mice were treated with intra-gastric administration for 30 days. Following the intervention, a weight-loaded swimming test, blood lactate concentration, glycogen content, the activities of antioxidant factors and energy metabolism enzymes, and the function of mitochondria in the skeletal muscle were examined. The results show that POP intervention significantly prolonged the exhaustive swimming time, decreased blood lactate concentration levels, regulated the process of energy metabolism, and increased the level of antioxidant enzymes, muscle glycogen, and expressions of mtTFA and NRF-1 in the mitochondria of the gastrocnemius muscle. The results suggest that POPs produce an anti-fatigue effect in the animals, and they may exert this effect through the mechanism of improving the animals’ antioxidant capacity to reduce oxidative damage levels and regulating the process of energy metabolism.

Many plants associate with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi for nutrient acquisition, while legumes also associate with nitrogen-fixing rhizobial bacteria. Both associations rely on symbiosis signaling and here we show that cereals can perceive lipochitooligosaccharides (LCOs) for activation of symbiosis signaling, surprisingly including Nod factors produced by nitrogen-fixing bacteria. However, legumes show stringent perception of specifically decorated LCOs, that is absent in cereals. LCO perception in plants is activated by nutrient starvation, through transcriptional regulation of Nodulation Signaling Pathway (NSP)1 and NSP2. These transcription factors induce expression of an LCO receptor and act through the control of strigolactone biosynthesis and the karrikin-like receptor DWARF14-LIKE. We conclude that LCO production and perception is coordinately regulated by nutrient starvation to promote engagement with mycorrhizal fungi. Our work has implications for the use of both mycorrhizal and rhizobial associations for sustainable productivity in cereals.

In order to improve the efficiency of assembly line and optimize the layout, this paper presents a collaborative optimization model for a two-sided U-type assembly line and a novel design with p-l partition layout is proposed to minimize number of workstations without increasing the length of the assembly line. Considering the task orientation and time sequencing in cross-workstation, the mathematical model of two-sided U-type assembly line balancing problem is derived. A multi-level priority rule heuristic algorithm is developed to drive the optimization process. The multi-level priority rule heuristic algorithm, modified particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the bi-objective integer programming method are applied to 20 classic examples, respectively. The calculation results suggest that the optimal results of the proposed method account for 90%, which verifies the rationality of the collaborative optimization model and algorithm, and provides a useful reference for the modeling and solution of the two-sided U-type assembly line balancing problems.

Response inhibition, a crucial component of executive function, is closely related to personal impulse control, social adaption, and mental health. Previous studies have found response inhibition deficit in patients with major depressive disorder, but whether it also exists in individuals with subclinical depression (SD) remains unclear. This study aimed to identify the ability of response inhibition to emotional face stimuli both under explicit and implicit conditions in individuals with SD. Thirty-six subclinical depressed college students and 39 healthy individuals were recruited and administered the non-emotional, explicit, and implicit emotional stop-signal tasks (SSTs). Mixed-model analyses of variance were used to analyze the differences between and within groups. In implicit emotional SST, the results showed a significant longer stop-signal response time, a shorter stop-signal delay time, a shorter go reaction time, and a similar proportion of stop success in the SD group compared to healthy controls. However, the above indices showed no significant difference between the two groups in the non-emotional SST and explicit emotional SST. These findings suggest a possible defect of response inhibition in implicit emotional processing in individuals with SD, which may potentially serve as a marker of susceptibility to depression and thus be applied to early screening and intervention for major depressive disorder.
