In this paper we propose conjectures that assert that, the sequence of Frobenius angles of a given elliptic curve over $\mathbf{Q}$ without complex multiplication is pseudorandom, in other words that the Frobenius angles are statistically independently distributed with respect to the Sato-Tate measure. Numerical evidences are presented to support the conjectures.

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease. The molecular mechanisms of PD at the cellular level involve oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, autophagy, axonal transport, and neuroinflammation. Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) with patient-specific genetic background are capable of directed differentiation into dopaminergic neurons. Cell models based on iPSCs are powerful tools for studying the molecular mechanisms of PD. The iPSCs used for PD studies were mainly from patients carrying mutations in synuclein alpha (SNCA), leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2), PTEN-induced putative kinase 1 (PINK1), parkin RBR E3 ubiquitin protein ligase (PARK2), cytoplasmic protein sorting 35 (VPS35), and variants in glucosidase beta acid (GBA). In this review, we summarized the advances in molecular mechanisms of Parkinson’s disease using iPSC models.

In multichannel synthetic aperture radar (SAR) Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI) systems, Doppler centroid (DC) is an essential parameter for spectral reconstruction and image focusing. However, conventional DC estimator for stationary scene faces many problems in moving target with multichannel SAR, such as low sampling rate and channels selection. To estimate the baseband DC of moving target, a modified CDE method for multichannel SAR GMTI system is proposed in this paper. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.

At first According to the present traffic investigation and construction site management program, combining with the OD (Origin - Destination) distribution principle, the traffic impact of construction section is analyzed, the scope of influence is determined. The Taihangshan Road of Qingdao No.1 subway line is taken as an example, three evaluation indicators, such as: average delays, queue length, number of vehicles between OD points are selected combined with current traffic flow. The available traffic guiding schemes include temporary widening of roads, traffic management measures and construction safety guarantee measures, and so on. Then VISSIM is used for the guidance measures simulation. Finally, According to the simulation results, quantitative guidance measures are evaluated. The choice of reasonable conduct measures is based on relevant data.

Some methods to estimate parameters of symmetric alpha-stable impulsive signals or noise have been presented, such as Fama and Roll's method, Tsihrintzis's method and Brorsen's method, all with their advantages and disadvantages respectively. Synthesizing all these methods, we present a new method, which solves the problem of the large amount of computation resulting from the highly nonlinear optimization problem and no initialization when seeking the maximum value of the maximum likelihood function. It is shown by simulation that the estimation performance is better than Fama and Roll's method and at the same time, faster than Brorsen's method without loss of precision.

Even though minicomputers and microcomputers are larger and faster than ever before, they have not kept pace with the demands of telemetry users. Hardware preprocessor of telemetry data has been used in distributed telemetry computer system for processing all data at extremely high rates. According to the requirements and characteristics of telemetry data processing, a distributed multiple data stream hardware preprocessor with multiplex microcomputers of telemetry data is introduced in the paper. Each data stream is processed by three microcomputer models coupled in multi-computation architecture. The microcomputer models consist of TMS320C25 in the preprocessor. The preprocessor owns the features of wavefront array processors. A time-wait procedure can be done in pipeline processing and large data processing can be derived in parallel processing and pipeline processing. >
