Introduction. The problem of the phenomenon of self-esteem, as the most important component of self-awareness, in recent decades has attracted the attention of clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, specialists in various fields, including teachers and parents. The problem of forming self-esteem can be considered one of the key topics in psychology, because self-esteem, formed in childhood, is the foundation of personal development. Purpose. The purpose of the article: to carry out a theoretical analysis and conduct an empirical study of adolescent self-esteem. Methods. To solve this goal, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific psychological literature, comparison, generalization, systematization of information and its interpretation, observation and 3 psychodiagnostic techniques. The study was conducted on the basis of Sribnyanska Secondary School of 1-3 grades, Sribne village (Chernihiv region). The sample was made by pupils of 5-7 classes. The total number of respondents is 52 students. The study was conducted using "Methods for diagnosing interpersonal relationships and human perceptions of themselves" created by T. Leary, G. Leforge, R. Sazek, as well as to study relationships in small groups and the method "Scale for measuring self-esteem" T. Dembo, S. Ya Rubinstein. Methods of diagnosis of Dembo-Rubinstein self-assessment modified by AM Parafiyan. Methods for diagnosing the confidence of S. Reitus "Self-confidence". Originality. The practical significance of the article is that the results of the study can be used in further research and analysis of the results of self-esteem. Conclusion. The article analyzes the concept of personal self-esteem in domestic and foreign psychology, analyzes the features, types and functions of adolescent self-esteem, gender and age characteristics of self-esteem. The prospect of further research is expected in the continuation of the study of self-esteem of adolescents in wartime., Мета статті полягає у здійсненні теоретичного аналізу та проведенні емпіричного дослідження щодо проблеми самооцінки підлітків. Для вирішення поставленої мети були використані наступні методи: аналіз наукової психологічної літератури, порівняння, узагальнення, систематизація отриманої інформації та її інтерпретація, спостереження та 3 психодіагностичні методики. Досліджувану вибірку складало 52 учня 5-7 класів.

Introduction. The results of theoretical and empirical research on the concept of self-esteem and motivation of students receiving psychological education. The structure and types of self-esteem, as well as factors influencing the formation of self-esteem are analyzed. The scientific value of personal characteristics in the profession of future psychologists is determined. The relevance of the influence of self-esteem on the motivational readiness of students for professional activity is substantiated. Features of professional self-assessment of future psychologists are outlined. Purpose. Thus, the pandemic and the war that affected Ukraine make clear the importance of psychological care and the impact of this profession on millions of people. It is also important to understand that the formation of self-esteem and motivation of modern youth is influenced by socio-cultural and political-economic processes in Ukraine. The demands placed on the new generation will have an impact on the future of society. Methods. Theoretical (the analysis of the literature, theoretical date generalization) and empirical (instrumental) research methods are used. Originality. The efficiency and quality of work of any specialist, including a psychologist, largely depends on the established system of self-esteem and motivation . Because psychologists are in constant contact with people, it is very important to be guided by socially significant motives for their behavior. Сonsidering the economic orientation of the modern world, which is more self-centered, we were interested in how it affects the modern psychologist motivation system. The empirical study, which was conducted in two stages: in January 2022 and February 2022, allows us to determine the impact of war, as a socio-economic and political factor, on changing the hierarchy of professional motivation and self-esteem in students. Conclusion. Empirical research has shown what the respondents have an adequate level of self-esteem and low level of frustration. These are motivations about a high level of stress, a positive focus on success and average indicators of the need to achieve the goal. The majority of respondents showed a sufficient level of formation of all components of motivation. The need for professional activity is expressed stably, without sharp fluctuations. Average self-esteem is observed in the rest of the respondents and indicates overestimated or underestimated self-esteem. This, in turn, manifests itself in dissatisfaction with themselves, a categorical perception of the world around them, escape from trouble, refusal to fight. In this category of respondents, the motivational pole is not pronounced, or is aimed at waiting for the fear of failure, respectively, there is no stability and the need for professional activity ranges from too high to very low., У статті представлено результати теоретичного та емпіричного дослідження поняття самооцінки та мотивації студентів, котрі здобувають психологічну освіту. Проаналізовано структуру та види самооцінки, а також фактори, що впливають на формування самооцінки. Визначено наукову цінність особистісних характеристик в професії майбутніх психологів. Обґрунтовано актуальність впливу самооцінки на мотиваційну готовність студентів до професійної діяльності. Окреслено особливості професійної самооцінки майбутніх психологів.

От силы побуждения к учебной деятельности в значительной степени зависит сила приложенных усилий и производительность, а значит, и успеваемость. В процессе обучения на учащегося влияет целый комплекс мотивов, в котором доминирующим мотивом побуждения к обучению является стремление к знаниям и интерес к процессу их получения, а низкий уровень мотивации может привести к появлению приобретенной беспомощности., У статті подані результати які підтверджують, що навчання стає успішним за умови позитивного ставлення школяра до навчання. Від сили спонукання до навчальної діяльності значною мірою залежить сила прикладених зусиль та продуктивність, а отже, і успішність. У процесі навчання на учня впливає цілий комплекс мотивів, в якому домінуючим мотивом спонукання до навчання є прагнення до знань та цікавість до процесу їх отримання, а низький рівень мотивації може призвести до появи набутої безпорадності. Головною метою статті є вивчення мотивів навчання, що відіграють провідну роль у формування набутої безпорадності школярів, та встановлення відсоткового співвідношення їх рівнів серед учнів початкової школи. Аналіз наукових джерел. Проблема вивчення та дослідження мотивації та мотивів діяльності – одна з вагомих у галузі психологічних знань. Даній проблемі присвячено велика кількість досліджень як радянських (В. Вілюнас, Л. Виготський, В. Ковальов, К. Платонов, Д. Узнадзе, П. Якобсон та ін.), зарубіжних (Дж. Аткінсон, Г. Холл, К. Мадсен, А. Маслоу, X. Хекхаузен та ін.) та вітчизняних учених (М. Боришевський, П. Гончаренко, М. Дригус, С. Занюк, Г. Костюк, С. Максименко, Д. Ніколенко, Н. Пророк, Л. Проколієнко, О. Скрипченко, Ю. Швалб та ін.). Учені вважають, що саме у молодшому шкільному віці формуються основи мотивації навчальної діяльності і тому цей вік має важливі резерви розвитку мотиваційної сфери учнів. Педагоги наголошують, що у молодшому шкільному віці можна сформувати новий тип ставлення до навчання, наприклад, інтерес до способу набуття знань (В. Давидов, В. Рєпкін, Н. Бібік), зорієнтувати учнів на спосіб пізнання, що має безпосереднє відношення до оволодіння навичками XXI століття, зокрема, до готовності навчатися впродовж життя. Теоретичною основою дослідження безпорадності стала теорія вивченої (набутої, прищепленої) безпорадності, розроблена професором Пенсільванського Університету Мартіном Селігманом у 70-х роках минулого століття; підходи до її вивчення у зарубіжній та вітчизняній психології (Л. Абрамсон, Х. Хекхаузен, Д. Хірото, М. Батурін, Д. Цирінг, К. Вєдєнєєва, Т. Дучимінська, Л. Малімон, І. Зарубінська, В. Попов та інші). Виклад основного матеріалу. Серед мотивів навчальної діяльності є такі, які найбільш адекватні навчальним задачам. Якщо вони формуються у школяра, то його навчання стає осмисленим і адекватним. Д. Ельконін називає їх навчально-пізнавальними мотивами, в основі них є пізнавальна потреба і потреба у саморозвитку. Школяр повинен бути мотивований не лише результатом, а й самим процесом учіння. Якщо вчитель навчить молодшого школяра виконувати всі компоненти навчальної діяльності, то він сформує у них уміння самостійно вчитися – сформує навчальну діяльність. Мотив досягнення є стійкою характеристикою особистості та результатом когнітивного розвитку, дає можливість структурувати взаємодію особистості з середовищем, співвіднести результат діяльності з «Я». Прагнення якнайкраще виконати свою соціальну роль (роль учня) актуалізує мотивацію досягнення, в якій імпліцитно представлена «Я-концепція» школяра щодо своїх здібностей, умінь, установок не лише до себе та оточення, а й до того, як сприймає його оточення, що сприятиме попередженню та запобіганню появі набутої безпорадності. Висновки. Отже, результати нашої діагностики показали прямий причинно-наслідковай зв’язок академічної успішності з рівнем сформованості шкільної мотивації, у навчанні велика роль належить як соціальним, так і пізнавальним мотивам. Ми спрямуємо свої подальші дослідження на діагностику факторів, які впливають на формування позитивної мотивації до шкільного навчання. Проведене дослідження дозволило проаналізувати мотиви навчальної діяльності з точки зору набутої безпорадності. Отож, мотиви навчальної діяльності, як складова мотиваційного компоненту безпорадності, взаємозалежні з провідною діяльністю молодшого школяра та впливають на її успішність.

Introduction. The results of theoretical and empirical research of psychological phenomena of perfectionism and procrastination in student youth are presented in the article. The main approaches to understanding the essence of the phenomenon of procrastination are analyzed: psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive. The main reasons for perfectionism are substantiated. The relationship between the level of perfectionism and the level of procrastination has been established. Purpose. The purpose of the article is theoretically analyze and on the basis of empirical research to determine the features of the relationship between perfectionism and procrastination in student youth. Methods. Theoretical (the analysis of the literature, theoretical date generalization) and empirical (instrumental and statistical) research methods are used. Originality. The phenomenon of perfectionism has a complex nature, the development of which is determined by a group of factors: personal (needs, motives), family, society, culture. At the personal level, the needs for comfort, recognition, fear of being neglected, desire to appear perfect, attitude towards results, conservatism and conformism are important. It was found, as a result of an empirical study that more higher the level of perfectionism characteristic of the individual, the more likely it is that the individual is prone to procrastination. There is a clear feedback: the more prone to procrastination a person is, the more likely he or she is to be very diligent when it comes to performing his or her duties, and to strive for the best possible task. Conclusion. In modern psychology, perfectionism is understood as the psychological quality of individual and collective social subjects, which is manifested in the pursuit of excellence in personal and social life (high standards and requirements for themselves and others, their activities, the desire to bring the results of any activity to ideal , in need of constant development and improvement of themselves, the people around them, the world in general. To eliminate the external causes of procrastination, first of all, we need to learn to manage your own time, if you need to learn to have time to do in the shortest possible time the maximum number of the most important things to advance to vital goals. In the case of effective time management, a person will receive undeniable benefits and may even force time to work for themselves: to achieve more in less time; become more organized, which will reduce the time spent on distractions and trifles; learn to focus on the most important issues, which will increase the effectiveness of decisions, there will be more space for creativity and free time for yourself., В статье представлены результаты теоретического и эмпирического исследования психологических феноменов перфекционизма и прокрастинации у молодежи. The methodology of research of the future officers of the National Police personal component of managerial competence is substantiated in the article. The issue of increasing the efficiency of managerial activity due to the development of the personal component of managerial competence of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the course of training for professional activity is becoming increasingly important. Personal component (set of characteristics) is considered as a set of important individual and personal characteristics of a police officer-manager, which influence his professional and managerial activity. The characteristics of the personal component include the formation of important personal qualities for management: sociability, openness, balance, formation of personal self-concept, adequacy of self-esteem. Purpose of the research is to empirically study the personal component of managerial competence of future officers of the National Police; identify professionally significant personal characteristics that affect the effectiveness of the managerial activity of the future police officer. To diagnose the personal component of managerial competence, it is advisable to use the following methods: "Quantitative expression of self-esteem" by S. Budassi and Freiburg Multifactorial Personal Questionnaire (FPI). Analysis of the results of diagnosing the personal component of managerial competence of future and current officers made it possible to identify the psychological features of its development. Most of the respondents are characterized with an adequate self-esteem, which is expressed in a sufficiently critical attitude to themselves, the ability to predict the adequate attitude of others to the results of their activities, self-satisfaction and a developed sense of self-worth; the most pronounced personality traits that were diagnosed among the respondents are sociability, extraversion and masculinity. The indicators of emotional lability, neuroticism, spontaneous aggression, manifested in emotional instability, mood swings, irritability, high anxiety, irritability, fatigue, propensity to violent emotional reactions, the manifestation of uncontrollability gradually increase among respondents of the studied groups. The prospect of further research is seen in the development of a training program aimed at developing the personal component of managerial competence of future and current officers of the National Police. Личностный или субъектный компонент включает сформированность важных для управления личностных качеств: общительности, открытости, уравновешенности, сформированность личной Я-концепции, адекватность самооценки. В результате анализа методов психологии и методик психодиагностики определены особенности эмпирического исследования личностного компонента будущих офицеров полиции: личностные свойства и самооценку. Анализ результатов диагностики личностного компонента управленческой компетентности будущих и действующих офицеров позволил выявить психологические особенности его развития. Introduction. Person cannot be in complete control of his or her environment, he or she may be prone to unexpected decisions. Experimental research method refers to the basic research methods in psychology. At the same time, experimental research in itself is a complex system that reveals specific manifestations of synergetic orientation.Purpose. The purpose of this experimental study was to analyze the impact of environmental stimuli on the manifestations of self-esteem and risk-taking of adolescents. Hypothetically, we assume that watching videos with different content components has an impact on a person's propensity to take risks: videos with dynamic and intense content will increase a person's propensity to risk and reduce individual self-esteem, videos with calm content, on the contrary, determine risk and increased self-esteem of adolescents.Methods. The task of our experiment was to determine the impact of watching videos with different content on the risk appetite and self-esteem of adolescents. The essence of the experiment was to simulate risky life situations, which cannot be achieved only by testing. In parallel, the relationship between an individual's self-esteem and risk behaviour. In the course of the experiment, the methods of diagnostics of the degree of readiness for risk of Schubert and "Self-assessment of personality" were used. Motkova in the modification of BA Sosnowski. Originality. Thus, the experimental study is a synergetic system, in the process of its implementation there are transformations of the initial hypothetical assumptions, the expansion of the study area. The experiment allows not only to collect and analyze data, as in conventional testing, but also has an impact on the subjects, which, in turn, allowed to stimulate a sense of risk, ie better analyze the condition and risk propensity of student youth.Thus, the assumption of the impact of watching videos with different content on the individual's propensity to risk has not been confirmed. Despite the lack of statistically significant differences between boys and girls when watching intense videos, there are tendentious weighted group differences in risk propensity by gender.Conclusion. It was found that intense environmental influences can reduce the overall self-esteem, self-esteem, and extraversion in adolescents. The experimental study revealed the prospect of further studies of the hypothesis that young people are more likely to experience changes in self-esteem under the influence of external stimuli, but these assumptions are the prospect of further research., Рассмотрено влияние внешних факторов на склонность личности к риску и самооценку. Экспериментально определено взаимное внешних стимулов различной эмоциональной сущности на проявление склонности к риску и отдельные проявления самооценки лиц юношеского возраста. Проанализированы различия психической реакции на аудиовизуальные стимулы разного эмоционального содержания по гендерному признаку., Розглянуто вплив зовнішніх факторів на схильність особистості до ризику та самооцінку. Експериментально визначено взаємовпливи зовнішніх стимулів різної емоційної сутності на прояв схильності до ризику та окремі прояви самооцінки осіб юнацького віку. Проаналізовані відмінності психічних реакцій на аудіовізуальні стимули різного емоційного наповнення осіб юнацького віку за статтю.
