As the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic vibration system drifts according to the different operating condition, Ultrasonic power supply based on MSP430 is designed in this thesis. Series inductance and parallel capacitance are used to match the vibration system and series resonance technology used in primary side of inverter transformer can reduce switch loss. ADC module in MSP430 is used to get frequency shift, and PWM module is made to adjust the operating frequency of TL494, which can realize closed loop control of frequency tracking. The results of experiments show that the method designed in this thesis has high detection accuracy, high speed dynamic response and high stability of frequency tracking.

A method was developed for the determination of inorganic and total fluoride in Antarctic krill by using Ultrasonic Extraction and Ion Chromatography (IC). The analyte is separated by the anion exchange column AS-15 and detected with the conductive detector. The linear range of the calibration curve for fluorinion was 0.25 mg/L to 10 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9993, and the recovery of this method was 89.62% to 103.91%, and the RSD was lower than 7.09%, the LOD of this method was 0.008 mg/L and LOQ was 0.025 mg/L. Both inorganic and total fluoride in Antarctic krill were higher than GB 2762-2005, but they all much lower than ever reported.

The compositions and kinematic viscosity of Pistacia Chinensis-based biodiesel (PCME) are investigated. Viscosity temperature equations are proposed for predicting kinematic viscosity of PCME and its blends with 0 petrodiesel (0PD) /-10 petrodiesel (-10PD) at different temperature. In this work, we show that PCME is mainly composed of fatty acid methyl esters of 14-24 even-numbered C atoms: C14:0-C24:0, C16:1-C22:1, C18:2-C20:2 and C18:3. PCME has higher kinematic viscosity and unfavorable viscosity temperature property, its kinematic viscosity (40 °C) is 5.99 mm2/s. An approach to reduce viscosity and enhance viscosity temperature property is put forward: blending with 0 PD/-10PD.

Based on UDP protocol in Visual Basic Winsock control, this paper designed third-party software to send and receive data. Wireless data transmission module used CM3160EP module. In order to decrease wireless data loss rate, four kinds of packets format is designed. The results show the stable data transmission and verify the send-receive and display of hexadecimal data on server-side.

The compositions and crystallization process at low temperature of palm-based biodiesel (PME) are investigated. In this work, we show that PME is mainly composed of fatty acid methyl esters of 14-24 even-numbered C atoms: C14:0-C24:0, C16:1-C22:1, C18:2, and C18:3. Palm-based biodiesel crystallization comprises three steps, viz., forming supersaturated solution, nucleation and ester crystal growth; the driving force for saturated fatty acid methyl esters nucleation is the degree of supersaturation. The rate equation of nucleation is put forward. The objective of this research is to provide theoretical support for hindering the ester crystal nucleation and growth, and improving the cold flow properties of PME.

With the increasingly wide use of power ultrasound technology in many department of the country, a new type of high-power ultrasound electric generator is urgently required. In this paper, UC3875 is used to be the core of the control system to generate the phase-shift that can control the waveform to drive IGBT so that the duty cycle of the full-bridge inverter can be changed. In this way, the output power can be controlled. Track the system frequency by using the principle of phase-locked loop and designing the frequency and tracking circuit properly. Compare the manual tuning with frequency automatic tracking by the experiment. As is shown in the experiment, the way to control can enable the stability of the power supply and the speed of dynamic response and the frequency tracking accuracy can reach 92.86%.

Fe, N)-codoped TiO2 were prepared by calcining the Fe-doped TiO2 samples accomplished by precipitation method in the nitrogen atmosphere, and the photocatalytic properties of (Fe, N)-codoped TiO2 at different temperatures were investigated. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis). The results show that the (Fe, N)-codoped TiO2 powder samples calcined at 600°C are dispersed well with more hydroxyl groups on its surface. The absorption edge of the (Fe, N)-codoped TiO2 is 429nm due to the effects of mixed crystal, which means the improvement of photocatalytic capability.

The glass powder as a binder phase in the silver paste mainly plays the role of binding. The composition, content and particle size of the glass powder have significant effects on the properties of the silver paste. In this paper, the effects of the sintering temperature, holding time, glass powder content and glass powder size on the adhesion and square resistance of the silver film were studied. The research results showed that when the glass powder content was 6%(in mass) of the total silver paste, the sintering temperature was 680°C, the holding time was 7 minutes and the glass powder size was 2.47μm, the silver paste can get good properties. The adhesion strength and square resistance of the silver film were respectively 2.5 N/mm2 and 14 mΩ /.

The technological parameters on synthesis rate of ITO nanometer by chemical coprecipitation were investigated. The effects of process parameters on synthesis rate of ITO nanometer powders were discussed by the range analysis of orthogonal experiment design. The dispersion features of ITO nanometer powder by ultrasonic dispersion or without were compared. The results show that the biggest factor that affects the powder synthesis rate is the pH at the titration end-point. Powder synthesis rate increases with the increase of pH value. When pH is 9, the powder synthesis rates are all above 90%. TEM images show that ITO nanometer powders are well dispersed without obviously agglomeration when anhydrous ethanol is used as dispersant. Particles have diversity of shapes, and the particle sizes distribute widely. After Ultrasonic physical dispersion, ITO nanopowders are well dispersed with no obviously agglomeration, narrow particle sizes of 20-30 nm and the approximation spherical particle morphology.

Based on the density functional theory, this paper calculated the geometrical and electronic structural properties of ZnO(11¯20) surfaces and analyzed ZnO(11¯20) surfaces in the structural relaxation, electron density difference, densities of states and the Ti adsorption by using the first-principles and pseudopotential method. According to the computing result, ZnO(11¯20) surfaces are similar in geometrical structure and bulk; at the same time, when Ti adsorbs ZnO(11¯20) surfaces, the negative charge density is special high in the central region between Ti and O, and Ti-O shows obviously better performance than Zn-O in covalent bond, for the reason that the number of outer electron transferred from Ti to O is extremely limited, and the area of negative charge of the surface is large, which can lead to metallic characteristics on the surface

A solvent-free process for the stereoselective preparation of (E)-ethyl-3-aryl-acrylates by grinding is described. Its advantages are easy workup, mild reaction conditions, high yields, and environmental friendliness.

As a natural protein polymer,Bombyx morisilk fibroin (SF) has superior characteristics such as excellent mechanical properties, biocompatibility and biodegradation which make SF to be a potential candidate in the field of biomaterials. It has been reported that the mineralized SF can be used for bone repair and regeneration in the bone tissue engineering. In order to map out the growth process of hydroxyapatite (HAp) induced by SF in the mineralized buffer solution, the co-solution of SF and supersaturated simulated body fluid (1.5 SBF) was incubated at 37.2 °C for 7 days and observed by using TEM, DSC, DTA and TGA in this study. The TEM results indicated that nanoscale crystal nuclei were found along the surface of SF in the initial stage of mineralization and finally these crystals aggregated into three-dimensional network. DSC and DTA results showed that the thermal stability of HAp/SF was greatly improved by increasing incubation duration and that the phase transition of HAp occurred from metastable state to steady state. TGA results suggested the organic content of HAp/SF complex was about 21% which was similar to the natural bone.

A solution based on PLC remote I/O is put forward for the production information collection and management of the automobile assembly line required. SIEMENS S7-200, S7-300PLC and IPC, LED large screen are integrated into an information system which accomplishes various information display of help application on each station, failure alarm for stopping the line, TAKT in the assembly line, periodical production plan and information display of the current completion and production information. Thus the failure can be immediately cleaned and the production status can be dynamically controlled. Through long-term running the system, it has shown that the system can timely acquire data, display them and store complete information.

In the car assembly line made from a mix of ground plate-type conveying machinery and suspension conveying machinery, a control scheme of the car body automatically conveyed from the ground conveying machinery to overhead one is proposed, and the specific implementing methods are presented. The transferring robot adopts the Cartesian coordinate system and achieves the devices of lifting car bodies in linear motion along with four degrees of freedom by using four servo motors. The control system presented in this paper consists of the SIEMENS S7-300 T-CPU PLC, SINAMICS S120 servo driver components.

The chemical compositions of biodiesel are analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS), and theirs molecular structure are investigated on the basis of the hybrid orbital theory. Cold filter plugging point (CFPP) of biodiesel is studied by CFPP tester, the solution crystallization theory and the similarity-intermiscibility principle. Good correlation models are proposed for prediction biodiesel CFPP by chemical compositions and CFPP of biodiesel-petrodiesel blends by biodiesel ratio. The study shows that biodiesel is mainly composed of SFAME (C14:0C24:0) and UFAME (C16:1C22:1, C18:2and C18:3). Carbon atoms of the alkyl for SFAME arrange in a zigzag pattern by CCC=109.5°. C-C carbon atoms of the alkyl arrange in a zigzag pattern by CCC=109.5°, too, carbon chain is curved by C=C in CCC=122.0°, and curved degree increases with increasing unsaturated degree. CFPP of biodiesel is mainly determined by chemical compositions. CFPP increases with the amount and carbon chain length of SFAME. CFPP of biodiesel-petrodiesel blends is mainly determined by chemical compositions and ratio of biodiesel. To lower SFAMEC20biodiesel, such as PME, CSME, WME, SBME and RME, it blending with-10PD can formed a eutectic mixture. CFPP of the eutectic mixture is-12 °C. The biodiesel ratio for the lowest CFPP rang increases with decreasing SFAME. Such as, SFAME contents in PME, CSME, WME, SBME and RME are 35.86, 32.12, 31.04, 18.29 and 14.69 w% respectively, and the range of biodiesel ratio is 520, 1020, 2030, 3050 and 4060 v% respectively. To higher SFAMEC20biodiesel, such as PNME, CFPP increases with PNME ratio.

The chemical compositions of cottonseed oil biodiesel (CSME) are analyzed by using the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The cold flow properties of CSME is studied by cold filer plugging point (CFPP) tester and crystallization mechanism of biodiesel, three approaches for enhancing cold flow properties of CSME are put forward: crystallization fractionation; blending with winter petrodiesel; and treating with cold flow improver (CFI) additives. A significant correlation model is proposed for predicting CFPP by CSME blending ratio. The study shows that the CSME is mainly composed of saturated fatty acid methyl esters (SFSMEs): C14:0~C24:0 and unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters (UFAMEs): C16:1~C22:1, C18:2 and C18:3. The mass fraction of SFAME and UFAME is 32.12 and 66.19%, respectively. The CFPP of CSME is 6 °C. Crystallization fractionation and blending with-10PD decrease the CFPP of CSME to-1 °C and-12 °C, respectively. Adding Flow Fit, Flow Fit K and T818 additives 1.5 v% decreases the CFPP of CME and CME/-10PD to 0 and-26 °C, respectively. This study has effectively enhanced cold flow properties of CSME and provides technical support for using CSME.

The present study describes the effect of trace ZrC additive on the microstructure and properties of Mo-Ti-Zr alloy fabricated by powder metallurgy method. The results indicate that, ZrC addition effectively enhanced the tensile strength of the alloy both at room-temperature and high-temperature, the alloy with 0.4wt% ZrC has the highest tensile strength, which is 611MPa and 513MPa at 25°C and 800°C, respectively. The tensile fracture mainly consists of intergranular rupture at room temperature, while dimple fracture occurred at high temperature, which indicating higher elongation. Through observation from the micrograph and EDS analysis, ZrxOyCz second-phase particles were observed,which is derived from part of ZrC particles reacted with the oxygen and can suppress the oxygen segregation on grain boundary.

Two-dimensional bin packing is encountered in various applications where small rectangular items are packed into a minimum number of large rectangular objects (bins). Aiming at an optimal area utilization, the paper presents an effective constructive heuristic approach to two-dimensional bin packing. The heuristic approach integrates ranking, placement and search strategies along with an effective handling method of the remaining areas during the packing process. In order to obtain an optimal arrangement in a given area, all items are examined for possible positions and orientations using the search strategies. In addition, an effective handling method of the remaining areas is applied through appropriate partitioning and merging to minimize waste areas. Tests with a number of standard test and real world instances have shown that the performance of the proposed approach is superior to that of other approaches published.

Nickel layers with tensile or pressure residual stress were prepared by electroforming technique from two kinds of electrolyte. Subsequent heat treatment was adopted to get the stress released. The coefficients of thermal expansion (CTEs) were measured with a thermal dilatometer and the relationship between residual stress and the measured CTEs was revealed both from experimental results and theoretical analysis.

In this paper, unlike the traditional powder metallurgy technology, the titanium hydride is directly used as the starting material to manufacture the titanium and titanium alloy. Thermogravimetric and dilatometric techniques are performed to study the dehydrogenation and shrinkage of TiH2 powders with different particle sizes. The process factors such as the sintering temperature, the sintering time, the heating rate, the compaction density, the compaction methods, and the alloy system, would affect the sintering densification of TiH2 powders and TiH2-Al-V alloy powder. The results shown that the dehydrogenation temperature of the starting and ending of the ball milling TiH2 is lower than that of the coarse TiH2 powders, the finer the TiH2 powder, the lower the temperature. The densification of TiH2 powders is easy due to the combination of dehydrogenation and shrinkage of α-Ti in one process, which creates the fresh dehydrided titanium uniform during sintering, thus leads to rapid densification and very high sintering relative density, higher than 99%. In contrast, it is difficult to achieve a full densification of TiH2-Al-V alloy powder during sintering, which requires dissolution of alloy elements during sintering above its beta transformation temperature. The sintered microstructure of Ti-6Al-4V shows the typical lamellar shaped α+β characteristics, with a uniform alloy element distribution.

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is applied to optical communication widely because of its robustness against channel dispersion and high spectral efficiency. But the synchronization between transmitter and receiver is a critical factor for system performances. This paper proposes an improved frame timing synchronization algorithm for optical OFDM system to keep synchronization by delay time compensation. The simulation of 40 Gb/s single-side-band (SSB) direct-detection optical OFDM system is setup and investigated. The curve of timing metric and the constellation of four-quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) are given in the paper. And the transmission distance using the proposed method is compared with Park method. The simulation results show that the improved frame synchronization method promote the performances of optical OFDM system greatly. The distance can be 1600 km without dispersion compensation under the bit error ratio of 10-4.

In this paper, 3-D scaffolds were prepared using native protein solution extracted from middle silk gland of B.mori silkworm (SS). The distribution of pore in 3-D scaffold was homogeneous, and the pore size decreased with increase in the concentration of SS. By changing the concentration from 1.7%, 3.5% to 7%, the porosity rate of scaffolds was 95%, 94% and 91%, respectively. The water absorbency apparently decreases and the water retention rate increases with increase in the concentration of SS. The scaffolds prepared from SS with concentration of 3.5% and 7% have higher strength, on the contrary, the scaffolds prepared from SS with low concentration 1.7% shows higher elasticity. FTIR spectra indicated that SS mainly adopted β-sheet conformation. This paper proposed one green way to extract silk protein from the silk gland of B.mori silkworm and prepare its corresponding scaffolds. It seems meaning to provide implication to develop silk-based biomaterials.

Compatibilization between polypropylene(PP) and wood-flour was achieved by means of direct reactive extrusion of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA), PP, wood-flour, and other additives. Impact cracking surfaces of the PP/wood-flour composites(WPCs) was observed via scanning electron microscope(SEM), and mechanical properties of the WPCs were tested. The effect of comonomer styrene(St) and antioxygen triphenyl phosphite(TPP) on the reactive compatibilization was also evaluated. Experimental results indicated that the anchoring strength of interface in the composites was obviously strengthened after direct reactive extrusion. The tensile and flexural strength of the WPCs were obviously improved, but the elongation at break and notched impact strength slightly declined after reactive compatibilization by GMA and dicumyl peroxide(DCP). The addition of St and TPP improved the mechanical properties of the WPCs. At 1.5% of GMA, 0.3% of DCP, 1.5% of St and 1% of TPP in the extrusion composition of WPC, the tensile strength, flexural strength, elongation at break and notched impact strength respectively increased by 39%, 31%, 28% and 29% comparing to those of the WPC without reactive extrusion.

Through studying technology of the seal ring production of alkaline storage battery, some products were often found to have defects, such as product short shot, yellow and transparence was not good. According to the to identify the causes of the defects, in order to find ways to solve these problems, production processes were reasonably optimized .Under the seal ring of the injection molding process, raw material preparation, injection molding and post-processing work pieces in three stages, combined with the affecting factors in producing the ring. From the key factor that choose and control of the processing condition of the molding material, molding equipment, injection molding process in the appropriate temperature, pressure, velocity and time conditions, to find performance parameters of producing high quality seal, giving countermeasures to defects emerged in the production of alkaline batteries seal ring.

Total hardness is one of important index to evaluate drinking water quality. The determination method of total hardness in the drinking water using the micro titration has introduced, and also has compared the obtaining results by the microburette and by the routine analysis. The relative standard deviation is far less than 2.0%. There is no obvious difference in the results. F examination and t examination are all in the appropriate scope.

Preparation of aqueous ceramics slurry with high solid volume and low viscosity is premise and key step of gelcasting, and dispersant play important role in slurry preparation. In this paper, triammonium citrate (TAC) was used as dispersant of PMN-PZT piezoelectric ceramics slurry, the effects of TAC on slurry stability and rheological properties and dispersion mechanism of TAC were investigated by sedimentation test, viscosity, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FTIR analysis. The SEM results indicated that TAC could reduce the agglomeration of powder particles and make ceramic particles well-dispersed. FTIR indicated that strong chemical absorption occurred between TAC and PMN-PZT powder, and slurry stability and rheological properties of PMN-PZT slurry were improved through electrostatic interaction of TAC. The effects of TAC on sedimentation volume and viscosity have similar tendency. When TAC content was 7.5vol% and pH of slurry was about10, PMN-PZT slurry suitable for gel-casting could be acquired.

On the basis of the mechanism of ions precipitation reaction equilibrium, the thermodynamic analysis of Men+(La3+, Ni2+, Fe3+, Al3+)-CO32--NH3•H2O system was discussed in this paper. The relation curves between total concentrations of each metal ion and pH values at different total ammonia concentrations cN and total carbon concentrations cC were obtained. The suitable pH value of the complete precipitation reaction for all metal ions was also determined. It shows that when cN = 0.010 mol•L-1 and cC = 1.000 mol•L-1, the optimal pH is 9.0 to prepare the doped titanium dioxide powders by coprecipitation-coating process and using NaHCO3 and NH3•H2O as the precipitants.

SnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass powders, in which the different contents of SnO and B2O3 were 35% ~ 70%wt and 26% ~ 61% wt respectively, were prepared through high-temperature melting, water quenching and Ball milling. XRD showed that the performance of forming glass was very good and the range of extension was very wide. The effect of the contents of SnO and B2O3 on Tg, acidoresistant and density of prepared glass was studied. IR showed that it generates the heavy metal oxide generated glass. The density of glass powder decrease with increase of B2O3 content, but increase with increasing SnO content. SnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass had excellent chemical stability. Differential thermal analysis (DTA) shown that, with increasing SnO content, glass transition temperature first lower and then decreased.

The micro-sized silver used for solar cell grid electrode was obtained from silver nitrate via chemical reduction under ultrasonic wave and alkaline environment using polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) as dispersant and alcohol as surfactant, and after agitation, the sol was filtered, washed and dried at constant temperature. The PEG and alcohol protective mechanism in the preparing process of spherical silver particles was studied. Effects of the amount of dispersant, pH, dosage of alcohol, were investigated. The silver powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Results show that with 0.35mol/LAgNO3 solution, 25mL ethanol, T = 40°C, pH = 8 and 10min ultrasonic wave, spherical silver power about 1.38 ~ 2.11μm with narrow particle size distribution was fabricated. The paste prepared with ready-made silver powder was printed on the silicon and the contact resistance is very low, indicating the electrical property of the prepared silver is qualified for solar cells.

Using the high-energy ball milling craft, the case that the silver powders’ changes along the condition of ball milling is researched by the orthogonal experiment methods, the laser particle analyzer and the scanning electronic microscope. The influences of the milling times, the dispersant agents, speed and ratio of ball to powder on the distribution of particle size, the shape of grain and the specific surface are studied. The results show that, by using the composite dispersant agent, milling for 20h,ethanol as grinding aids and calcium stearate as dispersing agent, powders of average diameter is 8.55μm and specific surface area is 0.67(m2/g), with higher laminarization and less reunion of ultrafine flake silver powders.

Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method has been used to study the reliability of many different power generation systems, making it easier to take actions to overcome such issues, thus enhancing the reliability through design. A FMEA Knowledge Base System was designed and realized in this paper, and this system was used to design new steam butterfly valve for steam turbine. Through the system designer will improve product quality, and reduce risk.

Combining the characteristics of silver inserts, it was tested that its molding process and impact strength from the PA1010 injection molding product's craft. A kind of effective method was found that make sure silver embedded parts not occur surface color as injection heat and determined the reasonable injection molding craft. Meanwhile measuring impact strength of the nylon 1010 injection molding products through the impact test, It was discovered that injection products could well meet the assembly convenient, reliable and the electric conduction needs after inserting the embedded parts in the PA1010 injection molding products. Against molding defects of PA1010 injection molding products and influencing factors of the impact strength, the corresponding analysis was made.

The impacts of multi-monomers melt grafting blends of maleic anhydride(MAH) and Styrene (St) on the crystallization behavior, morphology and mechanical properties of PA1010/ABS/PP blends were studied through the methods of SEM,themal analysis, mechanical properties analysis. The results showed that the graft copolymer generated in situ by the anhydride groups of g-PP and the amino end of PA1010 reduced the interfacial tension of blends efficiently, and the interaction of the styrene groups of the graft copolymer and ABS is helpful to improve the compatibility of three components during the melt blending process. The size of dispersed phase in blends is reduced obviously and the mechanical properties have a great improvement when the percentage of g-PP in the PA1010/ABS/PP blends increases to 10%. The tensile strength of the compatibilized PA1010/ABS/PP blends is improved by 11.7%,and the impact strength and elongation at break are increased 4 times and 4.9 times, respectively.

This paper introduced the different classifications and advantages of the project level thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer ,and according to the injection molding process of raw materials Isoplast 302EZ and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, from raw material preparation, injection machine selection, tooling selection, molding conditions, and introduced TPU injection molding process .The filter housing of TPU were briefly discussed from the design goals, technical characteristics, performance analysis. Combination of typical products, we studied the technology of the production of the thermoplastic polyurethane flexible filter housing. The results showed that the material should be pre-dried in a vacuum, and the time, temperature and pressure should be controlled properly. It should be pay attention that the specification of the waste and the raw materials should be the same, when recycling and on the other hand, the quality of the productions should be improved and no pollution should be ensure during the process; to avoid the decomposition temperature and the products aging, we should empty the material or stop the machine during it doesn’t work.

The use of L27 (35) orthogonal to the battery shell injection molding process is optimized. The main factors of technical parameters were determined mould temperature, melt temperature, the speed of injection, injection pressure, cooling time.On the basis of actual production, to determine the factors values of different process parameters.Combination of scrapped products in key (reduction and a high degree of tolerance deflated) tests were selected in the process parameters within the scope of the assessment. Various factors impact on the product of the total height followed by cooling time, mold temperature, melt temperature, injection pressure, injection speed from strong to weak .The best products technological parameters were determined.Good results were obtained for production.

Using genetic engineering methods, we attempted to produce novel silk-like proteins with new function by combining several functional sequences selected from fibroin of Bombyx mori (B.mori), Samia Cynthia ricini (S.c.ricini) and spider silks or by inducing cell adhesive sequence or calcium binding sequence into silk proteins. The secondary structure of these silk-like proteins was characterized with solid state NMR. Cell adhesion assay indicated that silk-like proteins have higher cell activity. Mineralization of fibroin protein was improved with induction of calcium binding sequence. Nanofiber formation of silk-like proteins was achieved using electrospinning. Fiber was formed from silk-like proteins. These silk-like proteins might be candidates to meet requirement in the field of biomaterials.

Suspen-dome is a kind of large-span prestressed hybrid structure, To understand the influence of radial restraining stiffness to structural mechanical response, and to ensure radial restraining stiffness reliable during designing, a rib 3 type suspen-dome and corresponding single layer lattice shell were selected, their static response under different radial restraining stiffness were studied and compared .At the same time, basic dynamic properties of a rib 3 type suspen-dome were analyzed under different radial restraining stiffness. The results show that the sensitivity of single layer dome mechanical response to radial restraining stiffness will be reduced because of the bottom cable-struts, enhance of radial restraining stiffness will not influence structural mechanical response after radial restraining stiffness reaches certain value.

The structure and process of the injection mould for the front-bumper of a car were optimized with the domestic 3D flowing simulation software HSCAE3D. Through the analysis and comparison of several different schemes, optimal design is achieved.
