A rapid development of intensive livestock and poultry, results in a large number of Aquaculture wastes, it is increasing important that timely consumptive farming wastes, and reduces environmental pollution on protection ecological environment and improving recycling agriculture. In this study, cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens and ducks five categories manure were as material, and it carried out that microbial agents used in compost, equipment, process and control software, and especially passivation of heavy metal residues in manure, degradation technology of estrogen and antibiotics of pollutants. As final, two kind products such as a high—quality organic fertilizer and gardening products, were produced with a better benefits on economic, ecological and social.

As the requirements of MEMS continuously increase, the micro ceramic structures are widely used due to their favorable material properties such as high strength, hardness and resistance to high temperature, wear and erosion. However, the sintered ceramic compact is hard to be machined as its high strength. On the other hand, the low strength of green ceramic body makes it difficult to guarantee the machining accuracy. In this paper, ceramic compacts are pre-sintered below the sintering temperature. Pre-sintered ceramic compacts have suitable strength and are easy to be machined. Simple ceramic micro structures are easily generated with micro tools fabricated on line by wire electrical discharge grinding method (WEDG). Extensive experiments are carried out to investigate the influence of the strength of pre-sintered ceramic compact on the tool wear. It was found that the best machining results are achieved under the conditions of using the tool with a semi-circle cross section, the tool rotation speed of 1500 rpm and the pre-sintered ceramic compact formed under the pressure of 150MPa within the range of experimental conditions in this study.

Ceramic materials are widely used in industries because of their excellent properties such as high hardness, strength, resistance to heat and corrosion. The high strength of sintered ceramics posts the difficulty to be processed into the desired shapes and dimensions. Direct processing of ceramic green body is easy to cause edge damage due to the lower strength, leading to low surface accuracy. When the green body of ceramics is pre-sintered, the mechanical strength of green body is enhanced and the machining accuracy is improved. In this paper, micro holes are drilled in ceramics sheets pre-sintered at different temperatures. The influence of processing parameters is analyzed. It was found that the tool has the longest life when the pre-sintering temperature of ceramic green body was 800°C. The quality of the inlet and outlet of micro holes was improved significantly when the coolant was used in machining.

The galvanic corrosion behavior of titanium (TA2)/Cu-Ni alloy (B10)/low alloy steel (921A) multi-material system has been studied using a zero-resistance ammeter (ZRA) in seawater at different temperatures. After the tests, the surface morphologies of the samples were detected by SEM. Results showed galvanic corrosion behavior of TA2/B10/921A fulfill the mixed potential theory, 921A acts as the anode and both TA2 and B10 act as the cathodes. The effect of temperature on the galvanic corrosion is important, the corrosion rate increases with increasing temperature.

In this article, through changing the parameters of the slenderness ratio lambda and axial compression ratio of n, the eight experimental study of steel tube concrete bending members with circular cross section. To explore different slenderness ratio of lambda concrete-filled steel tube under low cycle loading, the damage form of artifacts, deflection change, the relationship between the load and strain, load (P) and displacement (Δ) curve, the axial deformation and stiffness degradation curve, displacement ductility coefficient and the change of parameters such as energy consumption, thus further elastic-plastic seismic response analysis of concrete filled steel tubular structures. Got by test data of load P - displacement Δ relation curve and stiffness degradation curve, the displacement ductility coefficient, the total energy consumption. To get round steel tube reinforced concrete member seismic performance is good, the ductility damage.

The Ordovician fissure-cavern carbonate reservoirs of Tarim Basin have relatively large production thickness, long completion intervals and serious heterogeneity problems, former studies about physical parameters for fractured intervals of acid fracturing cannot be well presented through mean algorithm method. This paper uses mean square deviation method to acquire the values of the main influencing factors of acid fracturing, then optimizes the physical characteristics of the fractured intervals. The BP neural network simulation has been adopted to get the optimal BP neural network structure model. In Tarim, this study has simulated 20 wells before acid fracturing using the decision software which compiled by the optimum neural network construction. Comparative analysis has been made through application examples, the coincident rate of mean algorithm is 75%, compared with the 90% of mean square deviation method. Therefore, during the target selection for acid fracturing of heterogeneous carbonate reservoirs with long open hole intervals, it’s significant to use mean square deviation method to optimize physical parameters of reservoirs.

A controlled release composite has been prepared by intercalation of sodium paeonolsilate (PAS) into Mg/Al layered double hydroxide (LDH) with the molar ratio (M2+/M3+) of 2:1. The powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) confirm the intercalation of PAS into the galleries of LDH. The chemical composites of PAS-LDH were revealed by elemental analysis. Release tests of the PAS-LDH composite showed that no burst release phenomenon occurred at the beginning stage and a high release ratio of PAS (89.8%) was obtained, exhibiting controlled release behavior. Furthermore, the parabolic diffusion model was used to simulate the release kinetics of PAS from the LDH carrier, indicating that the intraparticle diffusion via ion-exchange is the rate-determining step in the release process. It is significance in this work for introducing the PAS-LDH composite to develop antifouling materials with long-term activity.

Gas hydrates are a major concern in oil and gas industry, Gas hydrates form in small amounts of water, gas, and the appropriate pressure and temperature conditions. Gas hydrate storage and transportation technology starts a new way for energy storage and transportation industry. The most critically technical problem is how to improve the hydrate formation rate, storage capacity and form continuously. The influences of surfactants on induction time in three types of solution with equal concentration were studied by means of visual hydrate experimental equipment, and generalized induction time was measured by direct observation method. Specific effects of different surfactants on hydrate formation were summarized, as well as the hydrate formation mechanism of surfactants . The lack of research and the research direction of the future were concluded . The further study of surfactant mechanism and build kinetics model containing surfactant have important theoretical value . The result shows that the gas molecules saturated due to the solubilization of surfactant, which promotes the progress of mass transfer in the hydrates. And driving force is provided for the complexation of host molecules and guest molecules during the formation progress of gas hydrates.

G-quadruplex is expected to be a promising target for drug design. The manually synthesized small-molecule compounds are able to induce the formation of and stabilize G-quadruplexes. In this paper, we summarize the current understanding of the structure of G-quadruplexes, the binding mode of G-quadruplexes and small-molecule ligands, and important synthesized small molecules targeting G-quadruplexes as potential drugs.

Three kinds of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-based immobilized metal affinity membranes (IMAM), namely, Cu (II)-IMAM, Co (II)-IMAM and Ni (II)-IMAM were prepared to recover bovine serum albumin (BSA) from the solutions. Adsorption of the aforementioned membranes towards BSA were studied with the presence of Ca (II) and PO43–. The adsorption performance of the membranes followed the order of Co (II)-IMAM > Cu (II)-IMAM > Ni (II)-IMAM. The existent PO43– exhibited a larger interference on BSA uptake than Ca (II).

The Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model was examined for its applicability in modeling stream-flow and nutrients (total nitrogen, TN and total phosphorus, TP) in Ashi River Basin, China covering an area of 3545 km2. This model was calibrated by using the observed data of monthly flow during 1996-2005 and nutrients (TN and TP) during 2006-2008, and validated by using the observed data of monthly flow during 2006-2010 and water quality during 2009-2010. For stream-flow, the monthly results of RE, R2 and ENS values reached 6.42%, 0.61 and 0.59 respectively for calibration period, whereas these were-12.83%, 0.69 and 0.67, respectively for validation period; for TN calibration, values of RE, R2 and ENS were-18.33%, 0.64 and 0.55 respectively, and for validation period they were-17.34%, 0.68 and 0.57 respectively; for TP calibration, values of RE, R2 and ENS were-4.32%, 0.61 and 0.56 respectively, and for validation period they were-18.02%, 0.67 and 0.58 respectively. Results show that SWAT has applicability in modeling stream-flow and nutrients (TN and TP) in cold and flat area.

Many factors can impact water quality, such as rainfall, topography and soil. These factors are usually naturally formed. In these factors, Land-Use is closely related with human production and living which people can change. It is one of the most key factors influencing the river water quality. With the development of computer technology, it is an important direction of researching Land-Use and Land-Cover Change (LUCC) in the application of water quality modeling. This paper analyzes the relationship between land-use change and the water quality, and introduces the common used water quality model.

Biofilm main constituents of the humic acid and synthetic ferrihydrite were used as sorbent on the Wuhai sediment of Yellow River, comparative analysis the Wuhai section sediment of the Yellow River and after doping humic acid and ferrihydrite of Cd2+ adsorption characteristics. Discusses the adsorption time, various initial concentrations on Cd2+ adsorption onto sediments from Wuhai of Yellow River.The adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics were fitted and distribution coefficients were calculated. The results illustrated that the adsorption processes of sediments with different proportions of biofilm main constituents to Cd2+ were consistent with Langmuir adsorption isotherm curves (R2≧0.99,p≦0.02,n=7); Doping of humic acid and ferrihydrite on sediment, the distribution coefficients of Cd2+ were 6.2959 and 2.711, which were higher than the original (0.8626).

The thermal deformation of reflecting optical system in the ambient temperature affects the system performance greatly. Based on the results of thermal balance test, the paper has made a full analysis to the deformation of reflecting optical system on the high-low temperature using the finite elemernt method,so as to validate whether the optical system meet the requirement of optical image design and temperature. This method can combine the thermal optical analysis and thermal balance test data effectively ,and therefore the most actual thermal optical anslysis model can be obtained to guide the concept and optimization of reflecting optical system.

Riparian buffer zones (RBZ) plays important roles in the quality of surface water, the width and the connection of RBZ are related with the pollution removal effect. This paper evaluates the RBZ conditions in the basin of Xiquanyan reservoir which is an alternative drinking water supply reservoir. Using the software of ENVI to extract the RBZ distribution map from the image of Landsat 8; GIS and Fragstats were used to evaluate the status of RBZ. Divide the basin of Xiquanyan reservoir in to four divisions. The river lengthy, areas, average width of RBZ, SD, AI, and CONTAG were identified in each division. The result shows: (1) The total area of RBZ in the basin of Xiquanyan reservoir is adequate; however, the distribution of RBZ is uneven, part of it is too large, part of it is too small; (2) the connection of RBZ is good in part of the basin, it needs to improve the quality in the fourth division, western part of the Xiquanyan reservoir.

Press hardening steel has become a much used material in car body manufacturing due to its excellent safety and lightweight potential. In some recent car models press hardening steel has reached already a weight share of more than 20% in the body structure while it is estimated that it could reach even around 40% in the future. However conventional press hardening steel based on the alloying concept 22MnB5 was designed originally not for automotive application. In spite of the high strength level, press hardening steel has generally low toughness due to the relatively high carbon content and its martensitic microstructure. Particularly important is the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature at low temperature, which might lead to unexpected failure in cold climate regions. Furthermore, hydrogen embrittlement is a major concern in press hardening steel as previous results indicated that only a few ppm of hydrogen could induce delayed cracking. Generally it is important that impact energy should be absorbed by the material to avoid unexpected disintegration of the structure. This material capability is usually characterized by the toughness. All these characteristics have not yet been systematically investigated in press hardening steel. Consequently, no attempts have been made to optimize conventional press hardening steel for obtaining better toughness, lower ductile-to-brittle transition temperature and reduced sensitivity to hydrogen induced cracking.A generally proven approach of improving the resistance against brittle failure in high strength steel is the refinement of microstructure, which can be efficiently achieved by Nb microalloying. This paper will introduce modified alloy designs for press hardening steel and explain fundamentally the metallurgical effects of Nb microalloying on the improvement of crack propagation resistance, bendability and delayed cracking behavior induced by hydrogen penetration in press hardening steel. The results reveal better toughness, improved bending behavior and increased resistance against hydrogen embrittlement.

China is a prairie giant, where available grassland area of pasturing and semi-pasturing areas account for 61.5% of national total grassland area. As China is paying more and more attention to ecological environment construction, pasturing and semi-pasturing areas become the key areas of grassland ecological protection, and the grassland sustainability status is attracting more and more attention. Based on ecological footprint model in this study, the relevant data from 2006 to 2013 are used for empirical analysis on per capita ecological footprint and per capita ecological carrying capacity of Chinese pasturing and semi-pasturing grassland. Results show that since 2006, per capita ecological footprint demand of Chinese pasturing and semi-pasturing grassland shows a small growth, while per capita ecological carrying capacity falls slightly. The pasturing and semi-pasturing areas generally present a sustainable development situation, and the per capita ecological surplus of grassland shows an overall growth, but falls slightly over the last two years. Therefore, it is still required to further strengthen the ecological protection of Chinese pasturing and semi-pasturing grassland.

The research in this paper focuses on improving the COD removal rate of the coking wastewater and the NH3-N removal rate and thus diversifying measures to dispose microbial floras in wastewater from the coal chemical industry. The means of adding nutrients, acid treatment and coagulation sedimentation react synergistically to dispose the organic contaminants in the coking wastewater. We attempted to combine Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Torula yeast, tropical Candida mycoderma, etc. to exploit the respective advantages to the full and improve the disposal effect. According to the COD sample (27000-30000) and NH3-N (2500-3000) offered by the client company, the COD removal rate ranged from 24.2% to 31.8% in the mixed experiment group of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Torula yeast, with NH3-N removal rate from 63.5% to 69.6%. Obviously, the NH3-N removal rate produced good effect. Meanwhile, the COD removal rate ranged form 35.3% to 41.8% in the experiment group only adjusting PH value and the NH3-N removal rate ranged from 40.2% to 50.2%. It is obvious that NH3-N removal rate is influenced by the amount of bacterial strain.

Soil respiration can be altered by changing substance supply, respiratory capacity and the demand for the products. We carried out a field experiment in the northeast of China to understand how inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) alters soil respiration in paddy fields. Soil respiration and factors contributing to it were measured for paddy fields either inoculated or non-inoculated with AMF, with or without fertilization. We found that inoculation increased soil respiration, net photosynthesis of rice leaves, N and P content of rice shoots and the abundance of actinomyces and fungi in rhizosphere; while the negative effect was only observed on root biomass. We also found that fertilization decreased the responses of soil respiration, root biomass and the abundance of bacteria and fungi in rhizosphere to inoculation. However, it decreased the responses of net photosynthesis, shoot biomass and shoot N and P content to inoculation. Conclusively, AMF inoculation promoted soil respiration by enhancing substrate supply, respiratory capacity and the demand for products; while the impacts of inoculation were weakened by fertilization via respiration capacity and the demand for the products.

At present, renewable energy industry development need the government’s support of powerful fiscal and taxation incentive policies in China. Many developed countries implement some fiscal and taxation policies to promote renewable energy industry. These policies are good inspiration for China to develop renewable energy industry. According to the status of renewable energy industry development in China, we should emphasis on the four aspects: first is to speed up the research and development of renewable energy technology through the financial investment; the second is to encourage renewable energy production by providing the loan subsidies and investment incentives; the third is to accelerate the product promotion of renewable energy through the government policy of purchasing and consumption subsidy; and the last one is to reduce the relative costs of renewable energy by the implementation of energy and environment taxes.

Beijing is now facing the intense water shortage problem. Evaluation of regional water resources capacity provides a scientific basis for further water resources utilization and social economic sustainable development. This study mainly focused on assessing the water resource carrying capacity in Beijing during the period from 1980 to 2011. The results indicated that the domestic and environmental water resource ecological footprint showed increasing trend, whereas agricultural and industrial water resource ecological footprint showed decreasing trend. The total water resource ecological footprint increased from 6.5×106 hm2 in 2011 to 6.8×106 hm2 in 2015 and 9.1×106 hm2 in 2020, respectively. Even taking the South-to North water transfer project, the water supply still not meet the serious water demand in Beijing with 10×108 hm3 of water shortage in 2020. Moreover, policies for reducing the water resource ecological footprint and increasing the water resource carrying capacity were put forward.

This paper provides an intelligent control system of water washing robot for Substations, which is based on the Internet of Things Technology and uses WIFI network as the link, effectively solves the problem that building control system of hydraulic manipulator under the environment of high voltage and strong magnetic in substation. This system uses Multi-Sensor Fusion Technology to construct a insulation protection control system of water washing robot, it can ensures the safe operation of the robot and the substation equipments. By utilizing this system to replace the operators, it can wash the equipments in substation for live working so that it can effectively reduce the heavy labor by manual and ensure safety of operators. And also, it can prevent equipments from pollution flash-over accidents happening and guarantee the power grid safe operation.

The main aim of this paper is to improve the control efficiency of the sewage treatment system, by analyzing the various control parameters of sewage treatment system and comparing different ways of automatic control, Siemens S7-200 Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) is applied to the system. We designed the control flow charts of coarse grid and dewatering system, compiled the total manual program and automatic control program of aerated grit chamber by using STEP 7-Micro/WIN 32 software, and realized the related equipment automatic control in the sewage treatment system which can run the coarse grid machine that runs for 20 minutes and stops for 2 hours alternately et cetera. The results show that the controllability of sewage treatment system is enhanced and the efficiency is improved.

The Ni-Fe-La-P rare earth alloys of glass fiber were prepared. Rare earth element lanthanum (La) was first introduced into glass fiber by electroless plating, in order to improve and adjust the chemical, physical properties and microstructure of alloy coatings. The application of rare earth element La in electroless plating was explored. The results showed that an appropriate amount of rare earth element La could improve the stability of the chemical plating solution and reduce the temperature of electroless plating by 6 °C ~ 20 °C. The rare earth element La not only could make the morphology of alloy coatings compacted, smooth and uniform, but also could greatly improve the contents of Fe, Ni and could tremendously reduce the content of P in the alloy coatings of glass fiber. The conductivity and magnetic properties of the alloy coatings could be increased by rare earth element La. In the preparation of the Ni-Fe-La-P electroless alloys of glass fiber, the optimal content of La2O3 was 1.2 g·L-1. Rare earth element La could promote the transition of alloy coatings from amorphous state to rystal state, improve the electromagnetic performances of alloy coatings and enhance the electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of alloy coatings.

A process of finish rolling was researched to enhance lamellar tearing resistant of the high-rise building steel EH36. Experimental results indicate that gain size decreased with the decrease of finish temperature. When the finishing temperature on 840/810/780/750°C respectively, microstructure is finest with the size of 11.4μm. Moreover, the size of TiC precipitation turned ideal as the coiling temperature decreased. When coiling temperature is 550°C, the average size of TiC precipitation is only 0.09μm, refined by 40% relative to the conventional process. The microstructure and precipitation phase size of test steel are both effectively controlled because of the improved process. Therefore, high-rise building steel EH36 is finally prepared, and the lamellar tearing resistance reaches up to 78.2%.

Hydro-thermal method was used to prepare semi-hydrated calcium sulfate whiskers with sodium oleate as surfactant during the process of preparation and modification integration of calcium sulfate whiskers. Electronic biological microscope was adopted to observe the morphology of semi-hydrated calcium sulfate whiskers. FTIR was used to analyze the surface state of unmodified and modified semi-hydrated calcium sulfate whiskers. The experimental results showed that when the dosage of sodium oleate is less than 0.02%, the morphology of whiskers appears to be fibrous. Different sodium oleate dosages affect the morphology of semi-hydrated calcium sulfate whiskers remarkably and there exists chemisorption between sodium oleate and semi-hydrated calcium sulfate whiskers.

This paper analyzes the principle and advantages of magnetic isolation feedback technology. And an effective method of 5W switching power supply, which can be used for controller of electrically powered wheelchair, is introduced. The main circuit is verified on the DC motor driver module of a wheelchair controller PGDT VR2. The experimental results show that the circuit works stably and can meet the design requirements.

The Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) is a new time-frequency analysis with adaptability and orthogonality, but it is rather weak in terms of noise resistance, even low noise can disturb the HHT result greatly. The paper launches an investigation on how noises affect the HHT result and proposes the method to solve the problem. The analytic framework for HHT is first introduced, the feature of the test signal is extracted by HHT. Median filter is adopted to reduce the frequency leakage of certain signal component caused by white noise. The method proposed is experimentally simulated and the results demonstrate its effectiveness.

For chemical disaster having a wide range, often accompanied by fire, smoke, toxic gases and other complex conditions, it make use of swarm robotics to achieve rapid access to information on the disaster site. This study is based on GPS module, magnetic sensors and ultrasonic array integrated navigation method, so that the robot can autonomously select the sport, avoiding obstacles for regional searches. The robot according to their current situation and interact with neighboring robots information, updated in real time decision-making, self-optimization of the search path, and the process of moving all the information collected is sent wirelessly to a remote data processing system. Processing system achieves the disaster site and submitted to the relevant reproduction panoramic rescue department, for the first time to develop optimal rescue plan to provide important technical support. In the laboratory level, the paper completed the entire system architecture to achieve a major part of the relevant hardware and software tests. Experimental results show that the feasibility of this design is accurate and reliable.

Copper in hot rolling copper-containing steel plate can passivate the cathode-anode of corrosion reaction on plate surface and form a dense anti-rusting layer, so the rusting reaction is postponed and prevented, and the corrosion resistance is enhanced. However, copper enrichment around grain boundaries in copper-containing steel plate leads to the formation of net-like surface cracking called copper-brittleness. In this paper, through researching the technologies of smelting, and adding rare earth and heating, a reasonable and feasible production technology is found, which effectively prevents the defect of copper-brittleness.

Through the polymerization and grafting reaction of bisphenol A dianhydride and bisphenol A diamine, the polyimide activator (PI activator) of acyl caprolactam end capping is obtained and then the anionic in-situ polymerization modified nylon 6 resin is obtained. Viscosity analysis shows that PI consumption is higher than 0.1 (of monomer mass), the reaction temperature is higher than 160°C, the viscosity rises rapidly in a short time and the rapid polymerization molding can be realized; when PI consumption is higher than 0.15 (of monomer mass), the water absorption of matrix resin will be lower than 1.4%; compared with the nylon resin, its water absorption is significantly lowered and its mechanical property is improved greatly; microscopic analysis shows that PI molecules fail to enter the crystalline phase of the nylon 6 and form lamellar crystals in the nylon matrix, which plays a role of enhancement and obstruction; differential thermal analysis shows that PI reduces the melting enthalpy and melting point temperature of nylon 6 resin, which indicates that PI reduces the crystallization capacity of nylon 6.

To effectively control all types of surface defects in alloy steel casting slab, quantitative characterization must be taken. Thus, corresponding quantitative characterization criterion of various casting slab surface defects was established firstly in this paper. Mapping relationships between casting process parameters (like carbon content, slab thickness, casting speed, depth of submerged nozzle, water ratio of secondary cooling, and so on) and surface defects, and simplified surface defect prediction model of alloy steel casting slab were established by using Partial Least Squares Regression. Application results indicated that the prediction results of surface defects highly coincided with casting production situation, which fully verified the applicability of the prediction model.

Mobile payment has been rapid developed, but existing mobile payment platforms are not perfect. This paper focuses on research and design of mobile payment platform. A mobile payment platform based on hybrid APP technology is proposed. Hybrid APP technology perfectly integrates web APP with native APP. It is current mainstream app technology and has been widely used in mobile enterprise application. The solution based on hybrid APP offers beneficial reference for the construction of future mobile payment platform.

An Ni-Fe alloy on the surface of nickel foam was prepared by electro deposition. The effects of technological parameters including current density, pH value, temperature and the ratio of [Ni2+] to [Fe2+] of planting solution on the thickness and iron content of the alloy coating were studied. The cross-section microstructure and surface morphologies were observed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscope, and the compositions of the alloy coating were analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer and ICP-AES. Experiment results show that the thickness of the alloy coating is increased with increasing current density, temperature, pH value and the ratio of [Ni2+] to [Fe2+] of the planting solution. The Fe contents of the alloy coating is increased with increasing current density and pH value of the planting solution, and decreased with increasing temperature and the ratio of [Ni2+] to [Fe2+] of the planting solution. A 36.2 μm thick alloy layer of uniform and dense coating with the Fe content of 60.5 wt% is obtained under the parameters ofn(Ni2+)/n(Fe2+)= 4, current density = 10 A/dm2and pH = 4.2 at 50 °C for one hour.

This paper analyzes the vehicle blocked process of urban signal control intersections and the survey methods of intersection delay. The license plate method and the point sample method have been selected as investigation method of signal control intersections in many ways. The delay time of Youyi avenue road and Minzu east road intersection in Baotou was analyzed and calculated by survey data. The data indicates the calculation results of two survey method are consistent with the actual experience of driver.

This paper puts forward the problems existing in the conventional drinking water treatment and expounds the necessary of improving drinking water treatment based on the present water pollution situation and the more stringent water quality standard. According to the existing economic and technical condition in our country, strengthen the conventional drinking water treatment should be done in advance. Besides, adding the pretreatment and depth treatment into the water treatment process is also necessary in the future. For the technology of pretreatment, biological pretreatment technology is the worthiest to study. For improving the conventional drinking water treatments, study the morphology and kinetics mechanism of coagulation is very necessary. For the technology of depth treatment, the activated carbon and biological activated carbon technology will be the main development trend.

Based on the mobile Internet, we do some systematic design for diabetes rehabilitation, treatment and management and carry on the detailed design and program implementation code for mobile client reception, Web site, data acquisition and transmission, user rights management, and background database. The system can realize the functions of disease data collection, transmission, analysis, feedback, user privilege management, rights query and management, and some other features. This topic provides different platforms and services for different users and business requirements.

As to the BSP model assembly line balancing problem, an integration to random distribution about the field data in statistical software of SPSS, is made in the paper with software of eM-Plant, a model and simulate to the production line is built to discover the bottleneck of the production line and the unbalance problem of line fast and accurately. The optimization design and simulation analysis and evaluation can be achieved to optimization goal and shorten the optimization time.

MOTION module of UG NX 8.0 is embedded with powerful ADAMS solver which can integrate modeling, simulation and analysis together, and the mutual transformation of various softwares is no longer required. This paper models the truss structure of a shaper mechanism in UG, and conducts kinematics simulated analysis. And the result is consistent with the result of the classical theoretical calculation, which verifies the reliability of UG NX8.0 MOTION module in the rigid body kinematics analysis. This paper proposes that convenient and rapid information software of advanced manufacturing industry, instead of the traditional complex theoretical calculation method, should be promoted and applied to solve the practical problems of engineering design.

It is urgent for agricultural and forestry wastes (AFWS) to be handled efficiently as the generations of them are increasing rapidly in China. The paper studied the bacterial community variations in composting of AFWS with different three microbial agents by PCR-DGGE. Three microbial agents in the research werePhanerochaete chrysosporium(PC) ,Coriolus versicolor(CV) and GP (agent developed from laboratory with high lignocellulose degradation ability). DGGE profiles indicated that the populations of bacteria reduced from warming period to high-temperature phase fistly, then increased till cooling period, and finally descended during maturity period for all the composting treatments. The populations of bacteria in composting with GP innoculation keeped on a high level during high-temperature phase, cooling period and maturity period. In the early phase of the high temperature composting, Bacillus sp., Uncultured Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp., Uncultured Pseudomonas sp., Micrococcus sp., Brevibacterium, Sphingomonas sp., Aminobacter aminovorans and Uncultured Acinetobacter sp.were rich, and became the dominant flora of the period. The number of the same dominant flora in AFWS composting with GP and CV innoculations was the most during the high-temperature phase. Simultaneously, the number of the same dominant flora in AFWS composting with GP and PC innoculations was the most during cooling period. Therefore, GP has a good prospect in AFWS composting process for resource utilization.

The micro-sized p(styrene-1,4-divinylbenzene)/polyacrylamide(p(St-DVB)/pAM) particles were prepared by a two-step method. P(St-DVB) cores were firstly obtained via concentrated emulsion polymerization, and then the cores were swelled sufficiently and reacted with acrylamide until p(St-DVB)/pAM particles were obtain. The morphologies and compositions of p(St-DVB)/pAM particles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and infrared spectroscopy(IR) individually. It was proved that the micro-morphologies of p(St-DVB)/pAM particles were nearly spherical or even peanut shape. It was also found that the diameter distribution of p(St-DVB)/pAM particles became narrower with the increasing of DVB amounts, and the same trade was also observed on emulsifier amounts.

In order to increase the intrinsic coercivity of the Nd-Fe-B magnets, the aging process optimization had been carried out. The results showed that more than 17 kOe intrinsic coercivity could be obtained by the aging process optimization. The microstructures and the fractures of the Nd-Fe-B magnets treated by the optimized aging process were also investigated by optical microscope, thermal field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy. It was showed that the thin, continuous and smooth Nd-rich layer along the boundaries of the main crystal phase Nd2Fe14B could be formed by the optimized aging treatment and it resulted in the increase of the intrinsic coercivity of the Nd-Fe-B magnets.

Domestic and foreign scholars mostly research from the perspective of quantitative analysis; mainly methods are the grey system theory, analytic hierarchy process, the learning curve and comprehensive forecast growth curve. Researches show that China's new energy development is very necessary, and its development needs the government's policy support and nurture. China's new energy development also has the problems of high development costs, lack of core technology, insufficient of quantitative analysis tool. Therefore, the future of new energy development strategy research is more quantitative, modeling integration, deeper and practical research.

Small Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS) technique allows characterizing the nanomicrostructure of the ferritic Oxide Dispersion Strengthened (ODS) steels which are candidates for the structure material of fusion reactor and fast reactor. A SANS study of domestic ferritic ODS alloys are presented. The main objective is to study the evolution of the oxide dispersion nanoparticle during the different stages of the fabrication and different content.
