Aiming at the anti-jamming capability problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system, a fuzzy sliding mode controller is designed. The sliding mode control enhances the anti-jamming capability of the system, but it also brings chattering to the system which influences the control performance. In order to solve this problem, a fuzzy item is utilized to obtain the gain of sliding mode switching control law. Hence, the switching gain is adjusted in real time according to the sliding mode surface . The simulation results show that the system achieves good traceability and anti-jamming capability, the proposed controller has good performance and successfully solves the chattering problem.

In this paper, on the basis of the robot visual servo system, a virtual visual servo algorithm for pose estimation is put forward. By reducing the image error between the current image features of real object and the features of virtual models, the rotation and translation relation of the virtual model is changed by visual servo control law, until the pose of virtual model overlaps the one of real object, and then object pose estimation is obtained. In addition, RANSAC algorithm is also introduced to improve the robustness of the proposed algorithm. Finally the experiment about camera external parameters estimation shows that our algorithm gets better results than the available parameter estimation algorithms.

The objective of this work is to improve the control performance by redesigning the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system .The vector control thought is used to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor. So it is easy to realize the torque current characteristic of linear. The design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is first proposed. The hardware and software designs are realized in this paper, and it is subsequently verified experimentally. Experimental results show that the DSP controller for the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system has extensive applicability, high reliability and high performance price ratio.

In recent years, electro hydraulic servo systems are more and more widely used in the aerospace, manufacturing industry and the agricultural machinery. As a result, higher requirements are put forward for the performance and application environment, including better tracking precision and respond speed. Aiming at the shortcomings of conventional PID controller, such as the large overshoot, long transfer time and poor robustness performance, a robust control scheme with dual-loop structure is proposed in this paper. Simulation results show that better performances are acquired in the novel approach in contrast with the PID control scheme and the structure of the proposed scheme is simple and easy to implement.

In this paper, a nonlinear observer is designed for a servo system with non-linear dynamic friction. With this kind of observer, the dynamic friction can be estimated and then be compensated using the input and output data on-line. A recursive formula of the nonlinear observer is derived by using the block pulse function which can be easily implemented on-line with microcomputers. The designed non-linear observer is applied to high accuracy servo system running at very low speed and prove to be effective and satisfactory.

In this paper, the tricyclic control block diagram for CNC AC servo system of three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor was established. And three loop PID controller tuning was analyzed. At the same time, this paper proposed the tuning tricyclic PID parameters adopting GISE. Then take the CNC milling machine for example, simulation tuning was conducted in MATLAB using GISE. The results show that the servo system is no overshoot, fast response and good stability. So GISE is more suitable for parameter’s optimization and tuning of permanent magnet synchronous motors’ AC position servo system.

In wind tunnel experiments, in order to adjust the attack angle continuously, the support mechanism movement should be steady and smooth. However, the electro-hydraulic servo system is a typical nonlinear, time-varying and uncertainty system, and the wind tunnel environment is very complicated. To address these problems, an on-line identification and generalized predictive control (GPC) strategy is proposed in this study. Firstly, the Labview and AMESim are integrated to build an electro-hydraulic system simulation model. Secondly, the controlled auto-regressive moving average (CARIMA) model of the electro-hydraulic system is developed. Thirdly, the influence on the system performance owing to the control parameters, model parameters, and external disturbance are widely discussed and deeply analyzed. At last, a test platform is constructed with the National Instruments (NI) embedded real time technology. The proposed control strategy is tested and verified on this test platform. The experimental results show that the angular velocity control precision reaches 0.01°/s. It implies that this control strategy has a good performance for nonlinear velocity control. Thus it satisfies the requirement of the continuously adjusting attack angle in wind tunnel experiments.

Jam fault occurs most times in the hydraulic servo system, and is the one of the factors that mainly influences the reliability of the system. For parallel-operated turbine, the jam faults of regulating system are elusive and fatal. In order to monitor operation condition and improve the reliability of the system online, the model of jam fault had been built, the sizes of the dead zones which describe jam fault had been viewed as unmeasured parameters, which avoided the model uncertainty brought by the linearization of nonlinear system, and strong tracking filter had been used to estimate unmeasured parameter. Simulation and experimental results verified that, this technique could accurately, synchronously estimate respective degrees of jam faults of slide valve and pilot valve online whether in daily operation or moving test.

Targeting at the nonlinear, time-varying characteristics of terrain detector-milling cutting depth electro-hydraulic servo system in soil milling collection machines, this paper proposed the PID control menthod in BP neural network of terrain detector - milling cutting depth system and designed PID controller in BP neural network and conducted simulation analysis by programming with Matlab. The results show that, when compared with conventional PID control, BP neural network compounded with PID control would enable the system better dynamic performance and follow-up characteristics, therefore, it is an effective control strategy.

Direct drive volume control (DDVC) electro-hydraulic servo system has many advantages compared to the valve control system. However, its application scopes were restricted by its poor dynamic performance. To study the reason for the low dynamic response, mechanical model of DDVC electro-hydraulic servo system is established. Structure parameters influencing the dynamic performance are analyzed. To optimize the structure parameters, the methodology of orthogonal experiment is presented. The selection of factors and levels of the experiment and the choice of the evaluation index are also revealed. The proposed methodology is carried out by simulation software and an optimal configuration is obtained. The dynamic response of the DDVC system with the optimal parameters is simulated. The results show that the dynamic performances are improved. The cross-over frequencyincreases from 0.0046 rad/s to 0.0442 rad/s, and the rise time Tr decreases from 488.6s to 47.90s.

The torque ripple of torque motor has serious influence over control accuracy of electro-optical tracking servo turntable. In response to this defect, an adaptive backstepping sliding mode control algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the mechanism of torque ripple was analyzed, and the math model of which was set up. Then, based on the model of whole servo system, the sliding mode control and backstepping algorithm were combined to design adaptive backstepping sliding mode (ABSM) controller. Finally, a simulation experiment was finished to with compare control performance of ABSM controller and PID controller. The simulation results show that, compared with the control accuracy of the PID controller, ABSM controller enhances the robustness of system, and approves control accuracy of servo turntable evidently.

In modern servo control system, the AC motors are commonly used. To fully meet the requirements of high accuracy and reliability, the accurate detection of rotor position and speed are essential. In this paper, designed a new kind decoding circuit, while a new microcontroller XMC4500 as the master chip and the resolver as detection devices. Experiment results show that the design is stable and feasible. It can lay a solid foundation for researching and controlling of the motor. Users can choose one of them to use and improve.

Through the analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) servo system, this paper is aimed to deduce the transfer function model of position output caused by the disturbance input, using the Matlab software for simulation calculation, and to analyze the change of the Bode diagram of the disturbance model when the control system parameter value changes. In addition, based on the analysis, the paper will identify the influence law of the external disturbance at different frequencies on the system servo stiffness. The simulation and analysis will show that adjusting the certain control system parameters can improve the system servo stiffness at different frequencies of the external disturbance.

The original idea of antiwindup controller design of equivalent separated-integartor controller structure for phase-lead-lag controller is presented in the paper. The idea is competitive to antiwindup for PID controller which is frequently applied in industry. Thus, mature approach of antiwindup for PID controller can be adopted in solving windup problems in phase-lead-lag controller. From equivalent model and especially from performed simulations, it is seen that the presented solution eliminate the windup.

Electro-hydraulic servo system of stick support mechanism was set up, which was used to simulate the attack angle mechanism in wind tunnel. The compound control strategy with speed feed-forward and position feedback was presented. The speed feed-forward model was deduced. And the reasonable speed and position signals were designed, by which the undisturbed switching of the speed feed-forward control and the position feedback control was realized. The hydromechatronic model of electro-hydraulic servo system of stick support mechanism was established by co-simulation technology with AMESim and Motion. The simulation and experiment results conform to theoretical analysis and show that the position and speed of the cylinder can be controlled simultaneously with the technology of speed and position hybrid control.

For the contour accuracy of direct drive X-Y servo system is susceptible to changes of the load parameters and nonlinear disturbances including the friction , A quadratic optimal position controller with sliding contour tracking controller based on equivalent errors model is proposed to improve contour tracking performance and the robustness. The position controller is designed by the factorization of quadratic optimization on frequency domain. Based on Equivalent Errors model including the equivalent contour error and tangential error, the contour tracking problem is converted to the stabilization of error dynamic system. Simulation and experimental results show that the effects of nonlinear disturbances are reduced effectively and the designed controller has high contour tracking accuracy and strong robustness.

NC machine creeping failure usually occurs in the mechanical part and feed servo system of NC machine tool feed system, because of low speed creeping phenomenon often depends on the characteristics of mechanical transmission parts. This paper establishes the physical model and the mathematical model, through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of machine movement components that crawl main reason, put forward to prevent the moving parts of the main measures of creeping.

AC servo system has been widely used in many fields with its high performance and the fast development of intelligent control strategy. Targeted at the single-axis motion control applications in industrial automation, a kind of single-axis motion control system, based on FM354 controlled by S7-300 PLC, is designed. The system consists of three to the position, speed and current closed-loop control to achieve precise position control. The position loop is implemented by FM354. The speed loop and current loop are encapsulated in the servo driver. Through monitoring and comparing the dynamic performance with traditional systems, it can find out the bench runs smoothly and positioning accurately, perfectly meeting the technological and application requirements. It also can be applied to a variety of occasions and used for multi-axis extension.

Paper studied the improved servo system controller based on ADRC. To deal with the inherent defects of traditional PID controller, a servo control method based on the ADRC was proposed. To deal with ADRCs parameter tuning, paper proposed a method based on ASFA. Finally, the improved servo controller based on ADRC was designed and comparative analysis of simulation between the improved ADRC controller and classical PID controller was completed. Results of simulation indicated that the quickness, stability and steady-state accuracy of the tuned controller has been improved. The result verified the correctness and feasibility of the method.

In Hard disk drive (HDD) industry, the demand for faster HDD with higher storage capacities had led to the use of a dual-stage servo system with a high precision PZT actuator. However, the PZT actuator is made of piezoelectric material which exhibits hysteresis. Hysteresis causes inaccuracies and oscillations in the system responses. In this paper, the hysteresis behavior is examined for a new high resolution (a few nanometers) PZT actuator fabricated for dual stage actuator. The new PZT actuator has the first resonance at a frequency twenty times higher than the first resonant mode of PZT actuator used at present in HDD. A generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii (GPI) model is obtained by using curve-fitting with the examined hysteresis behavior. Then the inverse of the GPI model is extracted which can be used as the hysteresis compensator. Finally a model-free hysteresis compensator using adaptive Neural Network algorithm is being proposed for future research.

This paper proposes a filtering control method of the gimbal rate-servo system in DGMSCMG based on strong tracking filter. Due to the low angle measurement accuracy of the angle measurement device, this signal processing technology can overcome the shortcoming as well as improve the robustness of the controlled plant to the environment disturbance and parameter change. Meanwhile, high accuracy of modeling is not required owing to the advantage of the strong tracking filter. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.

This work proposes a feedback linearization control algorithm to be applied to a pneumatic positioning system. Such algorithm aims to compensate the undesirable effects due to the highly nonlinear dynamic behavior of such type of actuator. A mathematical model of the system is presented and the proposed controller is described. Besides, an analysis is provided of the convergence properties of the closed-loop tracking errors of the system when such controller is used. The main features of the proposed controller are illustrated by means of experimental results and respective discussions.

Consider the problem of the current determination of stagnant rate, this work presents one determination method based on adaptive chatter algorithm .Simulation shows it can eliminate the impact of dynamics effectively. Sidewall pressure is important to open caisson design. However, FEM simulation for the sinking process of open caisson is quite difficult due to extremely large deformation including soil flow and solid boundary movement. In order to overcome this problem, Particle Flow Code (PFC), which is based upon discrete element method (DEM), was applied to simulate the whole sinking process of an open caisson using proposed load servo mechanism, and the variations of the sidewall pressure with sinking depth and elevation were investigated. The outcomes agree well with the in-situ observation data and the indoor experiment data, which verifies the feasibility of modeling the sinking process of open caissons using PFC and further studying their soil-structure interaction mechanisms from the microscopic prospect.

The purpose of the present work is to present a overall design of digital AC servo system, which is based on PMSM on the background of Self-propelled Artillery servo system. A magnetic field Orienting control tactic based on vector control technology is explored. DSP CMOS chip TMS320F2812 is adopted as a control core to design total-digital AC servo system. Since the work current of the servo system is high, the MOSFET component is used to construct the power inverter circuit, rendering the high current controllable. The simulation results prove that the system has good dynamic performance.

This paper studies the synchronous control strategy which can meet certain dynamic performance and the closed loop robustness to external disturbance in servo system. This servo system has two same PMSMs which are used in a new CNC molding machine for forming grinding wheel. To achieve high-precision of the machine, we designed the hardware construction of the servo system. At the same time, this paper proposes a synchronization control scheme based on cross coupling control algorithms. The performance of the cross-coupled system is theoretically analyzed and simulated. It was proved that this synchronization control scheme has quick response, robustness and small dynamic process synchronization error, which could meet requirements of the high-precision synchronization control.

The frame and function expression of radar fault diagnosis system based on neural network and traditional expert system are given. The select method of diagnosis parameter and the setting up process of knowledge database and module of neural network are analyzed.

It is a difficulty to combine artificial neural networks (ANN) with the fault diagnosis of electrohydraulic servo valve. To slolve this problem, the fault diagnosis mechanism of electrohydraulic servo system is analysed, the effecitveness of fault diagnosis based on ANN is verified, and the pressure characteristic data are used to construct ANN samples. Finally, the algorithms of RBF, BP and Elman are compared with the built system and sampled. The results show the RBF algorithm is more rapid and accurate and the proposed intelligent fault diagnosis system of electrohydraulic servo valve is valuable.

Pointing on uncertainties in the velocity servo system, caused by servo system cant model accurately, may cause the deterioration of the control quality of the electro-hydraulic servo system, and even lead to its instability. Sliding model control (SMC) strategy has been application in electro-hydraulic velocity servo control. Given that the quality and stability of servo system will be affected by the chartering phenomenon in the SMC, this paper proposes an approach to overcome the chattering: dynamic sliding mode control (DSMC). In this paper the mathematical model is established and the dynamic sliding mode controller is designed. Simulation and experiment indicated that: the proposed control strategy has good performance on velocity tracking and chattering reducing .The stability and control quality of the servo system are improved.

Material experiment system of hydraulic servo system is subject to load disturbance and load disturbance is a function of standard mechanical parameters of rock samples. Rock mass is very discrete, anisotropy, composition is not single and inelastic[. Traditional tester can't get the complete stress-strain curve of rock[ material, in order to solve the shortage of the traditional hydraulic servo system, in this paper, the fuzzy PID control is successfully applied to the hydraulic servo system, through the experiments and get good effect.

According to the characteristics and performance requirements of CNC machine, an adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed. It uses fuzzy reasoning method to adjust the PID parameters online, and the system has good adaptive ability. The dynamic simulation of CNC machine servo system was carried out based on MATLAB. Simulation results show that the adaptive fuzzy control system has better control performance than ordinary PID control system. This method has less calculation and good dynamic quality. It is easy to implement and convenient for engineering application.

In order to solve the question, this paper studies the rock mechanics tester intelligent control by computer electro-hydraulic servo device by means of computer technologies, electromechanical integration technologies and hydraulic technologies.The main work of this paper is about the modeling and simulation, mechanics of materials testing machine intelligent control to lay the foundation for further study.

The gyro stabilization loop is very important part in the Ship-borne Servo system to keep stable tracking. Based on the controlling structure of the gyro stabilization loop of Ship-borne Servo system, the theory of stabilizing the ships shaking is introduced and the signal of Gyroscopes is analyzed. The Kalman filter used in the gyro stabilization loop is put forward based on the famous Singer Model. The simulation on the real measured data is carried on. The result of simulation shows that this method can highly decrease random error in the Gyroscopes output and the ability of isolating the ships shaking can be improved more.

Based on the situation that the hydraulic position servo system is easily influenced by the external interference and the parameters of which are different with time-varying, the fuzzy control can soften the buffeting and the sliding algorithm has no the same problems as the hydraulic position servo system, a brandly-new fuzzy sliding control algorithm is designed. In the simulation process, within the parameters of simulated time-varying and outside strong interference, the results show that the hydraulic servo system based on fuzzy sliding mode control algorithm has a greater resistance to internal and external interference and time-varying parameters.

The test results indicate that the dynamic response of antenna servo system is very quick and tracking accuracy is very high. which can be well applied in the target tracking system.

According to the requirement of high precision and high speed in an AC servo system, based on sliding mode control theory, a cascade control is put forward. Sliding mode controller of the speed loop is applied to reduce the system steady state error and increases system response speed, and the sliding mode control of the position loop is applied to improve the system dynamic tracking accuracy and system robustness. According to the simplified mathematical model of the position loop and speed loop, system control law is derived. Experiment results show that the proposed sliding mode cascade controller can guarantee the dynamic performance of the servo system.
