This paper designed and completed the different polymer dosage of recycled concrete, was prepared by adding amount was 7%, 14%, 21%, 14% styrene butadiene latex recycled concrete, recycled rubber powder recycled concrete and ordinary concrete block, the cube compressive strength and damping performance test. The cube compressive strength of concrete test according to the ordinary concrete mechanics performance test methods, specimen is 150×150×150 mm cube specimens, pressure testing machine loading speed is 0.5 MPa per second. The concrete damping performance test is carried out according to the free attenuation method, with the hammer vibration test device, the test piece is T type. Based on the damage form of specimens, the compressive strength and damping performance analysis, and compared with ordinary concrete as the benchmark analysis test results show that the polymer recycled concrete cube compressive strength failure process and failure pattern basic consistent with common concrete. In the water/cement ratio, sand ratio, and amount of material per unit volume is the same, under the condition of polymer recycled concrete cube compressive strength is lower than normal concrete, damping performance is higher than that of ordinary concrete, the compressive strength is inversely proportional to the damping sexual relations.

The CoCrAlYTaSi/YSZ thermal barrier coating was prepared on the surface of GH586 by plasma spraying and laser remelting process. The coating prepared by plasma spraying, YSZ have no phase transformation. After remelting, YSZ also have no phase transformation, but the grain of the preferential growth orientation changed. Plasma spraying coating is mainly composed of t and t' phase, all the t phase transform into t' phase and recrystallization after remelting. After remelting, the substrate grain and γ' phase size are obviously grown up, leading to the decrease of high temperature oxidation resistance of substrate. In the process of oxidation, no obvious phase transformation are taken place in the plasma spraying coating, and the coating after laser remelting, tetragonal-monoclinic phase transformation happened.

The influence of different flame of gas welding on corrosion behavior of the carbon steel’s heat affected zone in seawater were studied by the weight-loss method, electroanalytical chemistry method and surface and microstructure observation. The result indicate that when gas welding the carbon steel, the corrosion rate of the heat affected zone under the influence of mild carbonizing flame is 0.1252[g／(m2•h)], in contrast, the corrosion rate of that under the influence of neutral flame is 0.1025[g／(m2•h)]; the order of corrosion current shows as follows: Imild carbonizing flame>Ineutral flame>Ibase metal; the order of measured corrosion potential as follows: Ebase metal>Eneutral flame>Emild carbonizing flame. Compared with the base metal, the heat effected zone are more likely to corrosion, corrosion resistance of the sample under mild carbon flame are the worse.

In this study, the inhomogeneous properties and microstructure at typical position of an Al-7.5Zn-1.6Mg-1.4Cu-0.11Zr alloy forging in T7452 condition have been investigated using OM, SEM, TEM and EBSD analysis, tensile properties testing, conductivity measurement and fracture toughness testing. The results indicate that wherein the properties near the surface layer and in the core of the alloy forging exhibit a difference of 10% or more. There are obvious differences in grain morphology, quench-introduced precipitation and recrystallization degree in the two positions. Due to the high quenching temperature, there appears a heavy quench-introduced precipitation phenomenon in the core more than surface layer of the alloy forging, which improves the electrical conductivity, but significantly reduces the strength of the final material. And there is a higher proportion of the recrystallization organization in the core of the alloy forging, seriously affecting its elongation and fracture toughness. Microstructure inhomogeneity of the alloy forging determines the uniformity of its properties.

Pure phase of Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped β-NaYF4 micron tubes with up-conversion fluorescence were synthesized by hydrothermal method at 180°C for 24 hours. For better utilization of sunlight and improving photocatalytic efficiency of organic dyes, TiO2 nanoparticles were modified by combining with β-NaYF4 micron tubes to form TiO2/NaYF4 composite. Three different combination methods were studied and the photocatalytic activities of the corresponding samples were tested by measuring the degradation rate of rhodamine aqueous solution under illumination of simulated sunlight. The composite that TiO2 nanoparticles were well dispersed on the surface of NaYF4 shows better photocatalytic activity than other composites and was near twice efficiency of pure TiO2 nanoparticles. The reason may be due to the high activity of heterostructure for TiO2/NaYF4 composite that will make it easy for sunlight absorption and photocatalytic degradation.

An innovative spray deposition technique has been applied to produce in situ TiB2/Zn-30Al-1Cu composites. The microstructures of the spray-deposited composite were studied using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Both theoretical and experimental results have shown that the TiB2particulates are formed in the microstructure. It was found that the TiB2particles were distributed in Zn-30Al-1Cu matrix uniformly, and the TiB2particles are about 2 μm in size. Moreover, the presence of the TiB2particles was led to increasing of α’ phase with less 2 μm size in the composites which have a tendency to decompose to α+η structure.

Structural and optical properties of MgZnO films were investigated by annealing in oxygen at different pressures. The crystalline quality of the annealed films improves with increasing annealing pressure. After annealing at 3.03×105Pa, the grain size became larger and oxygen content in the annealed films increased. This was attributed to the recrystallization of the films under high annealing pressure. However, a decreased oxygen content was found by annealing the films at 1.01×105or 2.05×10-3Pa. According to the defect levels and the relationship between photoluminescence spectra and annealing conditions, it was suggested that the emission peak located at 2.270 eV in photoluminescence spectra was related to interstitial oxygen (Oi) which will compensate the donor defects (Znior/and VO) and lead to the MgZnO film transforming into ap-type conduction under the annealing pressure of 3.03×105Pa.

The dynamic response characteristic of the pipe conveying fluid was researched with the fluid pressure pulsation in this article. For some hydraulic power pipe system, formed the mathematic models and the transfer matrices of the main hydraulic elements based on the fluid network algorithm, deduced the calculation formulae of input-output pressure pulsation, gained the transitive relationship of the fluid flow pulsation and pressure pulsation, and then studied the pressure pulsation amplitude of the hydraulic power pipes with different working pressures. This study, which analyzed the dynamic response of the pipe conveying fluid and discussed the feasibility of increasing the working pressure, is valuable for the design and the application of the pipes conveying fluid.

With continuous expansion of the grid, the power system structure is becoming more complicated, leading to more and more uncertainty of the system. Especially, the massive integration of wind power and other renewable energy to the grid brings more challenges. In this paper, by taking use of DSR (dynamic security region) and risk assessment theory, it proposed the transient risk index calculation and integrated analysis method for wind power integration system, which was able to give quantitative indicators of the system day-ahead scheduling plan. The efficiency and practicality of theories mentioned herein were verified by standard numerical examples.

It is difficult for current technical standard to satisfy the development requirement of smart distribution network because the new systems of distribution generation and energy storage and the new requirement of distribution network. First, new requirement for technical standard is analyzed in this paper. Then, applicability evaluation model of technical standard in smart distribution network is built. At last, empirical research on applicability of the operational control specification of the interconnection of distribution generation to power grid is carried out. The results show that the evaluation method proposed in this paper is feasible and effective.

In this paper, a systemic and experimental research is performed on the compatibility for glutenite oil reservoir in Karamay. The velocity sensitivity is not strong in microscopic scale and not weak in macroscopic scale; strong stress sensitivity; medium water sensitivity; varied compatibilities of injected water with stratum in different blocks. Causes: badly sorted source and small pore throat; high content of varied clay minerals. Authigene sodium montmorillonite comes in large quantity and varied occurrences, water swelling and easily dispersed. The kaolinite is easy to swell, be dispersed and transferred. As the research shows, it is very important to keep the solid particle diameter shall be limited within 2μm in the injected water, maintain a high degree of mineralization of the injected water, recycle the waste water as much as possible, control the production pressure for effective development of glutenite oil reservoir in Karamay. The difference of compatibility in macroscopic scale results from the fact that Block E has high permeability but large throat radius while Block W1 and Block W2 have low permeability but small throat radius..

Using the method of expanding diameter in low temperature and water bath heating, this paper studied the effect of pre-deformation strain on shape memory recovery characteristics of Ni47Ti44Nb9 alloy Φ8 mm pipe joint. The results showed that the transformation hysteresis was relative stable along with the pre-deformation strain more than 12.1%, which was 130°C. And the radial recoverable strain got maximum value 8.4% when the pre-deformation strain was in 10.8%~12.5%. But the radial recovery rate of inside diameter declined smoothly with the pre-deformation strain. Systems considering the three parameters of transformation hysteresis, recoverable strain and strain recovery rate, it seemed the excellent predeformed strain for Ni47Ti44Nb9 alloy Φ8 mm pipe joint was just in 12%~17%.

The method ofinduction cladding was adopted to make nickel-base layer on the surface ofsteel components in this test, and microstructure morphology, rigiditydistribution of the alloy layer made by cladding were analyzed and studied. Theresults shows that there is obvious bright white transition zone between thecladding alloy layer and the body, which forms an excellent metallurgicalbonding, microstructure of the alloy cladding layer is eutectic structure ofaustenite + carbide (austenite dendrite can be seen at individual parts), axialand radial rigidity are evenly distributed; bonding strength of cladding alloylayer is high without air hole and slag inclusion, with high flatness ofcylindrical surface, small machining allowance and low cost, etc.

One Bis-Boc-L-alanine-1,8-naphthyridine ligand containing amino acid by amido bond named 2,7-Bis-Boc-L-alanine-1,8-naphthyridine (L1) was synthesized and characterized. And there absorption and fluorescence spectra in methanol is presented. It exhibits electronic absorption spectra with λmax at about 340 nm, which can be tentatively assigned to π→π* transition. The emission spectra of L1 in CH3OH shows a mirror symmetry peak with λmax at about 375 nm. Then, the comprehensive study of spectroscopic properties upon titration of L1 with heavy metal ions as ion source in CH3OH was investigated.

The molecular structures and infrared of fourmeso-phenyl and 3,5-diaryl substituted BODIPY dyes, A to D, were investigated theoretically using the gradient-corrected density functional theory B3LYP method under 6-31+G* level. The vibrational and transition modes of spectra were explored in terms of their microscopic origin. According to structure analysis, the intersection angles of BODIPY core withmeso-phenyl were estimated 59-61º and the angles of BODIPY ring with 3,5-diaryl groups were evaluated 38-62º. The solvation energies of four BODIPYs are −26.26, −30.39, −34.1, −27.58 KJ/mol, respectively.

The double PWM welding power supply which can inhibit network side current harmonics,in order to suppress the transient intermediate DC link voltage fluctuations in large, by increasing the DC capacitor capacity its weaknesses are: slow dynamic response, equipment of large volume,high cost, low life.This paper presented a welding power supply double PWM power based on feedforward control, voltage fluctuation suppression intermediate DC link power using feedforward strategy is feasible. Power system composed of this control method has the advantages of small size capacitor , high power factor, good dynamic performance,simple and feasible,and has application prospect.

With the development of economy, higher requirements for pipeline laying are raised. Among them, how to choose path for laying effectivelyand cheaply is the most important. Compared with ‘Dijkstra’, ‘Bellman-Ford’, ‘Floyd’ and ‘Dynamic planning model’, a new routing algorithm based on adjacent matrix is proposed and detailed processes and rules are designed. Additionally the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved through being applied to an example.

We studied the shutdown state of natural gas engine on a modified GW4B13 direct injection engine. The result shows that when the engine is cold, high speed hold a dominant factor, causing the engine spends longer time shutting down than the time under the hot engine situation; stop position of the engine is normal distribution, and the majority of the stop position is located before the top dead center between 70° to 90°; when the stop position before the top dead center 90° and 120 ° , the engine spends shortest time, less than 0.3s, reaching the target speed, i.e. the idle speed 400rpm.

The research analyses the principles of evaluation index system from the perspective of low-carbon and establishes a multi-index comprehensive evaluation system considering the external characteristics of renewable energy building. The system mainly includes the economic, environmental and social benefits. According to this system, AHP and attribute mathematics theory are used to evaluate the effect of incentive policy.

Alternating traveling magnetic field (TMF) was introduced to agglomerate the inclusions with a density smaller than surrounding melt. Primary silicon particles precipitating from the solidification process of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy was regarded as inclusions need removing. Results indicated that alternating TMF was more effective to promote the inclusions to agglomerate into clusters than downward TMF. The effect of alternating TMF to agglomerate the inclusions increases with the increase of current and frequency. There exists the best alternating time to get the best agglomeration effect. In this study, 10s is the best alternating time.

Based on the real engineering project, the effect of W/C and the content of cementitious materials on concrete performances were studied, the strength, impermeability and frost resistance of concrete which was mixed respectively two kinds of water reducer and maintained in standard condition and outdoor condition were Studied comparatively. The pore structure of cement paste which was added respectively two kinds of water reducer were also analyzed. The results show that: The self-made polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the effect of low temperature and early strength, and it also can ameliorate the internal pore structure of the sample and improve the impermeability and frost resistance, and improve the durability of concrete.

Nickel (Ni (II)), cobalt (Co (II)) and manganese (Mn (II)) are often encountered in wastewaters. These metals have been identified as micronutrients, at trace concentrations; however, they are microbial growth inhibitors, at relatively high concentrations. The present review discusses, in a systematic way, the individual effects of the above heavy metals to the growth of microorganisms grown under aerobic conditions, with focus on the growth of activated sludge.

The technical process and prescription for health ice-cream using fresh goat milk and Soybean oligosaccharides (SBOS) as the main auxiliary material were explored, by measuring expansion rate and melting rate of the ice cream , both the quality of product (color, texture, flavor and tissue state) and the cost had also been considered, the different ageing time , goat milk, SBOS ,emulsifiers and stabilizers were compared and studied. The single factor test and orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum conditions: fresh goat milk 50%, sugar 10%, SBOS 10%, emulsifiers (monoglyceride: sucrose ester=1:1) 0.4%, stabilizers (CMC: gelatin=1:1) 0.35%, ageing time 4h. Under this condition, the expansion and melting rate of the final product were 95.14%, 38.83%.And the quality of SBOS goat milk ice cream product was perfect.

The preparation of aluminium sulfate adopting the sulfuric acid heating method with Al (OH)3 as raw material, and join the β complexing agent in aluminium sulfate solution to remove impurities; ammonium aluminum sulfat is prepared by the reaction of the ammonium solution and aluminum sulfate, and purify ammonium aluminum sulfate to get high purity ammonium aluminum sulfate crystals containing crystal water. Purify the crystallization of ammonium aluminum sulfate with containing water treated at 1250 °C for 3 h. Then the high purity alumina was prepared. Break the high purity alumina to press, and then again process in 3 h under 1650 °C, get Al203 which is craw materials of sapphire crystal LED. The samples were characterized by atomic absorption spectrum (AAS), differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), scanning electron microscopy, XRD and chemical analysis. The purity of high purity alumina is 99.991%, which will be applied to the LED manufacturers on sapphire artificial sapphire growth test.

The research progress of friction and wear resistance properties of PEEK composites, modified by carbon fiber, other nanometer and micro-particles, are summarized. Suggestions for further research are put forward.

The cooling of proton exchange membranes fuel cell (PEMFC) is one of the crucial components in the heat management of a fuel cell. This paper presents three cooling channels of PEMFC: linear, serpentine and heat pipe. The cooling geometric models are proposed for the three cooling channels, respectively, and the corresponding temperature distributed diagrams are derived under steady state by SINDA/FLUINT. From the simulation, the linear cooling channel of PEMFC renders local overheating inside the cell under the same conditions, obviously. It is also observed that the serpentine cooling channel ensures the uniformity of cell temperature, whereas the change of channel diameter is not able to adjust the radiating performance effectively. Extensive simulation results show that the heat pipe cooling channel not only outperforms the other cooling channels in radiating performance, but also provides a remarkable environmental factor.

And based on that, this paper presents an efficiency evaluation model of electric power information system in view of the adjacency matrix. Firstly, the attack process is divided into two stages from the perspective of an attacker, namely, selecting to attack the access points and attacking other access points; secondly, it describes the intelligent selection capability of the attacker by using the transfer probability index between the nodes; finally, it conducts the computational analysis by introducing an example, to prove the practical applications of the proposed methods.

The infrared detector is the kernel of an infrared thermal imager. Usually it is the most expensive device. This paper describes a new infrared thermal design, based on an uncooled infrared detector with high performance and low price. It describes the specifications of the infrared detector and illustrates detailed the circuit to driver the infrared detector, include pivotal functions like TEC control and bias-voltages generation. The software to obtain image, correct non-uniformity and enhancement image is discussed also. At last, some infrared images prove the correctness of this design.

The xylene formaldehyde unsaturated polyester resin was synthesized with glycol, xylene formaldehyde resin and maleic anhydride (MA) as raw materials using styrene as diluent. It was used in putty. The dosage of hydroquinone (HQ), propylene glycol (PG) and diethylene glycol (DEG) mole ratio on the influence of the synthesis of the resin and the performance of the putty. The results show that the amount of HQ is about 0.03% of the total mass. the synthetic process is smoothly and the curing performance of the resin is better. The premise is that the mass of PG and DEG possesses 4.5% of the xylene formaldehyde resin mass. Mole ratio of PG and DEG (PG-DEG ratio: 1: 2mol/mol) is critical for high yield.

Hybrid measurement method is proposed to solve the problem that the partial or whole three-dimensional reconstruction accuracy of aviation engine parts is high. The point clouds of the aviation engine part are captured first using contact and non-contact measuring method. Feature-based parametric modeling strategy is adopted to reconstruct the aviation engine part so that it is easy to be modified in the future. Then, the point cloud data obtained by contact measurement and the reconstructed model are registrated to the same coordinate system to detect the deviation. The point cloud registration method is based upon the feature-based registration method and standard Iterative Closest Point (ICP) algorithm, which help to improve the accuracy of registration. According to the result of deviation, the three-dimensional model can be modified. The accuracy of the modified model is controlled within 0.02mm, satisfying the requirement of aviation engine parts. Three-dimensional reconstruction results have verified the feasibility of the method.

In order to study the impact resistance capability of dump truck bodies floor, a simulation model of dump truck bodies floor and impact hammerheads made of metal materials were designed, and a strain test system of bodies floor under impact loading was established, a measurement of the stress of bodies floor model was made to obtain the law of stress variation about key point of truck bodies floor model. The research laid the foundation for the analysis of impact resistance capability of dump truck bodies floor using finite element method as well as provided a reference for the structural optimization of truck bodies floor.

In order to analyze the structural strength of no floor beam dump truck cargo body, this paper established cargo body finite element analysis (FEA) model with the shell elements as basic element. The sand pressure on the cargo body was calculated by Rankine active earth pressure theory, and the Hyper works (a FEA software) was used to calculate the static strength and mode of the cargo body. By calculation, stress, deformation distribution and mode parameters of the cargo body were obtained, which provided reference for the cargo body improvement.

This paper studies thefreeze-drying process of Chinese style ham and western Germany fruit tree tenderloin , get their eutectic point, melting point and collapse temperature, freeze-drying curve and its heat and mass transfer characteristics, and determine the precool temperature and highest limited temperature of sublimation interface . The effects of system pressure on freeze-dried rate in freeze-drying process is discussed, determining the methods of regulating pressure circularly.

Shape memory effect and corrosion resistance of the as-cast Fe-Mn-Si based alloy were studied in this paper. The results showed that the shape memory effect of alloy would decline with the specimen size increasing. Due to the ε martensites distributed in a single direction mostly and uniformly were not prone to the phenomenon of cross-crossing at the small size interface. The corrosion resistance of the as-cast decreased as the concentration of medium increasing. Because of the Cl-, which was easily absorbed by the substrate in the HCl solution, can penetrate the surface of the substrate film and generate the soluble compound, which leads the corrosion resistance performance poorer than that in NaOH solution. Under high temperature and pressure, the average corrosion rate of the Fe-Mn-Si-based shape memory alloy was significantly lower than that of the 304 stainless steel, and its corrosion rate changed little. Because the amount of harmful impurity elements and the carbon content is low in the shape memory alloy matrix, and the film formed on the surface of the alloy is more stable, denser so as to an unobvious pitting behavior.

Firstly, this paper describes the formal definition of the workflow based on product structure, and then gives the algorithm of instantiating workflow, the startup algorithms and the advance algorithms involved in the workflow execution in detail, finally, this paper shows the realization of the engine based on these algorithms. These algorithms described in this paper allow users to make decisions on designing and establishing the composition of the product structure flexible, to define the approval process of the task node flexible, and to advance the process according to the results of the instantiation automatically.

In the circumstances of computer widespread using in the government, institutions, commercial, schools and so on, how to ensure and monitor the security of BIOS system has important significance to ensure overall control of information security in China. This paper proposes the design and implementation methods for BIOS security testing procedures and testing system through the analysis of BIOS security, and provides a new way of thinking for BIOS security.

Numerical studies were carried out on the dynamics of the Basic Finner missile under supersonic velocity based on the three-dimensional unsteady N-S equation. Second-order upwind NND scheme finite volume was used to discretize the spatial derivative term of the flow-controlled equation group. The LU-SGS containing dual time steps was used to obtain higher efficiency and precision of time solution. A numerical model representing the relationship between the unsteady aerodynamic force/moment coefficients and state variables under single DOF (degree of freedom) pitching and rolling movements was built from the Etkin unsteady aerodynamic model. The numerical algorithm for solving damping-in-pitch derivatives and damping-in-roll derivatives by forced-harmonic analysis was proposed. The M910 target practice, discarding sabot with tracer (TPDS-T) was used as a validation example and proved that the numerical calculation gives the same result as the experiment. By simulating the forced pitching and rolling vibration of Basic Finner, the numerical identification succeeded in obtaining the damping-in-pitch derivative and damping-in-roll derivative to a higher precision than the calculated result obtained by the quasi-steady Euler equation. Besides, to address the longitudinal and horizontal cross coupling induced by the pitching movement, numerical identification was also carried out on the cross coupling derivative of Basic Finner when under forced pitching vibration.

The research on dynamic derivative under the dynamic unsteady condition is one of the most difficult aspects of the aircraft development process. For the special experiment of dynamic derivatives, no numerical simulation of support interference has yet been systematically studied. The numerical simulation of support interference for identification of dynamic derivatives with 7o blunted cone under the hypersonic condition was done in this paper. The 2-order Roe scheme and the dual-time-step method based on LU-SGS were respectively applied to discrete of the spatial and time derivative of the unsteady flow. A least square method based on the Etkin unsteady aerodynamic model was used for identification of dynamic derivatives. Hypersonic missile module was adopted as a verification example, and the numerical calculation results are consistent with the experimental results. For two different sting support forms with 7o blunted cone, the impact of sting support interference on dynamic derivatives was studied. Results show the moment coefficients of two support forms under static conditions are essentially the same, while there is a big difference in the pitch damping derivatives under dynamic conditions. The support interference of nonlinear aerodynamic loads resulted from the shock wave induced separation and other unsteady flow structures under dynamic conditions is far more complicated than that under static conditions, and the correction law of support interference under static conditions cannot be applied directly to the unsteady dynamic situations.

Based on air cushion belt conveyor, a new type of belt conveyor named water cushion belt conveyor is proposed. It has a wide scope of applications for its features such as stability and reliability, capability of full load start-up, and environment-friendliness. This paper studies the working mechanism and lubricating mechanism of the water cushion belt conveyor. The basic lubrication equation of the water cushion is deduced from the universal form of the Reynolds equation used to study the pressure film properties of the water cushion. The design of the key part of the water cushion device is described in details. The research can be taken as a reference in practical applications.

An innovative spray deposition technique has been applied to produce in situ TiB2/Zn-30Al-1Cu composites. The microstructures of the spray-deposited composite were studied using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results have shown that the TiB2particulates are formed in the microstructure. It was found that the TiB2particles were distributed in Zn-30Al-1Cu matrix uniformly, and the TiB2particles are about 2μm in size.

The silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) with average diameter of 84nm are synthesized via a simple liquid phase reduction method in the mixture of water and ice. The conductive ink with good performance is formulated using the synthesized Ag NPs and its average sheet resistance reaches to 0.62Ω/□. Furthermore, the grid transparent conductive films (TCFs) with three different geometries are fabricated using the formulated conductive ink through flexographic printing, and the transparent and conductive properties are analyzed and compared, resulting in the comprehensive quality Q of 20um/ 400um hexagon grid (3.79) is relatively the highest.

Homemade water in water cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) emulsion was applied in cigarette paper pulp as dry strengthening agent with other strengthening agent. Good collaborative effect was achieved when CPAM was used in bleached wheat straw pulp with strengthening agent E and with cationic additives L as paper pulp strengthening agent. It was also showed that distinct strengthening effect was obtained when CPAM emulsion was applied in mixture of bleached needle kraft pulp (NBKP) and wheat straw pulp, breaking length and tearing index of cigarette handsheet made of mix pulp was respectively increased by 22.2% and17.0% when the dosage of CPAM was 0.8% of dry fiber. Through analysis of cigarette handsheet section scanning electron microscopy (SEM) photos, strengthening mechanism of CPAM emulsion to cigarette paper pulp was preliminary studied.
