In this study, a warehousing system management design was developed using the kanban barcode method to make it easier for operators to recap data on the entry and exit of goods ordered for the procurement of car spare parts at Toko Jaya Utama Muda. The Warehouse Management System design that has been implemented using the kanban barcode method consists of several processes, including: 1) Designing the process for making spare parts orders, 2) Designing the process for sending spare parts to the sales line, and 3) Designing the process for collecting kanban barcode suppliers. After the system design and various processes in the kanban barcode system are known, the equipment and equipment needed are known. Supplies and equipment needed include: 1) Barcode Kanban Card, 2) Delivery Order, 3) Kanban Box, 4) Computer, 5) Barcode Scanner, 6) Delivery Order Printer, 7) Kanban Barcode Printer. In the comparison of the time system used, the comparison of time (ready goods) obtained the results of the time obtained using the new system ±15 minutes and the conventional system ±60 minutes. Meanwhile, in the comparison of the average time (unprepared goods) the results of using the new system are ±50 minutes and the conventional system ±100 minutes. With the warehousing layout, the level of Human Error will be less due to the arrangement of all goods and data collection of all goods on the sales line from the three categories, namely, fast moving, medium moving, slow moving. Nowadays, in the 4.0 industry era, warehouses are essential in supply chain competition. Warehouses ensure that the goods are safely kept throughout the supply chain journey. The current era has created new obstacles in the warehouse sector, which will require new strategies in order to face them. Two of the most popular strategies are the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired First-Out (FEFO) stock-keeping method, which is chosen considering the nature of the materials. These strategies need to be done efficiently in the shortest time possible to reduce waste of time, which is the principle of a lean warehouse, which may be a problem for various companies. One of the solutions to this problem is by using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The WMS would have to consider the problems that are happening or may happen in the future. It should also support the decision-making of inbound and outbound operations by automatically providing information and suggestions. The suggestions should be able to tell where to put away or pick an item in the warehouse efficiently while also keeping FIFO/FEFO in mind. Thus, this paper provides a conceptual framework that will be required in designing a warehouse management system while analyzing the important aspects that should be considered. Furthermore, this paper will identify how WMS with auto-suggesting features for FIFO/FEFO implementation may solve potential problems that might occur in managing warehouses and create added value toward lean warehousing. Conventional warehouse management systems, which are based on 2D barcodes, require each unit of goods to be checked. Recording all the items' information is a time-consuming process; yet some of the agricultural products stored in AgroHUB Banten have a short lifespan and need to be recorded quickly before they are distributed to another area. Therefore, storing the goods for a long time could cause them to spoil. This paper proposes an RFID-based warehouse management system to reduce the time needed to record goods, especially perishable agricultural products. The design of the system includes inbound, outbound, and process management in the warehouse. The article deals with the current importance of automated information systems in railway transport, the issues of automation of accounting for inventory and components of the warehouse VChD-2 under the JSC "Uztemiryolyolovchi". The structure, composition, principles, stages of development and implementation of the automated warehouse management system in railway transport are described. In the management of passenger traffic, special attention is paid to the issues of effective automation of accounting for the warehouse for the rapid maintenance and repair of rolling stock (wagons). UML language diagrams were used to design the warehouse work accounting information system.
