Controller Area Networks (CAN) are a desirable substitute in the automation and automotive sectors. The purpose of this work is to develop the CAN protocol for car monitoring systems using Arduino. The objective of this research is to create an embedded system that tracks internal metrics required to assess the vehicle's current state of healthand identify any issues. User information is essential for promoting security, safety, and mobility, as well as increasingthe dependability of travel. This user data may include ongoing information about the vehicle's performance and thecondition of its internal parts. In this project, the Arduino and the linked sensors communicate with each other using CAN. Sensor data monitoring is aided by CAN. The Arduino system, the brains behind this project, is essentially the basis of thisgadget. It regulates the use of temperature, alcohol, vibration, and ultrasonic sensors. Through the use of CAN, these sensed data are sent to the controller in packet frames. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
