The high-k composite dielectric ink is prepared by dispersing the surface modified BaTiO3 in PMMA solution. The high quality BaTiO3-PMMA composite films are screen printed on ITO glasses. BaTiO3 nanoparticles are surface modified with a silane coupling agent (MPTMS) to improve their affinity for PMMA matrix. The dielectric constant, loss tangent, specific capacitance and transmittance of BaTiO3/PMMA nanocomposites are investigated as the function of volume fraction of BaTiO3. These composites, which possess both high dielectric constant and low dissipation factors and can be screen printed at ambient temperature and pressures, have very wide practical applications.

Settlement of comprehensive pipe is inevitable disturbed by construction and surrounding environment, in order to better understand the settlement rule of comprehensive pipe. Based on a large amount of monitoring data collected from integrated trench, a simulation model is proposed to analyzed comprehensive pipe settlement by using ABAQUS, the case results show that the simulation model performance can analysis the synthesis trench settlement. It has high prediction accuracy and fit for the settlement of integral comprehensive pipe.

To improve image quality and a higher level of follow-up image process needed, it's of great importance to do the image denoising process first. A new image denoising method in two-dimensional (2-D) fractional time-frequency domain is proposed in this paper. Through the realization of 2-D fractional wavelet transform algorithm, the 2-D fractional wavelet transform theory is applied to image denoising, and compare with image denoising method based on 2-D wavelet transform. A large number of image denoising simulation studies have shown that, the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio of output images based on the proposed method can be effectively improved, and preserve detail information effectively and reduce the noise at the same time. It proved 2-D fractional wavelet transform is a new and effective time-frequency domain image denoising method.

To prepare materials for sheetmetal unfolded based on CATIA software became an important link in processing and forming of sheetmetal parts. In this paper through the research of practical problem encountered in the process of sheetmetal unfolding preparation in aircraft manufacturing enterprises, introduce and prove the influence of sheetmetal unfolding coefficient on the preparation of raw materials; through analysis of external factors like the characteristics of materials and ductility of sheetmetal, developed a suitable method to calculating the length of sheet metal stocks. It greatly enhanced the level of sheetmetal manufacturing in aircraft manufacturing enterprises, meet the requirements needed on sheetmetal processing, and bring about the technology expand from theory to practice.

The organizational succession in cluster supply chain is not only a primary upgrading way of industrial cluster, but also a basis of integrating industrial cluster and Logistics Park. This paper analyzes how to integrate organizational succession in cluster supply chain and Logistics Park according to the logistics features of organizational succession in cluster supply chain, and puts forward three integrated models. Meanwhile, through the case study of IT industry in Suzhou, the logistics evolving regulation of organizational succession in cluster supply chain is explored, and some relevant conclusions and suggestions are drawn at last.

To explore the attributes of cluster supply chain, and provide its driving model (2P&2BP) for more effective and more efficient way in implementing mass customization. The paper analyzes cluster supply chain driving model for implementing mass customization manufacturing using data from case study from 8 garment and IT industrial clusters. In process of implementing mass customization, we found that cluster supply chain has supplying level, marketing level and supplementing level to support its driving model (2P&2BP: Pull/push/burst power/bottleneck press) rather than conventional pull\push model. thus SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in industrial cluster would have chances to extensively participate cooperate with core companies in the form of supply chain, thus expanding gradually.

For the problem of pellet density control in the fish feed extrusion forming process, the influence of extrusion speed, the depth of die hole and the interaction of the two factors on feed pellet density was studied by experiment method. The study results own good application value because as theoretical basis they can be used to determine the extrusion scheme and optimize the granulator structural parameters.

This paper relates to a high reliable communication method for the terminal of a networked and distributed power supply system. Terminal refers to the realization of two-way communication between high voltage source of distributed power supply and laden multiple electrical appliances. Due to the characteristics of long distance, complex electromagnetic environment and small amount of communication information between the voltage source and the electrical appliance, this paper designs a new kind of high reliable communication method along with high-voltage transmission, narrow-banded and single-ended synchronous [1,2,8]. Under the condition of satisfying the communication capacity and reliability, this method has been successfully applied to the city network and LED street lamp management system with the advantage of simple circuit design and inexpensive manufacturing cost.

Due to the short investment time of the new equipment, the materiel consumption and maintenance data is not much. As a result, its demand prediction belongs to the prediction of small sample data. Since general demand prediction methods are difficult to predict the materiel demand of new equipment, an applicable and efficient prediction method should be explored to solve the problem. Therefore, combining grey prediction theory and least square support vector machine and operating accumulative generation on the original data sequence to extract its deep law characteristic, the new equipment materiel demand prediction model based on Grey Least Square Support Vector Machine (GLSSVM) was established, and the model's parameters was optimized by SIWPSO. Finally an example was set using Neural Network, traditional LSVSM and GLSSVM to predict the materiel demand of new equipment X to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of GLSSVM. The result shows that the prediction precision of GLSSVM is superior to the other two methods.

This article established the oblique beam system supported by knee brace in portal frame by using finite element software ANSYS. We analysed the ultimate bearing capacity of the system, and discussed the effects of purlin stiffness and knee brace layout on the bearing capacity of the structure. Preliminary analysis shows that, increasing the number of knee brace or improving purlin stiffness can improve ultimate bearing capacity of the system.

In view of the phenomenon that the complex transmission path of signals in the gear box and the lack of analysis and test methods for appropriate vibration source signals, the paper takes different-diameter optical axis as the research object, and firstly establishes the propagation model to analyze how the source signal changes and decays in the optical axis of different diameters from the perspective of wave equation. Then this paper builds proper text platforms to conduct experiment, and verify the correctness and validity of the theory. Besides, through the experiments, the paper analyzes the stress change of the optical axis transverse, the lowing trend of transmission speed of the stress wave in the axis, and the relationship between displacement and scope. At last, the paper aims to verity the rationality and generalization performance of the experimental system, which will support the future study on the transmission characteristics of mechanical vibration signals in optical axis theoretically and experimentally.

The characteristics of biological nutrient removal was investigated with aerobic granular sludge in an anaerobic/aerobic SBR system. The anaerobic/aerobic SBR system showed a very stable phosphorus, nitrogen and organic carbon removal performance. The average removal rate for NH4+-N, total inorganic nitrogen (TIN), PO43--P and CH3COO--C reached 97.8%, 89.7%, 96.8% and 98.8%, respectively, when dissolved oxygen concentration in the aerobic phase was controlled at 1~2mg/L, with 80~90min anaerobic phase followed by 240min aerobic phase during the SBR cycle. The nitrification, denitrification, aerobic phosphate uptake and anoxic phosphate uptake could occur simultaneously in aerobic granular sludge under aerobic condition. The microorganism population in the granular sludge has a diversification, the formed microecosystem is more stable and the ability to withstand shock loading and the self-regulation ability are stronger.

This study described a five-factor typology of online consumers motivations labeled as the functional shopper, the following shopper, the surfing shopper, conflicting shopper and e-laggard, and a five-factor typology of the clickstream data labeled as the functional browser, the hedonic browser, the impulsive browser, the comparative browser and the knowledge building browser by cluster analysis. A correspondence analysis for two typologies demonstrated an independent cluster frame with limited correspondence. Theoretical and marketing implications are discussed.

The NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) composite film with Si substrate subjected to thermal loads was modeled by the method of mechanics of materials. The governing equation was obtained by combining static equilibrium equations, geometric and physical equations. Both the material nonlinearity of SMA and the geometric nonlinearity of bending deformation of SMA composite film were considered. By simulating the actuation performance of the SMA composite film during a cooling-heating thermal cycle, it is found that the final cooling temperature and the thickness of SMA film have significant effects on the actuation performance of the SMA composite film. Besides, the maximum deflection of the SMA composite film is affected obviously by the geometric nonlinearity of bending deformation when the thickness of SMA film is very large.

Full parallel architecture for DVB-S2 LDPC was implemented on the platform of FPGA, in this process, the pipeline technology was introduced, and the method of FIFO and multiple RAM group used at the same time was also used, the problem of storing the parity check matrix was effectively overcomed, and the coding rate reaches 125Mbps. In order to solve the problem of high consumption of resources, the design of decoder adopted serial architecture, the decoding delay was greatly reduced by clever design of interleaver structure, and the decoding throughput reaches 125Mbps, moreover utilization of registers and logic elements is less than 1%.

An improved codeword construction method was used to encode the BCH code and LDPC code in this paper according to the latest standard defined by digital video broadcasting standard(DVB), and moreover the data overflow problem was solved. The LDPC code was decoded by the reduced complexity Min-Sum decoding algorithm, in which the coefficient was studied. Fixed-point representation and decoder quantization were proposed and simulation results show that 6-bits and 16-bits uniform quantization can make close to the performance of unquantized decoder, which reduces the decoder complexity for hardware implementation.

Taking Huzhou city as an example, the landscape spatial pattern and water quality were selected respectively as the space urbanization module and water environment level module, to construct the coupling coordination degree assessment index system. Entropy method was used to calculate the index weight and the comprehensive evaluation value of urbanization and water environment, and coupling coordination degree model to analyze the coordination degree between them. The results indicate that the coupling coordination degree between urbanization and water environment in the study period presented a fluctuation trend of deteriorating fist and improving afterwards, overall in barely coordination state, and the coordination function was weak. The coupling coordination types show a volatility trend in the way of urbanization lag-water environment retarded-urbanization lag. Analysis of the coordination between urbanization and water environment could provide theoretical bases and policy implications for achieving both goals of the urbanization level progress and water environment protection.

Integrated using GIS technology, the relevant principles of landscape ecology and hydrology, and choosing the landscape index such as patch number, patch area, patch density, fragmentation index, separation index and connectivity index, etc. to analyze the changes of urban water landscape in urban Suzhou. The results showed that: 1) The past 15 years, the area of the water landscape in the study area had decreased from 16.18 km2 to 5.21km2; 2) During 1980s to 2009, the patch number of the water landscape had increased, the average patch area had decreased, but the patch density, the patch separation and the fragmentation index had increased. This fully reflected the level of the water landscape fragmentation continued to increase in the study area; 3) During 1980s to 2009, the connectivity index had decreased from 0.7 to 0.44 in urban Suzhou; 4) From 1980s to 2009, the water rate had decreased about 66.21%. It leaded to the regional channel storage capacity had reduced approximately 318.44×104m3, and the per unit area of regulation and storage capacity had decreased nearly 2.25×104m3／km2.

In this experiment, the combination of physic-chemical and biological methods was applied. Firstly, degreasing wastewater and painting wastewater were pretreated by chemicals respectively. And the removal rate of CODCr is more than 50% and about 65% respectively. After pretreatment，the effluents together with electrophoresis wastewater were treated by the coagulation-flotation and SBR process. And the removal rate of CODCr reached more than 80%, which achieved primary standards of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996). After the separated pre-treatment, the consuming amount of the chemicals had obviously lowered than the conventional mixing treatment, as well as the sludge. Most importantly, this process ensures good quality of water. So it is feasible economically and technically to use separated pretreatment, air flotation and SBR to treat automotive painting wastewater.

In the publishing and printing applications, hidden data is embedded into images for copyright protection and ownership generally. In this paper, a reasonable data hiding method based on noise-balanced error diffusion (NBEDF) is proposed, which is applied in color halftone image. Color image is firstly separated into grayscale images from RGB color space to CMYK color space. Secondly, Floyd-Steinberg error diffusion operator is used, and halftone images will be obtained. Finally,through NBEDF, hidden data is embedded in the halftone image which contains the largest amount of information. The experimental results show that hidden information can be visible , when the corresponding decoded image overlays the color image with hidden information. The data hiding method proposed in this paper can be well applied on security printing.

This paper studied on the application mechanics and characteristics of the polyurethane-acrylate composite emulsion applying to the pre-coated adhesive film of paper and plastic laminating. The formula design and synthesis method of the polyurethane-acrylate composite emulsion was researched, and the physical properties of the copolymer emulsion was tested by infrared spectroscopy (IR), particle size analysis, gel permeation chromatography (GPC). According to mix the waterborne polyurethane acrylate emulsion to the waterborne rosin emulsion, the hot melt pre-coated adhesive was obtained. The experimental results based on the physical properties and image analysis of the pre-coated adhesive film of paper and plastic laminating showed that: the adhesive film coated by this hot melt adhesive had a high gloss and adhesive force, it improved the application performance of the pre-coated adhesive film of paper and plastic laminating in the printing and packaging industry.

SiC nanoparticles were treated by hydrofluoric acid (HF) and then put into the formulation of tread compounds of tire. After being mixed fully in the open mill and vulcanized in the sulfuration machine, some rubber nanocomposites filled with SiC nanoparticles were finally prepared out. The SiC nanoparticle reinforced rubber composites were observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). It was found that SiC nanoparticles show good uniformity of dispersion and unobvious agglomeration of particles in rubber matrix after short-time treatment by HF, while they show bad uniformity of dispersion and obvious agglomeration of particles in rubber matrix after long-time treatment by HF.

Internal cracks in 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel were produced by compressing cylindrical sample with drilled hole. In order to consider the effects of deformation degree, temperature, strain rate and holding time on the crack healing, the hot compression tests were performed on Gleeble-1500 thermo-simulation machine under different process conditions. By in situ observation under optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, effects of process condition on crack healing and the behaviours of crack healing were revealed successfully: (1) the result of crack healing improves as the melt temperature, reduction and holding time increase, (2) the effect of crack healing decreases as the strain rate increases. By the energy dispersive spectroscopy, it is also found that the chemical composition of the healed crack area is different from that of the matrix.

Based on background, taking the engineering construction material information management system to replace the traditional artificial management mode in recent years has caused extensive concerns in the construction enterprises. Then, this paper used .NET technology to implement the construction material information management system.
