The rapid identification of lactic acid bacteria, which are essential microorganisms in the food industry, is of great significance for industrial applications. The identification of lactic acid bacteria traditionally relies on the isolation and identification of pure colonies. While this method is well-established and widely used, it is not without limitations. The subjective judgment inherent in the isolation and purification process introduces potential for error, and the incomplete nature of the isolation process can result in the loss of valuable information. The advent of next generation sequencing has provided a novel approach to the rapid identification of lactic acid bacteria. This technology offers several advantages, including rapidity, accuracy, high throughput and low cost. Next generation sequencing represents a significant advancement in the field of DNA sequencing. Its ability to rapidly and accurately identify lactic acid bacteria strains in samples with insufficient information or in the presence of multiple lactic acid bacteria sets it apart as a valuable tool. The application of this technology not only circumvents the potential errors inherent in the traditional method but also provides a robust foundation for the expeditious identification of lactic acid bacteria strains and the authentication of bacterial powder in industrial applications. While each method has its own advantages as they are not without limitations in practical application. To explore the optimal evaluation mechanism of open-cat mining procedure, this paper takes the actual operation status of Huolinhe No. 1 Open-cast Mine a the research basis, and makes a deep analysis of the four representative mining procedures proposed by this mine. A detailed and comprehensive evaluation system is constructed using rank-sum ratio % RSR) method. The system covers 17 key indicators and aims to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme in an all-round and multi-angle manner. Through the calculation and analysis by RSR method, the comprehensive evaluation of the four types of mining procedure schemes is carried out, and finally the secondary river improvement project is determined as the optimal mining implementation scheme, and the joint mining scheme of the south and north areas is the alternative strategy. The research results of this paper are objective, clear and definite, can not only reveal the effectiveness and feasibility of RSR method in solving the problem of open-cast mining procedure optimization, but also provide a strong technical support and decision-making basis for the future production development of Huolinhe No. 1 Open-cast Mine. Microplastics pollution has become one of the focuses of global environmental science research. Microplastics include micro plastic particles and nano-plastic particles, which come from the decomposition of plastic products, the release of microfibers and the industrial process of plastic particles. The distribution of microplastics in water, soil and atmosphere is summarized, and the widespread existence of microplastics in different environmental media is emphasized. This paper also summarizes the potential impact of microplastics on ecosystems and organisms, and pays attention to the transmission and accumulation of microplastics in the food chain, as well as its potential threat to human health. Finally, the paper discusses the methods and technologies of microplastics treatment and monitoring at present, and puts forward the direction of further research on microplastics pollution in order to formulate more effective management and mitigation strategies. In the new era, there is an urgent need to further promote pairing assistance to Tibet, promote the simultaneous construction of a strong agriculture in China, and compose a Chinese-style modernization. Southern Tibet, located in the southeastern part of the Tibet Autonomous Region, includes Shannan City and Nyingchi City, is a region assisted by four provincial partners including Hubei Province. This paper introduces the agricultural environment in southern Tibet, studies its agricultural characteristics, and analyzes the main issues of its pairing assistance. This paper analyzes and compares the key factors influencing food security in two populous countries (China and India), and categorizes them into three types; agricultural production, economic development and income level, and income distribution. Using the prevalence of undernourishment as an indicator of food security, the paper empirically tests the degree of impact of various factors on food security in both countries using Tobit regression and Newey regression methods. The study finds that improving the level of economic development can significantly enhance food security in both countries; reducing the Gini coefficient has a significant impact on India, but not on China; increasing the agricultural production per capita has a much greater effect on China than on India. [Methods] Starting from the connotation of rural industry revitalization and land resource utilization, this study explores the relationship between rural industry revitalization and land resource utilization, Taking Ganning Town with typical mountain industry as the research area, this paper analyzed the relationship between rural industry revitalization and land resource utilization through a combination of field research and literature analysis, found out the existing problems and came up w'ith pertinent recommendations. In light of the rapid expansion of China's economy, there has been a notable shift in the consumption patterns of urban and rural residents. This is evident in the increased consumption of agricultural products, with fruit consumption representing a particularly pronounced trend. The 2023 Beijing Consumption Statistics indicate that demand for fruit is increasing, accompanied by heightened competition for quality and brands. The paper is based on research that examines the current situation of fruit consumption among urban and rural residents in Beijing. The results indicate that when urban and rural residents in Beijing purchase fruits, price is the most significant factor influencing fruit consumption. Taste, appearance, and variety are also considered to be important influencing factors, while the influence of factors such as fruit type, consumption pattern, and fruit brand is relatively minor. In order to deal with the special spatio-temporal environmental changes encountered in the process of open-cast mining taking Huolinhe No. 1 Open-cat Mine as the research object, this paper studied its typical problems in river reconstruction and cultural relics protection. The study focused on eight key core aspects, including the design optimization of the spatial layout of the mining area, the accurate estimation of the mineral resources reserves, the scientific theoretical demonstration of the mining scale, the fine analysis and calculation of the stripping ratio, the comprehensive consideration of the transport distance and efficiency, the accurate judgment of the best time for the implementation of the transformation, the analysis and evaluation of the slope stability, and the overall planning of the production system. This paper primarily concerns the effective coordination of the procedures and methods employed in open pit mining operations under the background of river management. The central objective of this study is to identify a viable approach for ensuring rational and efficient development of open pit mineral resources while simultaneously protecting and restoring the ecological environment of the river. This approach should facilitate the realization of a harmonious symbiosis between mining and river management. The intricate mutual influence relationship between river management and open pit mining is first analyzed in depth, which provides a solid foundation for the subsequent coordination strategy development. In light of the aforementioned considerations, a set of coordination procedures for open pit mining based on river management conditions is proposed. These procedures emphasize the integration of river protection into the overall layout of mining at the planning stage. With the rapid growth of the global digital economy, cross-border e-commerce, as an emerging form of trade, has gradually become a powerful engine to promote the development of global trade. BRICS is an important force in the global economy, and the progress of the BRICS countries' trade facilitation level has an important impact on the global trade environment. This paper conducts an in-depth study of the dynamic changes in BRICS trade facilitation from 2013 to 2022, and uses an extended gravity model to analyze the specific impact of this change on China's exports using cross-border e-commerce. The results show that although the BRICS countries have made some progress in trade facilitation, the overall level still needs to be improved, and there are obvious differences among member countries. For a long time, rural economic development has put economic benefits in the first place, ignoring the impact of unreasonable land use on local land resources and ecological environment, which is not conducive to the long-term high-quality development of local economy and sustainable land use. There is an urgent need to study the relationship between sustainable land use and rural economic development in order to achieve the coordinated development of the two. By using the methods of literature research and field investigation, this paper studies Meining Village, Tiandong County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The study found that farmers tend to plant pure eucalyptus forest, single land use structure, short-term rotation planting model and traditional afforestation and land preparation technology are not conducive to sustainable land use in forest areas, and affected by economic and educational factors, farmers' livelihood is relatively simple, so the development of rural economy will be restricted. This paper delves into and assesses the differences in biological traits and fruit nutritional composition of 3 varieties of Prunus humilis introduced from 2 different regions. Results showed that (i) the contents of protein, total sugar, and calcium of No. 5 variety were higher those of the other 2 varieties, which was recognized as the most suitable variety for fresh fruit; (ii) the comparison of leaf areas index and fruit shape index of 3 varieties shows that the fruit shape index and individual fruit weight of the introduced varieties were higher than those of the control, the diameter of individual fruit of the introduced varieties higher than that of the control indicated that they had a higher fruit hardness, more dry matter accumulation and better fruit quality, and that the introduction region was more suitable for scale-up of P. humilis; (iii) there was a positive correlation with the number of fruiting branches and there was a significant negative correlation with individual fruit weight, while the leaf area had a significant negative correlation with the number of fruiting branches. The introduced varieties can develop normally in the 2 testing areas, notably, No. 5 variety performed better than No.4 and No. 6. Giving farmers more rights and interests on land property is the basis of achieving balanced and coordinated economic development between urban and rural areas as well as building a sharing economy during the period of economic transition in China. Based on the survey data of suburban households of Tianjin, in this paper, measurement method was adopted to study factors influencing farmer's willingness on land management right mortgage. The results shows that the willingness of individual farmer on mortgage is not strong, however, their willingness on mortgage is bound to have a significant relationship with farmland right confirmation and land transfer and other factors. Finally, it is concluded that it is necessary to promote land transfer on the basis of land right of confirmation while carrying out farmland mortgage under the premise of large-scale operation in China. Niligou Reservoir, a typical reservoir in the eastern region of Jilin Province, is subordinate to Niligou River, which is located in the Changbai Mountains in eastern Jilin, with abundant plant and animal resources and well protected biodiversity in the basin, but there are also some related problems such as fragile ecosystem of forest wetland. This paper carried out a healtli asseesment of Niligou River, including water quality monitoring, aquatic organism monitoring, and riparian zone investigation. According to the requirements of the Technical Guidelines for River and Lake Heallh Assessment, 13 aseesment indexes were selected to build a river and lake health aseesment index system. By sorting and analyzing the monitoring and investigation data, we got a clear picture of the ecological environment status and existing problems of Niligou Reservoir. With the development of information technology, sharing marketing, as an innovative marketing method, plays an important role in promoting the marketing willingness and enthusiasm of employees in the Internet decoration industry. In recent years, the integrated development of the tea and tourism ha become an important way to promote the rural revitalization of Tai'an tea-producing areas, but the state of industrial upgrading stiil needs to be improved. In order to better integrate tea and tourism in Tea Valley, this paper uses questionnaire and SWOT analysis to study. It found the following problems: (i) 45.7% of tourists were interested in tea culture, but they Know liitle about it, and the integration of tea culture and tea tourism products is low. (ii) 58. 54% of the tourists were interested in the tea picKing experience project and wanted to add the tea food experience item. (iii) The acceptance of45.7% of tourists to scenic spots was 1 - 2 h, which shows that the quality of transportation service facilities and personnel needs to be improved. Combined with the SWOT analysis s it is found that the scenic spot is rich in resources s convenient transportation, profound cultural heritage, and good government policy support conditions which is suitable for the SO strategy (growth development strategy), so the scenic spot relies on intern! advantages and seizes external opportunities to develop the integration of tea and tourism. Based on the analysis results, it came up with the pertinent recommendations for the Key problems: (i) The infrastructure service is not well established. It is suggested that scenic spots should increase investment regularly train service personnel to improve their quality, and improve transportation services, accommodation, catering and public service hardware facilities. (ii) Tea tourism products are insufficient. It is suggested that tea tourism products should be innovatively designed and tea tourism experiential products and tourism commodities should be planned. (iii) Tea culture and tourism lacK organic combination. It is recommended to deeply excavate tea culture, and taKe consideration of both spiritual and material aspects. The specific methods include building teahouses, Taishan Mountain ( Mount Tai) tea culture throughout the whole procees of tea production, development and pro-ceesing, and AR tea culture experience haH can be built to make tourists feel tea culture from diferent perspectives. [Objectives] The paper was to study the impacts of sand and dust storms (SDS) on regional economy. [Methods] In this paper, we combined the computable general equilibrium (CGE) model and the Monte Carlo method to examine the impact of SDS on the regional economy, with a focus on GDP, price index, employment rate, industrial structure and output, income and expenditure. We extended the standard CGE model, introduced the stochastic parameters into the production module, which had significant impact on economic output, and inserted the rate of change of the total labor supply and the expenditure share of early warning and protective measures into the income and expenditure module. [Results] SDS had significant impacts on regional GDP, employment rate, and industrial output from a macro perspective, and can reduce the income of residents and enterprises and increase expenditures from a micro perspective.
