Stratifying long-tail customers and identifying high-quality customers with high growth potential are crucial for civil aviation companies to explore new profit growth points. This paper proposes a long-tail customer stratification model based on clustering ensemble to address the problems of insufficient attention to long-tail customers in previous studies and the low accuracy and lack of accuracy testing of single clustering algorithms. First, the Bayesian information criterion is used to determine the optimal number of clusters. Then, an ensemble framework integrating the Gaussian mixture model, spectral clustering, Two step clustering and K-means algorithm is constructed, and the stacking and bagging ensemble methods are used for the cluster ensemble. Finally, three different indicators are used to evaluate the algorithm performance. Experimental results indicate that compared with single clustering algorithms, the Stacking algorithm increases the silhouette coefficient by 14.77% to 27.11%, the Calinski-Harabasz index by 38.83% to 122.18%, and the Davies-Bouldin Index by 19.38% to 98.04%. This indicates that each clustering has high cohesion and separation, with samples within a category being more closely related and those between categories having clear boundaries. It shows that the Stacking algorithm more accurately stratifies long-tail customers with similar consumption behaviors into different categories, achieving customer stratification. Since 2010, China's traditional industry has entered a critical stage of development and enterprise reform and development is imminent. Product homogenization is serious in this market, so that the competition among enterprises is fierce. At the same time, international brands continue to enter the Chinese consumption market, which intensifies the competition and seriously squeezes the market share of Chinese local brands. However, the popularization and development of the Internet and the change of people's consumption concept and level make the market put forward higher requirements for the development of business operation and many traditional family enterprises have embarked on the road of transformation. It is of great significance and value to clarify the influence of internal factors of family enterprises on strategic transformation. The performance evaluation of family business strategic transition is really a multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems. In this paper, the 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic number grey relational analysis (2TLNN-GRA) method is proposed along with on the traditional grey relational analysis (GRA) and 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic sets (2TLNNSs). Firstly, the 2TLNNSs is introduced. Then, combine the traditional fuzzy GRA model with 2TLNNSs information, the 2TLNN-GRA method is established and the computing steps for MAGDM are built. Finally, a numerical example for performance evaluation of family business strategic transition has been given and some comparisons is used to illustrate advantages of 2TLNN-GRA method. Building energy consumption (BEC) prediction often requires constructing a corresponding model for each building based historical data. However, the constructed model for one building is difficult to be reused in other buildings. Recent approaches have shown that cloud-edge collaboration architecture is promising in realizing model reuse. How to complete the reuse of cloud energy consumption prediction models at the edge and reduce the computational cost of the model training is one of the key issues that need to be solved. To handle the above problems, a cloud-edge collaboration based transferring prediction method for BEC is proposed in this paper. Specifically, a model library stored prediction models for different types of buildings is constructed based the historical energy consumption data and the long short-term memory (LSTM) network in the cloud firstly; then, the similarity measurement strategies of time series with different granularity are given, and the model to be transferred from the model library is matched by analyzing the similarity between observation data uploaded to the cloud and the historical data collected in the cloud; finally, the fine-tuning strategy of the matching prediction model is given, and this model is fine-tuned at the edge to achieve its reuse in concrete application scenarios. Experiments on practical datasets reveal that compared with the prediction model which doesn't utilize the transfer strategy, the proposed prediction model has better performance according to MAE and RMSE. Computation offloading is a key computing paradigm used in mobile edge computing. The principle of computation offloading is to leverage powerful infrastructures to augment the computing capability of less powerful devices. However, the most existing computation offloading algorithms assume that the mobile device is not moving, and these algorithms do not take into account the reliability of task execution. In this paper, we firstly present the formalized description of the workflow, the wireless signal, the wisdom medical scenario and the moving path. Then, inspired by the Bayesian cognitive model, a trust evaluation model is presented to reduce the probability of failure for task execution based on the reliable behaviors of multiply computation resources. According to the location and the velocity of the mobile device, the execution time and the energy consumption model based on the moving path are constructed, task deferred execution and task migration are introduced to guarantee the service continuity. On this basis, considering the whole scheduling process from a global viewpoint, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the energy consumption optimization problem with the constraint of response time. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm optimizes the workflow under the mobile edge environment by increasing 20.4% of successful execution probability and decreasing 21.5% of energy consumption compared with traditional optimization algorithms. Building energy consumption (BEC) prediction is very important for energy management and conservation. This paper presents a short-term energy consumption prediction method that integrates the Fuzzy Rough Set (FRS) theory and the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model, and is thus named FRS-LSTM. This method can find the most directly related factors from the complex and diverse factors influencing the energy consumption, which improves the prediction accuracy and efficiency. First, the FRS is used to reduce the redundancy of the input features by the attribute reduction of the factors affecting the energy consumption forecasting, and solves the data loss problem caused by the data discretization of a classical rough set. Then, the final attribute set after reduction is taken as the input of the LSTM networks to obtain the final prediction results. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed model, this study used the actual data of a public building to predict the building's energy consumption, and compared the proposed model with the LSTM, Levenberg-Marquardt Back Propagation (LM-BP), and Support Vector Regression (SVR) models. The exploration of seeking improvement paths through actively responding to changes in consumer demands and improving social benefits, as well as applying calculation and analysis of evaluation weights, has attracted widespread attention from the academic community. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper applied the concept of fuzzy computing, and conducted a weighted analysis of the social benefits of Chinese film and TV enterprises through questionnaire and analysis of large sample survey data. In this paper, we consider the waste collection problem from customers' location with assumptions that are closer to real life applications of the problem. The fleet of vehicles is heterogeneous and vehicles have separated compartments, namely they have different capacity for each type of waste. Also, the vehicles have different traveling time limitation and different variable and fixed cost according to their types. As well as, the multi-depot vehicle routing problem and the mixed close-open vehicle routing problem are combined together. The objective of the problem is minimizing the cost of servicing to customers with respect to customers' demands and available constraints. A new mathematical MIP model is proposed and to deal with this problem, three meta-heuristic algorithms are investigated and the results are compared with the results of CPLEX solver. A tree hub location problem (THLP) is a recently introduced extension of the classical hub location problem with an incomplete graph. The aim of this problem is to design a network more economic and practical. This paper presents a new multi-objective model to design a multi-modal tree hub location network under uncertainty. For this purpose, a fuzzy approach is applied to cope with the inherent uncertainty of input data in the THLP. One important issue, which is recently introduced in transportation network, is the amount of fuel consumption effected on economic and environmental problems, In this model, the amount of fuel consumption used in a transportation sector are accounted and the effect of road and vehicle types on consumed fuel in the THLP are studied. This model allows having different transportation modes between hubs and a set of capacity levels for each potential hub so that only one of them can be chosen. The objectives of this model include the minimization of energy consumption and the minimization of transportation costs and fixed costs of locating hubs and hub links. To solve the model, a multi-objective imperialist competitive algorithm (MOICA) is proposed to obtain the Pareto-optimal solutions of the problem.
