Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a common disease that seriously threatens human life and health, characterized by rapid progression, complexity and variability, and multiple complications. SAP can lead to intestinal microbiota imbalance and intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction in the early stages. Traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in regulating gut microbiota and has become a potential method for treating intestinal microbiota imbalance in SAP. Objective To investigate the effect of composite insulation and conventional insulation on the body temperature in pediatric hypospadias surgery. Methods Eighty pediatric patients undergoing elective hypospadias surgery From October 2017 to December 2018 in this hospital were divided into the composite insulation group(A) and conventional insulation group(B) by adopting the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. T he body temperatures were recorded before anesthesia ( T1 ), at 30 min (T2 ) after surgery begin, operation end(T3 ), out of the operation room (T4 ). Plasma CRP and WBC count were measured at the each time point. The anesthetic recovery time, extubation time and shivering occurrence were recorded. Results The body temperature at T2 and T3 in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B, plasma CRP and WBC levels at T2 - T4 were significantly lower than those in the group B, the anesthetic recovery time during recovery period and extubation time of tracheal intubation in the group A were significantly shorter than those in the group B, the occurrence rate of shivering was significantly lower than that in the group B, and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The composite insulation measures contribute to maintain the temperature stability, prevent the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia, reduce the intraoperative stress reaction and is conducive to the rapid recovery of the children patients. 目的 探讨右美托咪定复合硬膜外麻醉在老年患者前列腺手术中的应用效果，为临床应用提供参考。方法 选取 2015 年6 月至2016 年6 月在该院行硬膜外麻醉前列腺电切术老年患者60 例，所有患者美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级，随机 分为右美托咪定组和丙泊酚组，每组30 例。观察比较不同时间点两组患者的心率（HR）和平均动脉压（MAP）变化情况。应用简易精神状态量表（MMSE）评估两组患者手术前后的认知功能变化，比较两组患者术中寒战发生率。结果 两组患者手术中 HR、MAP 均显著 低于手术前，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组患者手术后 MMSE 评分均低于手术前，且丙泊酚组评分低于右美托咪定组，差异均 有统计学意义（P<0.05）；右美托咪定组术中寒战发生率低于丙泊酚组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 右美托咪定对患者认知功能障碍的影响较小，能有效预防术中寒战的发生，减少患者不适感，适合在临床推广应用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the effects of salidroside on liver injury and Bcl-2，Bax in rats with hepatic ischemia reperfusion. Methods A total of 56 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups：sham operation group（group C， n=8），model group（group IR，n=24），salidroside group（group S，n=24），group IR and group S according to the time of 1，3，6 h after reperfusion were divided into 3 subgroups.AST and ALT in serum were detected，the cell apoptosis in liver tissue was de- tected by TUNEL method，the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Com- pared with group IR，the cell apoptosis rate in group S was lower，the expression of Bcl-2 protein was increased，the expression of Bax protein was decreased，and AST，ALT were improved，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conlu- sion Salidroside has protective effect for liver injury after liver ischemia and reperfusion，the mechanism of protection may be associated with its action of upregulating the expression of Bcl-2 and downregulating the expression of Bax to inhibit cell apoptosis. Objective To observe the clinical effect of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with edaravone for treating acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 128 inpatients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group, 64 cases in each group. The control group received the routine medical treatments such as antiplatelet aggregation, regulating lipid, trophic nerve and activating blood, while the treatment group was added with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with edaravone besides the routine treatment. Then the recovery of nerve function was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and modified RANKIN scale (mRS). The recovery situation of neural function was compared between the two groups and the curative effects were performed the contrastive analysis. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the NIHSS and the m RS scores before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment,the NIHSS and m RS scores in the two groups were improved compared with before treatment, but the improvement degree in the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05 or 0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group was also higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant [96.88% (62/64)vs. 87.50% (56/64), P<0.05]. Conclusion Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with edaravone has more significant effect than the routine medical therapy in treating acute ischemic stroke. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 探讨老年原发性高血压合并缺血性卒中的临床特点。 方法 选择2013年12月至2014年11月义煤集团股份有限公司总医院神经内科收治的老年原发性高血压合并缺血性卒中患者40例（高血压合并卒中组）和非高血压卒中患者40例（非高血压卒中组），回顾性分析比较两组患者的临床资料。 结果 高血压合并卒中组患者更多表现为腔隙性脑梗死。单因素分析结果显示，高血压合并卒中组患者高血压控制不佳、吸烟及糖尿病因素与非高血压卒中组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。logistic多因素回归模型分析亦发现，高血压合并卒中组患者吸烟、糖尿病及高同型半胱氨酸因素与非高血压卒中组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 老年原发性高血压合并缺血性卒中具有特征性临床表现模式，老年原发性高血压合并脑卒中与吸烟、糖尿病及高同型半胱氨酸等因素有关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
