Early indications are that Iraq had a hand in the September 11 attacks. But, according to the author, firm evidence should he unnecessary for the U.S. to act. According to the author, the U.S. should seriously arm and support Iraqi opposition groups. Moreover, no exaggerated claims should he made for the opposition. The United States could pull off an invasion with the help of only Great Britain, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, moreover, it would require a significant buildup, a long air campaign against all of Saddam's military assets, and finally a land invasion.
