- Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to comprehend the configuration of strategic entrepreneurship in family businesses from the supermarket sector located in the Minas Gerais state. Through a qualitative multi-case research, we interviewed founders, predecessors and successors from such firms in order to identify if and how they cope with strategic entrepreneurship practices within their firms. We analyzed different situations in which exploration and exploitation practices occurred. In addition, we observed ambidexterity between these practices of exploration and exploitation in some cases. We conclude that the family firms studied in this paper deploy and value strategic entrepreneurship practices, specifically during their processes of strategic renewal and of construction of competitive differentials. These practices, therefore, contribute to family business growth and to their configuration as entrepreneurial family businesses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The essay aims to describe the measures under the public universities regarding the everyday teaching practice having as reference the unifying factors of entrepreneurship, especially in the Administration Course. It is not today that the teaching-learning relationship in the gym has been guided by processes built under the atmosphere of entrepreneurship, analyzed in several aspects: creation, innovation, revolution, recontextualization, proactivity, commitment, dedication, motivation and risks. The concept of entrepreneurship education here has applied teleological character, as an intentional act, aimed at the use of active methodologies, innovative and transformative practices in teaching Administration. Therefore, the educational entrepreneurship becomes a methodological and ontological process that allows a variety of teaching practices to the teacher, without giving up the reflective pedagogy necessary for the formation of the future administrator. Under this sign, we have called for this work that you can perform didactic and pedagogical procedures guided by the composite elements designating the entrepreneurial action, even considering the implications and ambiguities in the university environment, where normally ideological and corporatist vectors tend to block the prerogatives teachers spontaneously decide to promote inclusive education, revisited and able to reposition Higher Education at higher levels. Authors such as Hoy and Miskel (2015), Hengemühle (2014) and Hartman (2015) support the purposes of the work. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to comprehend the construction of innovative practices in family businesses. In order to do so, we conducted a case study in a family firm from the cachaça industry, located in the State of Minas Gerais. The results demonstrated the construction of innovative practices, involving a balance between disruptive innovations such as new products creation, new productive methods, and the exploration of new business opportunities, and incremental innovations in existing activities of the firm. This movement, in turn, generates possibilities for the strategic renewal of the family business, contributing to its longevity. We conclude that innovation, as an entrepreneurial action, allows the construction of innovative family businesses, a potential theoretical category to be explored in the field of family business research. - Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyse how family businesses can create a unique context for entrepreneurship through their internal resources, mentioned by Habbershon and Williams (1999) as familiness. Some researchers have used the resource-based view as a theoretical framework in order to investigate entrepreneurial capabilities in family firms which are one of the requirements to create wealth across generation and so we did. Moreover, family business must have the requirements that encourage them to be constantly involved in entrepreneurial activities. A single case study was conducted and semi-structured interviews with family and non-family members of the family firm A were made. We can conclude, despite the fact that this family firm has positive resources that foster entrepreneurship, it could not be classified as Enterprising Family since the culture of this organization does not meet the requirements described by Habbershon (2006) for an entrepreneurial family firm. Entrepreneurs are key to the development of a country, as they drive the economy through innovation. In Brazil, a question arises the need for educational institutions to encourage and "teach" entrepreneurship, since you can learn to be an entrepreneur. In this context it becomes relevant to the existence of instruments that can measure the potential entrepreneur. Thus, the work in question sought to adapt, validate and measure the entrepreneurial potential of students of a Higher Education Institution (HEI), as well as analyze the implications of this construct profile of the student, used a Likert scale format consists of 30 items . For data analysis, statistical techniques used for highlighting the exploratory factor analysis with the extraction method of principal components and varimax rotation (varimax with Kaiser normalization), reliability coefficient Cronbach Alpha and nonparametric tests -Test U of Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis (k samples). The statistical package used was the SPSS 17.0. Factor analysis extracted seven factors - high value of internal reliability - that explain 73.75% of the total variance: "Planning, Goals and Control" (3.66) "Intention to undertake" (3.89) "Persistence "(4.44)" Opportunity "(3.94)" Persuasion "(4.07)" Efficiency "(4.35) and" Info "(4.36). Regarding personal factors, no significant differences for any of the items: gender (p = 0.41); period (p = 0.41); professional activity (p = 0.23), stroke (p = 0.17) , age (p = 0.82), income (p = 0.64), father's occupation (p = 0.38) and mother's occupation (p = 0.32). This study aims to explain the relationship between intrapreneurial behavior, according to Moriano; Topa; Valero and Lévy (2009), and their entrepreneurial skills, as the approach of Lenzi (2008), of Senac's employees in the state of Santa Catarina. The theoretical approach presents the key themes that relate to the problem of the study, namely: entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial skills and intrapreneurial behavior. In analyzing these relationships, the nature of the approach applied in the article was mainly quantitative. The study can be categorized as descriptive by using technical procedures adopted and bibliographic, case study and survey. We used statistical techniques as Anova, Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. The results demonstrates that the more common skills were commitment, persistence, and take calculated risks, and less frequent finding opportunities and initiatives and setting goals. With respect to conduct intrapreneurial, the analyzes showed a significant and relevant for all constructs except uncertainty in the available time and tasks. Finally, the entrepreneurial skills were strongly correlated with the constructs of intrapreneurship. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article aims to investigate the scientific production carried out until 2013 about innovative entrepreneurship stimulated by universities. This is a Bibliometric study, descriptive in nature, with a quantitative approach from a documentary research. The final sample was composed by 165 papers published in Ebsco periodicals, Scielo, annals of events of Anpad and Anprotec, and also theses and dissertations from Capes and Dominio Público. Regarding results, we find that: (i) the maximum number of publications by author on the subject of innovative entrepreneurship, was four; (ii) the better social collaboration networks capital presented eight connections, (iii) ) only four coaches followed the development of more than one paper; (iv) the year 2010 was the most productive in terms of publications on the topic, with a total of 24 papers; (v) Santa Catarina (through UFSC, FURB and CERTI Foundation) is responsible the majority of the papers, for a total of 12 publications; (vi) the degree of education with the highest number of publications is the Master Degree Programs, including 81 of the total papers found; (vii) Although in the year 2010 the Anpad - National Association of graduate studies and research in business administration - have been outstanding, in general Anprotec appears with more publications; (viii) despite the significant number of papers found, we realized that there is still theoretical gaps found in the papers published that can be solved through future researches. For example, no paper presented an evaluation of the results of the process of developing entrepreneurial skills, in order to evaluate their effectiveness, and this is an opportunity for future studies. The purpose of this survey infers that the representativeness of the academic context contributes to the advancement and to the expansion of knowledge in the area of entrepreneurship and innovation, in addition to giving greater visibility than has been produced about innovative entrepreneurship process over the years.
