The article discusses a Justice Department lawsuit aiming to block the sale of U.S. conglomerate General Electric Co.'s appliance business to the firm Electrolux AB, an appeals court decision against U.S. consumer electronics maker Apple Inc., and a court win for the FTC concerning the possible merger of food firms Sysco Corp. and US Foods Inc.
