The article states that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the U.S. government agency the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) must reconsider rules concerning requirements on U.S. power plants to reduce mercury emissions and other pollutants on June 29, 2015. According to the article, the majority opinion was written by U.S. Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia. The article states that the administration of U.S. president Barack Obama would be pressured to rewrite EPA regulations on the issue.
