Object must be selected manually and scale variation can't be handled with properly when using traditional algorithms. To overcome this problem, this paper proposed a new object tracking algorithm fused with optical flow detection and template matching. Firstly, it automatically detected and extracted object by combining the optical flow and the image segmentation results, accomplishing detection based tracking. It used the template matching technique for target locating when the result of the detection based tracking was unreliable, accomplishing matching based tracking. Finally, with the help of the template's auto update, adapted the target's changing in scale by the tracking window. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can not only adapt object's scale variation, but acquires stable tracking results. Event-B is a formal modeling language based on set theory and predicate logic, within which hierarchical models can be established by refinement strategy. A method for applying Event-B to practical industry is proposed, which consists of rewriting requirement, establishing abstract model, and step-by-step refining. Firstly, requirements are rewritten from three different views&: environmental view, functional view, and property view. During this phase? refinement strategy reflecting model hierarchy is identified. Secondly, formal methods are adopted to establish abstract model and validate the established model. Using well-proved abstract model, requirement appending, model refining and model validating are carried out at the following levels of the model hierarchy according to the refinement strategy. Finally, based on the whole established models corresponding to requirements, implementation codes can be automatically generated by the related tools. With refinement theory adopted in this method, requirements and properties of system under development can be identified in a refinement way and incrementally. Modeling and verification using formal methods guarantees the correctness of models. To illustrate the feasibility of the method, the development of multi-application smart cards ss shown as a case study. This paper investigated and compared the gross-efficiency of purification, efficiency of sizing particles purification, stability of operation, safety of exploitation and economy of three types of filtration cores in the practical condition. Through test data evaluation, the result showed that the special designed nickel-based metal filtration core with the effects of penetration & interception is more competent than that of fiber filtration core with the effects of coalesce in the CBM purification featured with high flow velocity, variable concentration of dusts and water-containing, and it has technology and economy advantages. One-sample prediction for the failure number of lognormal distribution in the future time interval was studied based on product life estimation and prediction theories. Odd ratio was introduced, and then predictor and prediction interval of the failure number in the future under lognormal distribution were obtained, finally, prediction accuracy was discussed through analyzing the influence factors of the prediction results. According to the engineering background that the large wind farm demanded for reserves of the wind turbine key components, an example was presented to show the validity. Aimed at the stability of surrounding rock in Pingdingshan Coal Mine, took a typical deep roadway with joint fissured surrounding rock as study object, used discrete element numerical simulation, simulated the deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock, and the control technologies of joint fissured surrounding rock roadway were proposed. The results show that the tensile failure appears at vault and two side-walls and in the middle of floor at first. Then, the shear failure appears at spandrel and two base angles. The failure zone extends into the deep area until the roadway is instable. According to the in-situ monitor data, it is concluded that the stress in anchor and cable tends to be stable after supporting for two months, as well as the horizontal convergence, vault subsidence and floor heave. The mechanism of dual output phase-shift distribution transformer (DOPSDT) for reducing the output voltage distortion, and the relationship between the transformer harmonic impedance and windings layout structure are disaussed. Based on the field-circuit coupled method, the output voltage distortions of Dyn transformer and DOPSDT are calculated. Results show that since the 3rd, 5th and 7th load current harmonic fluxes are cancelled on the secondary side, the corresponding harmonic impedance of DOPSDT are lower, and the corresponding harmonic voltage distortions of DOPSDT are also greatly lower than the distortions of the Dyn transformer. The experiment was to investigate the effect of phytosterol formula on growth performance, immune function, nutrient apparent digestibility and intestinal microflora of piglets. The results showed that the feeding phytosterol formula increased the average daily gain of piglets by 14.73%, and reduced diarrhea rate by 62.21%. The serum test found that growth hormone in serum increased by 18.59%, total protein increased by 13.07%, immunoglobulin G increased by 42.70%, and TNF-α decreased by 24.49%. The apparent digestibility rate of dry matter, crude fat and crude protein was improved and the intestinal microbes was significantly boosted. The experiment indicates that the phytosterol formula significantly improves the immune function of piglets and growth performance, which can be potentially used as an antibiotics replacement products in feed industry. To evaluate the mechanism of governor vessel electroacupuncture in rats with post-stroke limb spasm by observing the changes of glutathione antioxidant system-related factors. Methods A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group (n=12), sham operation group (n=12) and modeling group (n=36). The middle cerebral artery obstruction model was prepared by thread approach method in the modeling group, and 24 rats with successful modeling were randomly divided into the model group and the electroacupuncture group, with 12 rats in each group. At the 3rd day after modeling, the electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at three acupoints of the governor vessel, namely, "Dazhui" (GV14), "Jizhong" (GV6) and " Houhui" (anteromedial of the transverse process of the sixth lumbar vertebra), for 30 min each time, once a day for 7 days. The neurological function of rats was assessed by Zea Longa neurological deficit score. The muscle tension of rats was detected by modified Ashworth dystonia rating and electrophysiological tracing method. The brain tissue water content was measured by the dry-wet weight method. The volume of cerebral infarction of rats was measured by the TTC staining method. The contents of glutathione(GSH), catalase(CAT), oxidized glutathione(GSSG), superoxide dismutase(SOD), and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the cortex of rats were detected by colorimetry. The protein and mRNA expressions of glutathione reductase(GR), glutamate cysteine ligase(GCL)C, GCLM, and glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4) in the cortex of rats were measured by Western blotting and real-time PCR, respectively. Results Compared with rats in the normal and sham operation groups, the Zea Longa neurological deficit score, modified Ashworth dystonia rating, the volume of cerebral infarction, brain tissue water content, and GSSG and MDA contents in cortex were increased in the model group, the tension signal value and the proteins and mRNA expressions of GR, GCLC, GCLM, and GPX4 in cortex were decreased, and the contents of GSH, CAT, and SOD in cortex were decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the Zea Longa neurological deficit score, modified Ashworth dystonia rating, the volume of cerebral infarction, brain tissue water content, and GSSG and MDA contents in cortex were decreased in the electroacupuncture group, the tension signal value and the proteins and mRNA expressions of GR, GCLC, GCLM, and GPX4 in cortex were increased, and the contents of GSH, CAT, and SOD in cortex were increased(P<0.05). The study used the functional Lactobacillus acidophilus producing α-amylase, protease, phytases and β-mannanase to carry out cooperative fermentation of soybean meal. The effects of the inoculating amount, fermentation temperature, fermentation time and the ratio of water to material on the content of acid-soluble protein were studied by the single factor experiment. On this basis, through Box-Behnken design experiment, the quadratic regression model was established, and the optimal fermentation conditions were the inoculated amount of bacterial liquid of 12.3%, the fermentation time of 78.9 h, the fermentation temperature of 36.8 °C, and the ratio of water to material of 0.9 L/kg. Under these conditions, the crude protein content increased by 15.13%, the acid-soluble protein content increased by 66.91%, hemicellulose content decreased by 24.93%, the free amino acid content was 11.62 times higher before fermentation, the trypsin inhibitor content decreased by 91.68%, the urease activity decreased by 95.67%, the phytic acid content decreased by 83.87%, and the viable bacteria count in fermented soybean meal was 1.37x1010 CFU/g. The study indicates that the composite strain fermentation mode can effectively improve the nutrient composition of soybean meal and remove antinutrient factors, so as to improve the utilization rate of soybean meal and provide a reference for the industrial production of fermented soybean meal. In order to study the creep property of salt rock, triaxial compression creep tests with step loading axial stress to salt rock specimens were carried out on the RLW-2000 rock rheology testing machine. The test results show that the instantaneous strain, creep strain and creep velocity of salt rock increase gradually with the increasing of axial stress, meanwhile, the duration of the primary creep stage gradually extend. And isochronous stress-strain curves of salt rock indicate that the creep process of salt rock has nonlinear characteristic, and the nonlinear degree is related to creep time and stress level. Based on nonlinear rheological theory, a new nonlinear viscosity component with a variable viscosity coefficient was proposed, and the viscosity coefficient of which was time and stress-dependent. Then, by using this proposed nonlinear component to replace the conventional viscous components in Burgers model, a nonlinear vis-coelasticity creep model, which was named MBurgers model and can describe the nonlinear creep property of salt rock was established. According to triaxial compression creep test results of salt rock, the parameters of MBurgers model were in versed by using curve fitting method. According to the coordinated control problem of urban region transportation, this paper presented a traffic cloud computing platform, in which considered the relationship between different control nodes, to allocate control strategy for getting more reasonable the signal timing for different intersections in urban transportation, the growing Internet of things provided reference recommendations on the development strategy for transportation managements based on the characteristics of dynamic change of execution status among different control nodes and the random mutations in running of cloud computing platform. In order to investigate the seismic behavior of steel beam to steel-reinforced concrete filled square steel tubular column connections, five specimens were tested by quasi-static tests. The influences of end-plate thickness, bolt diameter, concrete strength and axial compression ratio on the load-carrying capacity, moment-rotation curve, energy dissipation capacity, load degradation, rigidity degradation, ductility and ultimate failure modes of end-plate connections were analyzed. The experimental results show that these new type of composite connections belong to the category of semi-rigid connections, and the initial rotational stiffness of connections increase with end-plate thickness and bolt diameter, but the utmost rotational capacity of connections decrease with end-plate thickness. The connection shows excellent behavior in terms of ductility and energy dissipation when the strength of connection is controlled by end-plate or steel beam. The load degradation coefficients of all specimens are between 0. 8 and 1.0, varying within a narrow range. Compared with load degradation, the rigidity of specimens degrades seriously. The results of an experimental research involving the testing of six bolted moment-resisting connections under simulated seismic loading conditions were presented. The test specimens modeled the interior joint of a moment-resisting frame consisting of concrete-filled double skin tubular column and H-shape steel beams with reinforced concrete slab using high-strength bolts and T-stub connectors. To investigate the seismic behavior of the composite joints, the failure modes, hysteretic performance, shear strength, bearing capacity degradation, rigidity degradation, energy dissipation and strain were evaluated in detail. The test parameters varied including the axial load level on the column, the stiffener, the size of T-stub, the thickness of slab and the reinforcement ratio in slab. The experimental results indicate that the compressive capacity in column and the shearing capacity in joint are improved by the inserted tube. In some extent, the increase of reinforcement ratio in slab (1% ≤ ρ ≤ ρmax) and the decrease of the loading level on the column (n ≤ 0.3) will improve the total energy dissipation and reduce the ductility of joint, without obvious influence on the joint the bearing capacity. Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Liyan Tongqiao Fang (Soothing-throat Freeing-orifice Formula) on tongue muscle contraction in rats after hypoglossal nerve injury by applying nerve-muscle electrophysiology method. Methods Male adult Wistar rats (n = 60) were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group and Liyan Tongqiao Fang group (each n = 20). The model of hypoglossal nerve injury was established by clamping in model group and Liyan Tongqiao Fang group, while in sham-operation group hypoglossal nerve was only separated without champing. After modeling for 2 d, Liyan Tongqiao Fang group was given Liyan Tongqiao Fang (0. 3 mg/d), and sham- operation group and model group were given the same quantity of saline solution. The threshold strength, single contraction amplitude and tonic contraction amplitude were detected in all groups respectively on the 7th d and the 14th d. Results The threshold intensity of injured tongue muscle increased in model group compared with sham-operation group (P < 0. 05) at the same time point, and decreased in Liyan Tongqiao Fang group compared with model group (P < 0. 05) at the same time point. The threshold intensity of injured tongue muscle increased in model group and Liyan Tongqiao Fang group compared with non-injured tongue muscle within the same group (P < 0. 05). The threshold intensity of injured tongue muscle decreased in Liycin Tongqiao Fang group and model group on the 14th d compared with that on the 7th d (P < 0. 05). Water soluble curcumin nanoparticles (Cur-Ps) were prepared by the simple anti-solvent nanoprecipitation method, using soluble soybean polysaccharide (SSPS) and zein hydrolysate (ZH) as carriers, and the synergistic effect of SSPS and ZH in prepration of Cur-Ps was studied. We expect to provide a new carrier for preparation of Cur-Ps with excellent colloid and oxidation stability. Attributed to poor water solubility of curcumin, the solution of curcumin monomers in deionized water was very turbid. However, the existence of ZH or ZH-SSPS solubilized the curcumin tremendously. The solutions of ZH and ZH-SSPS containing curcumin were yellow and highly transparent. The solubilization results shown that the water solubility of curcumin in ZH solution could reach up to 135, üg/mL when the concentration of ZH was above 2.5 mg/mL, and the addition of SSPS had no effect on the water solubility of curcumin at this concentration. But, when the concentration of ZH was below 2.5 mg/mL, the water solubility of curcumin was enhanced slightly with the addition of SSPS. In pure SSPS solution with a concentration of 3 mg/mL, the solubility of curcumin was only 90, üg/mL, obviously lower than that in ZH solution with the same concentration. These results suggested that ZH plays a leading role in curcumin solubilization in the ZH-SSPS mixture system and this solubiliazation should attributed to the non-covalent interactions between ZH and curcumin, which leading to the formation of ZH-curcumin nanocomplex. Colloidal stability results indicated that at low ionic strength (< 50 mmol/L) or under neutral condition (pH value 7.0), the existence of SSPS had no influence on the particle size distribution of Cur-Ps. However, since SSPS can increase the stability of the protein under acidic and salt-containing solutions, compared with Cur-Ps prepared by ZH only, Cur-Ps fabricated by ZH-SSPS had better colloid stability in solutions with low pH value (4.5 or 2.0) or high ionic strength (>200 mmol/L). Hence, due to the synergistic effect of ZH and SSPS, the curcumin-loaded nanoparticles with small size (< 100 nm) and good colloidal stability can be fabricated. The vitro release study in ethanol-water two-phase system indicated that both Cur-Ps prepared by ZH only and ZH-SSPS solutions had controlled-release effect on curcumin. However, Cur-Ps prepared by ZH-SSPS had better controlled-release effect, and its cumulative release ratio was below 80% in 6 h. The counterpart prepared by ZH only was above 85%. The study on the 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical oxidation stability of curcumin nanoparticles indicated that the stability of the curcumin was significantly (P<0.05) improved after the nano-capsulation by ZH or ZH-SSPS. This result is mainly due to the shielding effect for curcumin nano-canpsulation as well as the strong antioxidant effect of ZH. The lyophilized Cur-Ps powder prepared by ZH-SSPS had a multihole spongy structure in field emission images by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), which resulted in its redispersibility as high as 90%, showing a significant (P<0.05) improvement compared with the Cur-Ps fabricated by ZH only. Besides, using ZH-SSPS to prepare Cur-Ps powder had a more curcumin content compared with the counterpart. In conclusion, owing to the synergistic effect between ZH and SSPS, ZH-SSPS is expected to be a new material for the preparation of water soluble Cur-Ps. Aiming at micro environmental variation inside the cave of Mogao Grottoes include temperature, humidity and the concentration of carbon dioxide has significant influence to the preservation of cultural relics consist of murals, statues and so on,a set of micro environment control system were developed. The system mainly was composed of automatic partition doors and wireless transmission network. The controller based on the digital signal processor (DSP) as the core, sheer curtain, sealing curtain, shutter etc were installed on the door. By adjusting shutter's rotating angle,the air volume and wind speed into the cave were controlled. When the natural ventilation cannot adjust the cave micro environment, the method of active air supply makes temperature, humidity in the cave keep constant and decreases the concentration of carbon dioxide. Wireless transmission network consists of wireless environment monitoring sensor,wireless multi function gateway,router and F5 communication module,which realizes the cave micro environment data acquisition and auto door's remote control. The result of experiment shows that the micro environment control system has a certain effect on regulating the micro environmental temperature, humidity and the concentration of carbon dioxide. But when the two IGBT switches at the same time, due to the reverse bias voltage, the flywheel diode wiil cut off. The commercial power current must flow through the photovoltaic that wiil affect measurement of Photovoltaic current seriously. Interleaved dual-edge modulation and inter-lock can solve the problem, theoretical analysis wiil be listed to prove the consistency of the two method. Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effect of aescine on the growth in cultured rat cerebral cortical neurons and the relationship with BDNF and TrkB. Methods The cerebral cortex cells from newborn SD rats were primarily cultured in 24 or 96 well plate. Cells were randomly divided into normal, control and aescine groups. Aescine group was cultured with 20 mg/mL aescine (diluted with physiological saline) , control group was cultured with the same volume of normal saline, and normal group do not have any treatment. The sub groups and images were captured at 24 h and 48 h. The expression of BDNF and TrkB mRNA were detected by using RT-PCR, and the neuronal growth vigor was detected by MTT. Results There was no difference in normal and control groups at each time point in cells numbers, body area, neurite length and viability (P> 0.05) , but all indicators have increased in the normal and control groups with the time prolonged. The indicators in aescine group were significantly higher than those in normal and control groups (P < 0.05) . RT-PCR showed that there was no significant difference in expression of BDNF and TrkB mRNA in normal and control groups at each time point (P > 0.05), but the expression in aescine group was significantly higher than that in normal and control groups at each time point (P < 0.05). Objective To evaluate the results of orthodontic micro- implant anchorage implantation by application of Spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction techniques, so as to explore its application value in assisting clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 20 orthodontic patients were implanted with 48 micro- planting screws. SOMATOM Sensation 40/64 helical CT scan was performed. The axial unenhanced helical CT data were given multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering (VR) and surface multidimensional reconstruction (CPR) by using the Siemens 3D post-processing software. The axial scanning images and reconstructed images were compared, observed and analyzed . Results The planting results of 37 micro screws were satisfactory without injuring the vital tissues surrounding the root. The planting results of 11 micro-screw were not ideal, and these micro-screws were observed or reimplanted and got success. Spiral CT axial scan showed better the tooth root interval and the relationship between tooth root and the planting screws. VR can directly showed the overall relationship between the planting screws and teeth, jaw contour appearance. The relationship between the screw and tooth was showed satisfactorily by MIP which could rotate freely and observe from different angles. MPR could clearly show the structural relationships between micro-root planting screws and tooth root and surrounding tissues from the cross section, and could make up for the shortcomings of axial limitations, and was easy to measure the distance and tilt angle of the long axis. An updated approach to refining core indicators of pulverized coal used for blast furnace injection based on principal component analysis was proposed in view of the disadvantages of the existing performance indicator system of pulverized coal used in blast furnace. All the performance indicators of pulverized coal injection were taken into account in this presented method, including calorific value, igniting point, combustibility, reactivity, flowability, grindability, etc. Thereafter,the four core indicators of pulverized coal injection were selected and studied by using principal component analysis, namely, comprehensive combustibility P1, comprehensive reactivity P2 comprehensive flowability P3, and comprehensive grindability P4. The newly established core index system was not only beneficial to narrow down current evaluation indices but also effective to avoid previous overlapping problem among indicators by mutually independent index design. Based on overall 4 characteristic indexes, the injection characteristics evaluation index P was further introduced, and combined with fundamental characteristics evaluation index F, the final evaluation of pulverized coal performances was obtained. In order to study the distribution of dust particle matter (including PM2.5) in coal workface, the concentration of total dust, PM10 dust and PM2.5 dust were measured with the dust concentration tester during the mining process in all roadways of Coalface 91324 that is the comprehensive mechanized coal face at a coal mine in Jincheng city. The results were analyzed and show that the total dust concentration is at its maximum 5 m downwind of the coal cutter while PM10 and PM2.5 dust fluctuates heavily in the coalface; the concentrations of three kinds of dust (the total dust, PM10 dust and PM2.5 dust) increase gradually and reach their maximum values at 330 m, then decrease slowly in the auxiliary return roadway. The concentration of these three kinds of dust fluctuates within the low concentration range in the main return roadway. In the main return roadway and auxiliary roadway the maximum levels of PM2.5 dust are 56.087 mg/m³ and 180.39 mg/m³ respectively. The PM2.5 dust is above the limit of ambient air quality. After careful analysis of the regularity of ground surface subsidence in mined-out region and the characteristics of MMF curve model, a new time function model based on MMF model was proposed in consideration of the shortage of current ground surface subsidence predication models. Then the rationality of the new model was verified through project cases. The result indicates that the new model can give a good reflection of the regularity of ground surface subsidence in mined-out region and can accurately predicate surface subsidence.
