The process of identifying substation protection plates faces challenges due to the complex lighting factors that are often inadequately considered. Furthermore， connected domain adhesion during image segmentation tends to be overlooked. Consequently， a recognition method for substation protection plate that leverages HIS （hue， saturation， intensity） color characteristics and employs image processing techniques is introduced. Firstly， the images of the captured protection plate are preprocessed to correct the distortions； then， these images are segmented using HIS color characteristics. Secondly， morphological feature analysis is carried out on the connected domains； the boundary information within these domains is used to eliminate the signboards， and the limit corrosion algorithm is employed to separate the adhesive connected domains. Finally， the state of the protection plate is identified through the fusion of two key features： the boundary feature of the simple minimum bounding rectangle and the deflection angle feature of minimum area bounding rectangle. In a comparative test against the traditional RGB （red， green， blue） color segmentation method and a recognition method based on single aspect ratio， the results demonstrate a substantial improvement in the recognition rate. This method exhibits practical value for engineering applications.

癫痫是世界卫生组织重点防治的五大神经精神疾病之一，在我国有超1000万人受累，疾病负担沉重。经规范治疗，70%以上的癫痫患者可达到控制发作、重返社会的治疗目标。提高癫痫诊疗质量可有效改善我国癫痫医疗的可及性。2017年，在国家卫生健康委员会的支持下，国家神经系统疾病医疗质量控制中心成立了癫痫质控专病组，启动了癫痫及惊厥性癫痫持续状态医疗质量控制体系建设。癫痫及惊厥性癫痫持续状态医疗质量控制体系建设强化了我国的癫痫诊疗体系，调查了我国癫痫诊治现状，建设了数据来源互补医疗质量体系动态反馈机制。应用癫痫及惊厥性癫痫持续状态医疗质量工具可持续推动我国癫痫诊疗质量的同质化发展。 Abstract: Epilepsy is one of the five major neuropsychiatric diseases that the World Health Organization focuses on. There are more than 10 million people with epilepsy in China, which lead to tremendous burden of disease. Fortunately, over 70% of epilepsy patients can achieve the treatment goal of seizure control and reintegration into society under standardized treatment. Improving the qualityof diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy can effectively improve the accessibility of medical care in people with epilepsy in China. In 2017, with the support of the National Health Commission, the National Center for Healthcare Quality Management in Neurological Diseases set up the Epilepsy Medical Working Group to start the construction of the medical quality control system in epilepsy and convulsive status epilepticus. The construction of medical quality control system for epilepsy and convulsive status epilepticus strengthened the national epilepsy management system, found out the status of diagnosis and treatment in China, built a dynamic feedback mechanism for the medical quality system with multiple data sources complementing each other. Applying medical quality tools for epilepsy and convulsive status epilepticus, which have continued to promote the homogenization of epilepsy diagnosis and treatment in China.

Background and objective Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is an idiopathic chronic, progressive interstitial lung disease with a diagnosed median survival of 3-5 years. IPF is associated with an increased risk of lung cancer. Therefore, exploring the shared pathogenic genes and molecular pathways between IPF and lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) holds significant importance for the development of novel therapeutic approaches and personalized precision treatment strategies for IPF combined with lung cancer. Methods Bioinformatics analysis was conducted using publicly available gene expression datasets of IPF and LUAD from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis was employed to identify common genes involved in the progression of both diseases, followed by functional enrichment analysis. Subsequently, additional datasets were used to pinpoint the core shared genes between the two diseases. The relationship between core shared genes and prognosis, as well as their expression patterns, clinical relevance, genetic characteristics, and immune-related functions in LUAD, were analyzed using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and single-cell RNA sequencing datasets. Finally, potential therapeutic drugs related to the identified genes were screened through drug databases. Results A total of 529 shared genes between IPF and LUAD were identified. Among them, SULF1 emerged as a core shared gene associated with poor prognosis. It exhibited significantly elevated expression levels in LUAD tissues, concomitant with high mutation rates, genomic heterogeneity, and an immunosuppressive microenvironment. Subsequent single-cell RNA-seq analysis revealed that the high expression of SULF1 primarily originated from tumor-associated fibroblasts. This study further demonstrated an association between SULF1 expression and tumor drug sensitivity, and it identified potential small-molecule drugs targeting SULF1 highly expressed fibroblasts. Conclusions This study identified a set of shared molecular pathways and core genes between IPF and LUAD. Notably, SULF1 may serve as a potential immune-related biomarker and therapeutic target for both diseases.

LncRNA NEAT1 can regulate gene expression by the formation of paranuclear plaques, acting as ceRNA, and epigenetic modification, and subsequently participating in the physiological and pathological processes such as inflammatory response, immune response, cell proliferation and differentiation. LncRNA NEAT1 is linked to the pathogenesis of many diseases. LncRNA NEAT1 plays an important pathogenic role in psoriasis and its comorbidities, which exhibit high expression levels of LncRNA NEAT1. Here we review the profile of LncRNA NEAT1 and its research progress in psoriasis and its comorbidities.

For the problems of system model inaccuracy, internal and external disturbances in active vibration control of an all-clamped plate structure, an active vibration control method based on an active disturbance rejection controller（ADRC） was introduced to suppress the structural vibration by using inertial actuators, and the effect of the bandwidth of the controller observer, the parameters of PD controller, the gain of controller on control performance were also studied. First, a state space model was established to model the all-clamped plate structure with the inertial actuator. Then, the three-order linear extended state observer was used to estimate the uncertainties and state variables for the whole vibration control system. Additionally, the influence of each parameter of ADRC on the vibration control was also theoretically analyzed to achieve the excellent vibration suppression performance. Finally, based on NI-PCIe 6343 acquisition card, a hardware-in-the-loop experiment platform was set up in the desktop real-time of Matlab/Simulink to verify the vibration performances of ADRC and the accuracy of the theoretical analysis. The results show that the ADRC algorithm is feasible for vibration control. When other parameters of the controller remain unchanged, in a certain range, increasing the bandwidth of the controller observer or decreasing the gain of controller can improve the control performance, but adjusting the parameters of PD controller have little effect on the control performance.

In this paper, 46 fresh goji pulp products randomly selected from the market were compared and analyzed through the main components, color, flavor and other indicators, and the evaluation standard was preliminarily established. The results showed that the samples of fresh goji pulp showed good nutritional and flavor characteristics, but the quality of different products varied greatly. The pH ranged from 4.04~4.62, the viscosity ranged from 6.63~116.60 cP, the soluble solids ranged from 12.77%~30.63%, the total sugar content ranged from 93.19~220.26 mg/g, the flavonoid content ranged from 23.43~87.27 μg/g, and the total carotenoid content ranged from 3.23~1579.47 μg/g. The color of the samples was bright orange-red, and the samples responded to the eight flavor characteristics of umami, sour, astringency and saltness. Alkanes, alcohols, and volatile sulfides were the most varied compounds in the odor analysis. Based on principal component analysis, the correlation degree and contribution degree of each index and the main component were obtained, the quality evaluation index of fresh goji pulp was established, the grading standard of evaluation index was established by probability classification, and the evaluation standard of quality was constructed by analytic hierarchy process, and the comprehensive score of each sample of fresh goji pulp was obtained, which provided data reference for quality evaluation and standard formulation of fresh goji pulp.

Cobalt (Co) based oxygen reduction catalysts have become one of the important choices to replace platinum based oxygen reduction catalysts because of their low price, high reserves and easy availability. ECP600 JD was pretreated with nitric acid, mixed with cobalt acetate tetrahydrate, and then pyrolyzed at 800 ℃ in ammonia atmosphere to prepare Co-N/C oxygen reduction catalyst. The infrared spectrum test, alkali neutralization titration and specific surface area measurement show that the number of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of ECP600 JD increases, the pore size of ECP600 JD remains unchanged, but the proportion of mesopores increases after nitric acid acidification pretreatment. XRD and TEM tests show that Co5.47N is formed from ECP600 JD and cobalt acetate tetrahydrate after ammonia heat treatment, the Co-N/C catalyst is dispersed evenly without agglomeration. Electrochemical tests show that after pretreatment, the electrocatalytic performance of the prepared Co-N/C catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is better. Under alkaline conditions, the current density reaches 4.2 times that before pretreatment, and belongs to four electron transfer in catalytic kinetics.

In order to study the pilot production process for supercritical CO2 extraction of fat-soluble substances from Lycium barbarum L., and for obtaining the preparation process of zeaxanthin dipalmitate monomer. The effect of pressure, temperature, time and co-solvent on the extraction yield of Lycium barbarum L. fat-soluble substances was studied, the orthogonal test was then used to optimize the extraction rate based on single factor experiment. The carotenoids and fatty acids in the fat-soluble substance of Lycium barbarum L. were analyzed by colorimetry, HPLC and GC-MS, and the zeaxanthin dipalmitate monomer was prepared by high performance preparative liquid chromatography. The results showed that the best pilot production process was that 15% ethanol was added, the extract temperature reached 50 ℃ and pressure reached 30 MPa, and extract for 1.5 h, when the yield and quality of fat-soluble substances were both considered. Under this process, the extraction rate of fat-soluble substances, unsaturated fatty acids and their proportion in total fatty acids, and the content of total carotenoids were relatively higher. While the extraction rate of fat-soluble substances was 8.55%, the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 80.958%, which accounts for 87.94% of the total fatty acid content, the content of total carotenoid and zeaxanthin dipalmitate was 37.64 mg·g−1 and 29.54 mg·g−1, respectively. The monomer of zeaxanthin dipalmitate with purity greater than 99% was prepared by pre-HPLC. In this study, the pilot-scale extraction process for supercritical CO2 extract of fat-soluble substance and the preparation conditions of the zeaxanthin dipalmitate monomer from Lycium barbarum L. were obtained, which provided a basis for the research, development and utilization of the fat-soluble substances of Lycium barbarum L..

Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the application value of digital surgery in the reconstruction of mandibular composite defects with a chimeric deep circumflex iliac artery perforator flap (DCIAPF). Methods Six patients with complex defects within half of the mandible underwent reconstruction using DCIAPF from January 2019 to January 2020 in Shenzhen People’s Hospital. Doppler was used to locate the deep iliac circumflex artery, the range of mandibular osteotomy was designed, and DCIAPF was used to repair the mandibular composite under the guidance of the guide plate during the operation. Twelve months postoperatively, the facial shape, jaw height, and occlusal relationship were evaluated.Results DCIAPF was harvested successfully in 6 patients, and the heights of all alveolar ridges and occlusal function of patients were significantly restored, without pain or snapping in the temporomandibular joint area. Conclusion The blood supply of DCIAPF is rich, and soft-bone tissue is sufficient for the reconstruction of mandibular composite defects. ObjectiveTo investigate whether an acclimatization period should be introduced into the home cage experiment for the detection of metabolic function in mice, and how to judge and set its length.MethodsData from 31 home cage experiments in 2016-2017 were collected, and each experiment was set up with a 3-day (72 hours) acclimatization period. Data such as water consumption, food intake, heat production, and body weight were recorded. The data were analyzed using 24-hour interval analysis to determine the acclimatization effect.ResultsApproximately 12% of the 356 mice drank less than 1 mL at the end of 96 hours. There were significant differences in water consumption, food intake, heat production rate, and body weight between 24-48 hours and 48-72 hours, but no significant differences were detected between 48-72 hours and 72-96 hours, except in food intake. Independent verification of the food intake of each experiment showed that there was a significant correlation between food intake adaptability and weight.ConclusionApproximately 12% of the mice were unable to learn or adapt to the new water bottle after the 72-hour acclimatization period, therefore, researchers should consider increasing the sample size of the experiment to eliminate invalid data. If food intake is not the focus of a study, the 48-hour acclimatization is sufficient to obtain reliable results.

The important reason of the reduction of the catalytic performance of Pt/C catalyst is carbon carrier corrosion. The risk of oxgen flooding in proton-exchange membrane fuel cellsis also increased by hydrophilicity of this catalyst. The Pt/C catalyst was subsequently reduced using hydrazine hydrate to make Pt/C corrosion resistant and anti-flooding. Comparison by infrared spectra of absorption peaks shows the increased number of oxygen-containing functional groups in the XC-72 carbon surface treated with hydrogen peroxide. Its measured contact angle is less than that of untreated XC-72 carbon. Reduction of oxidized XC-72 carbon with hydrazine hydrate shows that the contact angle is increased by 22.4° compared with that of the oxidized XC-72 carbon, indicating anti-flooding enhancement. As shown in the specific surface area measurement, the specific surface area of XC-72 is reduced by the hydrogen peroxide treatment but its mespopore ratio is increased, which favors the carrier load Pt. The anti-flooding of Pt/C catalyst after reduction with hydrazine hydrate is stronger than that before reduction, indicating an increase in contact angle by 6.2°. After 2000 cycles of cyclic voltammetry, the electrochemical specific surface loss is decreased and the durability is improved for the reduced Pt/C catalyst by hydrazine hydrate.

Chinese researchers have published some studies in English journals since 2013 on the secondary prevention of stroke. These studies focused on implementation of a structured guideline-based program for the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke in China, clopidogrel with aspirin in acute minor stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA), higher risk of recurrent ischemic events in patients with intracranial in-stent restenosis, association of hypertension with stroke recurrence depends on ischemic stroke subtype, impact of quality of anticoagulation control, and so on. In this study, based on the picture collection of tea shoot growth in the field, we used deep learning target detection algorithm YOLOv5 to construct a model for identifying different growth stages of tea shoots, and the testing results indicate that the model had high accuracy. Furthermore, the Image-J software and the image processing methods of threshold cutting based on Gray, RGB and HSV values were applied to process tea leaf area, and the accuracy and efficiency of different methods were compared. The results show that the accuracy of HSV-based algorithm system of cutting tea leaves and automatically calculating tea leaf area was over 94%, which had better performance than RGB-based algorithm system. The research results provide technical support for the intelligent recognition model of tea growth state and information extraction algorithm of leaf traits, and also build a theoretical basis for the development of tea bud automatic recognition module of tea plucking machinery. A total of 26 strains of lactic acid bacteria were screened with the aim of achieving a high flavonoid aglycone conversion rate in fermented seabuckthorn juice. The fermentation was optimized through single strain selection, followed by mixed inoculation. Lactobacillus plantarum L23, Pediococcus pentosaceus P27, and Lactobacillus plantarum L21 emerged as the most efficient conversion strains used for mixed inoculation. Subsequently, the orthogonal test was conducted to optimize pH value, temperature, and carbon source addition. The flavonoid aglycone content (calculated by isorhamnetin) was measured as a primer value for optimization. After screening, the highest flavonoid aglycone content was obtained under the following conditions: pH value of 4, temperature of 30 °, carbon source of 6% (m/V), and inoculation ratio of 1:2:1. The contents of total flavonoids, total phenolic acid, organic acid, and crude polysaccharides were measured before and after fermentation of seabuckthorn raw juice. The flavonoid aglycone content increased by approximately 90%, whereas the total flavonoid content increased by approximately 108%. In this formula, the contents of crude polysaccharide, organic acid, and total phenolic acid were also significantly different from those of the original seabuckthorn juice before fermentation. This study serves as a valuable reference for investigating the conversion mechanism of flavonoid aglycones using lactic acid bacteria, providing guidance for further industrial processing of seabuckthorn in China. In order to explore the role of Isthmin-1 (Ism-1) in glucose and lipid metabolism of grass carp, we cloned the open reading frame (ORF) of Ism-1 by RT-PCR, and the sequence was analyzed by bioinformatics technology. The distribution characteristics of Ism-1 in different tissues of grass carp were detected by RT-qPCR, and the expression of Ism-1 under different nutritional conditions were analyzed in vitro and in vivo. In this study, ORF region of Ism-1 was successfully cloned. Sequence analysis showed that the ORF region of Ism-1 was 1380 bp, encoding 459 amino acids, and the relative molecular weight of protein was 50.96 kD. Amino acid multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the evolutionary relationship of Ism-1 between grass carp and fathead minnow was the closest (amino acid similarity was up to 96.51%). Ism-1 was widely expressed in multiple tissues, and had higher expression in red muscle, next were gill, brain and white muscle of grass carp. The fasting and refeeding experiment indicated the expression of Ism-1 in hepatopancreas was significantly upregulated after 14 days of starvation treatment (P<0.05), and the expression decreased after refeeding, but was still significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The expression of Ism-1 in white muscle was significantly up-regulated after starvation and refeeding (P<0.05). The results of intraperitoneal injection of glucagon experiment eventuated that the expression of Ism-1 in hepatopancreas was significantly downregulated compared with control group (P<0.05). In addition, the expression of Ism-1 was significantly decreased (P<0.001) in hepatocytes after treatment with 80 μg/mL oleic acid for 24h. Overall, this research confirmed Ism-1 may be involved in the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism of grass carp, which would provide essential data for the following study of the function of Ism-1. It is of great significance to clarify the effects of cultivars and soil factors on wheat manganese nutrition for optimizing wheat manganese nutrition and achieving high yield and high-quality wheat production. From 2016 to 2020, a field experiment was carried out at 38 test sites in 13 provinces in three wheat production regions: Northwest dry-farming wheat area (DW), Huanghuai wheat-maize rotation area (WM), and Southern rice-wheat rotation area (RW). Wheat yield, yield components, grain Mn concentration, soil available manganese, pH value, and other indicators were tested. Results showed that, wheat yield was in the following order: WM > RW > DW, with the average value of 8.1, 5.9, and 5.9 t hm-2, respectively. Mn concentration in wheat grains was in the following order: RW > DW > WM, with the average value of 46.9, 45.4, and 41.4 mg kg-1, respectively. In different wheat production regions, the relationships of grain Mn concentration with the dry matter accumulation distribution, yield components, Mn uptake, and the utilization of wheat cultivars were different. The correlation of grain Mn concentration was significantly negative with the yield, biomass, and harvest index of wheat cultivars in DW, and was significantly negative with yield and harvest index in WM, but not significant in RW. There was a significant negative correlation between wheat grain Mn content and soil pH value, available Cu, and the total N, but not significant correlation between wheat grain Mn content and soil available Mn. Grain Mn concentration was positively correlated with spike number, but significantly negative with 1000-grain weight in RW. Grain Mn concentration was positively correlated with Mn uptake in shoots and Mn uptake in grains in WM and RW, and only positively correlated with Mn uptake in grains in DW, while its correlation with Mn harvest index was significantly negative in RW but positive in DW and WM. The main soil factors affecting wheat grain Mn concentration included soil total nitrogen, pH value, available Fe, available Mn, and available Cu. In WM, the grain Mn concentration was significantly positively correlated with soil available Fe, available Cu and Mn, but negatively correlated with soil pH. In RW, grain Mn concentration was significantly and negatively correlated with soil pH value, available Cu, and the total nitrogen, but not correlated with soil available Mn. Soil available P and available K were the main factors affecting grain Mn concentration in DW. In conclusion, wheat cultivars in RW of China had higher grain Mn concentration. Lower soil pH value, the total nitrogen, and the higher soil available Fe and Mn were beneficial to the increase of grain Mn concentration, while the effects of soil available Cu on grain Mn concentration varied with wheat regions. The yield had a dilution effect on Mn concentration, and the increase of spike number, grain number per spike, and 1000-grain weight were beneficial to the decrease of Mn content in wheat cultivars. To explore the threshold of ALT for initiating antiviral therapy in HBV infected patients, and to provide a basis for initiating antiviral therapy in chronic HBV-infected patients. Methods This retrospective cohort study recruited 707 consecutive treatment-naïve chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients undergoing diagnostic liver biopsy in the department of infectious diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from October 2013 to August 2018. Liver biopsy specimens were obtained under ultrasound guidance using Menghini 16G disposable needles. The METAVIR scoring system, which is commonly used internationally, was used to divide the patients into the group with mild liver tissue injury and the group with significant liver tissue injury, and the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels were measured separately. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and Mann-Whitney U test were used to evaluate the diagnostic value of ALT for significant liver tissue injury under different demographic characteristics. Results Of 707 patients, 292 (41.30%) had significant liver tissue injury confirmed by liver biopsy (METAVIR ≥A2 and/or F2). When the ULN of ALT was set to NICE criteria (30 U/L for males, 19 U/L for females), AASLD criteria (35 U/L for males, 25 U/L for females) and EASL or APASL criteria (40 U/L for males and females), CHB patients with 30 years olds, 22 U/L for HBeAg negative and 31 U/L for HBeAg positive patients. Conclusions The threshold of ALT for initiating antiviral therapy in chronic HBV patients should be individualized, especially should be down-regulated for the females, olders and HBeAg-negative patients. According to insufficient research on the distribution characteristics, genetic mechanism, lithium extraction technology, and economic benefits of high-temperature geothermal water lithium resources in Southern Xizang. Through the analysis of plate tectonics, the test of geothermal water components, the comparative analysis of the applicability of lithium extraction technology in salt lakes, and the establishment of an economic evaluation model for lithium extraction from geothermal water, the following achievements have been achieved: (1) The geothermal water lithium in Southern Xizang is mainly distributed on both sides of the Yarlung Zangbo River deep fault zone and its southern region, Lithium-rich granite wall rock leaching and magmatic hydrothermal solution, it provides rich lithium sources for the formation of lithium-rich geothermal water. (2) In accordance with the characteristics of low concentration and low magnesium/lithium ratio in geothermal water lithium, the extraction method and precipitation method are selected to extract and utilize lithium in geothermal water. (3) Take geothermal well in the Gudui geothermal field as an example, with a lithium concentration of 23.5 mg/L in geothermal water, and the extraction process is used to extract lithium, establishing an economic evaluation model, using cash flow method to evaluate the economy, and the economic evaluation results showed that when the price of lithium carbonate is not less than 250000 yuan/t, the extraction of lithium from geothermal water has good economic benefits.

In the present research, the postharvest winter jujube was treated with 0, 2, 20, 200 μmol/L melatonin conjugated Alternaria alternate, aiming to investigate the nosotropic effects of melatonin on Alternaria rot in postharvest winter jujube. Results showed that melatonin treatments could inhibit the expansion of disease spot diameters, reduce the decay indices and weight loss rates of winter jujube, and suppress the increase of respiration rates and relative electrical conductivity, and maintain the MDA contents at a low level. In addition, melatonin treatments could also improve the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL), chitinase (CHI), β-1,3-glucanase (GLU), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and the contents of disease -resistance related substances (flavonoids, total phenols and lignin). These results suggested that melatonin could improve the anti-black spot ability of postharvest winter jujube by activating resistance-related enzymes and improving anti-fungal substances contents, which could be used as a potential activator to improve the resistance to postharvest pathogens, thereby applied for the prevention and control of postharvest fruits decay. The simultaneous determination method for prochloraz and its metabolite 2,4,6 -trichlorophenol in pepper was established by gas chromatography-negative chemical ionization mass spectrometry. The results showed that, high response for the detection of the targets in the chemical ionization mode was achieved, the purification effects of purification adsorbents PSA, C18 and GCB were compared, and C18 was finally selected as the pretreatment purification adsorbent. The limits of detection (LOD) was 0.05 mg/kg for prochloraz and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol. The recovery rate of prochloraz in pepper ranged from 85.0% to 92.3% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.3% to 2.3%. While the recovery rate and RSD of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol were 82.3%~96.4% and 0.8%~1.7%, respectively. The experiment was to study the effect of adding different dosages of fermented feed to production performance, digestion and metabolism, egg quality, serum biochemical indexes and nitrogen excretion of laying hens. Hyline brown commercial laying hens with no significant difference in health status and body weight at the age of 59 w were selected and randomly divided into three treatment groups, with six replicates in each group and 45 chickens in each replicate. The laying hens in control group were fed with basal diet, and the laying hens in test group were fed with 40 and 60 g/kg of fermented feed in basal diet. The test period was 6 w. The results showed that there was no significant change in production performance and digestion and metabolism of laying hens after feeding fermented diet (P>0.05), but the teratobreaking rate of eggs was decreased (P=0.064). Compared with control group, the serum cholesterol level in 40 g/kg group and 60 g/kg group of laying hens was significantly decreased 50.64% and 45.11%, respectively (P<0.05). The color grade of egg yolk and dry matter and crude protein content of eggs were significantly increased (P<0.05), the absolute nitrogen excretion of fresh manure of laying hens was significantly reduced (P<0.01). The absolute nitrogen excretion of fresh manure decreased 36.11%, and the crude protein content of eggs increased by 5.47%. The experiment indicates that adding fermented feed to diet of laying hens can improve the color grade of egg yolks, promote the deposition of egg nutrients, which has the potential to promote economic benefits. LSW2018, a Brassica napus germplasm, has typical "dwarf" character at seedling stage, and the plant is short with thick stem and strong lodging resistance. As an ideal dwarf germplasm resource, LSW2018 is especially suitable for mechanized operation and has important utilization value. In order to explore the breeding advantages, and study the inheritance of dwarf character of LSW2018, 119 normal high-stalk Brassica napus cultivars (lines), 12 Brassica rapta cultivars (lines) and 6 Brassica juncea varieties (lines) were selected to construct cross combinations with LSW2018 (P1), and the populations of F1, F2, F3, aBC1 and bBC1 were analyzed. In this study, a hybrid combination was contracted with F1 of Deyou 5, a Brassica napus variety, as female parent and a new line 273R as male parent. In the F2 generation, 6 mutant plants with obvious shorter plant types at seedling stage were selected. After 5 generations of purification, we bred a stable new germplasm, LSW2018. The germplasm shows dwarf marker characters at seedling stage, with shrunken, thicker and darker leaves, shorter petiole. The growth is lightly weak but stable, plant height is significantly shorter than that of the normal variety. From the budding stage to maturity, LSW2018 gradually turned into a normal shape, with shorter internodes and thicker stalks, stronger lodging resistance, and lower branching positions. The flowering habit, branching angle, inflorescence characteristics, primary and secondary branches, grains, and other characteristics of LSW2018 are not significantly different from those of the homologous normal high-stalk line HSW2018, but the plant height and branch height are extremely different. The average transplanting plant height of LSW2018 is 136.24 cm and the direct seeding is 110.4 cm. In short, LSW2018 is considered to be a new short-stem Brassica napus germplasm suitable for mechanized and light-simplified planting, which might have high utilization value and broad application prospects. As a key enzyme for nitrogen assimilation in plant, glutamine synthetase (TaGS) is encoded by 12 genes in common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), namely TaGS1;1-6A/6B/6D, TaGS1;2-4A/4B/4D, TaGS1;3-4A/4B/4D, and TaGS2-2A/2B/2D. Transcripts of TaGS genes were obtained using the single molecular sequencing technology, and the results showed that TaGS1;1-6A had one alternative splicing (AS) version of transcripts and TaGS1;1-6B had two AS versions. Compared with the TaGS encoded by normal transcript, TaGS1;1-6A-1 lacked part of the Gln_synt_N domain, and TaGS1;1-6B-3 lacked the Gln_synth_gly_rich_ site domain; TaGS1;1-6B-4 was a new AS event, and encoded a truncated GS without Gln_synth_gly_rich_site and Gln_synth_ cat_dom domain. The relative expression level of TaGS alternative splicing transcripts of wheat cultivars with different nitrogen use efficiencies showed that the relative expression level of TaGS1;1-6A-1 in leaves of YM49 (N-efficient) was significantly higher than that of XN509 (N-inefficient), and increased with the increase of nitrogen supply. In roots, the relative expression of TaGS1;1-6A-1 increased with the increase of nitrogen supply in YM49, but decreased in XN509. TaGS1;1-6B-3 showed a similar expression trend in YM49 and XN509, and high concentration of NO3- promoted the expression of TaGS1;1-6B-3 in leaves while inhibited in roots. High concentration of NH4+ inhibited the expression of TaGS1;1-6B-3 in leaves, but had little effect in roots. TaGS1;1-6B-4 was mainly expressed under low nitrogen condition, and its expression in roots of YM49 was not affected by NH4+ supply. Objective·To explore the inhibitory effect and its mechanism of the PDSORBS2 peptide on H9C2 cell apoptosis induced by hypoxia and reoxygenation (H/R). Methods·In the previous work of this study, a new peptide PDSORBS2 (LPASLNS) was discovered from rat cardiomyocytes after ischemia. Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) was used to detect cell viability to select the appropriate concentration of PDSORBS2 peptide and the appropriate time for H/R treatment. The cells were randomly divided into normal control group (NC group), NC+PDSORBS2 group, H/R group and H/R+PDSORBS2 group. A fluorescence microscope was used to observe the changes in the nucleus morphology. The degree of apoptosis and cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry. A kit was used to detect the content of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells. The expression levels of apoptosis-related proteins including poly ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP), cleaved-caspase3, B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2), and BCL2-associated X (Bax), extracellular regulated protein kinases (ERK), protein kinase B (AKT), cyclin-dependent kinases 2 (CDK2), and p27Kip1 protein were analyzed by Western blotting in H9C2 cells. Results·Compared with the NC group, 6 h of hypoxia and 2 h of reoxygenation significantly decreased the viability of H9C2 cells, while 50 µmol/L PDSORBS2 significantly increased the viability of H9C2 cells induced by H/R (P=0.004). Compared with the H/R group, the pretreatment of PDSORBS2 improved the morphology of H9C2 nuclei induced by H/R and reduced the apoptotic rate of H9C2 cells (P=0.000), cell cycle arrest (P=0.000), and intracellular ROS content (P=0.005). The expression levels of pro-apoptotic proteins (PARP, Bax and cleaved-caspase3) and p27Kip1 protein were downregulated, and the expression levels of Bcl-2, phospho-extracellular regulated protein kinases (P-ERK), phospho-protein kinase B (P-AKT), CDK2 etc. increased. The structural equation Model (SEM) is used to construct the theoretical model of resilience evaluation index, and the impact of each index on resilience of resilient cities is analyzed. As China's economic growth goes into the "new normal", the characteristics of huge investment in construction becomes increasingly important. Meanwhile, a large bidding contract mode for large public projects has been created in engineering practice. However, after signed the general contract of the project, unreasonable risk allocation before contract and risk variation after contract may lead to risk backflow to hold-up owners. Therefore, in order to identify the risk backflow path in large public projects, this paper deconstructed the "market-hierarchy" hybrid governance structure in public general contracting projects under the new situation. In this deconstruction, the owner and the general contractor are governed with contract governance, and the general contractor and area enterprises are governed with hierarchical governance. The internal and external coupling is established in the whole life cycle of large public projects under the new situation. On this basis, this paper revealed the risk backflow path of large public projects. This research expands the project governance theory and provides guidance for engineering practices. Objective To investigate the clinical significance of peripheral B cell subsets with CD27 and CD38 phenotypes in myasthenia gravis (MG) patients. Methods Peripheral blood samples of 43 MG patients and 38 healthy controls from January 2016 to December 2018 were collected. Peripheral CD27+ CD38-, CD27+ CD38+, CD27-CD38+ and CD27-CD38-B cells were detected through flow cytometer and tricolor fluorescence labeling. Results Percentages of CD27+ CD38- and CD27+ CD38+ B cells were increased (P = 0.000, 0.000), while percentage of CD27-CD38+ B cells was decreased in MG patients compared with those in controls (P = 0.001). The percentage of CD27+ CD38+ B cells was higher in generalized GMG patients than that in OMG patients (P = 0.031). However, patients with thymoma had lower percentage of CD27-CD38+B cells than that in patients with normal thymus (P = 0.026). CD27+ CD38- and CD27+ CD38+ B cells were enriched in patients with myasthenic crisis compared with patients without crisis (P = 0.017, 0.011). In addition, after treatment of methylprednisolone, the Quantitative Myasthenia Gravis Score (QMGS) was decreased (P = 0.012), the CD27+ CD38+ B cells reduced (P = 0.034) and CD27+ CD38-B cells elevated (P = 0.006). Meanwhile, percentage of CD27+ CD38-B cells was postively correlated with disease severity in MG patients (rs = 0.394, P = 0.009). Conclusions Abnormal changes of B cell subsets with CD27 and CD38 phenotypes were observed and closely associated with disease severity in MG patients. To provide customers with Internet remote services, cloud computing focuses on a large number of computing resources, storage resources and software resources. As cloud computing users, information resources are highly centralized, so the risk of cloud computing security incidents is much higher than the traditional application. Honeypot system can effectively capture the cloud traffic in the attack traffic. However, it is still difficult to develop seductive, protective, and deceptive honeypot systems for cloud computing security development. In this paper, a way was proposed to automatically isolate attack traffic from a real cloud computing server for a honeypot server. The honeypot system was isolated from the real cloud server by creating a virtual machine for a honeypot network server, allowing the honeypot server to have the same memory and storage devices as real cloud computing servers and monitoring the network traffic through OpenFlow. When a visitor visits the server normally, the switch can route the visitor's access request to the real server.
