Practical teaching is an essential way to improve the quality ol teaching, but traditional teaching concept has weakened the importance ol praetical teaching in higher education. Taking the quality curriculum “Human Resource Management” ol Shihezi University as an example,this paper studies the praetical teaching system. First of all, it deeply analyzes the prominent problems existing in praetical teaching. Secondly, the paper proposes to eneourage students to actively participate in the learning and skills improvement as the purpose. This paper discusses the connotation, implementation process and evaluation model of teaching quality in universities. With the accelerator pedal opening, and its change rate as input parameters, and acceleration intentions are divided into slow acceleration, general acceleration and rapid acceleration, this paper sets up an electric vehicle driving intention recognition model based on support vector machine. In order to solve the problem that the search range is uncertain as optimizing the parameters of support vector machine based on particle swarm optimization, this paper proposes an adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm. At first, the optimal range of the parameters is obtained by the grid search method, and then the particle swarm algorithm is optimized in this range. Finally, a higher accuracy of the classification results and shortened training time are obtained. The experimental results show that the prediction model established by this adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm for support vector machines is highly accurate and reliable, and provides a new method for the identification of driving intention. The results of the driving intention recognition can be used for the research of the following pure electric vehicle drive control strategy, and further improve the driving performance of the vehicle. In order to subjectively evaluate the defogging algorithm, this paper sets up an image library on account of the virtual real technology to verify the objective evaluation system of defogging images. Firstly, based on the atmospheric scattering model, the paper puts forward a novel defogging algorithm. This paper redefines transmission rate of the dark area and the sky area. Moreover, in order to avoid the misestimation of skylight, the paper redefines the skylight based on the image segmentation. Then, this paper evaluates the defogging image objectively and subjectively based on the quality evaluation system. It demonstrates that the proposed method is better getting a good restoration for color and contrast fidelity, and the result is similar to the original clear figure. At the end, the paper applies the SOFM neural network to identify the defogging image, the recognition rate exceeding 98% , which lays a solid foundation for the quantitative evaluation system of defogging images. As a special means of emergency communications, cluster voice system, in the field of expertise, plays an important role. But the development based on the traditional special cluster equipment technology is difficult due to its high cost. With the rapid development of IF) telephony, IP-based cluster voice dispatching system has received extensive attention. Based on the requirement of telephony scheduling system, this paper designs an experimental device based on SIP protocol to realize IF) telephony scheduling function on the basis of deep research on the key protocol of IF) telephony voice dispatching system. The experimental system consists of the design of the cluster voice dispatching group, the work flow of single call, and the design of the strong pulling and dismantling business, which focuses on the design and implementation of the signaling interaction between the server and the client in each function module. Finally, this paper realizes the cluster voice dispatching experiment system based on the embedded experimental device existed in the laboratory. With the continuous progress of the construction and development of university laboratory, the laboratory safety management requirements are also seriously increasing. Because there exists a big difference in the level of management among universities, correctly positioning and making safety management work depending on the actual target is particularly important. Based on the daily laboratory safety management work, the paper analyzes and checks out 10 main risk points from the whole safety management process, and 23 main key nodes from risk controlling process and main workflow, control system of risk points and key nodes are found. The laboratory safety issue is of an important part of laboratory construction and management in universities. A set of mature laboratory safety management systems is an important basis to make teaching and scientific research smoothly. Though introducing the development of present situation of laboratory safety access systems of some domestic and foreign colleges and universities, taking the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering of Jilin University for example, this paper introduces the three aspects of measures in the process of the implementation of laboratory safety access mode based on the current university laboratory security problems. In the paper, six fundamental physics experiment textbooks mainly used in mainland China were selected to analyze the content and structure of knowledge, choice of matching information, and characteristics and advantages of teaching materials, and so on. To solve the current problems in the use and management of multimedia classroom network, the paper devises a new network architecture of multimedia classroom based on analyzing the application of software defined networking (SDN) and the Internet of Things which is developing rapidly. The commonly-used in-situ test method of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope and its existing problems are introduced briefly in the paper. Through theoretical derivation based on the one-dimensional steady-state heat transfer, the mathematical relation between heat transfer coefficient of building envelope and its one side surface temperature is given in the paper. A method for conveniently and rapidly detecting heat transfer coefficient of building envelope with infrared radiation temperature measuring technology is proposed. Lastly, according to the principle and method of detecting heat transfer coefficient of building envelope with infrared radiation temperature, a kind of in-suit detector of heat transfer coefficient of portable building envelope is designed. The paper compares the practical effect of the distillation column in laboratory for alcohol water system with the simulation results by using Aspen Plus software. We have calculated theoretically the potential applications of plate distillation column. We also have realized the actual verification of simulation software with chemical experimental data. First of all, we carried out a continuous distillation of alcohol solution with a certain concentration in the laboratory. The diameter of the distillation column is 68 mm and the plate number is 10. Then, we use the Aspen Plus software to simulate the same system. The measured data and the simulation results are compared in details. The results show that the composition of inlet and outlet measured by experiment is different in some degree from that calculated by Aspen Plus software. But the deviation is within a reasonable range. The data of operating line of the rectifying section and stripping section, the actual reflux ratio and feed position which obtained from experiment are in good agreement with the Aspen Plus software calculation results. Based on data envelopment analysis (DEA), this paper constructs an evaluation index system of open and shared performance of laboratories, and takes a provincial key university in the western region as an example to analyze its open sharing efficiency in 2015. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the efficiency of open laboratory sharing and the efficiency of resource allocation. There is a close relationship between input and output efficiency of resources,and some labs are investigation inefficiency. The main reason is the existence of serious input redundancy or insufficient output. In this paper, a design method of CPU was proposed, the instruction set of the CPU contained 15 items of MIPS instruction set, and the basic method of five step pipeline CPU design was used. Analyses were conducted on the logic structure of the pipeline CPU and the processing of the instruction. This paper also gave design and realization of stage IF, stage ID, stage EX, stage MEM and stage WB. About the pipeline-related problems, the paper adopted Bubble and Forwarding technologies to eliminate it. The tests on the FPGA platform show that the scheme meets the design requirements. In this paper, a method of EEC signal processing based on LabVIEW is proposed based on the EEC signal collected by Emotiv Epoc. The LabVIEW software platform is used to analyze the collected signal and obtain the EEC signal, to capture the current state of the receiver, and save and read the EEC data. Firstly, the Fourier transform is used to analyze the frequency domain information in a certain period of time, then the wavelet analysis is applied to capture the time of a signal appearing in a certain channel. Combining these two methods, we can get better analying result of EEC signal. Through a large number of experimental tests, the processing method of EEC signal proposed in this paper can filter out the high recognition rate signal,and provide an effective way for the study of EEC based control. Winding deformation is one of the most common types of transformer faults. It is important to detect the fault type and the degree of deformation in time, and to prevent the further deterioration of deformation and to ensure the Stable operation of the transformer. This paper summarizes the common methods of winding deformation detection, and puts forward a new way to detect the faults by using the square wave pulse as the injection signal. And through PSPICE simulation and field test, the effectiveness of the method is verified. The main content of the paper is as follows; by contrasting sine sweep frequency signal and double exponential wave and square wave signal, it finds that square wave signal has the advantages of wide detection frequency, high amplitude, easy operation, and is more suitable to use the injected signal for detecting winding deformation; then the high frequency equivalent model of winding is established in PSPICE, and by changing the series capacitance and the ground capacitance, it is proved that the square pulse is effective on detecting the slight deformation. Based on a classic six-degree fixed wing aircraft, a flight control experimental platform based on FlightGear simulator is presented in this paper. Aircraft model and flight control GUI are written based on Matlab/Simulink, and flight simulation data are fed to the FlightGear simulator through its I/O port, then the real-time 3D visual flight simulation is implemented. At the meantime, the curves of the flight parameters are obtained in the flight GUI, the relevance between mathematical variables and their physical meanings can be enhanced and the understanding of the linking theory with practical can be improved.
