In this paper, we construct a new type of provincial innovation and entrepreneurship practice education centers with the feature of("l+Z + 2V + IF"), and describe its evaluation criteria. "1 + X + N + Wv means " 1 '' innovation and entrepreneurship center in the campus, "Z" campus specialized innovation labs, and " N" campus practice platforms for innovation, and W,J off-campus innovation bases built by cooperation with companies outside the campus. It is proposed, in this paper, that the innovation and entrepreneurship practice education centers must face on all students and undertake innovation education and teaching, practical training, innovation and entrepreneurship competition, business incubation, and other teaching tasks. Consequently, a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship practice education public platform formed for teaching tasks, practical training, guidance services, project display, resource matching, and achievement transformation. This paper analyzes a large number of existing innovation and entrepreneurship education literature, as well as the survey of students and teachers, analyzes the opinions and feedback results. By this way, we can have a better understanding of the current situation of the teaching system of innovation and entrepreneurship education for economics and management majors in Shihezi University, at the same time, we promote the understanding of the positive effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the forms of employment that students will face on the future. This paper proposes solutions such as promoting the level of teachers, normalization of teaching system, and sufficient founding, to the problems existing in the teaching system of innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper analyzes the status quo of engineering management professionals in newly-built undergraduate colleges. For the purpose of training for applied talents in the construction of new engineering, it explores approaches to practical teaching reform, including the construction of a practical teaching system for new engineering, attaching importance to cultivating students' BIM technical ability, enhancing the practical teaching level of the teaching team, strengthening students ' innovation and entrepreneurship education, consolidating the on-campus training center and expanding the construction of off-campus training bases. Building an innovative country is one of China's future national development strategies, whose key point is to improve the capability of independent innovation and whose foundation is to cultivate innovative talents. As a cradle for training creative personnel, colleges and universities should take on the mission of innovation education. This paper gives a detailed analysis of the basic psychological make-up from the perspectives of innovative consciousness, innovative thinking and innovative personality, and then elaborates on the roles which mental health education plays in encouraging, molding and supporting innovative talents. Based on the current teaching practices at colleges and universities, this paper takes into account the innovation of traditional classroom education, the diversity of extra-curricular activities and the effectiveness of holistic policy support so as to probe into the feasible ways to cultivate innovative talents through mental health education activities. In the transition period of China’s economic and social development with innovation driven development, talent cultivation based on innovation and entrepreneurship capability has become an important part of college education. Tourism management is a comprehensive and applied discipline with many advantages in innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this paper, a practical teaching system for tourism management is systematically constructed, including the basic level focusing on experimental practice courses. The promotion level focuses on school-enterprise cooperation and professional internship, the comprehensive level includes entrepreneurship courses, innovation and entrepreneurship competition and graduation thesis, and the support level is based on the school-level entrepreneurial platform and alumni program. Finally, a project-oriented practical teaching model is discussed. With the further development of the reform of higher education system in China, the role and status of innovation and entrepreneurship education are becoming more and more prominent. In the future, the society urgently needs talented people with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities. In order to better meet the social needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and to promote in-depth innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools, Guangdong University of Technology has established a base for innovation and entrepreneurship training and incubation. In this paper, the base construction ideas, base function construction and safeguard measures are discussed. After years of exploration and practice, the school was named seven national-level honorable titles such as the first hatch of national deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education model universities, national innovation and entrepreneurship typical experience universities, state-level public space and so on. As the breakthrough of the reform for university comprehensive education, the education of innovation and entrepreneurship is a system engineering. Its development includes the teaching, scientific research, the arrangement and coordination of management work inside university, and also the coordination and cooperation among universities and enterprises, and between the local region and universities. With the strategy of development driven by innovation, the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has been changing and developing steadily from the perspective of ecosystems. However, the ecosystem is fragmented and lacks synergy as before. It cannot meet the market demand of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and the need for self-worth of the college students. In order to enhance the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and improve the quality of the innovative talents, this paper builds the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, relying on the collaborative innovation platform required by regional economic and social development and industrial transformation and upgrading. It introduces Niche theory to analyze the Niche relationship of ecological factors, and studies the interaction mechanism of various elements of ecosystem by the strategy of Niche separation, expansion and co-evolution, making the complementary advantages and co-evolution of the ecological elements of innovation and entrepreneurship education have been realized, and promoting the dynamic balance of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in colleges and universities. The major responsibility of large-scale apparatus in research-oriented universities in China includes the service to high-level researches and the open service to external users. For this purpose, it is of significance to investigate the efficiency of the large-scale apparatus in some renowned universities in China. In this paper, the operational performances of more than 500 sets of large-scale apparatus for educational and research missions in a renowned university in the past three years are investigated by means of statistical analysis. It reveals that an assessment oriented to the open services to teach mission and research community may be improved, while most of these apparatus do act as advanced platforms and services to high-level research activities. It also demonstrates that these apparatus as infrastructures of senior talent training and service have performed well, while substantial efforts in improving and optimizing the operational modes and functionalities of these large-scale apparatus may be made for the research and educational enhancement in China. The current situation and some prohlems are analyzed from the pattern of engineering education and practice curriculum in this paper. It is pointed out that there are three maladjustments hetween engineering practical teaching at the present stage and demands of engineering talents. Some reform thinking and practice are presented. Lithography was introduced to China from the West in the late Qing dynasty. As the new technique made it possible to produce large volume printing without compromising on quality, publishers made use of it to produce cheap and reduced-size editions of aids important for candidates preparing for official examinations. Included in such materials were commentaries on the Four Books and the Five Classics, selections from essays of successful candidates at civil service examination (weimo ...), anthologies of eightlegged essays, poems and political essays, encyclopedias, compilations of Western learning (Xixue ...), and writings on statecraft (Jingshi wenbian ...). This paper examines the production and circulation of lithographic-printed examination aids by publishers in Shanghai from 1880 to1905. It argues that, to meet the needs of candidates, publishers produced the aids in accordance with the curricular format prescribed for provincial and metropolitan examinations. It also notes that they took advantage of the new print media--in particular, newspapers (such as Shenbao ...)--to market their examination aids, and the modern transportation systems and postal services to expand their sales. Local districts to some extent play a most embarrassing and difficult role in Chinas education reform. The degree of local fulfillment and productivity in education reform can affect or even change the pre-design, actual process, and periodical consequence of the whole country. This paper focuses on three questions: first, how local districts implement reform logic smoothly through balancing wisdom in time, space, and action; second, how local districts make use of offering and obtaining in the reform to seek the sense of unity and complete the collective construction of reform emotion; third, how local districts exist in uncertainty and bargain on the benefit relationship and situation reconstruction with the State as well as with schools.
