Objective To analyze the predictive value of serum levels of procalcitonin (PCT) and cytokines on the prognosis of patients with COVID-19 at admission. Methods From November 2022 to February 2023, patients diagnosed with COVID-19 who were admitted to Beijing Chest Hospital were enrolled. Chemiluminescence was used to detect serum PCT levels, and flow microsphere array was used to detect serum cytokines IL- 1P, IL -2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-22, TNF-a, TNF- P, IFN-y level. ICU admission, mechanical ventilation and in-hospital death were defined as poor prognosis. After excluding patients with bacterial infection, the relationship between serum PCT and cytokine levels at admission and the prognosis of COVID-19 patients was analyzed. Results A total of 176 patients with complete data were included, including 134 in the PCT-normal group and 42 in the PCT-elevated group, with a median age of 71.50 years and 71.59% males. Patients in the PCT elevated-group had significantly higher rates of ICU admission (38.41% vs. 13.11%, P < 0.05), mechanical ventilation (76.92% vs. 24.59%, P < 0.001) and in-hospital mortality (38.46% vs. 6.56%, P < 0.001) were significantly higher than those in the PCT-normal group. Serum levels of cytokines IL-6 (7.40 pg/mL vs. 4.78 pg/mL, P = 0.033 4) and IL-8 (10.97 pg/mL vs. 5.92 pg/mL, P < 0.001) were significantly higher in patients with poor prognosis than in those with good prognosis. The area under the curve for PCT, IL-6, and IL-8 to predict poor prognosis in COVID-19 patients was 0.687, 0.660, and 0.746, respectively; sensitivity was 52.78%, 55.17%, and 72.41%, respectively; and specificity was 81.58%, 74.19%, and 74.19%, respectively, as calculated from the ROC curve. When PCT, IL-6 and IL-8 jointly predict the prognosis of COVID-19 patients, the area under the curve is 0.764, the sensitivity is 70.00%, and the specificity is 80.00%. China is a big country in the production and consumption of edible fungi, and the production and processing of by-product fungus bran has a huge output. The fungus bran is rich in crude fiber, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Na, Mn, Zn, Cu and other elements, and also contains polysaccharides, flavonoids, xylooligosaccharides, laccase, peroxidase, melanin, cordycepin and other active functional ingredients. If heavy metal, mycotoxin, pesticide residues and harmful microbial content meet the limit requirements, the fungus bran has the potential to be developed into a new type of feed for ruminants. After fermentation, probiotics were introduced into the fungus bran, which enriched the chemical and active components of the fungus bran, greatly improved the palatability, and further increased the applicability of the fungus bran as feed. Weather index insurance with the advantages of transparent information, convenient claim and settlement strong secondary market liquidity is an effective method to diversify agricultural risks, compared with traditional agricultural insurance products. However, the disaster mechanism of crops that are often affected by multiple hazards together during their growth process is very complex. Accurately constructing the correlation relationship model among multiple weather indices and between weather index and yield per unit area of agricultural products, expanding the underwriting liability of weather index insurance are important to reduce the basis risk, reasonably design weather index insurance and transfer the risk of agricultural weather disasters. In this study, based on the precipitation and temperature data of 24 years of day-by-day from 1995 to 2018 from the national meteorological network, a three-dimensional nested Copula model and a conditional mixed three-dimensional Copula model among precipitation, temperature and yield per unit area had been constructed for kiwifruit in Meixian county, Shaanxi province. The relationship between the three variables was simulated using the conditional mixed three-dimensional Copula model with higher simulation accuracy by comparing the error and the pure rate of composite weather index insurance was determined. The results showed that the pure insurance rate was 10.07% at 70% coverage level for a payout under the conditions of cumulative precipitation below 423.2mm and average daily maximum temperature above 26.40 °C from May to September. This study explored the cross-influence of high temperature and drought weather on the unit yield loss of kiwifruit and better clarified the correlation among high temperature, drought and kiwifruit yields, which could reduce the basis risk to a certain extent, improve the agricultural weather index insurance system, provide a new idea and method for the design of composite weather index insurance products, and contribute to the promotion and application of weather index insurance. The integrated microbiome microbial agent ( referred to as integrated microbial agent) was a soil remediation agent produced by using the pig litter of microbial fermentation bed for raising pigs for about one year as the base material, which contained multiple functional microbiomes. The effects of different concentrations of the integrated microbial agent extract on the germination of watermelon seeds were studied by using the filter paper germination method. The results showed that: the extract solution of the integrated microbial agent had significant inhibitory effect on the germination of watermelon seeds. When the addition amount was 5%, the germination rate was 53. 33%, the germination index (7. 02) and seed vigor index (241. 05) were significantly lower than those of the two control groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the radicle growth (34.54 mm) between the two control groups (34.56 mm and 0.20 mm) (P<0.05). With the increase of the addition amount, the germination rate, radicle length, germination index and seed vigor index showed a downward trend. Through the pot experiment, the control effects of different proportions of addition amount of the integrated microbial agents on the plant growth of watermelon and wilt disease were studied. The results showed that :The results showed that: when the addition amount of integrated microbial agent was 10%, the root length and plant height were increased by 40. 82% and 45. 34%, respectively. compared with the old substrate, and the growth promotion effect was the most significant (P<0. 05), and the control effect on watermelon fusarium wilt was 66. 67%. When the addition amount of integrated microbial agent was more than 20%, the root length and plant height decreased by 10. 21 % and 3. 97%, respectively, compared with the old substrate, and the inhibitory effect was significant (P<0. 05). According to the results of the experiment, it was suggested that the integrated microbial agent could be applied to the roots of watermelon during the planting process, and the addition amount should be controlled below 10%, Then, the ideal control effect on fusarium wilt could be achieved by combining with other measures such as the disease control agents. The study used mixed plants such as Purslane and Tartary buckwheat as substrates, to investigate the effect of fermented Chinese medicine liquid on serum biochemical indexes and pathological morphology of kidney and ankle synovium in gouty arthritis rats. Sixty male Kunming rats were randomly divided into six groups, with 10 rats in each group by using UPLC-MC/MC technique. The rats in blank control group were fed with normal diet, and the other groups were fed with 2% potassium oxazinate combined with 12% yeast paste special diet. After 4 w, blank control group and model control group were intragastrically given normal saline, and low concentration fermentation solution group, medium concentration fermentation solution group and high concentration fermentation solution group were intragastrically given 20%, 40% and 60% fermented Chinese medicine liquid, respectively, with the intragastrically given 16 mL/kg. The experiment lasted for 3 w. The results showed that there were 55 kinds of flavonoids in the fermentation broth, the relative content of which accounted for 15.39%. In animal experiments, compared with model control group, serum UA, BUN, Cr and TNF- α content of rats in high concentration fermentation liquid group were extremely decreased (P<0.01). The histopathologic sections of synovium of kidney and ankle showed that fermented Chinese medicine liquid could improve the injury of kidney tissue and ankle inflammation in rats with gouty arthritis. The study indicates that fermented Chinese medicine liquid has a certain protective effect on kidney injury caused by high uric acid, and has a certain antiinflammatory effect on rats with gouty arthritis, and the effect of high concentration is the most obvious. A total of 3 607 surface soil samples in the cultivated land of Quanzhou City were collected and analyzed. The spatial distribution of available boron content in the cultivated soil and its influencing factors were studied by u- sing the statistical analysis method. The results showed that: the content of available boron in the cultivated soil of Quanzhou City was relatively deficient on the whole. The content of available boron ranged from 0.01 to 1.90 mg ⋅ kg-1, and the average content of available boron in the soil was 0.33 mg ⋅ kg-1. The content of available boron in 79.5% of cultivated soil was at a low or very low level. The land use types, soil types, altitude, soil physical and chemical properties had different effects on the content of available boron in soil. The content of available boron in soil varied greatly, and the content of available boron in the high altitude area was significantly lower than that in the low altitude area. By taking the healthy fruit rate as the evaluating indicator, the longan fruits were treated with the lipopeptides from Bacillus velezensis FJAT-45028 to analyze the preservation effect of lipopeptides and determine the optimal concentration of lipopeptides. Then, the preservation effect of lipopeptides combined with glycerol, paraffin, gelatin and agar on longan was explored to screen out the optimal compound agent and evaluate the preservation effect of the compound preservative agent on longan. The results showed that the lipopeptides from Bacillus velezensis FJAT-45028 had good preservation effect on longan. The healthy fruit rate of the lipopeptide treatment group reached up to 51.11% on the fifth day of storage, being significantly higher than that of the water control group (2.08%). The higher the concentration of lipopeptides, the better the preservation effect of longan. When the concentration of lipopeptides was 4.0 mg⋅mL-1, the healthy fruit rate was increased by 61.47% compared with the control group. The healthy fruit rate of longan in the lipopeptide/glycerol and lipopeptide/paraffin treatment groups was the highest, which was respectively 70.90% and 74.89%. with no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After the combination of lipopeptide (4.0 mg⋅mL-1)/glycerol (5%)/paraffin (5%), the healthy fruit rate of longan could reach 82.83%, and the preservation effect was the best. Growth differentiation factor 11 (GDF11) is an important member of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) superfamily. As a secreted protein widely distributed in human body, it is associated with many physiological activities, including early embryonic and bone development, neural regulation, and maturation of tissues and organs such as retina and kidney. Recent studies have shown that GDF11 is closely related to aging and cardiovascular diseases, but its specific effects and mechanism are controversial. Some studies have drawn the conclusions that increased levels of GDF11 can reduce myocardial hypertrophy, alleviate inflammatory damage and protect the function of vascular endothelial cells. Meanwhile, some studies have reached the opposite conclusions. So the issue that whether GDF11 has a protective effect on cardiovascular diseases remains uncertain. Box-Behnken design response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted aqueous twophase extraction of loquat leaves polysaccharide. The effects of ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic temperature, and liquid-material ratio on the extraction rate of loquat leaves polysaccharide and the antioxidant activity of loquat leaves polysaccharide were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharide from loquat leaves by ultrasonic-assisted aqueous two-phase method were ultrasonic time 60 min, ultrasonic power 180 W, ultrasonic temperature 60 °C, liquid-material ratio 70 mL/g, and the yield of polysaccharide from loquat leaves reached 4.222%. The antioxidant activity test showed that the DPPH radical scavenging rate was 73.90% and the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was 58.45% when the concentration of loquat leaves polysaccharide was 1.2 g/L. The study indicates that the extraction technology of loquat leaves polysaccharide is environmentally friendly and feasible, and loquat leaves polysaccharide have good antioxidant activity. Objective To understand the development status and related reasons of smoking cessation clinics in Shenzhen public hospitals. Methods Using the census method, a survey was conducted on the current situation of smoking cessation clinics in 59 and 72 public hospitals identified by the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission in 2015 and 2021, respectively, and 56 and 66 valid questionnaires were collected, respectively. SPSS 23. 0 was used for statistical analysis of the data, the composition ratio was mainly used for statistical description, and the chi-square test was used for statistical inference. Results As of 2021, the setting rate of smoking cessation clinics in Shenzhen public hospitals was 71. 21%, which was lower than the 78.57% (44/56) in 2015 (P >0. 05), still at the leading level in China. The application rate of brief smoking cessation intervention technology, the proportion of part-time staff, the ownership rate of equipment, the level of publicity, drug treatment and follow-up rates increased from 72. 73%, 47. 73%, 86. 36%, 36. 36%, 9. 09%, and 25. 58% in 2015 to 91. 49%, 76. 59%, 97. 87%, 59. 57%, 29. 79%, 46. 81% in 2021, the differences were all statistically significant. he experiment was to investigate the effect of feeding sheep with unbroken bee pollen on growth performance, immunity and economic benefits. Selected 30 Hu sheep ewes weighing (36.53 ± 3.81) kg and randomly divide into five groups, with three replicates in each group and two sheep in each replicate. The sheep in CK group were fed with a basic diet, the experimental groups were with fed a basic diet supplemented with 2 (group A), 5 (group B), 8 (group C) and 11 g/(piece·d) (group D) of unbroken bee pollen. The trial period was 40 d, with a pre trial period of 10 d and a formal trial period of 30 d. The results showed that compared with CK group, the average daily feed intake in group B was extremely reduced ( P<0.01). Compared with CK group, the serum IgA content in group A was significantly increased ( P<0.05), while the IgG content was extremely increased ( P<0.01), the IgG content in the serum of group B and group C significantly increased ( P<0.05). Compared with CK group, the total feed cost of group A, group B, group C and group D increased by -1.29%, 3.99%, 17.83% and 31.66% respectively, the gain on weight increased by 33.33%, 6.67%, -6.67% and -11.79% respectively, the economic benefits increased by 124.61%, 13.72%, -71.23% and -126.33%, respectively. The study indicates that feeding with unbroken bee pollen appropriately can reduce feed input, improve sheep growth performance, serum immunity function and economic benefits of sheep. In order to explore the effect of different after-ripening stages of Pleurotus eryngii cultured with liquid strains on the mycelial growth in the industrial production of Pleurotus eryngii, by taking the fungi bags inoculated with the liquid strains of Pleurotus eryngii as the test object, the effects of four different after-ripening stages on the growth, agronomic traits, yield and biological efficiency of Pleurotus eryngii were compared. The results showed that; the best growth of Pleurotus eryngii was 10 days after ripening, when the mycelium was white and robust, the fungi bags were firm, the budding time was 5 days, and the harvesting time was 18 days. The producing mushroom was neat and consistent, the size of mushrooms was uniform, the weight of single mushroom was 253 g, and the proportion of commercial mushrooms was up to 79.01%. The biological efficiency of commercial mushroom was up to 75.6% and the total biological efficiency was up to 95.74%. In summary, the analysis showed that in the process of industrial cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii, it was the most appropriate to use the liquid bacterial strains to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii for 10 days of subsequent ripening after the mycelium overgrew the fungi bags. As we know, the plant endophytic fungi are some important biological resources' and up to now, a large part of the plant endophytes which came from a variety of plant organizations had not yet been recognized by the people, and on the basis of checking out relative technical literature reported in both at home and abroad, the great majority chemical constituents produced by the endophytes were found to possess certain biological activity. This thesis was the further search for new active natural products from pteridophyte serrate endophytes. H. serrate (Thunb.) Trev. was collected from Xichou County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. A endophytic fungus was isolated and purified from the stem of H. serrate. After extracting total DNA of this strain, internal transcribed spacer (ITS) was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PGR), then the amplified product was sequenced. Fragment sequencing results were compared to the GenBank sequence database, and eventually, this strain was identified as Neofusicoccum and was named as Neofusicoccum sp. F483. In this study, we adopted the following three methods: (1) The endophytic fungus Neofusicoccum sp. F483 was fermented with solid medium, and then, fungi with medium were extracted with mixed organic solvent, and the secondary metabolites were obtained; (2) The chemical composition of the fermented metabolites were isolated by column chromatography methods including normal-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and reversed-phase semi-preparative HPLG; (3) The isolated chemical components were identified by their physical and chemical properties, and a combination of spectroscopic techniques including electrospray ionization mass spectrum (ESI- MS) and one-dimentional nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR, 13C- NMR) spectroscopic analysis. The results were as follows: eight compounds were separated and identified from fusicoccum sp. F483, and their structures were elucidated by analyzing their spectral data and comparing with the relevant reported literature. They were identified as follows: fusaproliferin (1), 5α, 8α-epidiory-(22E, 24R) ergosta-6, 22-dien-3β-ol (2), ergo sterol (3), 1- (f uran-2-yl) -2-hydroxyethanone (4), cerebroside C (5), adenosine (6), versicolactone B (7) and versicolactone A (8). It will lay a foundation for further mining the valuable natural products from plant endophytes, and will provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the new medicinal plant endophytes resources. Objective * To examine the level change of serum renalase in the patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS), and analyze its role in evaluating disease. Methods * A total of 118 AIS patients admitted to the Department of Neurology, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2020 to November 2021 were enrolled in the case group (AIS group). The patients were assessed for neurological deficits according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and were classified as mild and moderate-severe neurological deficits. Another 133 healthy people who participated in physical examination in the physical examination center of the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum renalase levels of the two groups were detected by ELISA. Spearman's rank correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between the levels of serum renalase and gender, age, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and NIHSS scores in the patient with AIS. The predictive value of renalase expression level in AIS diagnosis was analyzed by receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve. The factors that were statistically significant in the results of the univariate Logistic regression analysis were included in the multivariate Logistic regression model. Results * The level of serum renalase in the AIS group was 2 960.01 (1 557.99, 4 053.70) pg/mL, which was higher than 821.02 (391.29, 1 752.70) pg/mL in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P=0.000). Spearman's rank correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum renalase in the patients with AIS were negatively correlated with the NIHSS scores (r= - 0.216, P=0.019), positively correlated with the serum fasting glucose (r=0.200, P=0.030), and not significantly correlated with gender, age, low-density lipoprotein levels, total cholesterol levels, and the presence of hypertension, diabetes, or coronary heart disease. Serum renalase levels were higher in the AIS with mild neurological deficit patients than those in the moderate-severe deficit patients, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.034). The ROC curve showed that the cut-off value of serum renalase level to diagnose AIS was 1 856.49 pg/mL, the area under the curve was 0.777±0.030 and its 95%CI was 0.718-0.836 (P=0.000). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated serum renalase level [>1 856.49 pg/mL, odds ratio (OR) =6.980, P=0.000], hypertension (OR=5.382, P=0.000), and diabetes (OR=2.453, P=0.040) were risk factors for AIS. Conclusion Serum renalase level is significantly elevated in AIS patients, and negatively correlated with NIHSS score. Serum renalase might be a potential biomarker for the auxiliary diagnosis and assessment of AIS, providing new ideas for the assessment of stroke disease progression and precise treatment. Objective To explore the value of serum neuron-specific enclose (NSE) before treatment in predicting brain metastases and prognosis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods A total of 128 hospitalized patients with advanced NSCLC from Jan 2012 to Mar 2012 were followed up, and their clinicopathological data, serum NSE, carcinoembryonic antigen, cytokeratin 21-1 (cyfra21-l) levels, albumin ( ALB), white blood cell ( WBC ) before treatment were analyzed retrospectively to determine the factors affecting brain metastasis and prognosis of advanced NSCLC. Results Among the 128 NSCLC patients, 90 cases were of adenocarcinoma, 30 cases were of squamous cell carcinoma, and 8 eases were of large cell carcinoma. The median levels of pre-treatment NSE, CEA and cyfra21-l were 13.6 ng/ml, 7.8 ng/ml and 6.1 ng/ml, respectively. The average levels of ALB and WBC were(35.41±5.60) g/L and (8.16±2.53) × 109/ml, respectively. Multi-variate logistic regression analysis showed that serum NSE before treatment was associated with brain metastasis of advanced NSCLC (P = 0.030). Pre-treatment NSE levels were (34.18±28.48) ng/ml in 28 patients with brain metastasis and (13.87±4.49) ng/ml in 98 patients without brain metastasis (P<0.05). The median survival time were 3.5 months in patients with normal levels of NSE, and 10.7 months in patients with elevated levels of NSE pre-treatment (P< 0.05). Conclusions A higher pre-treatment level of NSE is closely correlated with brain metastasis of advanced NSCLC, and can be used as a predictor of brain metastases in advanced NSCLC. Due to the difference of link load caused by the variation of channel status, congestion is an important factor for system performance in cognitive radio wireless mesh network. To solve this problem, a congestion feedback algorithm based on max-min fairness strategy is proposed. Through the comprehensive analysis of the resource allocation constraints of multi-rate encoding/decoding modulation based on the random search-genetic algorithm, the channel allocation mechanism of multi-data-flow and the optimized routing mechanism, we build a cross-layer model and calculate the network congestion. Meanwhile, through congestion feedback this algorithm realizes the associated cross-layer optimization in physical layer, link layer and network layer respectively, and avoids congestion to the greatest extent. Traveling salesman problem (TSP ) is a typical representative of combinatorial optimization problems. This paper proposed a discrete bacteria foraging optimization(DBFO) algorithm to tackle the TSP. It designed a new chemotaxis operator which was combined with 2-opt algorithm so as to handle discrete variables, and it made the bacteria foraging algorithm extend to the discrete situation. With the characteristics of the TSP, it designed a new elimination operator which is combined with gene pool so as to direct the generation of new individuals, which improved the search efficiency. Simulation experiments on 22 TSP problems from TSPLIB show that, the proposed algorithm can solve the TSP which city scale is below 500 effectively, and is superior to hybrid ACO and discrete GSO algorithm. This paper examines the role of various distances between home and host countries in shaping the decision of foreign direct investment. Using a panel dataset of Chinese firms which have invested in forty-three countries and regions during 2003-2009, we show that institutional distance is favourable to Chinese investment, while economic and cultural distances negatively affect Chinese investment. Further, technology distance displays an inversed-U shape with Chinese investment. These findings point to the importance of going beyond firm boundary to consider various distances between home and host countries in making investment decisions. The single factor design of experiment on face milling of Invar36 is conducted by using coated carbide insert to characterize the influence of cutting parameters on the cutting force. The frequency spectrum analysis of the dynamic milling force, and the generation and characteristics of cutting force signal during cutting process are studied. The milling force of Invar36 is also compared with that of 0Crl8Ni9. The cutting parameters, including cutting speed, and feed and depth of cut, are taken into consideration to analyze the influence on the cutting force. The results show that radial component force in tool coordinate system reflects the extrusion between flank face and workpiece, and the peak force of tangential component is ahead of radial component force during a cutting cycle. The monitoring of umbilical artery blood flow, a noninvasive, simple and convenient method, is widely used in clinic in order to evaluate fetal health and predict the perinatal outcomes. It is a sensitive method to monitor fetal distress in those high-risk pregnancies. The common causes of abnormal umbilical artery blood flow include placental dysfunction, abnormal umbilical cord, fetal abnormalities, gestational hypertension disease, fetal growth retardation (FGR)and so on. Abnormal umbilical artery flow, such as absent flow and the reversed end-diastolic velocity during pregnancy, is associated with intraventricular hemolysis, periventricular leukomalacia, neurodevelopmental impairment, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, respiratory distress syndrome, necrotic enteritis, thrombocytopenia, and even perinatal mortality. Pregnant women with complications, such as preeclampsia and FGR, should be advised to evaluate the umbilical artery doppler velocimetry. It was suggested that delivery should be considered in those pregnant women whose FGR and absent end-diastolic umbilical artery flow were found at >34 weeks,and that fetal lung maturity should be antenatally induced by corticosteroids for premature delivery if absent or reversed end-diastolic flow was found at <34 weeks. Objective To compare the dosages of rocuronium (ROC), the onset time of muscle relaxation, the recovery time of muscle relaxation, the effect of muscle relaxation during tracheal intubation and the changes of blood pressure, heart rate when intubating between the medication of surface area and the weight medication of ROC during induction of anesthesia. Methods 40 patients underwent general anesthesia operation, ASA I ~ H . Single dose administration of ROC was used during induction of anesthesia. According to the different administrative methods of ROC, these patients were randomly divided into two groups, surface area group (group A) and weight group (B group), 20 patients in each group. ROC dosage of group A was 3 times of the ED95 of the surface area of ROC (the ED95 of the surface area of ROC = 8.32 mg/m2). ROC dosage of group B was 3 times of the ED95 of the weight of ROC (the ED95 of the weight of ROC=0.3 mg /kg). We respectively recorded the A group's and B group's ROC dosage, neuromuscular onset time, recovery time of muscle relaxation and systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), Cooper score of patients during tracheal intubation. Results The onset time of muscle relaxation, Cooper score of tracheal intubation and SBP, DBP, MAP, HR during intubation of the two groups had no significant differences, the dosage of ROC in group A was lower than that of group B (P < 0.05). The recovery time of muscle relaxation in group A was faster than in group B. Conclusions Given rocuronium with the method of body surface area can reduce the dosage of rocuronium and also can achieve the same onset time and the effect of muscle relaxation comparing with the method of weight, the recovery time of muscle relaxation is faster .It is more reasonable and safe for shorter time operation. This article optimizes stocks portfolio through a new proposed coherent risk measure called relative-entropic risk measure. And then the ability of the optimization model is tested, which is the test of the discrimination for risk of the risk measure. Firstly, it introduces the consistence with stochastic dominances for three kinds of quantile-based risk measures: VaR, ES and relative-entropic risk measure. It is pointed that ES only utilizes local information as VaR, and is consistent with stochastic dominances lower than second-order. However, relative-entropic risk measure utilizes the whole information to measure the risk, and is consistent with stochastic dominances of higher orders. So, it is most powerful for discrimination of risk. Then, Spearman rank test is used to test the discrimination for risk of the risk measure. Lastly, four kinds of portfolio optimization models based on standard error, VaR, ES and relative-entropic risk measure are used in Chinese markets. The results turn out that all the performance indexes of portfolios optimized by relative-entropic risk measure are the best, which reveals that it has the highest discrimination of risk in the three risk measures. This paper proposed a multi-authority attributed based signature scheme based on distributed ABE, which was suitable for distributed system. It compared with traditional schemes, our scheme allowed an arbitrary number of authorities to independently maintain attributes and distribute secret attribute keys. The master authority was responsible for the distribution of secret user keys, without need to supervise each attribute authority. Attribute authorities were responsible to verify whether a user is eligible of a specific attribute, and every attribute is associated with a single attribute authority. Our construction was very efficient, as it required only a small amount of pairing operations during sign and verification. In this paper, we applied an original image filter called BMO (bounded mean oscillation) and two other common image filters, the PM filter (Perona-Malik PDE model), and the median filter, to remove the noise and estimate the porosity and pore size distribution of digital images of a soil thin section obtained from three contrasting tillage systems (conventional tillage, rotary tillage, and zero tillage) and soil layers. The BMO filter uses a new derivative format to detect the boundary characteristics of images, and eliminates the influence of image noise using the mathematical method of integral average. The results showed that the BMO filter performed better than the other two filters in detecting image edges and detail characteristics. Compared with the other two techniques, the BMO filter gave a significantly higher porosity for the soil pore with aperture < 5 μm, and the soil porosity obtained from the BMO filter was the closest to the experimental data. The PM filter produced higher porosities for the pores with aperture 5 to 50 μm and > 50 μm than the other two filters, but no significant differences were observed among them. It followed that the PM filter was a little better than the other two filters in analyzing pores with aperture >5 μm. There were no remarkable differences between the soil porosities with aperture > 50 μm obtained from the three image filters and experimental data. However, for soil pores with aperture < 50 μm, porosities obtained from the image filters and experimental data were significantly different. The main reason for that was that the two-dimensional soil slice could not completely represent a three-dimensional structure of undisturbed soil samples. Image resolution may also impact on identifying small soil pores. The advantage of a BMO filter on identifying small soil pores to some extent compensated the loss of small soil pores caused by a preparation of soil section and image resolution. Our results also indicated that the conventional and rotary tillage systems improved soil porosity and the ratio of transmission pores (pores with aperture > 50 μm) in a surface soil layer. Zero tillage decreased soil porosity due to the reduction of mechanical disturbance on a surface soil layer, and showed beneficial effects on increasing the ratio of storage pores (with apertures of 5 to 50 μm). Aiming at different goals of IT R&D outsourcing project in cooperative technical innovation, R&D outsourcing contract is designed to consider the outsourcing enterprises participating in market return of cooperative innovation product, and the influence factors of contract parameters are analyzed. The results show that the incentive of the optimized proportion of revenue-sharing has nothing to do with product market, fixed service payment of R&D project and cost coefficient of both participants, and is positively related with the influence coefficient of the success of the project from contracting enterprise, and is negatively related with the influence coefficient of the success of the project from outsourcing enterprise. The optimized fixed service payment is positively related with the cost coefficient of both participants, and negatively related with market capacity of the cooperative technology innovation product, and is positively related with product price-sensitive coefficient and unit cost of product promotion. The problem of UAV target search in a three-dimensional unknown environment is a very challenging and realistic task. Compared with other intelligent algorithms, the pigeon swarm algorithm has faster convergence speed, higher search efficiency, and is suitable for target optimization tasks. Therefore, a multi-UAV target search method based on the pigeon swarm algorithm is proposed. The UAVs search for the information left by the target. Objective To approach the morbidity and the influencing factors of hypertension and glucose/lipid metabolism induced by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A retrospective prevalence survey on 1376 COPD inpatients with hypertension and glucose and lipid metabolism disorders from April 2001 to July 2011 in the First Affiliated Hospital,Medical Hospital of Shihezi University was conducted ,whose influencing factors were analyzed correlatively. Results (1 )The incidence rates of COPD patients with hypertension, glucose/lipid metabolism, hyperlipemia/lipoprotein metabolism disorders were respectively 41.1% ,17.2% ,9.2%. (2)Referring to the hypertension,incidence of diabetes and glucose tolerance,there was statistical significance between the difference age sections (P<0.01) ; the incidence of hyperlipemia/lipoprotein metabolism disorders in the patients aged 60-60-70 years old was higher than that of ones aged 40-<60 years old. It was statistically significant in difference (P<0.05) ; (3)The incidence rates of the male COPD patients with hypertension,glucose/lipid metabolism,hyperlipemia/lipopmtein metabolism disorders were 36.0%, 16.5% ,4.8% respectively. Objective·To explore independent risk factors of rebleeding and construct a prediction model and risk scoring system of acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding (ANVUGIB). Methods·A total of 686 patients with ANVUGIB admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2019 were collected. The general conditions, clinical characteristics, laboratory results, endoscopic findings and prognosis were recorded. The Baylor score, Rockall score, Glasgow Blatchford Score (GBS), Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Predictive Index (CSMCPI), AIMS65 and MAP (ASH) for each patient were calculated. The collected data were randomly divided into a training set (n=481) and a validation set (n=205). A new prediction model for rebleeding was established by binary Logistic regression based on the training set data. The discrimination and calibration of the training and validation set were evaluated respectively, and then the model was transformed into a risk scoring system. The comparisons between the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curves were based on the Delong test. Results·Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that low systolic blood pressure, low hemoglobin level, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade>3, and endoscopic findings of clots, visible vessels and active bleeding were independent risk factors for rebleeding. The area under the curve (AUC) of the prediction model was 0.892 (95% CI 0.838 - 0.946, P=0.001), Hosmer-Lemeshow test P=0.934. The validation set AUC=0.915 (95% CI 0.851 - 0.980, P=0.001), Hosmer- Lemeshow test P=0.871. The scoring system (AUC=0.882, 95% CI 0.823 - 0.942) was better at predicting rebleeding than all other scores mentioned except MAP (ASH) score (P<0.05). Aim To investigate the clinical predictive value of free thyroid hormone (FT4) / free triiodothyronine (FT3) ratio for the risk of all-cause death in hospital in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. Methods The clinical data of AMI patients who underwent coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2016 to December 2022 were collected retrospectively, a total of 63 patients with complete medical history and died during hospitalization were selected, 180 AMI patients who did not die during hospitalization in the same period were selected as the control group. Results Age, ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), renal insufficiency, atrial fibrillation, heart rate, Killip III/ IV, multi-vessel disease, cardiac troponin I and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in the in-hospital death group were higher than those in the survival group, while ejection fraction (EF) was lower than that in the survival group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). FT4 and FT4/ FT3 ratio in the in-hospital death group was higher than those in the survival group, and the FT3 was lower than that in the survival group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the FT4/ FT3 ratio was associated with the risk of all-cause death in hospital in AMI patients (OR=1. 844, 95% CI: 1. 193 ~2. 850, P<0. 05). In addition, age, heart rate, Killip III/IV grade, STEMI, renal insufficiency and low EF were also positively correlated with the risk of all-cause death in hospital in AMI patients (OR=1. 084, 1. 031, 2. 847, 2. 508, 4. 085, 4. 407, P<0. 05). The results of the ROC curve analysis showed that the FT4/ FT3 ratio (AUC=0. 774, 95%CI: 0. 708 ~0. 839, P<0. 001) predicted the risk of all-death in hospital better than FT4 (AUC=0. 640, 95%CI: 0. 561 ~0. 719, P =0. 001) or FT3 (AUC=0. 719, 95%CI: 0. 647 ~ 0. 790, P<0. 001) alone. The difference in area under the ROC curve was statistically significant (P = 0. 001 and P = 0. 042). Conclusions FT4/ FT3 ratio is related to the risk of all-cause death in hospital in AMI patients, which can predict the risk of all-cause death in hospital in AMI patients. Objective To analyze the role of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors ( PPAR- y ) expression in P. acnes-induced pyroptosis, cell proliferation and apoptosis in human keratinocytes (HaCaT) so as to provide a new theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods Expression patterns of PPAR- y in acne and normal skin tissues were evaluated using IHC. By lentiviral transfection, PPAR-y was upregulated in HaCaT cells, and the expression of PPAR-y was verified by Western blot. ELISA was performed to analyze the levels of P. acnes-induced pyroptotic-associated inflammatory factors IL-1p and IL-18. EdU assay and flow cytometry were used to detect the cell proliferation and apoptosis ability. Western blot was used to determine the levels of NLR family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3), cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-1 (caspase-1), Gasdermin D (GSDMD) and PPAR-y expression. Results PPAR-y expression was significantly decreased in acne (P < 0.05). Compared with the control, the P. acnes-induced pyroptotic-associated inflammatory factors IL-ip and IL-18 were increased ( P < 0.01 ), the pyroptotic-associated proteins were increased significantly ( P < 0.05 ) . After treatment with P. acnes, the up-regulated PPAR-y reduced the expression of IL-ip and IL-18 and HaCaT cell apoptosis, promoted the cell proliferation, up-regulated the expression of NLRP3, Caspase-1 and GSDMD in human keratinocytes all in a statistically significant way (all P < 0.05). The experiment was conducted to study the silage mulberry on growth performance, slaughter performance, amino acid and fatty acid content of longissimus dorsi muscle of Hu sheep. A total of 24 healthy male Hu sheep with similar birth date, parity and weight were randomly divided into two groups, with three replicates in each group and four sheep in each replicate. The sheep in control group were fed with 50% peanut vine + 50% concentrate diet, the sheep in F group were fed with 40% peanut vine + 10% silage mulberry + 50% concentrate diet. The feeding trial lasted for 60 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the average daily gain of sheep in F group was extremely increased (P<0.01), feed to gain ratio was extremely reduced (P<0.01), carcass weight, slaughter rate, net meat weight, meat percentage and eye muscle area were significantly or extremely increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with control group, the pH45 min, pH24 h, a45 min and a24 h of meat in F group were significantly or extremely increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The content of total amino acids, fresh amino acids, sweet amino acids and essential amino acids in longissimus dorsi muscle in F group were extremely increased (P<0.01). The content of heptadecenoic acid, oleic acid, α-linolenic acid, monounsaturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid in longissimus dorsi muscle of F group were significantly or extremely increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The total content of carmyoleic acid, pentacarbonate, palmitic acid, heptadacarbonate, stearic acid and saturated fatty acid were significantly or extremely decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The experiment indicates that the addition of 10% silage mulberry can improve the growth performance, slaughter performance, optimize the composition of amino acid and fatty acid in muscle of Hu sheep and improve the nutritional value of muscle. In order to understand the research situation of Juncao in China, the bibliometric analysis method was used to search the research literatures on Juncao in CNKI database and VIP database from 2007 to 2021, in order to statistically analyze the information including the publication year of literature, citation amount of literature, disciplinary distribution of literature, research topics, research institutions, authors, and research hotspots. The results showed that a total of 441 valid literatures were retrieved from 2007 to 2021, including 402 journal papers, 37 master's theses and 2 doctoral theses. The number of journal articles increased year by year, with a total of 322 articles from 2015 to 2021, accounting for 80. 1%; there were 1849 citation quantity, of which 1 668 were the high-frequency citations during 2012 - 2020, accounting for 90. 2%. The publication of master's theses was concentrated in 2015-2019, with a total of 28 articles, accounting for 75.68%. A total of 17 disciplines were involved in the journal papers, and 10 disciplines such as agricultural science, biology and economic management were more distributed, with a total of 425 articles, of which 320 articles were related to agricultural science, accounting for 75.29%. Among them, 320 papers (times) were related to agricultural science, accounting for 75.29%. A total of 19 research topics were involved, with a cumulative frequency of 722 times. Among them, Juncao cultivation and edible fungus cultivation were the core, with a total of 569 times, accounting for 78. 81%. An improved evolutionary algorithm based on queen mating combined with elite and truncated choices by stages was proposed for fruit image segmentation, which was appropriate for the demand of the picking robot for real-time image and adaptive processing algorithms. The 8 bit binary code was used to correspond with the gray value of the fruit image in the improved evolutionary algorithm. The number of the initial population was set to 12 in the phase of the population initialized and the corresponding individual values, which ranged between 0 and 255, were generated by the random function. The twelve random numbers were the initial values of the evolutionary algorithm. Then an improved Otsu algorithm formula was selected as the fitness function. In the selection phase, the iterative process was divided into before stage, middle stage, and after stage, which were respectively used by queen mating algorithm, elitist choices strategy, and truncated choices strategy to select the fitness value. In the first stage, the individuals were produced by a random function and then the best individual (queen) of the evolutionary algorithm was hybridized with the rest of the individuals (including the randomly generated individuals) to generate new individuals. Finally, the individuals with the smallest fitness values were replaced by the new individuals. In the second stage, the elitist choices strategy was used and the individual with the smallest fitness value in the current generation was replaced by the individual with the highest fitness value in the previous generation. In the third stage, the truncated choices strategy was used and the last half of the individuals with the smallest fitness value in the current generation was replaced by the same number of individuals with the highest fitness value in the previous generation. This not only ensures the diversity of the population, but also overcomes the disadvantage of local optimized and too fast a convergence of the traditional evolutionary algorithm. In the crossover phase, it uses a single-point crossover method. In the mutation phase, the selected mutation probability was 0.2, which was obtained by comparing the results of different experiments. In the termination phase, the termination condition of the evolutionary algorithm in this paper was that the number of the current iteration had reached the maximum number set by the user in advance. The experimental results showed that the proposed fruit image evolutionary segmentation algorithm was obviously superior to the traditional evolutionary algorithm, and was better in terms of stability, segmentation effect, running speed, etc, and the segmentation threshold value was stabilized within three pixels. Compared with the Otsu segmentation algorithm, K-means clustering segmentation algorithm, fuzzy C-means clustering segmentation algorithm, and Bayesian classification segmentation algorithm, the fruit image evolutionary segmentation algorithm was the best segmentation effect and had the least run time. The average run time of the evolutionary algorithm was 0.08735 seconds, which was less than the other 4 algorithms. The evolutionary segmentation algorithm could be used for citrus, litchi, apple, and other fruits image segmentation and so the algorithm has certain universal utility. Objectives·To investigate the personality traits of patients with anorexia nervosa (AN), and compare the differences of personality traits among different subtypes of AN. In AN group, 76 cases were AN-R, 81 cases were AN-BP, and 7 cases were atypical AN. The severity of pathological psychological symptoms of AN patients was evaluated by Eating Disorder Examination-questionnaire (EDE-Q 6.0), and the personality traits of perfectionism, impulsivity and self-esteem of AN patients were evaluated by Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Psychological Scale (FMPS), Barratt Impulsiveness Scale 11th Version (BIS-11) and Self-esteem Scale (SES). Independent sample t test and variance analysis were used to compare the differences between AN-R group and AN-BP group and differences between the AN group and HC group, and correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between personality traits and AN clinical symptom. Results·The total FMPS score of the AN group was significantly higher than that of the HC group (P=0.044), and the total score of SES was significantly lower than that of the HC group (P=0.000). The total score of FMPS, non-adaptive dimension score, BIS-11 total score, attentional impulse score, motor impulse score, and unplanned impulse score in the AN-BP group were significantly higher than those in the AN-R group (all P<0.05). Compared with the AN-R group, AN-BP group had significantly lower organization (adaptive dimension) score and SES total score (all P<0.05). The severity of clinical symptoms of AN (EDE-Q 6.0 total score and subscale scores) was positively correlated with perfectionism (FMPS total score) and impulsivity (BIS-11 total score), and negatively correlated with self-esteem (SES total score) (all P=0.000). The high hardness of carbon fiber in carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) leads to quick wear, low durability of drills, and poor machining quality in drilling process. Appling brazed diamond core drill to drilling CFRP can improve drill durability and increase machining quality. In order to optimize the setting of diamond grits on core drill, the diamond grits are orderly set to make core drill, and the maximum undeformed chip thickness are changed through changing the diamond quantity. The influences of maximum unde[ormed chip thickness on thrust force, surface roughness of hole wall and quality of hole entrance and exit are compared under the same machining parameters. The moving model of diamond grits is set up to analyze the forming process of machined surface. The results and analysis show that the drilling quality is influenced by chip storage space and the maximum undeformed chip thickness. Objective. To investigate the association between the blood lipid levels in early pregnancy and the risk of preeclampsia (PE). Methods. Pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal examination and delivered in the International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2015 to December 2017 were recruited as the study participants. After screening, 26 230 pregnant women were selected, including 680 pregnant women with PE (PE group) and 25 550 pregnant women without PE (control group). The general clinical data and the blood lipid index during 10 - 14 weeks of pregnancy were obtained from the electronic medical record system. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between blood lipid levels at different categorical (by quartile) in early pregnancy and the risk of PE. Results. Compared with the control group, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TAG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and lipoprotein B (ApoB) in the early pregnancy of the PE group were higher (all P<0.05), while the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) was lower (P=0.000). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that TAG (>1.45 mmol/L), LDL (>3.26 mmol/L) and ApoB (>0.86 g/L) were the independent risk factors for PE (all P<0.05), and HDL (>1.99 mmol/L) was the independent protective factor for PE (P=0.002). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, the risk of PE increased successively with the increase of the TAG, LDL and ApoB levels, HDL did the opposite (all P for trend<0.05). With the lowest quartile as a reference, the adjusted OR values and 95% CIs for the highest quartiles of TAG, LDL, ApoB and HDL were 1.90 (1.47-2.45), 1.39 (1.08-1.78), 1.51 (1.13-2.04) and 0.66 (0.50-0.86), respectively. Conclusion. Dyslipidemia in early pregnancy indicates an increased risk of PE during pregnancy. Examination of blood lipid level during early pregnancy is helpful for early prediction of PE. In order to solve the problem of long-term and multi-point synchronous acquisition and management problems of LAI data in field experiment, a set of full-automatic LAI ad-hoc network monitoring system was designed and implemented. The system supports remote transmission, sampling frequency control and data acquisition, including LAI value, temperature and humidity, node status . Multi-point concurrent communication between the upper and the lower computers has been realized by using the SuperSocker frame communication connection technology. Based on the Pauta criterion, an improved data filtering algorithm was proposed to increase measurement accuracy and reduce data redundancy. Through the JavaScript API provided by Baidu map, the position of the sampling node can be visualized so the experimenter can obtain the sampling coordinates at any time. This system can acquire vegetation parameters automatically and has good user interaction performance, which creates possibility for remote sensing field synchronization experiments. Objective: To investigate the main problems in the pharmaceutical care of Klebsiella pneumonia-carhapenemase-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPC-Kp) infection in a patient combined with severe acute pancreatitis and hepatic failure. Methods: The pharmaceutical care of a specific case was introduced from the aspects of the choice of initial anti-infective drugs, the optimization of antiotic regimens for KPC-Kp infection and prevention and control of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Results: Based on the pathophysiological conditions of the patient, optimal medication strategies were proposed and careful pharmaceutical care was provided by the clinical pharmacists. As a consequence, good therapeutic efficacy was achieved. Objective To investigate the disease cognition, psychology and behavior response of patients with chronic hepatitis B to get a better assessment of the need, attitude and behavior of patients and provide the basis for health management and psychological intervention for patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods From January 2011 to June 2013, 68 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our department outpatient and hospitalization received individual interviews and questionnaire survey before and after diagnosis and treatment, and were given one-to-one instruction by the trained medical staff. Results Most patients understood the general knowledge of the disease, but lacked the deeper knowledge. There were statistically significant differences in the route of transmission, the cognitive consequences, factors of liver damage and measures to protect family from infected before and after questionnaire (P < 0.05). Patients didn't fully understand the self care and preventive care, the related disease knowledge and understanding were related to cultural degree and disease duration, and 69.1% of patients had some psychological problems. Conclusion Patients with chronic hepatitis B have certain health information reserves, but lack the deeper knowledge. The medical staff should strengthen chronic hepatitis B knowledge publicity efforts, give a positive psychological counseling for patients with psychological problems, strive for the social support system to help patients, provide accurate health guidance and continuous intervention, promote the patients take the initiative to adopt healthy behavior advice, which are significant in the monitoring and prevention of illness development and the future of health management of chronic hepatitis B patients. Objective To discuss the application and advantage of two kinds of needling instrument, the diamond needle and the bevel needle, in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) . Methods We dissociated spinal column of 10 adult corpses and get lumbar vertebraes 1-5 (L1-5) 10*5 sections. After examining each section's Bone Mineral Content, we finished percutaneous vertebroplasty, using diamond needle and bevel needle. The different puncture path and the distribution of bone cement were observed. The needle deflection data of puncture path were measured using straightedge and angle ruler on vertebral radiographs. The distribution of bone cement in vertebral was observed on CT scans. Statistical analysis was performed on the deflection measurement data. Results Bevel needle occurred deflection back to slope in the vertebral bone by (1.83±0.2) °- (3.30±0.3) °angle (x±s). Diamond needle did not occur deflection in the vertebral. CT scan display: the cement biased distribution to the slope of the bevel needle and can be distributed as class ellipsoid by rotating needle. Bone cement from the top of the diamond needle overflows directly toward the apex, becoming a class spheroids and can not be adjustesd the direction and distribution area by rotating the needle. Honing experiments are carried out for a typical superalloy GH4169 to analyze the material removal rate against four factors; spindle speed, stroke speed, wedge feed per stroke cycle and grain size. The results show that; the other three factors have a significant influence on material removal rate while the spindle speed affects little, in which grain size and feed per stroke cycle exert the greatest impact on material removal rate. There is a positive correlation between material removal rate and the three caught. And the experience formula is fit with multiple linear regression. The study also finds that raise the cross hatch angle appropriately can improve material removal rate. The continuous variation of workpiece inclined angle of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) curved surface structures could result in machining defects such as burrs and delamination. In order to investigate the influence of workpiece inclined angle on the machinability of CFRP curved surface structures, down milling is conducted on CFRP laminates with various inclined angles by using a diamond-coated cemented carbide tool. The milling forces in different coordinate systems and machining surface deficiency are studied. The results show that the sectional area and average cutting thickness by pre tooth decrease, and equivalent depth of cut increases with the increase of workpiece inclined angle. However the volume of material to be removed by pre tooth always keeps constant. The milling forces in machine coordinate system also keep constant, while the milling forces in workpiece coordinate system increase along the direction of workpiece thickness and decrease along the direction of workpiece length. The defects of workpiece profile and finished surface get severe with the increase of workpiece inclined angle. The fiber bundles will bend instead of rupture and crack grows into the workpiece along the fiber direction. The numbers of damaged plies also increase with the increase of workpiece inclined angle. Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods There are three ways of expressions for the term "knee osteoarthritis" in Chinese: "xiguanjie guxing guanjieyan", "xigu guanjieyan", and "xiguxing guanjieyan". Any combination of each of the above expressions and " sodium hyaluronate " used as keywords, the clinical research literatures on knee osteoarthritis between January 1993 and December 2013 were retrieved from Chinese HowNet, WanFang DATA and VIP database, and then all literatures were analyzed using Meta-analysis. Results Total of 392 literatures were retrieved, and 7 literatures were selected by screening ultimately involving 743 patients. The analysis results of the 7 literatures showed clinical efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (Z = 5.46, P < 0.01) . The bilateral symmetry of funnel plot suggested the language bias was less likely to exist, but the graphics were not inverted funnel-shaped which indicated that the low quality of clinical research. Conclusion It has a good curative effect to treat knee osteoarthritis with articular injection of sodium hyaluronate, which has certain advantages in comparison with other treatment methods. Objective To assess the prevalence of osteoporosis and risk factors of healthy adult women in Luzhou City, the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the conjunction of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Congqing, and to provide evidence for the effective prevention and intervention. Methods The cross-sectional descriptive study encompassed women aged 30 - 00 across Luzhou City. The study population sample was collected through random sampling, and a total of 375 women were included. The bone mineral density (BMD) of the lumbar vertebrae and the left femur was detected using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Patients were investigated through standard questionnaire survey. Fasting blood were taken in the early morning for blood routine test, the liver and the kidney function test, and the inflammatory markers such as C-reactive protein (CRP) test. Results The prevalence of osteoporosis in women over 30 years old was 54.7%, and after standardization according to the sixth national census in 2010, the prevalence was 38.7%. The average age of women in osteoporosis group was higher than that in the other two groups (P < 0.05). And along with the increase of age, the prevalence of osteoporosis increased. The prevalence of osteoporosis was correlated with weight, outdoor activities, reproductive history, blood alkaline phosphatase, urea, and fracture history, but had no correlation with the degree of education, smoking status, alcohol intake, total bilirubin, serum uric acid, NLR, and CRP. Logistic regression analysis showed that aging, low body weight, and the fracture history were risk factors for osteoporosis, while overweight, obesity, and long exercise time were protective factors for osteoporosis. Conclusion The prevalence of osteoporosis in women in Luzhou area is high. Aging and low body mass index are the main risk factors for osteoporosis. Endogenous antioxidants, total bilirubin, serum uric acid, and inflammatory markers such as NLR and CRP are irrelevant with female osteoporosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
