The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of curcumin on the lipid metabolism of grass goldfish and find out the appropriate amount of curcumin. 360 grass goldfish with an initial weight of (40.12±1.23) g and initial body length of (10.34±0.08) cm were selected. They were randomly divided into six groups, with three replicates in each group, and each replicate consisting of 20 individuals. Different concentrations of curcumin (0, 40, 80, 160, 320, and 640 μmol/L) were injected, and the fish were cultured for 14 days. After 7 and 14 days of curcumin injection, the concentrations of serum TC and TG in the 160-640 μmol/L curcumin group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The activities of AST and ALT in the hepatopancreas of grass goldfish in the 320 μmol/L curcumin group and 640 μmol/L curcumin group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The activities of CAT and T-SOD in the 320 μmol/L curcumin group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The study indicates that curcumin injection can reduce the concentrations of serum TC and TG to a certain extent, and has a certain repair effect on the hepatopancreas of grass goldfish, and can improve the antioxidant capacity of the hepatopancreas. The experiment aimed to study the effect of Bupleuri radix and its extract on the growth, physiology and biochemistry, liver antioxidant, and antibacterial ability of juvenile koi carp. A total of 360 juvenile koi carp with an initial body weight of (21.0±0.5) g were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in each group and 40 juvenile koi carp in each replicate. The juvenile koi carp in the group K, group C, and group T were fed a basal diet, a basal diet + 5‰ Bupleuri radix meal, a basal diet + 5‰ Bupleuri radix extract. The experiment lasted for 14 days. The results showed that in the serum of juvenile koi carp, the activity of lysozyme (LZM) in the group C and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in the group C and group T at 14 days were significantly higher than those at 0 day, and significantly higher than those in the group K (P<0.05). In the liver (SOD) and the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in the group C at 14 days were significantly higher than those at 0 day (P<0.05), and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the group C was lower than that at 0 day and 7 days. In the challenge test, the mortality rate of juvenile koi carp in the group K within 24 hours was 41.7%. The mortality rate in the group C was 18.3% and the protection rate was 56%. The mortality rate in the group T was 21.7% and the protection rate was 48%. In the serum, the interleukin-13 (IL-13) content in the group C at 48 hours was significantly higher than that at 24 hours and 96 hours (P<0.05), and the immunoglobulin M (IgM) content in the group C and group T at 48 hours was significantly higher than that at 24 hours (P<0.05). In the liver, the content of interleukin-4 (IL-4), IL-13, and IgM in the group C at 48 hours were significantly higher than those at 24 hours, and the content of IL-13 in the group C was significantly higher than that of the group K (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding Bupleuri radix and its extract to the diet for 14 days can effectively improve the physiological and biochemical indexes and anti-Aeromonas vickeri ability of juvenile koi carp, but the action time and effect of the two are different, and the effect of Bupleuri radix is more prominent. Objective: To study the mechanism of vasculogenic mimicry (VM) and its relation with chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: 42 patients with NSCLC were collected, 19 belonged to the early stage (stage I+II) while 23 were late stage (stage III+IV). Moreover, 20 patients got surgical treatment and 22 got chemotherapy. We studied the relationship of VM with stage, chemotherapeutic effect, HIF-1α, MVD and clinicopathologic features. Results: VM in patients of early stages were significantly more than late stages (68.4% VS 26.1%, P=0.006), but no significant difference was found between effective and noneffective chemotherapy group (14.3% VS 26.7%, P=1.00). Furthermore, the positive rate of VM was proportional to HIF-1α (p=0.034). VM also showed a negative correlation with distant metastases and positive correlation with lymph nodes metastases (P< 0.05) while no correlation was found between VM and other clinicopathologic including sex, age, pathological pattern, tumor size and differentiation (P > 0.05). Conclusion: VM was generated during the early stage in NSCLC and correlated with lymph nodes metastases. As the disease progressed, VM may be replaced by vascular endothelial cells. No evidence has been found to demonstrate the correlation between VM and chemosensitivity. However, HIF-1α may make a difference in VM formation. The high speed development of industries such as new energy power, medical instruments, under¬ground exploration, and high power pulses are demanding more and more dielectric capacitors. Polymer based film capacitors are attracting attention for their high power density, high breakdown field strength, high reliability, low loss, and small size. However, the low energy density due to the low dielectric constant of the polymer itself has limited IS application n high-end fields. And polymer as an effective way to enhance the energy density by compounding with other organic or inorganic materials in different ways. This paper introduces the current research status of polymer based film capacitors compounded with inorganic materials, analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of different compounding methods, and discusses the future development prospects of polymer based film capacitors. The unobservable state of stock information was modeled based on Hidden Markov Model, and a transition probabilities matrix of information state was built to describe the dynamic association properties in temporal dimension. Based on 5-minutes high frequency trading data and using Bayesian inference and MCMC sampling, the information state and strength of Shanghai Stock Index and sample stocks of SSE 50 in August 2010 were estimated. Empirical results prove the model has effective ability to identify information, and show that the information effects have characteristics of aggregation in Chinese stock market. On the base of the estimated transition probabilities matrix of information state, it is surmised that the probability that an item of information was absorbed by the market after 100 minutes is 99% in Chinese stock market. The variation of sludge water content treated with cement and quick lime was studied by experimental ratio tests. Results show that water content appears a gradual decrease with the increase of lime ratio. On the conditions of same water content and lime ratio, the effect of cement reduced the sludge water content is better than quick lime. The effect of initial water content on the quick lime is more than that of cement, the higher the initial water content, the closer the treatment effect of quick lime got to cement. Water content of cement treated soil decreased with curving time, and the decrease rate of the water content is gradually slow after three days. When lime ratio was equal to or greater than 7 %, the curving time makes greater impact on curing effect. When the cement and quick lime were mixed to dredge clays, with the decrease of cement and increase of quick lime, the water content decrease ratio of the treated soils decreased after the first increase. This paper studied the problem that standard teaching-learning-based optimization algorithm (TLBO) easily converges to local optima when solving combinatorial optimization, and proposed a simulated annealing TLBO(SATLBO) algorithm. In the method, it used the simulated annealing algorithm. Randomly selected a bit of the bad individuals according to a calculated possibility of simulated annealing algorithm to the new population in the teacher phase and learner phase. It increased the ability of running away from local optima of TLBO by increasing the diversity of the population. It simulated the unmultimodal functions, multimodal functions and rotation functions, and compared the results with some other evolutionary computation algorithms. Gas migration and extraction rate is progressively promoted in using hydraulic cutting seams in coal mine. Nevertheless, potentially hydraulic pulse impact wave, a kind of hidden risk by operating hydraulic cutting systems, formed in transient process when shifting from drilling to cutting maybe lead to blowout, holding drill, and more seriously cause coal and gas outburst accident while improperly controlled. Depending on this transition process problem, pressure-discharge characteristics of different structure designed independently were discussed and tested by theoretical analysis and experimental testing, energy characteristic and dissipation were analyzed. The results show that energy carried in fluid increases sharply during transition, the amount of increasing energy correlates with structure parameter of hydraulic cutting systems; Energy which induced ground pressure relief rapidly transforms to coal seam through high-speed waterjet impact, partially energy increasing in transient process consumes in pipeline; The amount of increasing energy in transient process is greatly affected by key device structure parameter. Prior transient energy increases with key device effective area while per unit prior transient energy is almost steady. However, transient switching energy and per unit transient switching energy decreases at the same time with key device effective area.
