The experiment was to investigate the feeding value of Scutellaria baicalensis straw silage supplemented with different additives. The experiment was divided into control group and experimental group. Control group was straw of Scutellaria baicalensis. In group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5, Scutellaria baicalensis straw was added with fermented live dried bacteria, straw silage agent, mixed organic acid, cellulase and silage specific compound enzyme, respectively. Coated silage was carried out for 45 d. The results showed that the sensory evaluation of Scutellaria baicalensis straw in experimental groups was good, the comprehensive score of the control group was the lowest. After fermentation between groups of active ingredients of radix Scutellariae sample has not been detected baicalin, the content of baicalin of unfermented radix Scutellariae was 0.046%. According to the comprehensive quality evaluation of organic acid content, experimental groups were superior, and the silage effect of experimental group five was the best. The quality grade of control group, experimental group 3, group 4 and group 5 was grade IV, the original SAMPLE RFV value of Scutellaria baicalensis was the highest, and the others were grade V. The experiment indicates that adding additives to Scutellaria baicalensis straw silage can improve the quality of silage, but can not improve the relative feeding value. Kalman filtering requires the calculation of Jacobian matrix in integrated navigation, when the model is too complex or Jacobian matrix cannot be obtained it is difficult to deal with the issue, the UKF sequential filtering method was proposed. To solve these problems, the method used the UKF filter, the GPS information and navigation information, successively using new information to make correction estimates. In order to improve the security and encryption performance of the color image encryption method, this paper designed a color image encryption method based on chaotic systems. The MD5 algorithm generated dynamically the initial values of the designed algorithm. After decomposing the R,G and B components of one color image into three grayscale images, it used three different chaotic encryption structures to encrypt the three images. It used Feistel structure to encrypt R image, the combination of the Logistic and the Hyperhenon chaotic sequences obtained the S-box. The G image encryption structure took advantage of sequence of Lorenz chaotic system to implement replacement operation. B image encryption structure used the sequence of KWLCM chaotic system. Finally, it combined three encryption images into one image. This paper presented an image encryption algorithm based on hyperchaotic sequences and Feistel structure. Firstly, Kawakami mapping generated pretreatment chaotic encryption sequences to preprocess original image. Secondly, Logistic mapping generated initial values of Hyperhenon mapping. Hyperhenon mapping produced encryption sequences as S-box of Feistel structure. Thirdly, the proposed algorithm utilized Feistel structure to encrypt the pretreatment image. The experiment was to study the effects of Tremella fuciformis by-product on the growth status, liver function, immune function and endurance of mice. Three kinds of Tremella fuciformis by-product were taken and low-mediumhigh dose groups were set respectively. The growth status indexes of mice in each group were recorded, and the immune functional indexes and liver functional indexes were determined. The animal fatigue model was established by swimming experiment to explore the effects of feed on the endurance of mice. The results showed that the low-dose fungus bran group and low-dose fungus bran group could not damage the liver tissue of mice and promote the growth and development of mice. The average daily gain of mice in low-dose fungus bran group, medium-dose fungus bran group and low-dose fungus bran material group was 14.52%, 11.29% and 14.52% higher than that in control group. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase was extremely increased (P<0.01) and the content of serum urea nitrogen was extremely decreased (P<0.01), and the endurance of mice was increased. The experiment indicates taht using the bran or pedicle of Tremella fuciformis as feed excipients can promote mouse growth performance, improve immunity ability and endurance without affecting liver function. The constant rate uniaxial tension tests and tension-recover tests are conducted to obtain the accurate mechanical property of the EPDM insulation material. A visco-hyperelastic constitutive model is developed based on the mechanical behavior characteristics of EPDM. The method is established by applying the hyperelastic theory which was established under finite deformation condition in combination with linear viscoelastic theory. Then the way to obtain the model parameters is proposed, which is simple and easy to be generalized. The results show that EPDM has the typical hyperelastic mechanical characteristics, and presents a rate-dependent effect. The visco-hyperelastic constitutive model proposed can describe the uniaxial mechanical property of EPDM accurately. Based on the theories of Markov decision processes (MDP) and robust optimization, a robust capacity control model based overbooking and group booking of single-leg flight (abbreviated as R-MDP) is set up. At the same time, the nominal MDP model and the modified expected marginal seat revenue (EMSR) model which ignore the estimation error are also provided. Numerical results illustrate that the robust model can significantly improve the expected revenue when demand estimation errors exist, and the robust strategy performs better than the nominal strategy when the estimation error is bigger. The paper presents a methodology for calculating the unsteady aerodynamic forces characteristics and gust response of the unmanned air vehicle (UAV) model using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools, and the efficiency of gust alleviation based on direct force control are also studied. Based on unsteady Euler equations, dynamic responses in vertical gust flow perturbation are investigated. The grid velocity method, which is used to model unsteady flow via grid movement, is introduced to simulate the gust influence. This approach avoids numerical instabilities and decouples the step change in the angle of attack from a pitch rate. And the dynamic chimera grid method is used to simulate the rudder movement of the gust alleviation effect. Numerical results for the NACA0006 airfoil are validated by comparison with analytical results for two dimensional indicial responses. The initial and final lift values of the indicial responses closely match the exact analytical values as given by piston theory and quasi steady thin airfoil theory respectively. The solutions at small times match quite closely the exact solution which is known only for small times given by linear theory. The application of the same method to the UAV model reveals important characteristics of the three-dimensional vertical discrete gust response for the One-minus-cosine gust profile and gusts cause step changes in the angle of attack, and important characteristics of the gust response and resulting flow features are explained. Furthermore, the flow perturbations under dynamic rudder motion are investigated using moving chimera grid technique. Our study shows that with certain designed motions, the flapping rudder can effectively alleviate the freestream gust fluctuation and ensure a stable flight. However, no single parameter can determine whether the flapping rudder can reduce the gust effect. Finally, unsteady aerodynamic loads are computed for the wing of model with the designed rudder motion, the significance of the gust propagation effects is shown. It is found that the direct calculation of the gust response using CFD gives quite accurate results and provides a rich database. In general, this paper shows that the well-designed rudder movement can effectively alleviate the freestream gust fluctuation and ensure high flight qualities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To evaluate the association between the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene C677T polymorphism and venous thromboembolism (VTE) in the Chinese population. Methods Relevant articles were retrieved from a systematic search of Medline and Chinese electronic literature from 2000 to May 2012. Two independent reviewers abttracted data on the characteristics of the cases with VTE and controls without VTE. Results We pooled the odds ratio (OR) of VTE in the presence of the TT versus CC or CT genotypes. In 12 published studies which comprised 943 cases and 2506 controls, the pooled OR 1. 75, 95% confidence interval (CI) was 1. 41 -- 2. 17. Based on the large eddy simulation, combined with WENO scheme and the adaptive mesh refinement technique, the supersonic flows of two Mach different numbers (Ma =2. 9, 5.0) past a rectangular cylinder have been simulated. The numerical results revealed that both of the development of the vortex structures in the separation region and the wake vortices variations, and the influences of the Mach numbers on the vortex structures were discussed in detail. The processes of a high-speed projectile flying away from the bores through different muzzle brakes were numerically simulated by using the high resolution Roe scheme and the structured dynamic mesh techniques based on the two-dimensional unsteady Euler equation. The calculated results describe the evolution process of muzzle blast wave structures of different muzzle brakes (without muzzle brake, a three-way muzzle brake and a multi-cavity muzzle brake), and the interaction and evolution processes of them and the projectile are visualized clearly in the computational schlieren images. The numerical results agree well with our previous corresponding experimental shadowgraphs. Moreover, the reducing mechanism of recoil impulse of muzzle brake and the distribution of overpressure areas around the muzzle were discussed in detail, which can praide important guidance for improving the muzzle brake design.
